Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely Unhappy Although advertised by Samsung as ‘Bixby-Voice Ready’ and BJ’s as “Alexa Built-in Voice Assistant’ this model fails to perform. Bixby cannot be turned-on in models where the remote does not have a mic button and Alexa is simply not built-in. Additionally, the Spectrum app which was available disappeared and is o longer available for download. Samsung states they do not support such 3-re party apps, however the Spectrum app is still available and functional on my other Samsung tv’s. Don’t waste your money on DU7200D or Samsung for that matter. Should have bought an LG.

The smarthings hub is a great addition as i use smarthings with other lights and speaker speakers. The itergration is great. Did not reach out to Samsung quickly enough since they warranty is only one year and there is zero grace for reporting the issue less than 1 year and 1 month after purchase so now i have to pay out of pocket to fix a $1k+ TV. Samsung has lost a long time customer.

However, we are still having some issues with the AI sound settings that every now and then increases/decreases the volume, which is annoying. I just wish, we would have purchased the OLED tv for a few hundred more. I am hoping that Samsung would eventually release a new software update that will improve the image and sound of this tv. Overall, I am satisfied with this tv, but expect a sofware update to make it better. Dr. Fabian Cevallos

Unfortunately, the sound bar is out of sync with the television and so the dialogue does not match the actors lips movements. It’s a bit annoying, and our company always notices it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV dead on arrival - poor delivery - sent back. This rating of 1 star doesn't relect the quality of a working TV since mine was dead on arrival. I ordered the TV online through Samsung. In about 3 days I received multiple emails and txt from "AGS, your Samsung delivery partner." They set up a delivery date. I went online, accepted that date and time but over the next few days kept getting the same emails and txt. I went back online and everything seemed to be in order for delivery. The delivery date came and went, no delivery. Unable to get ahold of either Samsung or AGS. AGS (a Nippon Express company) says you can chat online, but it is nothing but a ROBOT and I never could get a clear response. Finally after a couple of hours of getting re-routed by phone got someone who said someone would get back to me that morning (1 day after promised delivery). Never got a return phone call. Later that day finally was able to reschedule (online - no phone call) a delivery for 2 days later (on Friday). Later that day I got a call from a 'different' delivery company who said they were going to delivery the TV next day (on Thursday). OMG. Who is this new company calling me. I guess AGS farms out some of their deliveries. Ok, so the TV came, it was supposed to be "white glove" service, taken to the correct room, unpacked and debris taken away. Delivery guy was alone, said he is only to deliver to house but he agreed to take it to the room but of course I had to help, too bulky for one person. I unboxed, set up (I have done this many times over the years), TV WAS DEAD ON ARRIVAL. Took me about 2 more hours to get a hold of a SAMSUNG PERSON on the phone to return the product. I did get an RMA - boxed it up, called FEDEX as per instructions with RMA and return label, FEDEX came within 1 hour (what luck) TV delivered to my home, - TV returned the same day. I personally will never order from SAMSUNG direct again. Now waiting for refund to be credited to my CC.

This is the first time I've ever considered paying over $1k for a tv, but I'll admit I'm pretty impressed with my Neo Q and I got it with a promotion so I got a 2nd tv for the price of 1. The bargain hunter in me couldn't resist. I have the 55' 4k version and it is beautiful. The image quality is gorgeous but the best feature is the operating system, it's smooth, fast, and well organized. My Neo Q is easily the best tv I've ever owned. I would love to see the 8k version but there is so little real 8k content out there but I bet it is stunning.

Colors are vivid but not overly saturated, and blacks are deep without losing detail in shadows. Whether you’re watching movies, sports, or gaming, the visuals are sharp and engaging. I absolutely love the TV, the quality of videos and movies played on it looks amazing and I was glad I decided to purchase it after I kept looking at it and debating. I love the fact that I don't need to change the input if I want to go from normal TV viewing to playing my Playstation 5. As soon as I turn on the console, the TV automatically switches over. The audio is fantastic, bass is subtle but you definitely hear the rumbling almost to the point where you can feel it. It's super easy to play something from my Galaxy phone on the TV as well. There's a wide selection of apps if you happen to use the TV instead of a Roku or Firestick, which I prefer honestly. I have some very niche streaming services I use and was delighted to find them as part of the offerings in the apps category. My only complaint, and it's more likely a user issue, not the TV, is that I can't fine tune the audio. On my old TV I had different sound profiles like "concert" or "games" or "theater". Either I haven't figured out where that is on the TV menu or maybe it is relegated to the only two sound profiles I saw. The last thing is that I love the remote does NOT need batteries!! You charge the remote by ambient light!! Truly one of the best purchases of 2024.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inferior from top to bottom My TV is the 55" Neo QLED QN700 which should be considered a total embarrassment. From the start, Samsung didn't have for the first 3 months anyone who knew enough about this TV to help me through my issues. Also, the processor (I'm Guessing the cause here) is SOOO insufferably slow that the Channel Lignup menu is almost worthless. It can take as much as an hour to populate the lineup of shows in this menu, as seen in the attached photo. I can't imagine any company so set on rushing the tech that they would release an inferior product like this. Then there is the Newer (about 1 year old) Menu for the setup. That has been totally rearranged and items that are frequently used, are buried in multiple layers of menu choices. This menu has been replaced via updates, Even the old menu on my older 43 in. 4K TV. This thing is an engineering disaster and is an example of how not to design and manufacture a product. I can see why it was taken off the market so rapidly.

I enjoy both and football and hockey and the quality of the picture is horrendous. Like 1987 horrendous. Looked better on my grandfather's tuner TV. The football disappears in the air cause the processor can't keep up and the logo or emblem on a team with a white uniform is just white. My 2013 JVC has better picture than this 75 inch for sports.

The colors were vibrant and the gaming action was smooth and sharp as I explored the vast world. I was particularly impressed with the glowing effects on vehicles, walls, and objects, especially in dark environments throughout the game. Spoke with eight different agents, return could not be processed and was escalated. Went 12 hours with no update, another agent said there was no record of an escalation. Out over a thousand dollars and my old tv was taken. AVOID SAMSUNG.

After daily emails that the delivery is on time, the 5th comes and even though it is an hour and a half away, it can't be delivered. Now its up to me to reschedule via their email and the next available date is 2/19. Have never had an issue before but RXO can't seem to get it the last 100 miles. Can't try to voice complaint through Samsung as their automated system says the order number is invalid and won't let you proceed. Frustration level is high and would just as soon cancel and be done with it.

As far as the TV goes I'm unsure of the quality because when I received the tv it had a large crack on the bottom. Hopefully it was just a one time thing but it is definitely upsetting. Wanted to get a new TV for the bedroom and originally ordered the 55 QNX1D back in November for just over 600 bucks and an 6-8week delivery date. I did cancel the order after seeing the Qn85d on sale. Got his one for under 600 and same day pickup at best buy. The picture quality is amazing, definitely a great improvement from the 49 qled 6 series it replaced. I still tweaking the picture to my liking. The screen is brighter and the darks are well, dark with no haze or bleeding. The home screen is very busy, I'm sure I can customize it. The old TV when I hit the home button a bar showed up in the bottom and all my apps that I normally use were there. I like that simplicity better. The TV is hardwired and software updated. It's very fast and streaming is amazing. The only thing I don't like is the remote. It's tiny, I prefer the old style curved remote. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase as I saved over over 800 bucks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Samsung NEO QLED TV! I bought our 55” Samsung Neo Qled 4k tv three months ago and it’s by far the best Samsung TV we have ever had! Beautiful rich colors and outstanding image. It’s a real ultra high quality tv with all the bells and whistles one could ever imagine. It was so easy to set up with Samsungs’ automatic configuration program and afterwards, I took it from there. I was immediately excited from the magnificent sound quality directly from the tv before I started using my Samsung sound bar system. From my own personal experience, I’m impressed and extremely happy with our new Samsung NEO QLED 55” TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, terrible sound. Great picture. The app interface is clumsy. I usually connect with my MacTV interface. The sound from this TV is terrible on its own. Much worse than my old Samsung LCD TV. They really want you to use a soundbar. I've piped the optical audio output through a converter into my stereo receiver.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go to TV yet. Love the color quality. But the sound has a tendancy to go up at times when music or a noisy sceen is on the tv screen. Dont know if it is designed to do that. Overall im happy with my choice.. i would recommend this tv. I wish i would have mounted it.

This TV, purchased from Costco, came with an additional three year warranty which I fine very attractive. The delivery was fast, set up easy and I’m enjoying my new picture.

But on this TV, every once in a while, there is blue on people's faces & silhouette. I have tried everything to get rid of it but no success. I have never had this on any of my other Samsung TVs.

I love that alexa is built into this TV so many things you can do through your TV now, like checking the weather or playing music just by using your voice. I love the fact that there are so many different apps to download and stream! My Ps5 has never looked as amazing as it does now. I love this TV and it pairs amazing with my Soundbar for that amazing q symphony. I highly recommend it this TV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear color I like the color nice and clear. The remote can be a pain sometimes, overly sensitive. sometimes I use my older remote for channel numbers instead. Not sure if its my Samsung account , all my apps had to be resigned in. The only way I could get my CBS app was to go into my Roku speaker in a HDMI location. Getting used to it and enjoying the Alexa which is connected to everything except my CBS app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Samsung I just purchased my 7th Samsung tv, 55” 4k model QN55QN85, absolutely love it. My Samsung tv 65” in my loft is nearly 25 years old and still going strong. I have another Samsung 65” in my finished basement. I even use an older 43” to carry out (and back in each day) to my screened in porch in the summer. I have purchased Samsung tv’s exclusively all of my like, they are simply the best!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture issues I use my samsung tv for watching cable and streaming shows. No gaming. My only complaint is the quality of the picture. For example, white uniforms in a baseball game can look blue depending on the camera. Faces of newscasters can be very red. The picture can be fuzzy at times. I have talked to support and they have had me try a number of different settings but nothing has improved the picture. I think I would be unlikely to buy another samsung tv after experiencing these issues. I have another samsung tv that is over 10 years old and the picture has always been terrific.

Ever since I start watching TV on Samsung I've never went back and this has been almost like 10 years now I upgrade maybe every 5 years or so as a matter of fact all I have is Samsung watch phones I really think they want the best products ever I love their specs the apps and the function on a TV I love watching Samsung TV itself Samsung Plus it's Claire the volume is phenomenal with all the Adobe around sound plus my Samsung surround sound if you have to get a TV let it be a Samsung it won't disappoint
