Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Bought this TV a week ago. Picture and screen is good but everything else not so good. 1. No native media player to play media files from local network 2. No free app to perform media player tasks 3. No app to support older TABLO devices 4. Audio output is either TV or external speakers. Cannot play together 5. Tiny remote has poor functionality. No direct buttons to setup or programmable features. 6. Remote control does not work as universal remote for most of my devices. 7. Could not rename external devices (sources) unless Samsung recognize it from its list. 8. Split screen (multi view) could not watch two TV channels like ABC and NBC. I gave 2 stars for the display only but could not give more for TIZAN OS

The picture is very real and the night or dark scenes look the best I have seen. I am very happy with my new TV!

I found it superior to my Sony bravia A90L. I will be purchasing a a95f next month for our living room to replace our Sony bravia a85f. Only missing Dolby Vision. That doesn't make it any less than a great TV though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing features I love how it has a razor slim build and I like that it has a surprisingly bright screen and I love that it has a voice assistant that can be utilized hands free or with the remote and I love the color accuracy it displays being able to show perfect blacks and and the vibrancy of other colors on the color gamut and I love the 120 hz refresh rate it holds natively to display a super clear screen at all times and I love the Ai features it has like Ai adaptation for sound to get the best sound output that is processed by AI

The colors were oversaturated out of the box but it was easy to change a couple settings and get a very accurate image. This OLED TV replaced a relatively recent LCD TV, and I'm in disbelief that I can get an upgrade this big at such a reasonable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from defective tv; terrible customer service brand new tv ordered from the samsung website is broken fresh out of the box. sound works, screen doesn't. $1200 for a dead screen. they sold me a defective tv and have been utterly useless in helping me resolve it, constantly shuttling me between the same handful of customer service departments, with seemingly zero communication between employees and zero understanding from anyone on how to resolve the issue. in this text window it says to only discuss the product and not services, but if samsung expects customers to spend thousands on defective products they better have some reliable service to make up for it. even if/when this issue is resolved i will never buy another product from this company ever again

Hi - This is my first Samsung TV ever and I am truly impressed because: 1) Unpacking this TV was easy because the instructions were clear. 2) The remote is amazing. Small and easy to use. 3) When setup was completed(unfortunately takes a bit time via Samsung's SmartThing App), I immediately noticed how responsive and fast the operating system is. Very impressed by it. My other OLED TV's, different brand don't even come close. 4) The colors are amazing, sounds is pretty good and ofc, no reflections at all. So Cool. Love it. 5) Tried PS4 and it works so well with this TV. Want to play all the games again. I highly recommend this TV. Based on other brand's 2 OLED's I have, this is the best. If I watch an episode on another, and later continue on this one, the difference is striking, and every time makes me regret watching on the others.

My previous TV purchase was almost 15 years ago, when TVs were starting to come out with HDMI. So, this year I decided that it's time to upgrade. I did a lot of research, watched, and read the expert reviews. I narrowed down my choices to Samsung, LG, and Sony. I am glad I went with Samsung. The S90F 55-inch uses a QD-OLED panel, which is truly a joy to watch TV and play on PS5, and its innovative features are very user-friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No room for a soundbar-disappointing design flaw I am unable to mount the tv on my wall. I have to use a tv stand. Unfortunately, there is no way to use a soundbar!!! It literally makes it impossible to use the remote since the bar has to sit right in front of the tv. Not thought through Samsung!! A design flaw for sure. There should’ve been a way to adjust the tv mount on the back of the tv. I know some of your tvs have this feature.

True blacks, vivid colors and how smooth the motion is. Coming from a Samsung Qled this is a huge difference. I would definitely buy this TV again!!!!

I use it primarily for gaming and occasional content consumption but mostly gaming and it definitely gets the job done incredibly well. For the price you can usually find it on a decent sale and it's absolutely worth it.

As for The remote control is it small and has a solar charge. Its simple to use. I miss the old info button on earlier Samsung models. I like to display my screens information and i don’t know how to do that on the s90f

It takes 30 seconds for the tv to provide the channel and audio ( it seems to have to go thru a process.) I get the spinning wheel, and then different screens until it settles in properly. This happens every time you power up.

I'm a professional artist and find it to be the best I've seen. It is very bright, and I often don't need it at full brightness. I'm very impressed. The OS is also snappy. I do have a few notes. Other than the wonderful image quality, I'd recommended the following updates: 1. Allow users to create multiple copies of 'filmmaker mode' or any mode, 2. Allow for infinite screen zooming out on all occasions and apps (currently it supports zooming in, but not out) and only on some apps), 3. Allow the doc of apps to be fixed st the bottom vs. the whole page moving each time on Tizen, 4. The antiglare screen coating is VERY thin, and was removed in one area during gentle cleaning with a microfiber. Please use a more robust coating method AND tell customers that it can barely be touched, like the coatings in lenses; it was VERY fragile. Other than that, this tv is excellent. I was concerned about OLEDS being too dark, but it's so bright and accurate. My goodness. It's not over saturated. It's very natural and well-balanced. This is the best tv I've seen. The viewing Angel is so wide it always looks perfect. Thank you!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phenomenal TV - Awful Service Process - Be Aware This is a nearly perfect TV. Picture is clean, lines are clean, sound quality and processor speed are great. That said - Samsung customer service is the worst, by any company I’ve dealt with in years. I have had two of these TV’s. The first failed - it happens. Because I live remotely, I can’t get it serviced, so it is a “return for refund - under warranty”. I understand that concept and it doesn’t bother me. So the case was opened and now I am 27 days later with no pick up of the TV, no refund and no ability to escalate the problem. Each step of the process Samsung has not done anything with the case until I have called in and checked on status. With that status check, they escalate to someone and move the issue forward in the process. Today - it’s finally gone to the trucking company for pickup which will be scheduled in 7-10 days. Scheduled… Not completed…. Oh and the catch - refund doesn’t occur until after pickup. Hey Samsung - I’m tired of floating your cashflow and I fully expect some help on this one. The ticket # is 4181697028. For me to have wasted hours of time chasing something I was originally told was days and am now looking at more than a month is fully unacceptable. Truly you should be disappointed. Not in your people - they have been professional - but in your process that seems to make getting a refund for a product under warranty that you cannot repair nearly impossible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This thing is amazing Coming from a much older and much less premium previous Samsung model, I was blown away by this TV. I use it as both my TV and computer monitor, an it's fantastic at both. Brightness is fantastic. I never have issues seeing the display even though my desk is directly next to a window. Having 120Hz is basically life changing when coming from 60Hz. Games and video content are incredibly smooth and consistent without having that really annoying "soap opera" effect. I like that it integrates with SmartThings, too. Even playing old SD content doesn't look stretched or distorted. The way it handles upscaling is awesome. Comparing this to my old TV isn't just night and day; they don't even share the same universe. Contrast in my games and video content is also well balanced. Nothing feels overly saturated, blown out, or crushed. The processors in modern TVs are SOOO much better. Tizen actually runs WELL on these now. There's no lag or delay between issuing commands and execution. Apps also load quickly. Pairing this with gaming is fantastic because nothing ever looks fuzzy or soft at the edges. Images and motion are fluid and sharp. Speaking of which, this TV also has integrated FreeSync support AND Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), so if my framerate ever drops, the TV adapts and remains in sync. No tearing either, which was a constant nuisance on my previous TV. I absoutely recommend one of these. The only real difference between this model and the S95F, is negligibly "worse" audio quality and not getting the anti-glare coating. Which reminds me to mention that the audio quality for the built-in speakers is actually rather good for an OLED TV. I'm no audiophile, but it's definitely a significant improvement over my previous TV.

The picture contrast is awesome, even if the sun is shining right on the screen, I can still watch my shows without problem. The sound is crisp, it doesn't have to be blasting. You can hear even the smallest details you normally miss when you watch a movie at home. It's hands down absolutely the best tv I've ever owned. I've never had any problems with it. I got the 55 inch tv and the 4K picture resolution is so much more detailed. It's got great clarity, the picture NEVER looks distorted or blurry, even on the larger screen. And casting to the smart tv from my phone is seamless, plus my friends can.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice picture, however.... This TV has a clear bright picture. There are several drawbacks. First is the tiny remote. As seniors with limited eye site the scrol wheel is so hidden it's nearly impossible to accurately use. Second, the onscreen menus are way too confusing. Coming from another well know brand trying to access stuff like YouTube to listen to music, then trying to get back to TV is really difficult. Third, wearing hearing aids I hear a lot of rumbling when the volume is loud enough to hear. Not a fan. But guess I'm stuck with it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung is the Ideal Partner The brightness is spectacular. The contrast in the presets (Dynamic, Eco, Filmmaker, Standard, Movie) are perfect, no need to adjust. The motion is smooth and in time, with zero lag, shadowing or echo. Even when streaming older 1080p shows, the AI upscaling makes the picture look remarkably crisp on the 4K screen—it almost feels like watching a modern 4K release. The one area where I'd recommend improving are the menu layout on the Home Screen. Bring back my easy ability to move the apps around. The menu is buried but I want the quick convenience that I once had. Also, the Search feature needs improvement. When I AI search or Voice search, there is no search history that I can see. Only when I type in the search parameters does it leave a history. Update it all to show history of searches regardless of how it's affected.

My Samsung OLED TV is absolutely stunning! No mater what I choose to play-- DVD, blu ray, r4k--- everything looks wonderful on this TV! The upscaling is incredible for dvds movies and TV series, and the blu ray and 4k is even better. Even streaming is VERY clear and the detail so intense. The fact that OLEDs use individual pixels of light makes ALL the difference. If you are a movie and/or TV fan and a collector of movies and shows, THIS OLED TV is for you! Check out the difference. You will be glad you did.

The colors are vibrant and it does not matter if you are in a dark or light space. The picture itself is so clear that you can see blades of grass or tiny freckles on people. The motion transitions flawlessly. Add in the Alexa compatibility and you have a winner. I now plan to buy the same TV but larger for my living room

The only thing missing is Dolby Vision for tv shows and a little bit of brightness.

Honestly it's a night and day difference in quality for both the picture and sound. The first attempt to download a new app was frustrating. It of course was me. Apps are very easy to download. Ps5 in HDR is fantastic, amazing picture quality. However there's something off with my Xbox on the game mode settings. The blacks are not black so I'm changing to cinema mode. It's not as poppy as the ps5 and maybe not the fastest input lag but it looks way better. I'd wish the forced HDR would look better on Xbox but overall it's a fantastic TV

Which are so much better to play with an OLED screen TV, I can see details that I never noticed before. Watching Netflix and singing logo come on and nothing else was an experience. It was kind of weird to see floating in on my wall and not being able to tell where my tv ended lol. Brightness is also amazing so I have no issues watching it in daylight. My only complain about the TV is that There is no dedicated input button, so anytime you want to change input you have to go to the home screen and then select the input you want to use. But other than that watch me things a lot of color on this TV is mine blowing. I love the contrast what I'm playing games.

I chose it over the LG and sont competition in the comparable model lines because the panel used was a quantum dot/oled hybrid, instead of the older woled panels. The colors are amazing, and in filmmaker mode it hardly requires any picture adjustment. All the "AI" settings aren't really worth much, as it seems to crus the blacks, so I simply use filmmaker mode for movies, and set another picture mode one step cooler for cable programming. That pretty much all the adjustment required. The Tizen OS leaves something to be desired, but none of the other manufacturer's OS are really much better, and if it's an issue for you, you can always get a streaming device of your choosing. For me, the oled picture quality is crazy good coming from a much older lcd/led TV. Every time is watch something it's pure pleasure.

It delivers perfect, infinite blacks that allow you to see crisp sharp textures in near-dark movie scenes rather then just a blob of darkness. On the opposite side of that the vibrant colors just seem way more brighter then what the screen gives off. If you have the financial going up to 65 inches might be a better pay off but if you have a budget then the OLED will fit it perfectly.

Excellent responsiveness, beautiful picture quality and the software continues to improve. QD Oled from Samsung truly are next level and they’ll always be my go to when it comes to TV’s. Would love to get into the even higher tiered TV’s as well but they get pricey quick.

Remote is smaller and better also, only issue is that I have lost 2 of them(thanks to my kids). I also love how it seamlessly works together with a samsung soundbar. Upscaling works great with a previous generation gaming PC, and still hits that max 144 refresh rate.

Color quality is phenomenal, with the auto adjust for brightness and the surrounding room with the AI function is great. The integrated smart hub and SmartThings app is great. Sound is good. Prior to this tv we used WiFi to run our tv, with streaming and YouTubeTV, with no issues or lag. Now I constantly experience lag, buffering, and having to reconnect the tv to our WiFi. Our other tvs, non-Samsung, do not have this issue.

The other one I have an issue with it has spots on the screen and when I called Samsung, they investigated it, but said that it was cosmetic and they couldn’t do anything even though they’re on the screen, and there was nothing done on my end to it so I’m very disappointed when I called Samsung they said that the warranty doesn’t cover that well it looks like the spots are embedded in the screen so there is a product problem with this one TV and again I am very upset that they did nothing for me. The other issue is I was kind of disappointed that you can’t download certain apps for an example I wanted lesson 360 and they’re not allowed to download that app so I was kind of disappointed. I’m limited to what I can download as far as extra apps.

Our problem is not with the actual TV except that we cannot attach our older DVD player to the new TV without buying some additional hardware. I shouldn't have to buy a whole new set of devices every time I want to replace one of them. Also I would appreciate a user manual that that provides a description of the capabilities of the TV and directions on how to use them. This could be an online feature, but it would beat having to use Google every time I have a question about the operation of the TV.. I am sure there are many features and adjustments I could make if I was more aware of its features. Also, I bought a universal remote separately because I want to change channels by keying in the actual channel number instead of toggling up and down a list of options. In summary, we are generally pleased with the performance of the TV, but not happy with the lack of documentation and the remote capabilities.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best TV I've ever owned This thing will watch your kids. There are more things to adjust than I've seen on a computer. The manual is 290 pages long. Love it! Great audio, and the best picture I've ever seen. I got to see the Japanese version of HD 40 years ago at an NAB Vegas Convention. Been a student ever since. This TV does it all for my eyes and ears.

From the moment you turn it on, you see a stunning and crisp image, it's easy to program, super smooth, and the picture is incredibly bright with amazing contrast.Pure blacks and superb scaling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from frustrating finding how to's this picture is very good-shape and clear. Sound is better than expected. However, getting user help is frustrating. It's so difficult to find how to do things . a better, easier user guide would help; I would like a printed one instead on the TV screen. buttons on the remote for easy access to user guide would be great. My biggest complaint, then, is instructions, user help and poor ease of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture with some setup issues Great picture with great fidelity. The main issue is have with the unit is setting up the picture modes. I can't find a single one of the defaults that do the job for multiple different apps and mediums. Even tweaking them on my own, I've had issues getting it just right, which is a bit frustrating. Also if you use the voice assistant it interrupts your viewing experience. Also frustrating when I'm just trying to turn the living room light on with Alexa.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with it Iv always has samsung tvs and phones since high school and they have been great my old samsung tv had it 10 years be for it started acting funny still worked fine but it was old and starting to slow down it would take a cupple seconds to load apps. Saw this tv and sale around black friday and was like why not. Let me tell u I will never buy an non oled tv again this thing is a game changer. The screen is incredibly bright despite haveing anti glare the 120hz- 144hz is smooth for games like battlefield and arc raiders. If samsung keeps puting out tvs like this I will for ever buy them. Also my s26 ultra is great too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture - woefull OS The TV looks good, maybe too thin! as you fear for its robustness but its a good looking device. The overall picture is awesome huge step up over a 5 year old LCD at similar price point, Brightness is amazing for an OLED. But oh dear the Tizen OS is woeful if you've used Android/google TV OS your in for a big disappointment, navigation is bad finding the correct setting is an arduous task , but worst of all its really slow often grinding to a halt and needing a reset and full of Intrusive Samsung bloat. The painful OS really detracts from such a great TV

I was pleasantly suprised by the Samsung gamebar experience too. It handles up scaling like a champ making older movies look brand new.
