First, getting the TV to "see" my bluray DVD player on the home screen and being able to use the remote to control it doesn't appear to work. Second, I have figured out how to move app icons so they would be I. the order I want on the home screen but when I go back to the home screen the order isn't changed. I will seek help on these issues nut in 2021 these should be easy.

The other con is blooming effects when in dark or black background with white texts. Other than that I really enjoyed this TV with all the features it comes with

The streaming services have given me access to true 4K signal via the streaming and now I don't have any need for other streaming options. One of the reasons I purchased this TV is the way it upscales standard HD signals I have. I have not been disappointed. The colors are amazing and I have not noticed any lag at all at any time. It is easy to use and very intuitive. This is my second straight Samsung 55" TV and my other one is still going strong 9+ years later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great tv Use the Samsung for general tv viewing. The Qled 4K picture is unbelievable. Makes you feel like you are on the set when the filming occurred. Even non 4K programs are every bit as good as 4K. Old relic black and white shows are now more special to watch. Easy to install/setup. TV prompts you through everything that you need. Enjoy the eight (8) built in speakers. Have yet to feel the need for an additional soundbar. Cannot think of one negative thing about this tv. All thumbs up from me.

Supposed to say that I've only had monitors and television sets by that Japanese brand, since it's what we used at HBO and NBC. On a whim I decided to buy a Samsung Smart TV a bit more than a year ago. My regular professional brand didn't have anything on the market that met my needs, which turned out good for Samsung: the color quality, temperatures, resolution, motion and everything are just extraordinary on the Samsung. I appreciate the additional capabilities of having a television that connects to my Galaxy phones, but really it's just a heck of a display.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1st 4K TV Love our QN90A. It has superb clarity and color...amazing detail no matter what source...satellite, appleTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Acorn are all fantastic. We have a bright room during the day and keep it dimly lit in the evening and the picture is always great. Had been a Sony fan forever but this Samsung has changed our allegiance. Highly recommend the QN90A !!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous Picture The colors on this tv jump off the screen and the blacks are as close to OLED as you can get without using OLED technology. The only reason I gave this tv 4 stars is that I’m not a fan of the channel/app menu which I find cumbersome. Another thing I love about this tv is how quickly it turns on! Some other large screen tvs require at least 20 seconds or more to “boot up”. This Samsung tv comes on almost instantaneously!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs to be seen to be believed! The TV is overall amazing and only a poet could describe how beautiful and vibrant the screen is. The Menu system is peppy and I love the picture quality of services like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The sound quality is fantastic and even better when using Q-Symphony. The remote control feels good in the hand, and best of all no batteries to replace. All in all a solid investment for the savvy spender who demands the most for their money.

I like the features of it being smart and that the apps are easy to get to and organize them how I want. But for some reason it would glitch and show a line on the right side of the screen, it would be a quick second glitch. I returned it to the retailer twice but all three TVs did the same, same series.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The picture not any better than last year's model We watch both comcast provided channels and streaming apps. Some apps are slow to response initially. Voice sync is not good on either comcast or apps. Need to use remotes from Samsung and Comcast to switch between apps and regular channels. Once a set blue tooth speakers were selected was unable to add additional set blue tooth speakers. Yes, the picture is good as last year's model. Why do i still have it? Good question. I haven't decided if all these problems are the product, comcast or me. All i can say is we didn't have these problems with last year's model.

Next purchase will be the larger 75" and hopefully 85" will fit into our mew media/office room for the full movie experience. Prior house had a dedicated movie room, 85"with Samsung sound would be awesome

The colors just come through so natural and clean. They also watch alot of YouTube on it. I like streaming meditation music while cleaning my home. My husband watching fishing from YouTube subscribers and. The sound from it feels like your in with tge action.

I haven't been able to using the gaming features of computer gaming, but I am interested to get a chance to play around with those features as well. I stream through a number of different apps and although not all are available there are some that are large and this TV has enough space for them and more. I love the Google assistant and Alexa integration. And I love Samsung TV plus. Asian Crush is my go to channel.

View angle is great for a VA panel. Remote easily fits in hand and easy to use. Pedestal stand works best for credenza etc. HATE forced privacy agreement. Overall great upgrade if you are ready but certain OLEDs might scratch more itches.

When i try to play Halo: The Master Chief Collection on my Series X, i was amazed by this. 4K 120fps is the main important thing because you can watch any TV shows with the powerful chip on the inside of the QLED TV. I gave 5 stars because i love it, and for my gaming session. Thank you, Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Audio pass through fails. Drops out Picture is great, unfortunately the audio pass through option disappeared after two weeks, then lip sync issues started. Also, the sound drops for about 3-6 seconds every 30minutes or so. This happens with either HDMI or Optical audio being sent to a soundbar. I called support, went through all the steps, unplugged, restarted, different cables, factory reset. Tried it all, nothing works. Samsung sent me a generic email about trying a new cable and then disappeared into the night. I worked around the issue bu buying a 4K HDMI splitter and sending the video to the tv and the audio directly to the soundbar. But this wouldn’t fix the issue if anyone wanted to set up a gaming system or something else. The TV got good reviews on RTINGS but after purchase I saw a ton of people complaining in forums about the pass through problems, apperantly I am not alone. Hopefully there will be a firmware update, and at least the splitter works around the issue for me. But I won’t be buying another Samsung. Way too much money for it not to work.

I felt like i was the last person to have a 4k t.v. so i knew i wanted a Samsung. I was going to buy the 2020 edition but decided to go for this years crop. I have not been disappointed so far. The picture quality is awesome and the sound from the t.v really surprised me at how crisp it was. I like the Game Mode feature even though I have not been able to buy me a next-gen gaming console due to the lack of availability but it makes my Xbox One look great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 120hz and Next Gen 3.0 TV Tuner i got this tv a day ahead of scheduled pickup from best buy :-)! my main reason for picking this tv is because i have a xbox series x and this tv also has the next gen 3.0 tv tuner. i upgraded from a 7 series 7300 curve tv and there is absolutely no comparison. the picture quality on this tv is absolutely amazing. not just on the xbox series x but i have watched a few 4k movies. the picture quality on the tv tuner is by far the best i have seen. if you are looking for a tv that is 120hz for video games playing and wanting the next gen 3.0 tv tuner then this is a great pick in my opinion. the only thing i'm not a big fan of is new remote control. luckily my other samsung remote works in this tv as well.

The TV had nexgen TV and I love using it here in Detroit also this TV is crazy bright never have a problem with 1080p content. I have it hooked up to my console and my PC and I use it for both all the time. I personally LOVE game motion plus and the AMD FreeSync that comes with my tv, as well as the super high contrast and black levels that come with the new MINILED technology. I get black levels that turn off parts of my screen for the best visual effect and I get crystal clear 4k imagery that makes it look real, like I'm right there at the place or thing that I'm looking at. The way this TV handles black level and contrast is fantastic. This TV will handle ANY 4k imagery, and I could honestly find any image online and connect it to my TV and just stare at it as long as I want, it's amazing, and the colors are SUPER saturated! There's no lack of color in any image.

This TV brought life into the details of games that didn't have much detail to begin with. The TV has a fast response that was a tad bit faster than my old Samsung TV and that took some getting used to. Its a great TV. I am very impressed with the sound and picture. I do not regret my purchase in anyway. I am very happy with this addition to my living room.

Let me just say, sorry it took so long. The picture quality is simply amazing. It's crisp, detailed, colorful but not overly like some other brands. The refresh rate is perfect, with no lag time, even with fast actin packed scenes. The menus are easy to navigate, but this is where samsung lost one star. There is some lag between selecting different options, which can be annoying. Luckily I'm a fairly patient person or it would drive me nuts. Other than that, this is the perfect TV. I would definitely purchase again. Great job samsung!

The remote is very modern and the solar part is a added joy. The tv make me want to watch tv. Before I wasn’t to much in tv, also I love playing my Quests games with my PS4. Hoping by Christmas I can upgrade to a PS5, ( another reason why I purchased this tv.

Pair that with the settings exclusively used for gaming and there is no better TV on the market for gamers. The color and peak Brightness is exceptional and the image quality is incredible. The only thing I don't like is the Blooming that continues to affect these qled televisions, I thought that this problem disappeared with the use of micro LEDs but there it is still. If it weren't for the problem described above I would rate it a 5 star but in conclusion I am very happy with my purchase

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is full of great features This Samsung replaced a wonderful 48 in. Samsung curved TV that was getting a little long in the tooth and showing blue at the edges. To start with this display is incredibly detailed, even off center, which is a big plus for multiple viewers. Next, the Tizen system is fast with the latest processor. No waiting on startup to decide what to watch, as all options are instantly available. The remote is both comfortable and functional. Only nitpick is the ambient light recharge is a non-starter for convenience, so every few weeks I use my Google phone charger to bring the remote's battery back up to speed. Glad Samsung included the charging port. Additionally, I mounted the TV on a table top swivel stand to provide viewing in two adjacent rooms, Dining and Living Room. The owners manual misstated the screw size, support was no help, so it required multiple tries to find the correct hardware at my expense. Would be nice if Samsung could have provided wall mount screws that would fit this application. Overall, this is a beautifully crafted TV, and I Love It!!!

The apps are peppy and there is no delay when using the apps due to the super fast processor in the tv. I love that the remote doesn't require batteries and it is solar charged. Way to go Samsung! The tv paired perfectly with my Samsung soundbar and I am amazed by the beauty of the Q-Symphony sound it puts out. All and all this is 5he best tv on the market!

Using as a monitor for daily web browsing is great. Coding, video editing, etc is probably just as great. NO BURN IN. Lots of color. Very fast operating system. Local dimming works very well for gaming. Great viewing angles. Really nothing to complain about on this end. If you game, this TV is a no brainer, and you will be future proofed.

So it was a little challenging to start. The other thing is adjusting the picture is not as easy as the last 2 models. You can’t turn on or off the HDR anymore or make certain adjustments you used to. But other than that it’s great!!!

The sound system with multiple speakers coming out from the front is fantastic. The sound is muffled like rear speakers and they simulate surround sound by "Following" the object as it moves throughout the picture. We were concerned that the lack of buttons on the remote was going to be hard to operate, but it didn't take long before we were fully comfortable using it. Love watching TV, movies and playing video games on the TV.

Really appreciate the game mode menus that you can see what it’s doing live and make changes on the fly. Super clear picture, I don’t have reflections bothering me, seems to perform in the dark and light with no problems. Sound is amazing too for just TV speakers. The colors are brighter and the blacks are darker while still maintaining full definition. The screen is not having lag time with high action movies and everything looks crisp and fluid. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great The TV looks great and has tons of nice features like airplay, casting, built-in smart applications, etc. The only problem I have experienced is that the Q-Symphony feature which syncs the sound with a Samsung soundbar does not work well. Frequently the sound is out of sync, the soundbar will cut out for a second and it doesn't match the picture. I've tried adjusting the sound delay of both the tv and the soundbar, but whenever I get it to the right point, the bar will cut out for a second and screw up the syncing again.

I used to use another device to watch Netflix or hulu but this tv has an amazing connection speed and the interface has no lagging issues which makes it pleasant to use the apps through the tv. I have two issue with this product however and one they can fix with a simple update. First issue is the tv does not have an option for downloading the twitch tv app, hopefully thats not an issue in the future. The second issue is blooming occurs when credits role on a black screen or there are bright objects on a dark screen. Its not the biggest issue of all time but i do notice it. Other than those issues this is a fantastic product and i highly recommend it to you if you're on the fence about getting this tv.

It has great picture quality with a lot of customization to get that exact look you want for different types of content. I love using the built-in Steam Link App to stream games from Steam on my PC straight to the TV. I connect my PS4 controller to the TV and play right from my couch. I wish software updates would come out more frequently to add new features, fix current issues, and maybe change the look of the UI, but that is the only complaint I have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture BUT Amazon Steam sound not in sync picture quality and sound are great but streaming acorn and masterpiece channels on amazon prime get out of sync after any fast forwarding. pause then play resyncs but it is annoying. support from amazon, samsung and at&t my i gb internet provider and no fix. reset tv many times, reinstalled all apps and the problem remains. it is only the new samsungqn55qn85aafxza 55 inch tv since three other older samsung "smart?" tv's do not have a problem with acorn or masterpiece. they are all connected wirelessly to my home netgear orbi router while the new tv has the same problem with a wireless connection and a hard wire connection directly to my at&t modem using a short cat 6 cable. i have ordered a cat 8 cable but i don't think that this will fix this annoying problem.

Love the picture quality and the flexible picture quality controls. Also, the smart TV software is comprehensive and user-friendly. The remote being solar powered is cool too. In my opinion, this new Samsung QLED technology matches picture quality of an OLED without the very real risk of burn-in. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Even basic channels look fantastic. The remote takes some getting use to but once you adjust to it, I now prefer it other remotes. The only criticism I have is more about Samsung rather than the TV. Samsung is to quick to stops pushing out updates for the TV which results in you not being able to update apps or add apps as new ones come out. Otherwise this is a great TV.

I loved the OLED's picture and black levels but the screen had burn in issues after a short time owning it, which resulted in poor picture quality. With the Samsung Micro LED I get those OLED quality black levels, not common with LED TV's and an amazing picture for a fraction of an OLED's price. This TV does it right, best TV I've owned.

I really like how thin the TV profile is, the antireflective coating, I can remote it through my phone since it gives me that option if I want to, now it has voice assistant which is great! It didn't' has that option in the past, the pre installed applications are what I need, happy with the HDR presentation, the black uniformity in this tv is excellent, colors and anti-glare in this tv are excellent as well. Briefly I can say when you watching regular content either in sdr or HDR really good, images are lush and vibrant, you can have stutter effects, the sound is fine not a lot of bass but its balance is good, but Samsung make a really good sound bars... Oh this tv is good for gaming too! I think you'll be happy with this tv

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, looks fabulous and performs flawlessly. I've owned this tv for about 6 months now. Installation and setup were extremely easy. The picture quality is something that you have to see to believe. I use this tv in a room that has a lot of light but the screen is bright enough and sharp enough so that the ambient light doesn't really bother the viewing experience. I paired it with the Samsung HWQ 950T sound bar and am still amazed by the quality of the sound. However the operating system is what really makes this tv so extraordinary. The remote makes navigating the options easy from local tv, to streaming service and especially accessing the internet. This is not the Samsung of a few years ago this is a whole new ballgame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic at first i thought it was just another tv. i had thoughts about returning it. then i started using adjustments to the picture settings. after a few days i discovered, wow, i get it. you have to become aware of what your tv from samsung can do. samsung has an amazing picture quality as just a tv, then, wait till you discover hdr mode, it really captivated me and my entire family. dolby vision too. i would give it 10 stars if i could. thank you samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performance is great but durability is pathetic i've had this since it came out and the tv was great. all the good disappeared when i turned the swivel mounted tv and turned it back to find an under the screen crack in the upper right corner. it takes no pressure at all to turn my mount so the tv breaking from this blows my mind. of course the warranty won't cover such a fragile product either. i've never been this angry/disappointed w/ a samsung product.

Problem with blooming, DSE are true but is negligible at maximum brightness. The sound is perfect. Free shows at Samsung TV plus add to the features. Perfectly sync with my Bluetooth speakers. The rechargeable remote is too good. Also 4K @ 120 FPS and VRR worked great with the XBox Series X. It enhances everything to 4K even if it’s not. In total it worth the cost.

The 120fpa capability on this TV is incredible, my games look incredibly smooth: additionally, the 60fps default takes normal streaming services to the next level with incredibly smooth visuals and quality. The contrast is amazing on this TV. With almost 25,000:1 contrast ratio with local dimming zones on, there are blacks that are incredibly inky and deep. Not to mention the anti-glare filter makes almost all blooming go away! As I said this TV is jam packed with next gen technology and its totally worth the price. Nothing is the same after switching to this TV. It elevates the quality of all content being displayed! Best purchase I have made I'm the last 5 years, for sure!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awful experience and quality overall i've had two major problems from buying this tv. 1) the tv arrived with some major dead pixels! the moment i turned on the new model i could see a large (cluster?) number of dead pixels which were actually right where the volume display was, so it could be seen from across rhe room. i reported the issue to samsung and i had a technician out to replace the front panel... which also had major dead pixels! so decided to return the tv. 2) i absolutely regret buying this tv directly from samsung. their customer service is simply terrible! the time it takes to process returns is also ridiculous and it will be around 35 days until i will see a replacement. unacceptable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tv of my dreams! I was searching for a new tv to take place of my previous tv because it had no hdr, VRR, hdmi 2.1 etc. I didn’t want just any tv, I wanted THE RIGHT TV. It took me months to make the right decision to invest in a tv but when I started thoroughly comparing different TVs and what I’m looking for in one, the QN90A stood out the most. I’m a HUGE gamer so it definitely had to have all of the bells and whistles for next gen gaming... and it does. The picture quality is outstanding for my Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X. This tv will immerse you into another dimension when you set up game mode! it’s good for competitive gaming as well because it has VRR which gives you faster refresh rates, faster input lag and 120fps. I honestly think this is the best package in a tv right now. It has a nice sturdy stand that will stand firm on any surface (unless you prefer wall mount). The tv looks really sleek and fine tuned to show off as people will notice it in any open setting. I’m happy with the decision I made and you will be to.

I have to say I'm impressed with the color accuracy and brightness. Specially with HDR content! Something I'm sure no other tv in the market can match. The ultra wide settings for gaming up to 32:9 are super awesome and I love the gaming mode.

(variable refresh rate), great picture quality for sd content, and crisp 4k/uhd/hdr content. gaming is smooth in 4k. the only problem i have with it is certain smart hub apps don't work properly when completely updated like paramount+. the menu can have a bit of lag at times as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful TV considering i"ve had the tv for three days i simply love it. the neo qled was purchased to replace a samsung curved hd set that was eight years old. the tv does have a bit of a learning curve and obviously smarter than me but i will catch up. i love the easy setup as it seamlessly connected to my home network and my cable service.i bought the tv for a family room with large windows and southern exposure. the glare on the screen is virtually nonexistent and the viewing angle is perfect from any spot in the room. the 4k is great and i like how the processor upgrades everything to 4k. the sound quality from the speakers is better than expected so i'm glad i didn't buy a soundbar (have one for each of my other samsung tv's). this smart tv exceeded all my expectations. good job samsung.

Response time super fast. However my panel was defective. It had two dark spots on both sides towards the middle of the screen. When it's dark and some light in the scene there was a horrible light bleed around those two spots. Disappointing since I enjoyed the tv so much but I ended up returning it..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DEAD PIXELS AND HORRIBLE BANDING this tv has the potential to be something really great. the brightness and colors are exceptional. however, i have bought 2, with the first being returned for terrible banding and the second now having about 5-6 dead pixels in the top left corner of the screen, a few more scattered around the middle and right side, plus horrible banding. at a price like this, i expected the qc to be much better. i have a tech coming out tomorrow to “fix” it, provided by samsung, but i am guessing they will have nothing to really do since dead pixels and banding can’t really be fixed and i believe i’ll be stuck with this disappointment as i’m sure samsung has a limit for allowable dead pixels which wont help me and the banding they’ve seemed to really never care about. i’ve only had it for a month.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Master Bedroom Perfection There is such a thing as TOO BIG in the bedroom.... LoL. Deciding what side of the screen to look at while watching tv in bed is not enjoyable. I didn't go for the 8K because my research showed that 4K for the next couple of years is as high as true 4K productions and that networks will be transmitting. Think about it.... Had High Definition is not even the complete norm let alone getting them to not only broadcast but to record in 8K is at least reasonably 5 years away to be the norm. I also have the Samsung HW-Q950A Soundbar 2 surround speaker and formidable subwoofer with the 11.1.2 surround sound theater experience in my bedroom. This Q950A is awesome sound with the incredible picture quality and easy to use Samsung high-end quality Smart TV.

On my old TV dark scenes were essentially grayed out, on the QN90A it’s night and day. I love the colors and brightness that it is able to produce. Really gives another level of immersion when playing games on PS5. Genuinely made me say wow going back and playing games I had previously played on the older TV. RE8 was one of the games I replayed and it’s incredible how good it looks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful tv but advanced features need work I use the QN90A attached to both the xbox series x and PS5. I have also attached the Q950A 11.1.4 soundbar. The TV itself is absolutely stunning and infinitely customizable to whatever your needs are. Game mode is fantastic! 4k120 without breaking a sweat on anything that supports it. I was also able to get 120hz through the soundbar into the eArc port which was a bonus. VRR and ALLM is cool. I love having everything connected at my fingertips with Smart Things and Alexa. There are drawbacks. Dolby Vision is missing and its absence is noticeable. Atmos is amazing but I had to spend a lot of time getting the audio to sync up with the video. I haven't been able to ever get them completely synced up but it is tolerable now as long as I use passthrough and leave off some of the new features. Q-symphony and Adaptive Sound+ are cool ideas but need work to prevent them from making lag problems worse. I hope that future firmware updates will correct some of the problems and most importantly FIX THE LIP SYNC ISSUE!! With a Samsung TV and Samsung Soundbar of this caliber and price, this should never be something that needs correcting. Also be aware that not all of the features and options will work in game mode. For example, I can't put it in surround sound mode while in game mode. Some of the picture settings are unavailable in game mode if VRR is running. But even with the problems, this is still 1000% percent better than the TCL tv that I was using previously.

And each and everytime I bought a new tv, it was better than the previous one. And I've been super impressed every single model I purchased. But this time I shelled out the extra to buy the 55 inch q90a neo qled. Let me say that this by far the best ever. It gives me feel good chemicals everytime I turn it on. The colors are beyond vibrant, and the clarity is something I've only dreamed of. The brights are super bright, but only where things should be bright. Everytime the sun is being shown, it gives me a similar feeling of being outside and experiencing the sun. So in other words pictures come to life when playing anything on this screen. The lights being shown feels like the TV shows a true source of light. Simply amazing. The contrast of lights to dark are simply amazing. The 120hz native just makes everything super smooth. I play anything from 4k movies to play my ps5. Every experience has been incredible. It makes me want to re experience every movie I've seen just to see the things I've never experienced before. I wanted to also mention that every TV I bought since the early 2000 all work flawlessly still. That just speaks volumes of the craftsmanship of all the products they make. I'm on love with my TV, thank you Samsung!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great 4k for bright rooms This TV is great, as I have it in a bright room, having a QLED instead of an OLED model is amazing as the brightness is superior while having similar contrast and being able to get blacks similar to OLED. Highly recommend for people who are thinking of OLED but have tons of natural sunlight coming inside from the outdoors. I will knock a star off for slight blooming at night (cannot do half stars), but other than that I would say it's the best deal you can find for a TV that you wish to use in a well lit room. Colors and resolution is great, and it is light so mounting it was fairly simple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tv lousy remote the picture is fabulous love the tv. wish there were buttons on the remote to control functions instead of buttons on the tv screen. functions like play, rewind, fast forward, pause, guide, favorites. remote is inconsistent with the set top box. some times i get the functions and other times they don’t. for example, clicked on guide, sometimes it appears other times it doesn’t in which case i have to switch back to the remote that came with the verizon set top box.

I wish it would list all PlutoTV selections and more of the free TV options out there, or would allow them to be added in some way. They've incorporated a few PlutoTV stations into their free channel listing. There are advertisements that show up on the menubar advertising various paid and unpaid channels. I really didn't buy an "ad delivery machine". The channel selector is pretty quick. Sound requires a sounder because they don't really want to give you the premium sound without making you pay. My $300 Samsung sound bar is only okay... nothing all that amazing and it neither the TV nor the soundbar allow for much of a tone control in the settings I used. The color can stand out as unrealistic at times, especially in bright greens. The Quantum LEDs have a tendency to accentuate their brightness. All in all, I guess it will be worth the money, but I think these sets should be less expensive considering that the difference between this and lower sets isn't all that much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Experience I purchased this TV at the beginning of March. Not even two weeks later, black lines started showing up on the screen. I was able to exchange it but within two weeks of getting the replacement, bright lines started showing up on the bottom right hand of the screen. Two defective TV's in a month? No thank you! I returned the second TV and have decided to go with a different brand. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung TV. Buyer beware!

Inuse this a a second monitor as well and 4k gaming is great on it as well. Tak a chance and just use the TV. Price is great. Payment plan is great as well.

So after careful consideration and alit of research I decided to go to the QN90A. After all I've been buying Samsung phones for years,(I don't drink the apple cool aid). Very happy with this tv. And I really like the tizen operating system

Took into account each one ability to provide clear and vibrant 4K picture in both dark and bright conditions. The ability to access apps , use Alexa, ability to connect eARC from my high end sound bar, along with the option to display a whole host of included graphics that can make my 55” screen look like a beautiful portrait above our fireplace was just icing in the cake. We are anticipating many years of enjoyment from our Samsung 55-Inch Class Neo QLED QN90A .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Picture but sound issues picture is gorgeous. however, the sound doesn't work. we have to switch channels until we find one that has sound, then go back to the program we want to watch and it will have sound. sometimes, sound will go out again during the show. i called customer support and was told it was a problem with my apple tv. we hooked up our apple tv to other, older samsung models in our home, and there is not a problem. from an online search, i have found other users with the same issue so it's clearly a bug in this tv model. very disappointed buying what we consider the premium tv on the market, and then have compatibility issues with our set up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Picture and Sound I watch "normal" TV and stream Netflix, BritBox and Amazon Prime. Beautiful picture in any use. However, it is not compatible with Acorn and that's essentially why I was getting a new tv. Unfortunately, I just assumed I would be able to use it with any well-established streaming service. At least BritBox has a lot of the same programming. This is my first smart tv and it is relatively easy to figure out. Registering it was a bit of a problem. My computer kept telling me my model and serial numbers were wrong (even though I checked them 3 times). Eventually they sent me an email saying "thank you for registering your Samsung smart tv" so I guess they got it. Like most electronics these days, there is no one to contact when you have a question except a robotic computer who doesn't understand what you're asking or connects you with a "consultant" -- whoever that might be. My guess is no one will ever see this review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible product This is a incredible product but there are still areas to improve such as shadows/darks, sound quality, perhaps a active assistant (google or alexa) instead of having to have to use the remote control every single time and the borders, the QN 900 with seems almost borderless it is insane.

I also love the Q Symphony addition Samsung has added with their soundbars and newest TV's! It adds a lot of depth and volume to the things you are watching or listening to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OLED replacement Replaced our existing OLED TV that suffered major screen burn in issues. This QLED tc has a super bright picture and sharp detail. I had to turn down the brightness to soften up the display. Had some issues with audio/video syncing using my optical cable. Upgraded to a 4K HDMI cable which seems to have fixed the problem. The robotic voice that prompts you was speaking too fast and annoying. Wish they had programmed a “Siri” voice. I turned off the vocal prompts. Problem solved. Very great picture and glad we tried Samsung.

In a game mode the response time is excellent and has an amazing picture to match. I'm not big on movie picture mode on any television, but if you use the natural picture preset you'll get one of the most beautiful pictures that not to dim or to bright on any Television to date.

The colors are amazing and there is little to no bleeding. I was skeptical about this but I recommend it to all my family and friends when they are looking for a new tv (already got 2 people to get one). Hope this helps make your decision!

I also own a Sony 2021 oled, and the picture on this tv beats it. Don't let the tech reviewer confuse you with all the tech noise. With my plain eyes, the QN90A is the best quality picture tv you can get.

Every time I turn on this tv I am blown away with how vibrant and clear the picture is. The blacks are black and the colors are bright. Samsung didn't stop there the Smart features of the tv are very fast and easy to use. The TV comes with a remote that is rechargeable via solar or a USB C cable. Gone are the days you need to hunt for batteries when all you want to do is relax and watch for favorite shows.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back side design not friendly pockets for inserting power cable, usb, hdmi etc are shallow making it difficult to insert stiff cabled plugs in to sockets. the port labels are indented in black - difficult to read. tthe power cable socket gets coverd with mounting bracket and is at blind spot to insert power cable. very bad arrangements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV Unboxed, mounted on the wall plugged it in, downloaded the Spectrum app, and wow!! What a picture!! I wanted an 8K but it did not come in a 55". I have to say I don't know how an 8K would provide a better picture. I have some hearing issues and to be able to Bluetooth to my headphones is a plus not to mention the quality sound. Simple to use and a pleasure to watch.

Screen failed 2 wks after delivery. flickering brightness started two weeks after delivery, and took an hour-long remote support call to fix. two weeks after that, two dead pixel lines appeared across the screen. samsung would not just replace the tv, i would have to live with it until a tech could get out. when tech finally makes it (2 weeks later) replacement screen is also broken. seriously. then that night, tv just dies. will not power on. suffice to say my experience following up from this, just trying to get a working tv, was awful, and i will never buy a samsung again (this had been my 3rd samsung smart tv). clear quality problems, with zero interest from the company to make it right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 55" Class QN90A not working with Smartthings i have been trying to resolve problem with the tv not working with smartthings, the smartthings keeps losing a network connection that is hard wired to the tv. that is just one problem. the only notification that will show on the screen is my ring doorbell. my samsung washer and dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher notifications do not show on the screen at all. i have a older 55" q70 tv that works perfectly with smartthings, but it uses a downloaded app for smartthings not embedded in the tv software. if i'm not mistaken this all started with the latest software upgrade. i have called your support and smartthing numerous times and all i get is the run around. why can't you fix the problem?

I would highly recommend. Only negative thus far would be that the remote doesn’t have number digits on it which can be a bit annoying occasional. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

We also bought the HQ-Q800A sound bar which seamlessly integrated with the TV's sound. Great app selection too. We use wireless ATTTV and the samsung app is flawless. Could not be happier! We will look at Samsung first for all future purchases. Note: we use the TV for movies & standard TV.

Instead of using the remote I can ask Alexa to change channels and notifications. Like that you can go to streaming services very easily and fast. It is much faster than my old curved Samsung. Like the picture quality and viewing at night is very good. I also really like the anti-refliction screen.

We highly recommend Samsung, especially the new streaming devices. What impresses us is the price of the cable for 1 year for our 13 year old Samsung was more than the price of the 55 inch QLED4K. Plus now there are so many features that make this TV a power house for entertainment, even going to the gym in your own living room!
