Gaming on this TV is very good, no lag, delay, or sudden stops. The speakers on the TV sound good, however they could use something that will have a better sound quality without having to buy a soundbar and subwoofer, but overall I'm more than happy and greatly satisfied with this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice TV but Not so Nice OS 3 Days in with this new TV, the picture is great; bright and clear with good colors! The semi-reflective screen is adequate for muting reflections. The OS is not great and depending on which button is pushed when there appear to be two Home screens which is even more confusing. (Maybe they could look at a Sony/Google OS for better ideas??) I agree with "Stick with my tv" post and disagree with Samsungs response to that post. If you logout of the Samsung account you can no longer look at any Apps, even though they are installed, which is terrible! If the OS was revised to be more clear with an update this could go to 4 or 5 stars at this early date.

Love the Samsung TV Plus that we had on a monitor so definitely knew our next TV would be Samsung. The QLED image is so good that we can’t even watch our Sharp Aquos living room set anymore. Only regret is not buying one sooner.

The difference in picture quality, sharpness, and speed has been amazing. This TV also offers a lot of cool bells & whistles for gamers. I'm not a big gamer, but the offerings are awesome and I'm thinking of trying the XBox feature.

The remote is easy to use and understand. Connected easily to my Samsung soundbar. The TV speakers are a little tinny but, sound is decent. Setup was very easy. The aesthetics are very pleasing. All around a very nice TV.

Super easy setup which was nice to begin with. Then the best thing was how nice the picture was while watching a movie. Sharp & Clear color. It didn’t take long to realize we made a great choice. We then decided to mount it on the wall which we’ve never done in the past. Again it was so easy to do and it hangs close to the wall so looks like a framed picture. We are hooked!! Best tv we have ever owned. ??

One of the primary reasons I chose this TV was for the promise it would adapt to the content and my viewing habits. It says, "Get a natural, realistic picture and accurate contrast with innovative technology that adapts automatically to match your content." During setup I couldn't find any mention of it. I looked in the User Guide and found "Intelligent Mode" that matches the feature description for this TV. It reads, "In Intelligent Mode, the TV recognizes the surroundings, noise, the content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. Optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing..." But when you try to follow the prompts to engage the setting, what you get is "This function may not be supported depending on the region, model, or device settings." Additionally, unless you're sitting dead-center in front of the screen, the image looks awful. I multi-task on my computer same distance back and 10 feet to the right and the TV looks like garbage. I dim down my lights as the evening goes on, and my old 2008 Vizio that just died would adapt and you could see the true picture from practically any angle. If this is a "smart" TV, I'll take the dumb ones any day.

Did I mention the quality of the picture.... it almost looks as if I'm looking at real people thru their widow.... very clear and crisp. With all that said though.... having access to Samsung TV for absolute free is reason# 153 why I continue buying Samsung products. My mother pays 160/ month for cable.... I only pay for my internet and with my Samsung TV I get basically all the great channels that she pays to have access to....fo free. Whoop whoop. Buy Samsung.... you won't regret it.

It was an intense game on table tennis and we were drawn in to the screen for 10 minutes and realized we were missing out on life. The colors were so vivid it felt like I was watching the game in the court! So we bought the TV and watched the rest of the Olympics like we were in the crowds.

This television needs additional speakers to give me the volume we're use to. Very light weight which makes it nice to handle if you don't have help.

I've never owned anything bigger than a 32inch non smart none everything so when bumped up to this magnificent beast of a machine I was blown away! Just from the many amazing and crazy cool things it's capable of doing and that it does do in still in awe! Picture quality is top of the line. Never stalls or has glitches. It pairs flawlessly to my other devices. Basically this is a super MUST GET as you will not be disappointed as I'm still throughly enjoying every time I press that power button! Oh and not to forget to mention that the remote takes ZERO batteries! Yes your heard correctly! NONE! what does take to stay powered is simply setting in some good old sunlight and boom! Your in there! Haha, yea pretty dope!!!

Went to Best Buy and bought the Samsung DU6900 as the salesman told me their tvs from Samsung were built better!! Both had bad contrast and could not get skin colors even close with blurry backgrounds!! Bought this Q60D and no comparison at all this one is so clear with no washed out and blurry screen. Don’t cheap out like I did at first and at least get the QLED it’s unbelievable how great the picture is!!

I traded in a TV and 25 days later they have still not picked up the traded in TV for haul away. Twice a week for 4 weeks I contact customer support and they tell me my issue has been escalated and someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, or 48 to 72 hours. They never get back to me and the issue has never been resolved. I ordered directly from Samsung because of the trade-in and haul-away service. I did not order from Best Buy, now Samsung is telling me I should contact their sub-contracted fulfillment service (Best Buy) to resolve the issue; that doesn't make sense and the problem is still not resolved. I have seen other reviews here wit the same issue, it seems tis is a recurring problem that Samsung needs to resolve.

They have made the ability to find the app's you watch more frequently buried beneath all the apps and stations that Samsung promotes, making it annoying and difficult to find. Also the volume goes up and down without touching the volume, which is also very annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Television disaster I had a previous Samsung T.V. and it was great for 10 years. I bought a new Samsung in November, and it has been a piece of junk every since. The T.V. freezes, the sound goes in and out, sometimes it comes on, and sometimes it does not. I will never by another Samsung T.V. again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice crisp picture and color TV has very clear picture and processes selections quickly. The sound is not as good - often too loud just to hear dialogue. The biggest issue is when watching nighttime scenes, the screen is so dark, can't see anything- none of the picture is visible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the quality I expected My wife and I decided on this TV as a Christmas present to our selves. We purchased at Walmart. We were asked if we wanted to purchase to warranty. I said it's brand new and in the box, I shouldn't need to spend more. Setup was straight forward and easy. After a couple of uses the volume control started to malfunction. I checked batteries in the controller and looked for adjustments in the settings menu. It didn't fix the problem. The volume won't increase and then suddenly it blasts and can be turned down. Occasionally if I unplug the power cord and then back in, the problem goes away until next use. This TV wasn't cheap and we are disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big disappointment!!! I bought this TV 4 months ago and absolutely hate it. The navigation is awful and the voice command only works 5% of the time. The picture is very nice but does not change the fact that I wish I had made a different choice. Regret getting it.

For some that are not as tech savy it is a little more difficult to program. I am a fan of Samsung, so that's why I purchased this one

U have always enjoyed Samsung products, but this unit falls way under expectation. I would give this unit away if I could afford to replace it. As it sits. I have no choice but to accept it as is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Average Purchased in October 2024, this model 4k smart tv does not have hdr or several options as my previous 4k series 8000 samsung tv had. I made assumptions that it would be equal, but not even close. Not satisfied with the clarity for a 4k and the biggest problem is the picture is so dark that some movies cannot even be watched. Have tried adjustments, expert adjustments to no satisfaction.

Am very pleased with TV. Particularly, the simplicity of the remote. I did purchase the Samsung HT-CT290/HT-CT291 sound system and pleased with that as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Worth It It’s…fine? I was very hopeful after fawning over this TV for months. But I have to admit - the picture quality is no better than my 20-year old Sony Bravia LCD. The color spectrum can be blinding at times, especially with white backgrounds. Even when adjusting the picture dynamics. The TV is blurry for the first 10-15 seconds of watching it before it 'settles'. The load time when using any of the streaming services is terribly slow at best, and they often won't load. If I could go back and buy this TV again, I wouldn't.

Had a smaller 33" Samsung LED and a very old 43" Panasonic Plasma. Needed to update my technology to streaming & Smart.The cable bill was ridiculous ($300+). I am extremely happy with both. Samsungs. The Samsung network is great and other Apps also offer great selections (Netflix - Tubi). Picture quality and ease of navigation is exactly what I was looking For. Some areas that could be improved are: 1. Remote - NOT acceptable. Too small and many functions are not there. A small, bare bones device. Took the remote from the Samsung I replaced (All Samsung remotes are compatible - Great). 2. Over all the installation/Start up process was simple. However the login to my Email & existing Samsung account wouldn't work. All of login info was correct. Had to change my password on the Samsung account several times before it would work. Overall would rate at 4.5

Technology has changed so much over my lifetime so it is really amazing to watch incredible movies in my home and have the picture and sound be absolutely perfect. For people who want to install it on their wall it really is that thin! You could put a frame around it - so that's cool too.

For what I've paid for the set I would expect a better experience. I've been meaning to contact support but haven't had time as it will need a repair or replacement.
