This is my 2nd qled tv from samsung and I'm very pleased of my purchase. I like all the new features that they have added as in picture and sound quality and Ai intelligence and learning even more each day. I will continue buying samsungs products as being a loyal customer for over 20ys now and very pleased about the choice I made on buying this tv. Thx once again samsung

Beautiful Image
We love this Television. The feature i looked for most when shopping was to have clear midrange sound and this one is much better than our previous device. The room where we use this has a big window in the front and a sliding glass door in the back, and all hard surfaces but this TV can be adjusted so we can both see and hear without having it too loud, or looking washed out. Love it.

Best picture I've had in a Television ever
Love all the features of my set But I'm just using it for streaming Movies and haven't had time to see all of the wonderful features that the set offers But I'll set some time aside to have the time to check out everything it offers for me.

We’re both in our mid 70’s , so we were nessitant about get a fully functional smart Tv. We are extremely happy with this product. Not only was it easy to install and setup, its operation couldn’ t have been easier. Picture and sound is outstanding

Love this TV
This is a great TV and when you set it up with the surround sound system, the sound is incredibly awesome. The picture quality is A+++, sound quality is excellent. There was a little time getting used to the remote. But all in all a great system.

Great TV for any home!
Love the color and sound, it's perfect for a bedroom TV. The picture quality is amazing and love watching movies on it. It was a great price and has great value!
This is also great for gaming! The streaming systems work great.

Delayed start up problem
Bought this in early Feb2024. The TV has a delayed start up problem. It takes 5 minutes for the Verizon cable box to recognize the tv. Once on, picture is great. Replaced the cable box, remote, HDMI wire and reset settings. Looks like a problem with the tv. Samsung technical service is absolutely worthless.

Overpriced junk. DO NOT BUY
It does NOT digitally upgrade ANYTHING from ANY app or channel. Furthermore, the picture quality is awful and if there are any bright lights in any show or movie you are watching all you will see is a bright blue hue, spot and it will beed into the screen. I WILL NEVER buy another Samsung TV again!!!
