Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warranty samsung's warranty is a joke! our tv continues to buffer and freeze. we often receive a 107 error message. we reboot the tv. sometimes it finds the network sometimes it doesn't. the network is working because we do not have this issue with our other 2 samsung tvs. the router and modem are located behind this tv. three samsung techs have been here and can not fix the tv. one tech was told on the phone by a samsung representative that we needed a mesh internet system installed. we live in a 1500 square foot ranch house. all tvs are on the same floor. ridiculous! the tv needs to be replaced because it is still under warranty and samsung has done everything in its power to not do that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top of the Line just received this tv direct from samsung and it is absolutely stunning. the colors are perfect, and the new intelligent mode automatically changes the picture and audio settings depending on the ambience of the room. the new processor makes the overhauled ui buttery smooth and more immersive than ever. it looks like i just bought a $5000 tv.

The wall mount ? Can't say enough because it's like we've added another window the scenery is so life-like.And all for a really good price.Kids cracked the screen one night but my repairs were minimal thanks to Samsung care+

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Missign Chanel Guide the user manual said when i entered a date the chanel guide would appear. i did this i cannot see the guide. the home key brings me to multiple screen & none of the information is interesting to me. the old home key always gave me the chanel guide. what good are all the extra chanels if i cannot see what will be on the chanels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Time to start streaming With Samsung TV including my local channels ( with an antenna) to their channel guide helps in not having to use too many remotes, just one. Streaming apps are easy to add easy to find with the app list at the bottom of the screen. We enjoy watching movies and tv series at our own time. Still searching for the right picture setting to make our viewing great. It would be nice if Samsung could include with tv or have on line access to trouble shooting. When first received the tv I had to search on line for information (did not find at Samsung). But all is good now with no problems.

I have only bought their TV's for as long as I can remember, I love that you can sync all samsung together. I have my TV, phone, tablet and watch all synced together, its great!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Picture and Value I mostly use the TV for streaming. The included apps made that very easy and efficient and the app store makes adding more very easy. Only complaint would be the remote, it is not the easiest to use in the dark or dim light and is not super intiutive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just plain spectacular! Love the picture quality, love the ambient mode, love the minimal design. This TV makes program viewing all the more enjoyable. Samsung TV always seems to have a bunch of interesting viewing possibilities. We're fans of classic movies and can't get over how sharp those old black and white golden oldies look, don't remember that much detail back in the day!

I have a large choice for choosing subscriptions and can always depend on my viewing to be the best quality. I am not a person who learns new technology very easily, but I find my new tv is easy to use. Highly recommend Samsung.
