The picture quality is stunning super sharp, vibrant colors, and deep blacks, especially with their QLED and OLED models. The smart features are easy to use, and it connects quickly to all my streaming apps. The sound is pretty good too, but I paired it with a soundbar for an even better experience. Overall, it’s a sleek, high-performing TV that’s totally worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed Bought this TV a week ago. Picture and screen is good but everything else not so good. 1. No native media player to play media files from local network 2. No free app to perform media player tasks 3. No app to support older TABLO devices 4. Audio output is either TV or external speakers. Cannot play together 5. Tiny remote has poor functionality. No direct buttons to setup or programmable features. 6. Remote control does not work as universal remote for most of my devices. 7. Could not rename external devices (sources) unless Samsung recognize it from its list. 8. Split screen (multi view) could not watch two TV channels like ABC and NBC. I gave 2 stars for the display only but could not give more for TIZAN OS

I found it superior to my Sony bravia A90L. I will be purchasing a a95f next month for our living room to replace our Sony bravia a85f. Only missing Dolby Vision. That doesn't make it any less than a great TV though.

Hi - This is my first Samsung TV ever and I am truly impressed because: 1) Unpacking this TV was easy because the instructions were clear. 2) The remote is amazing. Small and easy to use. 3) When setup was completed(unfortunately takes a bit time via Samsung's SmartThing App), I immediately noticed how responsive and fast the operating system is. Very impressed by it. My other OLED TV's, different brand don't even come close. 4) The colors are amazing, sounds is pretty good and ofc, no reflections at all. So Cool. Love it. 5) Tried PS4 and it works so well with this TV. Want to play all the games again. I highly recommend this TV. Based on other brand's 2 OLED's I have, this is the best. If I watch an episode on another, and later continue on this one, the difference is striking, and every time makes me regret watching on the others.

My previous TV purchase was almost 15 years ago, when TVs were starting to come out with HDMI. So, this year I decided that it's time to upgrade. I did a lot of research, watched, and read the expert reviews. I narrowed down my choices to Samsung, LG, and Sony. I am glad I went with Samsung. The S90F 55-inch uses a QD-OLED panel, which is truly a joy to watch TV and play on PS5, and its innovative features are very user-friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No room for a soundbar-disappointing design flaw I am unable to mount the tv on my wall. I have to use a tv stand. Unfortunately, there is no way to use a soundbar!!! It literally makes it impossible to use the remote since the bar has to sit right in front of the tv. Not thought through Samsung!! A design flaw for sure. There should’ve been a way to adjust the tv mount on the back of the tv. I know some of your tvs have this feature.

I use it primarily for gaming and occasional content consumption but mostly gaming and it definitely gets the job done incredibly well. For the price you can usually find it on a decent sale and it's absolutely worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really nice picture, however.... This TV has a clear bright picture. There are several drawbacks. First is the tiny remote. As seniors with limited eye site the scrol wheel is so hidden it's nearly impossible to accurately use. Second, the onscreen menus are way too confusing. Coming from another well know brand trying to access stuff like YouTube to listen to music, then trying to get back to TV is really difficult. Third, wearing hearing aids I hear a lot of rumbling when the volume is loud enough to hear. Not a fan. But guess I'm stuck with it

The colors were oversaturated out of the box but it was easy to change a couple settings and get a very accurate image. This OLED TV replaced a relatively recent LCD TV, and I'm in disbelief that I can get an upgrade this big at such a reasonable price.

I'm a professional artist and find it to be the best I've seen. It is very bright, and I often don't need it at full brightness. I'm very impressed. The OS is also snappy. I do have a few notes. Other than the wonderful image quality, I'd recommended the following updates: 1. Allow users to create multiple copies of 'filmmaker mode' or any mode, 2. Allow for infinite screen zooming out on all occasions and apps (currently it supports zooming in, but not out) and only on some apps), 3. Allow the doc of apps to be fixed st the bottom vs. the whole page moving each time on Tizen, 4. The antiglare screen coating is VERY thin, and was removed in one area during gentle cleaning with a microfiber. Please use a more robust coating method AND tell customers that it can barely be touched, like the coatings in lenses; it was VERY fragile. Other than that, this tv is excellent. I was concerned about OLEDS being too dark, but it's so bright and accurate. My goodness. It's not over saturated. It's very natural and well-balanced. This is the best tv I've seen. The viewing Angel is so wide it always looks perfect. Thank you!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phenomenal TV - Awful Service Process - Be Aware This is a nearly perfect TV. Picture is clean, lines are clean, sound quality and processor speed are great. That said - Samsung customer service is the worst, by any company I’ve dealt with in years. I have had two of these TV’s. The first failed - it happens. Because I live remotely, I can’t get it serviced, so it is a “return for refund - under warranty”. I understand that concept and it doesn’t bother me. So the case was opened and now I am 27 days later with no pick up of the TV, no refund and no ability to escalate the problem. Each step of the process Samsung has not done anything with the case until I have called in and checked on status. With that status check, they escalate to someone and move the issue forward in the process. Today - it’s finally gone to the trucking company for pickup which will be scheduled in 7-10 days. Scheduled… Not completed…. Oh and the catch - refund doesn’t occur until after pickup. Hey Samsung - I’m tired of floating your cashflow and I fully expect some help on this one. The ticket # is 4181697028. For me to have wasted hours of time chasing something I was originally told was days and am now looking at more than a month is fully unacceptable. Truly you should be disappointed. Not in your people - they have been professional - but in your process that seems to make getting a refund for a product under warranty that you cannot repair nearly impossible.

I think that would be the main downside, there are so many things that the tv offers that we have barely touched the surface. Otherwise it is fast and feature filled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just ok, the overuse of AI is unwelcome. After adjusting settings per customer support, the powering up is still concerning. It takes 30 seconds for the tv to provide the channel and audio ( it seems to have to go thru a process.) I get the spinning wheel, and then different screens until it settles in properly. This happens every time you power up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This thing is amazing Coming from a much older and much less premium previous Samsung model, I was blown away by this TV. I use it as both my TV and computer monitor, an it's fantastic at both. Brightness is fantastic. I never have issues seeing the display even though my desk is directly next to a window. Having 120Hz is basically life changing when coming from 60Hz. Games and video content are incredibly smooth and consistent without having that really annoying "soap opera" effect. I like that it integrates with SmartThings, too. Even playing old SD content doesn't look stretched or distorted. The way it handles upscaling is awesome. Comparing this to my old TV isn't just night and day; they don't even share the same universe. Contrast in my games and video content is also well balanced. Nothing feels overly saturated, blown out, or crushed. The processors in modern TVs are SOOO much better. Tizen actually runs WELL on these now. There's no lag or delay between issuing commands and execution. Apps also load quickly. Pairing this with gaming is fantastic because nothing ever looks fuzzy or soft at the edges. Images and motion are fluid and sharp. Speaking of which, this TV also has integrated FreeSync support AND Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), so if my framerate ever drops, the TV adapts and remains in sync. No tearing either, which was a constant nuisance on my previous TV. I absoutely recommend one of these. The only real difference between this model and the S95F, is negligibly "worse" audio quality and not getting the anti-glare coating. Which reminds me to mention that the audio quality for the built-in speakers is actually rather good for an OLED TV. I'm no audiophile, but it's definitely a significant improvement over my previous TV.

The picture contrast is awesome, even if the sun is shining right on the screen, I can still watch my shows without problem. The sound is crisp, it doesn't have to be blasting. You can hear even the smallest details you normally miss when you watch a movie at home. It's hands down absolutely the best tv I've ever owned. I've never had any problems with it. I got the 55 inch tv and the 4K picture resolution is so much more detailed. It's got great clarity, the picture NEVER looks distorted or blurry, even on the larger screen. And casting to the smart tv from my phone is seamless, plus my friends can.
