Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV for a bright rooms I was looking for a Frame, but due to the high price selected this one instead. To be honest, I think it was the best decision I made. This is a really great TV for high incidence of light (I have 4 windows against it), it's not perfect of course, but it's doing a great job. It keep really well the contrasts. My main usage is YT and games, and when I am not using, we put cool art works to match with our home style.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Quality Features The picture and most features are excellent but I've had issues in particular when trying to select a saved favorite channel. Often when I select it the TV won't change to the channel. Then if I select a favorite above or below the one previously selected it goes to that channel and if I select channel up or down to get to the original channel choice than the tv goes to that channel. It's an inconvenience, but hopefully it doesn't continue to happen. Otherwise once I got used to the new remote and can do quite allot of functions.

The electronics that connect to the internet are so much better than our old TV. I expected improvements but I couldn't imagine this. The TV manages the apps I have much better. I am thinking of buying another.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Neo QLED TV I bought the TV in May and had a little difficulty using the Samsung remote to connect to my cable system. After that it was a snap until I tried using my cable guide. I finally go that working and it it worked very well without connecting it to my Bose speaker system which is old. However, I figured it out via google searches how to connect my Bose system even after reviewing the online manual and website several times!! I do believe there should be a better manual even when first setting the TV up at home. I now do enjoy it but I do not like it lagging in showing the cable station it is set on. It always goes to the Samsung main TV site! So one has to wait until it shows the cable station that is set. I love the apps easily shown and its ability to stream. The color is great!

Always have a nice clear picture, and my couch seat even has me looking at an angle. The remote is nice and small without all those buttons you never use. We have stream YouTube TV. Easy to set up.

No black square artifacts or blooming when I watch videos ! The colors are more vibrant and the brightness is better. The sound is good, even without a sound bar, I was surprised. The Q Symphony option is good if you match the TV with a sound bar that supports Q Symphony! Tv and sound bar speakers work together! Sounds nice.

The only issue for me is the very simple remote; for example: there is no numeric pad so selecting a channel to watch is complicated and takes many pushes. Since we watch via the cable box, the voice part of the remote is useless as well.

I've only used Samsung TVs for the past 15+ years. I personally find them to be reliable, and if high quality. I don't look for bargin models, but not top of the line either. 2nd tier usually. they have suited me with awesome combination of quality, features, and value. Pros: - picture quality - sound quality - built in features - simple but solid remote - easy install and setup Cons: - cost (but quality isnt cheap, so it's hard to claim it's a con) Would I recommend to others: Yes Would I purchase again: Yes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Video died after,2 weeks, picture was mediocre. I bought this set in early December 2024. The picture is OK, but not as good as I was hoping for. I was watching an early morning news show at 6 am, and all of a sudden, the screen turned black. The sound stayed on. I fooled with the remote, the HDMI cables, cable boxes, inputs, nothing. I noticed that when the set turned off, it no longer displayed the thin, horizontal white line it usually did. This confirmed the video was gone. I returned it to the store. Bought an OLED TV of a different brand—much better picture. We'll see how that one lasts. A real disappointment. I have many Samsung TV in my house, this one was a bust.

When tv goes to main menu the previous app or downloaded apps themselves are not easy to find. Maybe it’s user error but two people trying to locate their and having difficulty would seem otherwise. Overall satisfied with purchase and would purchase again.

It's the perfect size for what we needed and it has a beautiful picture with lots of brilliant colors. I wouldn't expect anything less of Samsung. This company is hands down my favorite for all my electronic needs. I appreciate the fact that I can get a Samsung in almost every field that I am searching in. I visited them 2 weeks ago, and finally got to see it, and now I'm jealous! The blacks are deep with no pixelation, the brights aren't washed out at all, there's no pixel striations in high or low contrast scenes. A premium TV for a premium celebration! Maybe it's time I upgraded the 40" Samsung I have....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such an amazing picture! I decided to upgrade my AU8000 to the QN90D and WOW I am impressed! Out of the box the picture is amazing! The colors are vibrant and the blacks are black. I love that there's an option to do a smart calibration using the Smartthings app on my phone. There are two calibration modes: Basic mode: A quick and simple option that adjusts picture quality in 15–30 seconds. Professional mode: A more detailed option that takes about 5–8 minutes to optimize the picture For more accurate results, you can use a tripod in a dark room. These calibrate the movie picture mode and the difference it made was astounding. I mainly purchased this to up my gaming experience. I have a PS5 and wanted to take advantage of the 120hz refresh rate. The game mode option of the TV optimizes the TV settings and refresh rates for all my games. There's a bunch of different setting options depending on the type of game you're playing that also makes my games feel brand new. The QN90D has great sound because of the upgraded speakers. But I have the Samsung Q600C soundbar with the rear SWA-9200S speakers and use the Q Symphony setting and my games and movies in Dolby Atmos are so emersive I feel like I'm in the middle of the action! Wether you are looking to upgrade your movie watching or gaming experience I'd totally recommend this TV to you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, new OS home screen isn't great The TV itself is great. Decent sound without an additional soundbar, great picture, easy to wall mount, mild direct light glare. Great Samsung quality for the price. That said... The new OS changed the home screen and it's less convenient than the previous version. When you press the home button on the remote, it cuts off what is playing and opens a completely different screen. It no longer opens the pop-up bar at the bottom of the screen while allowing the TV to keep playing simultaneously. The new home screen has a very small, icon-sized "recently played" window, but that window stops as soon as you start to navigate the home screen Definitely more steps, more convoluted, and less user friendly home screen setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wish for better color accuracy like my 2018 sled its nice. not as punchy or brightness like my 2018 qn sled 49 inch. the blacks are really black which I'm impressed . blacks are comparable to old tv color accuracy and brightness is off a little bit so I'm trying to get used to it. it does wonderful with cartoon movies on certain settings like movie or eco. but gets washed out in dynamic or standard mode which is disappointing compared my 2018 sled I gave away . now it it was color accurate in all settings like my old sled then this would be the ultimate Neo led. unfortunately to get. that better crisp picture of the Neo qled tech you would have to get into the bigger more expensive size 8k models and spend a fortune because they dont make smaller 8k Neo qled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am satisfied with my 50 inch. Two weeks in with mounting to the wall and watching. My thoughts, A printed owners manual would be great. The system has a learning curve for those of us that have never own a smart tv. My last tv was a purchased in 1996. The box arrived with the bottom of the box taped seem was half way open. There was a hold in the top side of the box. This was the rear side of the TV. And the box was dusty to where my hands turned black when handling the box. I prayed that all was good with the set. The color is fantastic. I am getting use to the screen size, a 50”. Sound could be better. I must invest into a sound bar soon. Wished we had a few of the cable news stations Like FOX Cable / Fox Nation. There are plenty of stations with Samsung tv+ to keep you busy. Some nights I have to go to bed without watching a show, for I had spent my time going through channels lookin at what is playing. One movie that is not present was - John Wayne and the Fighting Seabees, unable to find it. Another tv show not being able to locate is All in the Family. The Jeffersons, Stanford and Sons are on multiple channels. Overall at this time I am satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this tv.

Cost me $50.00 to haul away and I would like to be reimbursed. I realize this won’t happen because you’re a huge company and I’m a 80 year old disabled combat veteran living on social security. But I can hope!!

We started with the fact that we were limited in size to a 50" screen due to the built-in cabinetry we had available for placement. The QN90D Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV delivers the high-quality imaging we have sought as a replacement for our older model. The 120 hz refresh rate has really been a welcome addition to our viewing pleasure, both in sports and gaming. I love the 4k upscaling feature that really enhances the viewing pleasure. The Dolby ATMOS addition has really enhanced the realism of the sound. We added a new Samsung sound system, and we are now thoroughly enjoying our new TV immensely.

The Qn90D has a great picture, less colorful than the S95C, but better for a bright room. The Tizen OS is great to work with once you get used to it. I have no regrets and highly recommended Samsung TVs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV Delivers - Customer Service Does NOT I frequently have purchased Samsung TVs because of their value to performance. Unfortunately, this has been a long, frustrating, and entirely avoidable experience. I initially connected with a Customer Service Chat Representative via your website who was helpful in recommending TV options. As part of that conversation, they informed me that if I purchased a TV, I would be eligible for a free extended warranty, and instructed me to message again after the purchase to have it added. The following day, I purchased the TV and followed up multiple times through chat—receiving no response. When I was finally able to connect with a different representative, I was told the promotion had expired. In reality, I had met the purchase deadline; the only reason I missed the warranty addition was due to the initial representative not responding. The case was escalated to a Supervisor, who told me they were not authorized to add the warranty, and that any request for approval would likely be denied. The Supervisor did follow up via email and instructed me to reply once the TV arrived to confirm it was in good condition. At that point, I was told I could potentially receive a portion of the cost back or a gift card as a courtesy for the poor experience. Unfortunately, the delivery itself added further concern. The TV was delayed after being rerouted by UPS. When it finally arrived, I witnessed the driver handling the packages roughly, and the TV box was clearly damaged—dirty, scratched, corners smashed in, and most of the top tape ripped open. Inside, the Styrofoam was cracked throughout. I was surprised (and relieved) to find the TV still worked. I replied twice to the Supervisor’s email with no response. I eventually called and spoke with another representative who again could not help. After being transferred, a different Supervisor reiterated they could not honor the warranty, but offered either a refund or a gift card. I chose the gift card, only to find that the item I had planned to purchase with it had jumped in price from $150 to $349—making it no longer worthwhile. In the end, I accepted the partial refund, which was $134 less than the value of the warranty I had originally been promised. More than two weeks later, this process has gone from being a factor in my purchasing decision to a reason I am now hesitant to consider Samsung products in the future. I had genuinely wanted the warranty for peace of mind—especially after witnessing the delivery condition—and I feel let down at every point of this interaction. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality TV Love my new TV i purchased made from Samsung! Picture is amazing and the TV speaker is incredible for listening from the TV rather then off of a soundbar. I have always purchased Samsung products and will continue to do so and recommend them to anyone!

I have had 7 series samsungs in the past that have delivered fantastic picture but this 90 series is in a whole new class of excellence in terms of image quality and robust features

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect TV for gaming console I own this Samsung Neo Qled 50" to play on a PS5 pro, and it performs just perfect. Since TV panel runs smoothly on the PS5 and I also love the contrast on the colors. It's just perfect for our day to day.
