All of the features are very easy to use and do what they say that they can do! The color in the Neo QLED TV;'s is remarkable and the speed in which our streaming is surprising. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible screen problems. The screen on my 75qn90b looks awful. There are so many rainbow smears and distorted reflections. I had to cover my windows with blackout curtains the day after it arrived in my house. I called for service and the tech replaced the panel and a circuit board. It made no difference at all. Samsung is claiming that there’s nothing wrong and the screen problems are totally normal. So now I’m stuck with the tv. I had about a dozen phone conversations with Samsung and USSI, the service company. What a waste of time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An absolutely incredible TV! I am incredibly happy with the QN90B I purchased fairly recently. It far surpassed my expectations. I have been a TV enthusiast for many years and I've owned lots of TVs. In fact, I still own a lot of TVs. However, I was having problems finding a modern 4k TV that I was truly happy with. I recently bought an LG C2 to see if things had improved over the CX I own (and have never been too impressed with). Shadow detail and colors were a little better but still not great. So I sent it back and got the QN90B. It turns out the QN90B was far better than I was expecting and has become my overall favorite TV of all time. It has the rich, thick, saturated, pure colors that I love about my plasmas, deeper blacks than any of my plasmas (and visually just as deep as those on my LG CX OLED), fantastic motion quality, amazing brightness, low input lag for gaming, all the cutting edge features, and the best HDR performance I've ever seen! Motion is super important to me, which is why I kept my CRTs and plasmas for so long. The QN90B has amazing motion. Without engaging the black frame insertion mode ("LED clear motion" in the settings, I believe it's called) the panel uses pulse width modulation which does improve motion clarity somewhat, and also gives a more dynamc, alive feeling to the motion. This alone is an improvement over the dead-feeling sample and hold motion on my CX. But where this TV really becomes incredible is when you engage black frame insertion. The motion clarity of this TV is better than any of my plasmas, and when I compared it directly to my Sony CRT I couldn't believe that it actually matched it in motion clarity. The CRT probably technically has a shorter pulse width, but it also has phosphor trails that affect clarity (which the QN90B doesn't suffer from), so the overall clarity in motion was very similar. This surprised me greatly. And what's awesome about the QN90B is that it has so much color brightness and overall brightness that when when using black frame insertion it remains very bright, colorful and impactful. My CX is so dull, lifeless, and dim when using BFI. Color saturation seems to be particularly affected. The difference between the two TVs in this regard is like night and day. Another thing I dislike about the CX is the black crush it suffers from. The QN90B, on the other hand, handles the entire gray scale perfectly, without black crush. All the contours and shading are accurate and beautiful. Overall, I just love the picture that the QN90B produces. I haven't been this enamored with a TV since the Sony 34XBR960 and Pioneer Pro-101FD. Which is crazy, because years ago I didn't really like LCD TVs. Then again, while this uses an LCD layer the mini-LED and quantum dot technologies result in a display that looks very different than those old LCDs. Please don't stop making these QLED TVs, Samsung. I'll definitely consider a QD-OLED for my next TV purchase, but I'm not sure they'll ever match the clarity and brightness of the QN90B when using black frame insertion. I run my TV mostly in this mode, because motion is as important to me as picture quality. So I would love for there to be an even better QLED TV for me to upgrade to in a few years.

The value was well worth the money and I trust Samsung products among all others. I appreciate how it integrates easily with apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc, and is easy to use and convenient. I plan on buying another one shortly as this TV is perfectly wonderful!

Haven't got all the settings done yet, even though I'm still trying. Looking for aspect ratio, screen doesn't always fill up completely, SD channels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning TV I don't use television much (I hate all the ads, especially political ones) and when I do, it's mostly for the news, some sports (tennis) and streaming. I love the fact that I can immediately connect to Netflix, Youtube Prome, using my new remote. Speaking of remote, it's amazing in that it charges when in the light. No need for new batteries. I have nothing but good to say about the TV, ease of changing the settings and so on. Slight trouble with picking channels using the remote but I confess to not having read the instructions yet

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Samsung I have the TV set up to 4k reviver with 8K 120 Htz HDMI cables and the picture cold not be more amazing. I would defiantly recommend doing one of the calibrations because the entire picture improved 10 fold once it was done. I have it set up with a variety of apps and they perform and look amazing. The surprising think was how well it integrated with my old surround (receiver and wired speakers) and my new sound bar is still sitting in the box.

I love all of the additional features that are provided on the TV. I can certainly say that this will not be the last Samsung product that I purchase. A relative encouraged me to replace my 43" Samsung. It seemed wasteful at the time. Why replace a 3 year old TV that was working perfectly? But this Q90 4K picture is stunning!

We primarily use the TV for streaming movies and television content, and we are completely blown away by the brightness and sharpness of the picture. We have not done any gaming in some time, but are tempted to upgrade our entire gaming system due to the higher refresh rate! Setup of the TV was super easy and loved how the the various components (cable box, sound bar, PS, etc) and apps linked up to the TV. We have always purchased Samsung TV’s in the flat-screen era and will continue to do so in the future!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but not perfect Seems like everything Samsung suffers from translation issues, just like the request for this review where you cannot pick your correct TV model. However, my 50 inch QLED has a great picture, works quickly (most of the time) and has been a big improvement over not having a smart TV. It does have some software issues (bugs) which are frustrating. The ARC control system is not reliable when pared with my Yamaha receiver in that it only starts the receiver about 50% of the time. Every now and then, it also stops responding or just spins for a long time (it is not the internet since all other connected devices are functional). I have even had to unplug it to perform the old "hard reboot" routine to get it to function again. It makes me nervous about the longevity of this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 50" QN90B absolutly love this 50" fantastic picture and i'm using it in a small room speakers are good. i even turned off my sound bar. upgrage of firmware from 1204 to 1211 was simple. love the itelligent mode in picture mode i just leave it on optimized. sound output tv speaker amplify. i don't need to change any other settings. great product and worth every penny

This one is the best . the picture is totally unbelievable the color is perfect. It feels like your in the TV. So we are sold on Samsung it’s the only TV we will ever buy. The added addition of the Samsung channels is so awesome. I watch them more then I watch the other channels. We will definitely replace our other tv with a Samsung when it goes bad.
