So simple and easy to use. I've got it setup, so on power up it loads directly to Samsung tv plus. Cable TV is a lost memory and this simply takes its place and has everything from news, to movies, to music and on. Even has great live calming Background Channels like fireplace, and beautiful beach scenes. So by itself; for me TV Plus is a game changer. then on top of that we have the snappy processor in general. Plenty of inputs for whatever needs connected. PIcture and sound are Awesome!! Soundbars are great and all, however this tv really doesn't need it. My family loves our Samsung TV, get one and you will be happy!!

Great for gaming, great for high-definition, content has the ability to work hand in hand with other Samsung devices, meaning you can see screen share displayed, tapping your phone to the right corner of the TV. The only issue I have with this device is that the included Samsung screensavers cause Screen burn in and on a TV. This expensive Samsung's warranty department being out of manufacturer. Compliance will not help me get a new display without a huge upfront cost, which I feel like the included screen saver, causing the burn in on the display is something internal that should be hated. Can I get rectified? And held liable for any warranty claim outside of the one year manufacturer warranty.

Why do I have to Google how to do it and Samsung doesn't have a booklet explaining the most important thing? I've had 2 computer techs who couldn't get the app loaded. Today I finally had time to play with the TV and got it loaded! Yay me!!

I would love to show how vibrant and wonderful my Q LED 4K is, unfortunately I'm having issues with my phone camera, but believe me that I could take the best pictures and it would not compare to the crisp clean colors, sounds and many different options included, it's to me a full and enjoyable package, I'm a long time customer of Samsung and I will continue to be one and advise those who come to my home to purchase Samsung product especially TV's Viewing, Movies, Sports, Live Broadcasts, Concerts, even when I allow my Grandchildren to play video games, for me it's almost better than being there, I'm in the comfort of my home with friends and family.

Took time off of work to receive the shipment, all of the sudden, late afternoon after having confirmed the same day my shipment was on track, my delivery date was pushed back and then I finally received tracking information on the day my shipment was supposed to arrive saying it had just shipped. How does that work? Highly unsatisfied.

Only criticism is the small remote which comes with set that has buttons that are too small and poorly identified. I can't believe how Samsung cheapened out wih such a "difficult" remote control.

This is my first big purchase in a couple of years (life's circumstances hit hard) and I'm absolutely blown away at the quality of this TV and the price point I got it at. I use my TV not just for movies and shows, but I'm starting to dabble in gaming and if I'm not working, my laptop is hooked up to it and I get to enjoy a computer monitor that turns my 2-in-1 13" laptop into an HTPC powerhouse. Living in such a small space meant I'd have to get creative if I wanted to get a decent size television, so I decided to mount it from my ceiling and it was very easy because of where the ports are located on the back. Again, so happy it's hard to explain. After researching reviews and checking every platform I could, I kept coming up with the same realization, I need a Samsung TV. But for whatever reason I didn't think I could afford one, and once again I'm so happy to be wrong. I rated this TV 4/5 stars only because I know that there better QLEDs in Samsungs lineup, which I'm going to be saving up for over the next year, and having the TizenOS with Knox security is really easy to transition to being my first Samsung. Love it and by far the best decision I've made in quite some time!

There is a pop ad from AI wanting me to do somwthing. I dont even understand what it wants me to do. I have to wait for it to clear to continue seeing the tv. I dont need that! I had a smart samsung tv and the picture was great. This tv has an awful picture quality. The images appear olive tone, there are shadows. Sometimes the background is bluish. I get some red freckles sometimes that ruin the vision. The face colors are weird, sometimes olive, sometimes very red. I tried to adjust the picture to no avail. I wish I would have known it was going to be so bad, I would have bought something else. Oh well, live and learn. Will definitely NOT RECOMEND THIS TV TO ANYONE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid 3.5-4 star tv 3.5-4 star tv The upgraded tizen ui is really good and the new ai processor does a pretty decent job speed wise. The tv has a decent snap to it. The WiFi connection is strong and soundbars work really well via Bluetooth connection. Whats crazy is Apps and videos load a little bit faster than the a higher end qled tv I own. The Ai features for this year are ok I guess. If your into learning a bit more about what your watching than the ai will definitely be a treat for you. Picture wise, the ai implementation doesn’t really do much. It doesn’t seem to do much for up scaling or processing the image. The color booster pro is the only ai feature I found to be useful. It helped the picture pop quite a bit more than out of the box. It did take some color adjustment though. The red 2point level did need to be turned down a bit though when the booster was on. Sdr brightness and quality is pretty good overal. I really do enjoy the picture in sdr. Nice color, brightness and the motion also looks fine with minimal blur and judder. HDR is where the tv takes a pretty huge dive unfortunately. The screen gets way too dark and there’s no way to turn it up without enabling the contrast enhanced on high. The resolution is fine in hdr, good detail in the image but again just way too dark with no workaround. It’s sad because the tv is somehow dimmer than my 2 year old 70” crystal uhd tv I have in my living room. That being the most basic tv released that year and a non qled tv. This tv is A solid 3.5-4 star tv if you can get it at a discounted price.
