Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful image, mediocre setup/implementation The excellent ============== I was blown away by the image and sound quality (I paired it with the HW-990H soundbar setup). This panel is definitely brighter than my decade-old Samsung UN55JS8500) with a wider color gamut. The QSymphony audio settings are pretty amazing -- making me want to re-watch old movies just to see how good they sound. The recommended ultra-slim mount really lives up to its name -- it makes the TV hang so close to the wall that you'd think it was bolted directly down. The mediocre ============== Setup was cumbersome -- needing to install an app and configure an online profile just to order a TV seemed a bit much, and overall intrusive. I had to do some online research to find out how to maximize my privacy and turn off all of the unwanted features (that I could). The minimalist remote control for the TV has a few nice touches (like having solar cells to recharge its battery). It also has a few glaring omissions, like a mute button, and an input toggle. The bad ============== The user interface is overwhelming -- I don't need to be bombarded with ads, suggestions on what movies to watch or games to play. There should be a pared down option to just have your show your available source inputs, as well as the apps you have installed. The TV is slow on the pickup to content from the various inputs. The S95H only has 3 HDMI ports available if you choose to go the HDMI eARC route to connect the sound bar. If you've got a few gaming consoles and/or other devices, you're going to need a switcher or an AV receiver in order to handle the overflow. When switching from one input source to another via the switcher, the TV takes a good 10+ seconds to go from displaying source 1 to showing "no source available" to switching over to source 2. This is something that never happened with my older Samsung TVs configured in the same manner (with a switcher) The neither here nor there ============== The TV's aesthetic design could be considered a "choice" -- one that you really like or not. I personally don't think that the silver-gray frame that the OLED panel sits atop is necessary -- it does little more than increase the TV's footprint for the same 54.6" diagonal panel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features This new Samsung TV has the most beautiful picture I have ever seen! The screen automatically adjusts to accommodate the light in the room. My only complaint is that any of my movies that are in (AVI.) format will nolonger play on the new TV. I wish they had kept all movie formats as previously. By dropping the support of any previously supported format it negatively impacts the consumer.

I contacted Samsung, and they seemed aware of the problem with that particular model. They guided us through the refund process, which went smoothly. We used the refund to purchase a new Samsung—this time a 2026 model—and it works perfectly. We love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SAMSUNG is the best brand you can choose I'm thrilled with this 55-inch Samsung TV. The picture quality is stunning; the colors and brightness are incredibly vibrant, and the dark tones are truly black, without those annoying white patches around letters or shiny objects. What surprised me most is its special anti-reflective screen. My living room gets a lot of natural light, and before, it was impossible to watch a movie without closing the curtains, but with this screen, it looks perfect from any angle and at any time of day. The design is extremely sleek and slim, so it looks great mounted on the wall. Plus, it works wonderfully for gaming consoles; there's absolutely no lag, and the movements feel fluid at all times. The built-in sound is also loud and clear. It's a high-end TV that's worth every penny if you're looking to replace your old screen with something that truly makes you feel like you're at the movies. I highly recommend it, you'll be fascinated! I think it couldn't be better. I couldn't see any improvements; it has everything. As for improvements, Upscaling I think the remote control could be a little bigger or include backlighting on the buttons, since it's easy to press them incorrectly in the dark.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome TV As a long time purchaser of Samsung tv’s,I’d have to say this one is the best of the bunch.The brightness of the colors pop right off the screen,with very deep blacks.The mat finish of the screen helps tremendously with any glare that may be present.Apps that I use are easy to navigate and are super quick and responsive.Gaming on this set is incredible.My PlayStation pro never looked better on this oled.I am extremely happy with this purchase.

The clarity and brightness of this television are extraordinary and uniform. I had a Pleasant experience setting the TV up for the first time and found AI features to be responsive. Absolutely no glare when curtains are open letting in natural light.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The engineers and developers thought of everything I've had Samsung TVs for years, and frankly they are so good I haven't felt the need to upgrade from my older model (7 years old). However, finally the last year the old software was just moving too slow, and wifi issues caused me to make the switch. Can't recommend the upgrade enough! You don't know what you don't know, and while I thought I was getting a great tv experience it is improved in every measurable way with the new tv, and the ai smart features have given things I didn't even know I wanted! The picture itself is crystal clear but most importantly it is almost totally glare free and it's so bright that even in direct light (ours is in a very well lit room) the picture clarity is better then my old tv with all the lights off at night! I did a side by side run of the best movie for tv ever, "Top Gun" and maybe that was too much adrenaline for a Tuesday... I felt like I was the one getting catapulted of that carrier deck just sitting on my couch! While the sound quality is good, I would still recommend pairing this up with a full surround system to match the picture quality, but at stock the speakers do a decent job. The software is really where this shines though... The is an auto dashboard that is customized via ai with whatever is most relevant to me at all times. It pops up anytime I walk in front of the tv (can be turned off) and displays anything from the fridge door forgetting to be closed, to recommended stretches after my volleyball match, to weekend weather based on my calendar. The speed and fluidity at how the menu and ui work is impressive and intuitive. I love that all of my devices and smart home, even my watch all work on one single eco system now and can work off one another seamlessly. Can't recommend this TV enough, and would definitely choose it again if I was needing an upgrade even if you think your tv "has it all" like I did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Display Hooked up my S95H and I'm in love! I'm coming from an older 2017 Samsung model and the visuals and features are just Night and Day. It feels like I'm there whenever I'm watching a movie. The colors and everything just pops! Very vibrant and really upscaled the video of my gaming devices.. playing games like Gran Turismo goes crazy now. My 2017 TV was lagging tremendously and it was super frustrating but this one is quite snappy so I'm super happy about that as id expect it to be. I absolutely love the matte screen.. I've always had glossy so this is the first for me and it just looks much better. Doesn't have that glare from my window like my glossy monitor has which is placed right next to it. Overall, this has been my favorite TV I've ever owned. I just wish I could get a bigger size to really get immersed in it but this was the max size my room would allow with my desk next to it LOL. I've paired this with the Q-series Soundbar HW-Q990F so the experience is insane!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning Picture Quality I am using this TV for anout 2 weeks now, Honestly I am more that happy with this one. The picture color is the first thing I noticed right away the difference is predominant compared to my 1 years old G4 OLED. I watch a lot of netflix and sports the overall picture color and contrast stand outs without overdone. Even regular youtube and sports look much better and visually pleasing. One thing that really surprised is how good the overall picture quality is in a bright room, my living room usually gets a lot of sunlight and there is a lot of glare which reduces the overall picture quality and experience, but this TV i am not sure how they are managing glare I see little to no glare at all really impressed with that no need to worry about closing the blind everytime I see the TV. I also really like the design its very slim and the steel frame gives it a more premium look. Setup is pretty easy as we expect from Samsung and integrated well with overall Samsung smart hub ecosystem seamlessly. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with it. It looks great for movies, streaming, and everyday watching, especially in brighter spaces. I’d definitely recommend it to someone looking for a TV with strong picture quality and a modern design.
