I bought a 50 inch Neo Qled. It has a fantastic picture, great sound and was easy to setup. I have a another Samsung that is 10 years old, when it goes I will replace it with another Samsung TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Red Background Only I bought this unit in April 2025, and it worked great. Yesterday the TV lost all color except the color red. Every channel on the TV was this way. I went to a 4K channel thinking it might reset internally and then back to normal and it corrected itself. It is working normally this morning. How do I feel about this? I am not sure. Is this what the future is going to look like? I have only used Samsung TVs for years and never had an issue with any of them, just the most recent one. I guess I will have to see and hopefully if it's going to be bad it will be when it's still under warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the picture and features. This tv is a life changer for me and my wife. Our passtime is wathching tv and we love everything about this tv. Great picture, sound and all the apps it has and that can be added. I also love the bixby feature, just talk to it to control what you want to watch. There is no glare either from other light being on. We just love our new entertainment life. We live in a 5th wheel so it fit perfectly replacing the original furrion which was crapy compared to this tv. Thank you Samsung for building great products. We also own your phones and watch. Samsung all the way for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely spectacular resolution and color Wow, reached for this TV as it was a bit above my price range. It was worth it... sports and movies just pop off the screen, anything live is particularly enhanced. Regular sound (no sound bar, etc.) is way better than expected.

Our last Samsung TV had an obvious blue tint to it. We didn’t notice it until we had family members over in September. I am a patient individual. Our model for weeks was over $1000 with a military discount. One afternoon I checked and it was $804 and we picked it up at Best Buy of Savannah, GA through the Samsung site.

Often it jumps from the Spectrum software to Samsung TV programs and I have a very difficult time getting back to Spectrum. We called Spectrum who referred us to Samsung and called Samsung who asks us to talk to Spectrum. Since the picture is very good for now we live with this inconvenience. Can something be done?
