Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung QLED 55" Q80C We replaced our 2016 55" curved Samsung Smart TV due to issues occuring and no longer being updated. After much research, we selected this TV. We have had this TV for about 2months. According to the info from the product description and from the reviews I expected less glare on the screen with the afternoon sun coming through the window. The sound is unpredictable from station to station and from different streaming services. Very irritating. We did not have this issue with our older TV. We can not tell much difference in picture quality which is surprising. Nothing stands out as being special. Not all channels have surround sound and the channels that do aren't consistent and blare the speaker at times. The solar remote has stayed charged sitting on the side table under a lamp but is very touch sensitive and if you're not careful when you pick it up it will take you out of the programming you're in. The stand is very sturdy and the TV looks nice on the TV table. Not super satisfied with all the stated features it is suppose to have. Glad we got it while it was on holiday pricing. I do think our old TV was much better quality. I wish they would keep the updates going on older products longer. Time will tell if this TV will last. Rate 3+. Not sure if it is just this TV or all with these issues. I wouldn't recommend to family/friends. Too much trouble to return.

It almost instantly knew and connected to my cable supplier. The picture is so perfect. Whether watching sports or movies the screen is crystal clear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty good t v My experience with this Television has been pretty decent. To start the set up process was pretty easy! I had no issues with setting it up with Wi-Fi And activating all other features, such as bixby voice. The colors on the TV are very vibrant compared to my old television, which was a Samsung. T v as well, but just regular 4k led. As far as the remote, it is pretty small but I can manage. I haven't lost it yet, so that's a good sign. The speakers on the TV are decent as well. It could be louder, but compare it to my old t. V, it's actually better, but I've heard better speakers on TV's at a friend's house. Or in the store. Now, at 1 point I believe that the TV was starting to show signs of Screen burn in, but thankfully the pixels recover after playing around with the settings and turning Off And on The t v set. It stayed on screen for about 5 hours. I thought I had to get another t. V since I was within the return window. Overall, I would recommend this TV. To anyone that's interested.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect gaming tv I bought this TV because I needed a 4K TV with 120 hertz refresh rate I had a lot of trouble finding one with those specifications this was the perfect choice it's excellent for the PS5 and Xbox series X I highly recommend this TV to anybody who enjoys gaming it has a gaming mode that shows your frame rate and your input lag

Having 4K is wonderful because the picture is so clear and lifelike! I would recommend a Samsung TV for everyone. This is my third Samsung TV and I will purchase another one when the time is evident that this one is on its last leg. Great product!

The game mode feature is great and helps smooth out older games. Football is also great with the motion rate being so high on it!

After having only analog for viewing, I now have access to more interesting channels, Netflix, Prime TV, Brit Box, Samsung TV plus, and options for more. Now when my friends talk about shows, I know what they are talking about. My TV is the best addition to my living room.

I like the built in Alexa function, because I don't have a unit for the living room. I used to run my TV sound through a receiver and surround speakers, but this TV sounds great without it. There really isn't a bad viewing angle on it. It's just a great overall TV.

The colors are great however the black is a dark and takes getting use to for watching a movie last night was difficult. If again we find it hard, we might have to switch to a different LED. The sound is great.

I use it as a secondary CPU screen as well due to its capabilities. It compliments my PS5 perfectly too. As I often use it for work, it creates a 2nd screen which is actually better than my own laptop screen. I love this TV

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked for only two days! This TV was delivered on Wednesday (8-30-23); I set it up and it worked fine Wednesday and Thursday. I turned it on Friday morning to find out that the brightness was almost entirely gone (could barely see the outlines of the brightest parts of screen images), whereas the sound remained OK. Today is Monday (9-4) and I will have to wait until the end of the week (Friday) for technician to come over to my house to replace the screen. Bad!

It is smart, fast, picture quality is the most amazing I've ever seen, and the sound is quite similar with Dolby atmos. The screen mirroring works flawlessly with not only Samsung devices but across a wide array of devices. Ultimately this is the best t.v. I've ever owned and I highly recommend it to all especially with the low price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture is great, Sound is not This TV is amazing! Picture is great, the colors are so vivid and life like. I haven't changed any settings for the picture quality, haven't needed to. One issue I do have is I am very sensitive to sound. I had to lower the bass but I still find myself increasing and decreasing the sound continuously and the surround background sound is annoying. I turned off Dolby Atmos but it still comes through some sounds are right next to me. If I could set it up like a regular old tv, please let me know. I'm thinking I might need to buy a sound bar but not sure if that would solve my problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using this Tv is a Nightmare This Tv has decent picture quality, but my god this has to be the worst Television UI to exist. 1st of all, after paying a thousand dollars for a Tv, the UI is completely littered with ads that are completely unremovable. Ridiculous! Changing the inputs is nearly impossible because for some reason they've buried it in the menus of the home screen. Selecting an app is a nightmare, for some reason (to force you to look at more ads!) I cant just open a small menu at the bottom of the screen to change apps anymore, instead you have to go through the home menu to wade through their list of preselected junk to find the app your looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Phenomenal Television I am very impressed with this television. Just the way that the colors are able to come out of the screen the 4K resolution is super clear. The way that you’re able to see the true definition of things on the screen like, for instance, I can watch a football game and you can quickly tell the difference between real grass and the artificial grass that some of the stadiums use. plus I do like the Samsung platform that’s provided and how all of the applications from Netflix to Prime Video to Disney+ use the true 2160 4K unlike other providers like Vizio that the best they can do is provide a 720 P so I am extremely happy that I was able to make the switch and upgrade from a Vizio to a Samsung a great TV and I recommend that if you’re looking for your next television this is the one

The picture is beautiful, the set-up was easily accomplished, and customer service (if you have lots and lots of time and patience) is great. However, while my TV is wonderful, it has this annoying characteristic, when paired with my computer, via Bluetooth. A message pops up at the most inconvenient times: "Play music on your mobile device." It interrupts viewing more than ten (10) times/day. The only option provided is to select the "X" on the lower right side. If I use the back selection on my remote, I am asked if I wish to quit the Music Wall. When I use the option "X" or say I wish to quit the wall, the TV immediately disconnects from my computer. This little glitch is really, really annoying and I wish it would go away. Still... I love my TV
