Great TV and make
Absolutely love my Samsung Frame TV! The picture quality is stunning, and the Art Mode makes it look like a real piece of artwork on the wall. It blends perfectly with my decor and surprises guests every time. Setup was easy, and the colors are vibrant. Totally worth it!

Much improved over my 2021 Frame
Looks amazing on my art wall, disappearing into my other static art. The contrast and colors are VASTLY improved over my 2021 Frame. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the backlight tech is lacking compared to Samsungs top end TVs. I wish they'd trickle down the better backlighting to provide better low intensity contrast.

Great Picture, Difficult and Confusing Interface
We purchased the Frame to mount over our fireplace. It replaced our 13 year old Samsung LED tv. The picture quality is bright and clear. We especially like the Art Mode feature of the Frame tv. The Samsung TV Plus feature gives us access to many channels (no need for our Roku). There many more features that I have not fully explored. I feel that new/fewer button remote makes this TV very difficult to use. Changing from internet streaming to antenna tv requires you to navigate multiple menu screens. I prefer the Source button on older Samsung remotes. Volume and Channel buttons are not well marked and are very difficult to use. To put is simply, I HATE the new remote and screen menus! I made a major discovery. The remote from my old tv works with the new Frame tv. I am able to access most frequently used features like, Source, Volume, and Channel selection. Regarding the installation of the Frame tv. The mounting of the tv over my fireplace created some issues. I built a box inside the wall behind the tv for the One Connect box. I had to run USB and HDMI cables from the One Connect box to a panel mounted below the tv. Overall, we like the Frame tv and its feature. It's just going to take time to figure out how to access and use these features.

Amazing piece of art
I couldn't be happier with my TV. My wife and family love the fact that although it takes a huge part of the wall it actually a piece of art. We subscribed to the Samsung art membership which was free for a few months and we change it all the time to match the season or holiday. The remote it easy to use and charges itself through solar and of course Samsung warranty is the best solid choice there is. So dont just buy a TV but a piece of art

TV Never Worked, Samsung Won't Offer a Solution
We ordered a 55-inch frame TV in early August, which arrived around a week later. After putting the TV Up on the wall, we tried turning it on. Every time we put on the TV, the display immediately turns off and we cannot watch anything on it or use art mode. It is currently completely unusable. We have been trying to get Samsung to resolve the issue and they finally sent a third-party service provider last week. However, the part needed to fix the TV is unavailable. It is now 10 weeks after we ordered and we still have not had a working TV, and Samsung has not provided a resolution to our issue or a timeframe in which it will be prepared. Completely unacceptable for a product of this supposed quality.

Huge upgrade from 2022 Frame!!
After an unfortunate mishap with our 2022 Frame (dropped while moving it ??) we placed an order for the 2025 model. We stuck with the 55” model which fits perfectly above our mantle. While purchasing it I noticed the new model had some improvements in the processor and added “AI” enhancements with the Samsung Vision AI. It’s hard to know with the marketing what this means for the TV although I assumed it just meant better menu stuff. And since we loved our 2022 Frame TV I was expecting it to be as good as we were used to.
Turns out my expectations were much lower than what Samsung delivers with the new 2025 model. The Vision AI platform completely improves the TV in almost every aspect. Specifically the screen resolution, clarity, and colors. Again, I was never disappointed with the 2022 model however there were times where I felt it did a better job of looking like a fine painting than displaying 4K type videos. The HDR was okay but not as good as some of their high end 4K screens. With the 2025 frame the Vision AI platform completely takes over if you allow it to, the settings of the screen. And I’ve honestly turned it off in an attempt to improve the screen image but my settings can’t come close to what Vision AI does for it.
Overall we’re thrilled with the upgrade. Watching movies is enjoyable now and the device looks so beautiful on our wall in the living room.

My Picture Frame
I'm not sure how Samsung did it but the paintings that are displayed seem to have texture to them: as if you're looking at the actual painting

I love this tv
I use my tv for streaming, and gaming. Crystal clear picture. It has a feature to be able to play certain games like fortnite without a console. I like the smart hub box that it came with to be able to hook all my devices to it. It takes a minute to learn all the different features but once you get the hang of it, you will love it

Best Thing I’ve Ever Bought!
I really did not know what I was buying because my designer just sent me a link and said, “Buy this!” I wrote back and said, “It’s kind of expensive.” And she wrote back, “Trust me.” I cannot believe how much we love this TV!!! It’s so thin and looks just like a painting on the wall. It has the best picture I’ve ever seen, is super easy to use, and treats us to amazing art work when we are not watching a show. Trust me, just buy it!

Improve the user upload process
The frame works great but in order for your own photos to look good they have to be in a perfect dimension before they are uploaded. Would be nice if the TV was smart enough to have some resize options after upload.

Horrible experience
I ordered my tv on 5/21, received it 5/24 and opened it til install it 5/31 due to busy work schedule during the week. When I connected the tv it looked damaged on the inside. Samsung transferred me to 5 different people who basically told me there’s nothing we can do for you because it’s been 5 days. I will never purchase anything from Samsung again. They do not care about you. All they want is to get their money after that you are not their problem.

Good TV but
I absolutely love this TV and it is everything I ever wanted, but it is not the best TV for the price unless you are someone like me who is willing to give up a oled panel for my TV looking like a gorgeous piece of art.

Stunning! Best of the best.
absolutely love my Samsung Frame TV! The design is stunning — it’s incredibly thin and really does look like a piece of art hanging on the wall. The frame style makes it feel more like décor than a TV, and the picture quality is excellent whether I’m watching shows or displaying photos.
The only downside is that some of the best artwork requires a paid membership, which feels a little limiting. Also, the AI feature isn’t very clear — I haven’t noticed it making much of a difference yet.

Love it with little buts
The television is great. If you're getting this its largely impart that it has the feature to display a picture or art without making it look like a tv. Having said that, it delivers for sure. The Samsung home screen sometimes throws me off as it is significantly different from that of other TV's on the market.

Fantastic TV
I love this TV. I love the feature that when I am away it displays a beautiful picture in my living room. Uploading pictures through smarts things is easy peasy. The remote is extremely easy to use and I enjoy watching the Samsung channels. There is a wide variety of channels.

Amazing Picture and User Experience
Being a prior customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect with this new tv. The interface and remote is user friendly and quick to learn, making it easy to pick up for any user. The picture quality is phenomenal and the frame when it’s off gives a classy but fun experience for our living room when entertaining, so it’s not just a tv sitting there, but something that you can talk about while having a conversation. Absolutely love it and would recommend it to friends and family.

Still The Best Frame TV On The Market
The picture quality while good could be better with individual mini LED rather than surround. The updated interface could be simplified. While other manufacturers have released their own versions of frame type TV, The Frame is still the best.

Samsung pushes content I don't want
I bought The Frame to have a good TV, to be able to stream, and to have the benefit of the art display. It was a huge surprise that Samsung constantly pushes horrible content - cartoons and lots of other programming I don't ever want to see. It is virtually impossible to get rid of it. I had no idea this was anything but a regular TV with an art display when I bought it. Be forewarned.

This product is absolutely stunning
I am so impressed with the quality of the lifelike artwork that is available, In my bedroom I have the picture of the penguins on the beach in South Africa. It makes me smile every time I look at it. In the living room I have a beach scene by Monet. It is so easy to change the artwork.
