There are times when I can't get any signal from cable TV. I never know if the TV will work any time I want to use it. Buyer beware!

I love my Frame TV because I was able to create a wall full of paintings and art, and it matches perfectly. Every time I walk into my living room, I enjoy seeing my wall, rather than just an empty black rectangle where a TV would be. I also appreciate the art offerings included with the subscription, which is reasonably priced. The system is great for streaming apps and has good connectivity. I like the sound and light adapter as well. My only complaint is that the replacement frames are pricey in my opinion, so I haven't had the chance to get another color yet. Consequently, it still looks just black.

So far my only solution Is unplug power to it for a half hour and plug back in. Ridiculous!!! Spend so much and quality is garbage!

Tv was less then 2 years old and apparently there is nothing they can do to help us. Before you spend $2,000 on a tv make sure you do your research because we are out that money now.

I 'splurged' on the Samsung frame and the art subscription and am so glad I did. I am able to change the art seasonally, by occasion, or to set an aesthetic. I love it. The picture is crystal clear and the color is wonderful.

It honestly looks exactly like my smart Samsung tv it was replacing. The picture feature is cool, but it still looks like a tv displaying a picture . Idk, not worth the $ in my opinion. Maybe I need a bezel to make it look less tv-ish?! I just can’t fathom spending an additional $200 just for that.

It worked out because I moved the 85" tv to my ADU so I can retreat and enjoy the crisp picture there. The frame is super sleek and I love the rotating digital artwork, but the picture is rather matte and muted. It serves its purpose and the price adjustment made it very appealing because it was on sale and my company offered an additional discount plus I opted for the extended payment plan without interest. All in all, I think Samsung LED's are the best quality and that is coming from a loyal Sony customer and TV Producer.

It just ends up being so slow. Then the art function stopped working and after reaching out to support they were unable to help. So now we just use the TV as a regular TV but as an art TV it's become useless

The design is truly stunning — when it’s not in use, it blends seamlessly into the décor as artwork, and I’ve already had guests do a double-take thinking it was an actual framed picture. The customization options for frames and the Art Mode library are excellent, giving the TV a unique personality. Picture quality is sharp and vibrant, with deep colors that really bring movies and sports to life. I also appreciate how thin and sleek the profile is, especially when mounted flush against the wall. The only drawback I’ve noticed is that the user interface can feel a bit slow at times when navigating between apps or menus. That said, once I’m in the app or streaming service I want, performance is smooth and reliable. Overall, The Frame combines style and technology better than any other TV I’ve owned. It’s perfect for someone who wants a TV that looks as good off as it does on. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would not recommend Samsung Frame TV isn’t performing the way it should. From the start, I’ve had several recurring issues that make me believe the unit may be defective. The volume output is unusually low, the screen flickers at random, and the WiFi disconnects frequently. The TV will also go completely black without warning. On top of that, the audio and picture regularly fall out of sync. I’ve tried restarting the TV, but the issue continues, which makes it hard to use for even basic viewing. The picture quality itself also appears dull and flat compared to what I expected. I invested a lot into this TV and chose it over other options because I genuinely wanted the Samsung Frame experience. At this point, though, the repeated issues have left me feeling like something is wrong with this particular tv i got.

Not only do you have access to the world’s best artists, but I upload paintings from my kids, from digital pictures from family vacations, and seasonal photos that are constantly updated and available. Its motion/light sensors make it perfect for our lake house. Bought another one for our living room at our house house and another for our bedroom as well. Regular TV is so clear and perfect in both rooms for sports and movies. A whole new way to watch Boss Ross!

Also to get a nice frame for it is extremely expensive especially after one has already paid premium price for the tv. I bought the tv as a gift to family member. In hindsight I would purchase a nice tv and have it professionally installed to hide the cords and save a bundle of money.

That said, I was disappointed that the customizable bezel wasn’t included. Just two weeks after my purchase, Samsung offered a promotion for a free bezel with the same TV, but when I reached out, I was told I wasn’t eligible. As a long-time Samsung customer with thousands invested in their products, I expected more flexibility. It’s made me consider other brands moving forward.

One is in the living room, the other in our bedroom, and both blend in like high end art pieces while delivering crisp 4K visuals and solid sound quality. The customizable bezels are a sleek touch, and Art Mode is hands down the star feature it adds personality and elegance to the room whether the TV is on or off. That said, for a product that positions itself as a design forward smart TV, it is a letdown that Samsung hasn’t pushed more regular or meaningful software updates. Both models have been relatively stagnant in terms of new features. There is so much potential here imagine more dynamic Art Mode options, curated seasonal collections, or even deeper smart home integrations. I would’ve loved to see new interface upgrades, smart assistant improvements, or a better, faster UI rollout. Even small touches like improved motion sensing or customizable screen savers would go a long way. Bottom line: I’m still a big fan, but the lack of consistent, exciting updates makes these TVs feel a bit like missed opportunities. For the price and innovation they initially delivered, Samsung should keep evolving the experience because the hardware is there. It’s the software that needs to catch up.

The visual quality is phenomenal as well as the audio, even without the use of external speakers. It is slim and it sits perfectly against the wall, just like a frame would. We mainly use it for streaming shows and movies, and the accessibility of using your phone to control the TV is a big plus. Overall, it is an excellent quality TV. Highly recommended!

Truly looks like a piece of art hanging on the wall. The picture is crystal clear. We paired it with a Samsung sound bar which is 1.5 inches square but gives out awesome sound. The other features such as the gaming section are awesome. I can pair my PlayStation controllers to the TV and plays games from multiple platforms. Just an awesome product.

It's such a great addition to the living room above our fire place and we like rotating the artwork to suit our mood or season. I also like how you can control the TV using the remote control or the app on your device as well. The only suggestion I have is to have better search options for the artwork. Sometimes, it can be hard to find what you want based on color, season, etc. The art is sorted by collection or artist, and I think a search option with keywords attached to each art can be helpful.

What started as an exciting purchase quickly turned into a nightmare of customer service failures and unresolved issues. The TV was delivered with the box damaged and opened, immediately raising concerns about the product's condition. As I wasn't planning to install the TV immediately, I reached out to Samsung support for my options. I was initially approved for a partial refund due to the damaged packaging. However, this approval was later denied without ANY communication and the return window has passed. Samsung support was no help and even admitted their support agent that approved my refund request was in the WRONG! I'm now left bearing all the risk if the TV is faulty when I finally install it. Despite my requests for alternative compensation or escalation to a supervisor, I was repeatedly told there were no options available. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Samsung as a brand. I feel misled, ignored, and left without any satisfactory resolution. I urge Samsung to review this case, make it right, and improve their customer service processes to prevent such situations in the future. Potential buyers should be wary of similar issues when considering Samsung products.

Today my husband unboxes to install. The 5m one connect cable, power cord and remote control are all missing. When I contacted Amazon they told me it was over 30 days from purchase & to contact manufacturer. Samsung told me the same. Their policy is no replacement after 30 days, so I would need to purchase the parts (over $250). I've seen other Google reviews of people with the exact same TV and exact same missing parts. But that's the policy, even if it's clearly an ongoing issue in Samsung end. I looked on Samsung website to purchase and the parts are either not expected to be available until later this month or factory backorder with no ETA. I can't actually speak to the quality of the TV, bc who knows when we'll be able to use it?! At the very least I highly recommend unboxing immediately. Feels like this could be a big issue for people who may have purchased more than 30days out for a Christmas gift!

Unfortunately, that's about all I can say that's positive. The remote and user interface are really a challenge to work with. However, the most frustrating problem is the fact that it is not possible to keep the audio in sync on any content (antenna or streaming) when using the digital audio output (e.g. driving a sound bar). If you use the internal TV speakers everything's fine. This has nothing to do with the AV delay; the sound will gradually drift off by 20 seconds or more! The only way to re-sync the audio is to switch to another program and switch back.

I can now say I have owed the Frame TV for three months and I am in love with the art it displays in my living room. I will have a floating cabinets to house the box. This TV is the wow factor when people visit my home. Everyone has questions about it! Love the sleekness, and the box that is reachable for plugging HDMI cables etc into. Although I was unable to mount like a picture frame it is on a mounting bracket above my fireplace and looks great. The ability to add photos and make it look a framed photo is amazing. The picture quality is Samsung great, I know own 3 Samsung TVs, and will never buy anything else. I have lots of windows, and I get no glare on the TV screen at any time of day, not sure there is another product on the market that can beat Samsung. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this TV.

Many people are startled to learn that it is not a framed print! It can also be a learning center for our infant granddaughter, for whom we stream educational videos from youtube. When family or guests want a stroll down memory lane, we log into Onedrive/Icloud and show desired photos right from the TV screen - no more crowding around someone's computer or camera or sitting in uncomfortable chairs. At night it reveals its some of its additional fabulous functions. For starters, it self-adjusts its own lumosity to best display whichever famous artwork I have chosen. But that adjustment doesn't stop with art: it also applies to the display screen on the TV set itself, which has marvelous clarity. And sometimes we just want to listen to music; the television's internal speakers are quite good. All in all this is the best television we have ever owned!

Unboxing was normal but it had weird white powder all over the outside of the TV, and when I went to turn on the TV it had insane amounts of backlight bleeding. It looks great, blends in, and I did the art subscription so I can swap for each season etc. The only thing I can think of improving is some of the apps tend to be buggy. I use our old fire stick for the few that work better outside the Samsung home page. And maybe having additional bezel/frame options. As a result, I cannot connect the "One Connect" cable to the TV. I contacted the customer service team on the same day. While the technical support team acknowledged that it was a damaged TV, the e-commerce department informed me that they couldn't issue a replacement due to company policy, which is quite odd. However, they did agree to accept a return and process a refund for price matching. Now, I have to place a new order, and once it's delivered, they will issue the refund to match the price. Unfortunately, the TV is currently unavailable, meaning I have to spend Christmas without a TV. It's a frustrating experience—if it were Best Buy or Costco, they would have arranged an immediate replacement. The TV itself is excellent, but I'm giving the 1 star for Samsung's e-commerce policies that don't seem customer-friendly. It's better to purchase this from other stores. Now I'm desperately waiting for Samsung to update their stock, I'll miss other cash back offers i received from credit card - but i have no options.

However, it is a fairly straightforward process. It does take two people to mount. I anticipated having to install a recessed power plug behind the screen, but power and all connections come from the "One Connect Box." Reviews and descriptions made that unclear when I was researching. My heart sank when I first turned it on as the picture was very muted. HOWEVER, there was a picture adjustment in settings that needed to be made that brought the quality and brightness to the standard I expected. Samsung should probably ship with the brighter choice as default. The sound was surprisingly good! We anticipated buying a sound bar, but that is not a priority now. Frame sound is much better than our older Samsung which this model replaced. We are enjoying the art mode and change the art choices as desired. We were going to load family photos, but haven't as we have enjoyed the many choices. We did not plan to buy the art subscription, but it isn't as expensive as some reviews suggested. Can you do without it? Yes, but I wouldn't. The Matte display is great and I see no loss in picture quality when watching tv! We wanted a white frame bezel to match nearby artwork. I think at the price point, one frame should be included (which we would have painted to match other framed art). In conclusion, we are very pleased with the Frame TV. I recommend it highly.

While there is an audio setting that renders the audio quiet, the standard audio is fantastic and loud without need for soundbar or additional speakers. Regarding the picture quality, it is fantastic. When in art mode, several people have thought we had a painting on our wall. To turn the screen completely off, press and hold the power button for a few seconds.

There customer service team cannot do anything for you, and there third party installation companies ruin your home. I ordered this tv, and their third party installer delivered it to me broken twice. I spoke with customer service rep about getting this resolved, and he refunded my order without consent and told me to buy elsewhere! RXO is not a professional installation team and they will ruin your walls, and they will break your product.

My initial delivery was scheduled for June 25, but it was rescheduled to July 2, then to July 9, and now to July 16. Despite repeated assurances from Samsung and RXO, I still have not received it. If you want to wait forever for your TV and spend countless hours dealing with Samsung customer support and RXO support, go ahead and buy here. The experience has been incredibly frustrating. Samsung's case manager doesn't even read her own emails, and it's clear that once they have your money, they stop caring about you. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. buy the tv somewhere else. This level of service is unacceptable.

The TV became defective a few months after purchase and I filed a claim within the warranty window. Samsung's service techs determined the television unrepairable and offered a replacement. The comparable model on Samsung's website has an MSRP of 1,999.99 and is currently on sale for $1,599.99 (plus tax) but is currently out of stock and there are no comparable models on their website. Given this, I have quoted the same TV (in stock) at BestBuy which retails for $1,999.99 and is on sale right now for $1,597.99 (plus tax) for a total of $1,745.80 after Tennessee state sales tax. Samsung is unwilling to refund me the amount required to replace the comparable television at one of their authorized retailers. Samsung has offered me a cash refund in the amount of $1,505 which will not cover the cost to replace the television at a third party retailer, resulting in me (the customer) being forced to pay an additional $240.80 out of pocket. I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service, been disconnected multiple times (their transfer link hangs up when transferring to the refunds department) with no callback, and their representatives have been unhelpful, rude, extremely hard to understand their English, and combative. This is a breach of their contractual obligation to warranty their product for a year.

With this most recent purchase I will no longer be purchasing Samsung devices. Most recently I've had issues with my refrigerator but that is another story. I purchased the Frame TV for my new home and was excited to see all that it has to offer. I purchased the 'white glove service' along with the soundbar and speaker. The 'white glove service' is terrible. I purchased this from Samsung!! And the mount is now falling off my wall causing damage to the wall and all Samsung is doing is telling me to reach out to Angi to get this rectified. I did not go through Angi!!

I have been using it now for the past 3 months and am very happy with it. I haven't mounted it to the wall yet because the final location is not ready, but I love how it looks with the additional add-on frame wrap. It looks like a painting and is about the thickness of a framed painting. Super thin. The quality is excellent! This has the matte anti-reflective coating so the lights don't glare when viewed at an angle or when the blinds are open letting sunlight inside. It works great for gaming as well as watching movies. And the fact that I can have the art mode with paintings, or even custom photographs allows this TV to become part of the decor instead of just some useless black square. Very pleased with this purchase. If you want a thin, 4k tv that can become "invisible" so to speak (since it can become a painting on the wall and not look like a normal tv) then this is for you.

Don’t let yourself be scammed by the delivery estimate at the time of purchase because it is a total lie. I have contacted support by phone and chat multiple times without getting an estimated delivery date. I even tried to cancel my order recently because the TV sold for $100 less than I paid. Still, Samsung customer service said they could not cancel the order since it was being “prepared” to be shipped, which was another lie. Since then, the cancel button on my order page is now gone! Over two months in, there is no delivery, and I can’t cancel, so I guess my next option is to get a lawyer.

I was excited to enjoy the games on what I anticipated would be a top-notch display. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived. To my dismay, the brand-new Samsung TV stopped functioning just six hours after delivery. After encountering this issue, I contacted customer support to address the problem. The earliest repair appointment they could provide was a week away. This left me with a brand-new TV that I couldn’t use for its intended purpose, which was incredibly frustrating given that the Olympics were just around the corner. It appears that faulty motherboards might be a common issue with several Samsung TV models, which adds to my disappointment. Given Samsung's reputation for producing high-quality electronics, I was expecting a much better experience. It’s disheartening to encounter such issues with a brand that positions itself as a leader in the industry. On a positive note, I had also purchased an 86" LG QLED TV for my media room prior to this incident. This TV has been performing exceptionally well, and I’ve been able to fully enjoy it despite the setback with the Samsung TV. Overall, while the LG QLED TV has been a pleasure to use, the experience with the Samsung Frame TV has been quite frustrating. I hope Samsung addresses these reliability issues soon, as their products should meet the high standards they set for themselves.

I ordered the Frame 6 weeks ago and was very excited to see that the delivery was scheduled less than two weeks later. Unfortunately, my delivery date came and went with no TV and no word from Samsung. A few days after the scheduled delivery date, I got an email telling me my order was still on time, so at least Samsung has a sense of humor about the whole thing. They periodically send an auto generated email telling me that my delivery needs to be rescheduled. Insightful. We're now about a month past the original delivery date and I still have no idea when/if it will be delivered. I've spoken to customer service several times and they are not able to tell me anything other than the fact that my order is still not shipped and that I will hear from Samsung once they have a delivery date. One person suggested that I cancel my order and try re-ordering the same TV. Extremely helpful stuff. I truly cannot believe how little they seem to respect their customers who spend a lot of money on their products. They sure didn't have an issue charging my credit card promptly...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good & Bad The things I love about this tv is the non-reflective screen, so no more glare from windows. The standby "art mode" really does look like a painting. Sound quality is brilliant and image is crisp and clear. The free channels are also a great bonus. Negatives would be the wall bracket, which you cant easily adjust once up. So make sure you get it dead straight. I wanted to get a frame but when I saw them in the store, I thought they looked cheap and nasty. Over priced too, for a piece of plastic. Unfortunate, because its a good idea. We've had some trouble with our tv (rebooting itself and distorted channels) and although the Samsung support line is very good. It seems we have to do regular factory resets. Not sure if we just have a dud tv or this is normal. With only 12 months warranty it is a bit worrying that it might fail shortly after it expires.

The replacement process has been horrendous. I have spent hours talking to Samsung support, each time being told a refund or replacement had been initiated when it never was, and being shuffled to different departments. It has now been several weeks since I spend over $1000 on an expensive item that took a long time to ship, arrived unusable, and has been sitting in a giant box in my home, and I have no idea if I'll ever be refunded. If you are considering doing business with Samsung, run the other direction to HiSense, TCL, or LG for their similar product.

I needed a tv that was flat to the wall. I love that it’s so flat and that the screen is mat. I wish I had the bezel. I often turn it on during the day just to look at art instead of a black hole. The only problem is that the sound will increase for no reason and then after a minute, correct itself. It’s very random when it does that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chat specialists offered things they can't deliver Avoid purchasing directly from Samsung. A chat rep offered me a free bezel and installation with the TV. I purchased it with Samsung even though I had another offer but Samsung matched their price. When the TV was delivered, no one came to install and the bezel was not included (more than $300 in value). When I called back to ask for the bezel and installation, I was told to return it and purchase it again for $400 more than what I had originally paid or that they could give me a promo code for the free bezel. None of these occurred. I hope the specialists who reply to all of these finally deliver on their offer, but I suspect they won't given the useless interactions I've had with them.

Screen was faulty, had to have screen replaced, then the power button ended up being faulty and had to be replaced. Make sure if you buy this TV you get a warranty. Definitely not worth the hype of cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Art Reimagined! Personally I’ve always been a fan of Samsung TV’s. Picture quality and clarity are second to none. I stumbled across the Frame tv when renovating my house. I always hated the look of a tv on a wall with all the cables and boxes alongside or underneath. The Frame is thin and sleek with a simplistic design allowing the focus to be on the screen and not the connections. Having the ability to have the box separate from the picture eliminates the need for power outlets and cable connections higher on the wall and allows greater flexibility for locating. Plus it allows you to connect external devices closer to where they are located with having unsightly cables ran everywhere. I recently added the “Picture Frame” border. It attaches easily and effortlessly since it’s magnetic and makes the tv look more like art than an object. I subscribed to the art store and love having the images displayed in art mode when not in use as a tv. There is no comparison to other tv’s. I have frame televisions throughout the house and can’t imagine having anything else.

The only thing I would like more is if the frame was a little larger and also that we didn’t have to purchase a different color and you could choose the color option. Otherwise it has been great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything but the Mount The picture is sharp and bright in a or well light living room. The tv also paired with our Lovesac sofa speakers and it all plays nicely. The mounting hardware for the tv isn’t substantial enough for the weight. As such, our tv has a slight lean to the right. I’ve pulled the tv off and verified the mount is level, and I found the bracket on the right side has exceeded its capacity and this compromised the level setting. Also, the default setting seems to be Samsungs Live TV offering, and there’s probably a way to adjust this in the settings menu, but every other manufacturer seems to understand that the Home Page, where you find your apps, should be the default from the manufacturer. Aside from these minor items, the Frame looks great when it’s not active, and it functions as expected.

We have really enjoyed the art available by subscription. The remote is easy to learn, and Samsung’s ecosystem is fairly complete. I would not two things. First, especially for those considering purchasing, is to make sure you have the correct electrical set up for the TV installed behind the TV within the wall. If not, you will have a large black box to deal with. We didn’t know this, and have managed to hide it, but this was unexpected in a wall-mounted TV. Second, Samsung lacks an app for DirectTV. So if you have that as a cable service, you can only connect by Airplay from your phone, tablet or laptop.

We weren’t sure if the cost was worth it’d but so far, it’s worth every penny. The picture quality is wonderful, the matte screen has no flare which is great for our super bright windows. All in all, we recommend to anyone who is looking for a little TV upgrade, you won’t be disappointed!

My hue box was not compatible so I have to buy an app and the artwork feature is by subscription. I’m so aggregated by this subscription crap. I’d rather purchase the art individually like we did back in the ringtone days. I’m fed up with subscription service and will be cancelling. I’d rather go back to reading books.

Interface is clunky and not at all intuitive. Very slow processor, apps taking a very long time to load. Settings are lacking in options and many settings conflict with each other. Many bugs. TV often turns on by itself frequently, even after master reset. Flush mount is amazing and suprisingly easy to install. A beautiful, quality display....limited by clunky software and slow processor.

Picture is great, concept of tv with a frame displaying art is brilliant, but execution is absolutely not intuitive. Smart Things app is not real smart, and without YouTube tutorials would be beyond challenging, particularly for the over 40 crowd. But having a Van Gogh displayed over the fireplace is worth the effort and considerable expense.

The reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the interface and submenus. They are not intuitive and it is difficult to find what you are looking for. For example, it took me three days to find the right setting for HDMI connection audio. I was getting video but no audio. On line help was unable to solve it. I finally found buried deep in the settings the menu to change to PCM audio so it would sync.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2024 frame tv review I got the frame tv cause it seem very interested I am having hard time figure everything out on it it’s so much stuff if your are not computer literal this is probably not the tv for you it’s a very nice tv and the art is cool but I have only had it maybe six months and this is the second time it will not stay on there is one good thing you can get it repaired directly through tv service can read your tv but you have to buy a care plan through them to get the service which it’s a good deal on it I have checked everything on my tv it’s in good shape but I keep doing something that makes its shut down the picture and trust me I have tried everything two or three times if you stream your tv and don’t have cable that will be a problem to keep it going probably the tv is smarter than me but for people that buy art you definitely should get it you will love it Samsung is the best products all there products are good I will only buy there tv and there all there stuff so don’t get me wrong I will figure it out what’s going on with my tv I know I will it’s just frustrating that my tv is smarter than me lol I do thing you should buy one or any of there tv are good thanks

Our 65 inch Frame TV is hung at the same height as our art work/pictures (72 inches floor to top of screen), blends in perfectly and is often not noticed by visitors unless we point it out. We do occasionally have personal family photos scrolling when the TV is not in use, or a static family portrait. In the winter, we often have a roaring fire image of maybe a seascape video. This is our second Frame TV and plan to purchasing a third for the bedroom so we can get rid of the outdated TV cabinet. I mounted both Frame TVs myself but I would still recommend having it professionally fitted if 65 inches or larger. We have decided not to hide the very thin signal wire from the box in the wall, but it would be easy to do so. Picture quality is

Last week, we had some home renovations done so I spent a full week in the guest room and really appreciating this TV. We have art on the walls in that room and this TV fits in with the style perfectly. It has a tiny bezel and most people only realize it's a TV when the image changes. The 4K display is great, even from across the room. We didn't attach a sound bar, so we don't use it with music, but I had no issues watching some movies from a FireTV dongle that we plugged into the base unit. Would definitely recommend this device.

Can't make the app work with any of my Samsung products. A huge oversight with how the TV works. If you have a wired LAN connection, you can't use the app. You have to have the Wi-Fi on to use the app. There is no way to have both on at the same time. So either deal with the possibility of lag or use the app. That's why I wouldn't purchase any Samsung TV again.

My primary reason for replacement was the glare on the older TV from the surrounding lights and windows. After the replacement, not only is there no glare on the TV even with lights on and windows open, but the Art component helps bring the space on when the TV is not on. I really like the motion sensor that's built in so you don't have the constantly turn it on.

HOWEVER, a recent software updates FORCES us onto the Samsung tv network, which autoplays, every time sit down to watch a show. It is extremely irritating. Shame on you Samsung…. We have a lot of windows and light coming into our living room, and our old Samsung was like a mirror… The Frame gets rid of all mirror like glare, and the soft brightness that is still present is hardly noticeable. My only gripe about it is that when you turn the TV on, it always goes to Art mode first, so it’s annoying to navigate to Home to find my streaming apps or whatever. Another thing to know: the sound quality lacks bass, so it’s best paired with an external source.

People come in and say, didn't you used to have a tv on the wall? The frame is flush to the wall and people truly believe it is a piece of art. I have lots of windows/sliders and the potential for reflections, but the matte finish is perfect at stopping that. The artwork is constantly updated, and the ability to add my own photos, do a gallery slideshow, create color-matched frames is unparalleled. I watch a lot of sports and the settings for picture type on the tv are also great. I now know three of us with this and we all love them.

I have so much trouble with apps, and many apps on my roku tv are not accessible on the frame. I had to install my connect box into the wall to hide the wires, so an amazon fire stick or roku stick wont be easy to use. Please update the homepage so users can use all of the apps as other TVs. Also, the frame being $200 is just ridiculous. The TV is expensive enough. The frames should come with the TV for free. They are cheap plastic. If you're going to charge $200, atleast make them wood. Such a rip off

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible TV - Smart Components dont work! Horrible TV - Smart Components dont work! Major issue with Digital Certificate on TV and causes the account to logoff. You have to setup the TV again usually each morning and it gets old real quick. I ended up proving this by running wireshark on my network and found that certificate was revoked. Once I shown this information to Samsung, the refunded 95% of my money. Dont buy!

We also purchased the art subscription to get the maximum number of art pieces- definitely worth it. We could not be happier with this tv.

It has holiday pictures and beautiful scenery and fall trees and winter scapes. I just can’t say enough! We watch movies and it is so clear and it’s like you are there!

Received terrible customer service from Samsung ended up having to buy from Amazon, a remote that would work with it. Very terrible customer

The picture quality is nice. I especially like all the picture options but it requires a subscription that says its included with the tv but doesn’t work.

It looks so much less bulky than other TV's, and I love the narrow frame. I also love the rotating art that is the screensaver. It changes each month to a selection of photos that correspond the season and I enjoy seeing which photos will come next. I also love to play music through the TV also. The TV is easy to use and easy to download streaming apps. The picture quality is great, and we have had no problems with the TV. We love it!
