Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful TV but... I really love this TV. Great picture, decent sound quality, fairly easy to navigate. The one thing I absolutely hate is the pre installed Chat Together app. The first day I got my TV I was watching network news and after about 2 minutes, the screen saver came on. I hit a button on the remote, but it happened again, every 2 minutes. I called Samsung and they took a report and set up a service call. A week or so later that happened and since it couldn't be recreated, they did nothing. I had several back and forth discussions with Samsung, telling them it only happened when I was watching national network shows. Never happened on any streaming service. I Googled the problem and unearthed thousands of the same complaint. It was this Chat Together app. I mentioned that to Samsung during our last call and was dismissed by them. What I have to do now is, before watching any TV shows in the evening, I have to go to apps, delete the Chat app, it says successfully deleted, then I can watch without any problems. Unfortunately, that doesn't get rid of the app. I have to do this everyday, at least once. Very annoying. I wasn't at all satisfied with customer service. If they'd get rid of this app with an update of some sort, I'd give 5 stars.

Love the features and the UI but the tizen software slows to a stop sometimes especially when streaming. OA if you are used to the samsung operating system you will be at home and will navigate fine.

So I retired my old television to a bedroom and purchased this one so I could watch movies and shows on my favorite apps. Has an amazing clear picture, beautiful color and I haven't had to adjust a single thing since I've had it.

I like the fact that a smart hub is built in, no need for the dongle anymore. However, it could be easier to navigate the screen and menus. Would buy again.

The connection to devices such as sound bars and other systems like Fire Stick and Blu-ray was simple and for the most part automatic. Sound however is a little weak in a large room, considering the out put it is recommended to get the best quality is to add a sound bar or other audio to the set. It is a little heavier than expected for being so thin, but fits well on the wall. Would choose again over QLED.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love new tv! Upgraded from OLED 4k Q90T, this one makes everything thing pop out more, great for playing games. Movies are crisp looking, cool feature is the remote. If you want to charge your remote, just lay it in a lighted room (solar powered), the back on the TV is cool with cable management. Now the TV is heavy!!! Meaning tv itself lite, but the base of the TV good 65 to 80 lbs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed If you order this TV do not let anyone, tell you that the 43-55"/ OLED 55-65" Full Motion Slim Wall Mount (200x200, 300x200) will work. I paid for the Samsung Professional Service to have this done and when they arrived, and this did not fit this TV. Instead, they used my other wall mount for my 65" Class Samsung Neo QLED 8K QN900C, 58-75" Full Motion Slim Wall mount (400x300, 400x400) which I also ordered. Now I am out two wall mounts as the installer took my 43-55"/ OLED 55-65" Full Motion Slim Wall Mount after instillation. I paid a lot of money for these two TV's and wall mounts to be told by Samsung there is nothing they can do with what the installer did! I always have purchased from Samsung, but I decided going forward to look elsewhere.

Colors pop and are vibrant as you would expect from an oled. The new Samsung interface is a great upgrade from the old clunky one with only a few minor complaints (mainky that switching sources has a learning curve).

However I would not buy another one. I've just had too many issues with the 2022 model, they had to upgrade me to the 2023 model bc of how bad it got. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eye Compatibility Most televisions, tablets, phones, and other electronics typically cause my eyes some issues, in regards to adjustment; it usually takes my eyes some times adjusting to and from looking at most digital devices, but not with Samsungs OLED 55" that I now have. Transitioning to and from watching TV is now a breeze for me and much more comfortable.

We appreciate all of the plug-ins and use most of them to connect to other devices. The TV was easy to setup, use and mount k to a bracket.

I never miss any details when using this beautiful, crystal clear, Samsung OLED 4K Smart TV. Plus it is excellent and connecting to all my streaming services and Smart connections from Alexa to Google Home. I would never go back to anything less than this beautiful work of art!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from I guess I’m too dumb for a Smart TV The picture and sound quality is great but finding my cable channels from Xfinity is a nightmare. We used to use a Roku device and all our streaming channels were right there.. Now it’s split between using Samsungs interface, which is only good for a few channels and the Xfinity app on the TV. I’ve even had to resort to using my iPhone and “AirPlay” to get some of my channels, like WatchTCM. There must be a better way but I can’t figure it out. Xfinity support was no help at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Missing some tech Tv is pretty good. Has some big flaws, beginning with, it loses wifi all the time and the password has to be retyped everytime. This is the only electronic product I've ever had that has that problem. Once the password is inputted, on everything else i own, it finds the Wi-Fi and joins the network. But, not this TV. It is maddening. Oh and when TV is turned on, it doesn't automatically tune to the last input. I have to grab the tv remote and find cable input, everytime. I hate it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pic needs a LOT of fine tuning; one connect BULKY! First TV arrived broken, delivered by UPS. Second TV I picked up in person. The picture is great but requires a lot of fine tuning, which is not very intuitive. The native picture out of the box is very vivid but in the traditional "colors are way too saturated" Samsung way. In game mode, somehow the TV has a native blue tint (I assume from their QD tech to brighten the photo). Yellow objects were somehow green, and it was really hard to fine tune the color out. The second thing that is problematic is the one connect system. If you have a non traditional setup that requires more than 7 feet to connect the TV to game systems or external boxes, then the setup is really cumbersome. The one connect box is very heavy, is 13x14 inches and the cable is unique to this TV only right now with no other options in length (and they will be VERY expensive if they do come out with a longer cable). They do offer a TV mount option to mount the one connect box to the TV but only for the 65 in. I would love to see TV mounts or options to connect the one connect to the back of the TV to give more versatility for people who need it. The final thing that knocked my review down is the user interface. It's bulky, not intuitive, and there's a huge ad at the top for Samsung products (this is really annoying). If they could slim the UI down and make it user friendly, that would probably make LG and other TVs less desirable. For example, it's really hard for me to find the different HDMI connections, switch between them, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good picture, major warts (gamers beware) This is my first Samsung purchase and I debated between the S95C and one of its prominent competitors for months. I ultimately went with Samsung but wouldn't make the same choice again. Pros: The picture is good, and importantly for me it is very bright. I have a sunny living room with windows on every side of the TV and it holds its own well. That part is great. Cons: One of my main uses of the TV is video games. In addition to this TV, I bought a PS5, some new games, and was excited to use them. However, the screen CONSTANTLY flickers. Roughly once every 2-3 minutes, I'll be playing the game, the screen will flash to black suddenly and stay there for 1-2 seconds, and then go back to the picture. It's infuriating and makes gaming pretty much impossible due to consistent interruption. Note: I'm using supported HDMI cables, the PS5 is brand new, and the game is a just-released title. I was on vacation so hadn't sat down to play in the first 15 days with the TV (of course) so now I'm out of luck with the return window. If I knew before buying that this would essentially make gaming impossible, I would have looked elsewhere. Additionally - I bought a Samsung Q800 soundbar with the TV. It's paired through eArc/HDMI, but the sound is out of sync pretty much everywhere with severe delays (across numerous apps, both my PS5 and Xbox, and network TV). Not sure if that's more of the TV or the Soundbar. But in any case, I'm 32, decent with tech (not an expert) and expected that my Samsung pairing would work seamlessly together out of the box. That's not the case at all. Would not buy again.

Great Job Samsung After weeks and weeks of research (QLED vs OLED, LG vs Samsung) I ordered the new 55" OLED S95C last week and i received it 5 days after. A week earlier than i expected. Wow..what a nice surprise !! I really can't get enough of this beautiful designed TV. Very easy to install and the quality of the images, the color depth, etc are UNMACTHED. Best TV i ever had. Set up was a breeze and connection with Wifi, streaming services and mobile devices was never so easy for me. Also the image AI upscaling from my ipad (Airplay) or Netflix/Prime video streaming just BLEW me away. The images are from a never seen high crisp quality. You can count every single hair and the details are so intense beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase and won't go for anything else. This TV can only deserve a BIG 5.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Picture, Poor Sound Delay This is by far the nicest picture quality I have ever seen on an HDTV. The options here for adjusting picture to your liking are very robust. From true VRR support on Playstation 5 to the pure black levels, this TV takes the cake for picture. The interface is decent, with the ability to get to where you need to go, although I prefer the previous generation layout. I like the Game Mode menu with picture information so you know you are in that mode specifically. Unfortunately, this TV suffers with audio support on external output devices. If you want to enjoy the benefits of VRR and 120hz, you will want to hook your Xbox or PS5 direct into the Samsung One Box HDMI input. Unfortunately, when you do this, you are forced to use optical or eARC audio output connections to a soundbar or stereo receiver. No matter which format you choose, there will be an audio delay. There is simply no way around the audio delay, even if you set the audio delay to zero in the advanced sound menu. You can set your console to PCM or Dolby, still delay. You can set your S95C to eARC "passthrough" and still a delay on the game devices. I really hope Samsung is able to fix this glaring issue, which should not be present on premium HDTVs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware!! The TV was incredible until it wasn't. Mine lasted a grand total of 28 days! I set it up on December 9. 2023 and last Thursday January 4 2024, it just quit. No picture and no sound and intermittent blinking power light. I spent the next 2+ hours using Samsung's online troubleshooting guide. I recharged the remote, swapped out the surge protector, removed all connected components and still no luck. The retailer where I purchased the TV would not accept a return. I attempted to resolve the issue online with Samsung but eventually sent an email the CEO using a link on the website and when I received a response from the office I was told that my only option was to have the unit repaired. Well **sigh, the Samsung repair technician just left the house. He brought new mother boards and a new 'one connect' cable but after an hour, he left the house saying I need a new flat panel screen. He estimated it would probably take a week or so. I imagine the TV will eventually be repaired but I've lost all confidence in this one. In effect, I'll end up with a refurbished TV that I paid full price for. It seems to me that since Samsung advertises itself as No. 1 in overall quality they would accept that this is a bad unit and swap it out for a new one, especially since it died after only 28 days. I've owned 2 Samsungs that lasted 15 years. That's why I bought another one. You might become the owner of one that will do the same. But if not, get ready for an awful experience.

The remote now can charge and through solar as it has a solar panel on the remote. Despite the size of the remote and always losing it and no light on the remote when it's dark, but the features is great for the lazy guy on the couch or bed.

Provides a beautiful clear and clean picture and makes watching movies at home with the kids even better! Can't say one bad thing yet, even the smart features like apps, and smart connect work flawlessly.
