Absolutely awesome
The TV is the perfect size, very lightweight, and easy to mount. The picture is awesome... very crisp and great color density. It has so many options to truly customize the display. I wish the speakers were a little better, but I bought a Samsung soundbar/ subwoofer combo that not only works great but the TV remote adjusts the sound as well. All in all the whole system is great! Sales and customer service/ support can't be beat!

Samsung continues to deliver!
I just purchased this tv on 5/30/24 and so far I have to admit that I didn't expect to like it as much as I do. It's always a coin toss seeing a television in-store versus when you get it home. However, the picture holds up in both environments. The colors are crisp and sharp, and the solar-powered remote is a definite plus from an eco-friendly point of view. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but I still have the box in case.....you know.

My TV is amazing
By far the best TV that I've purchased and I've basically had all the brands and went with the trends and I keep coming back to the Samsung product it never let's me down if it's a phone or computer monitor or it's my 4k smart TV it's Samsung. The picture quality is breathtaking you can get lost in what your watching or playing the graphics....Wow!!! The sound that it produces movie quality no doubt about it you don't need all the extras with a sound like that and overall the product is reliable a d what could one ask for in today's market quality and reliability so Samsung this customer ain't going no where you got me for life

Defective Screen
I bought this TV several weeks ago and the corners of the screen began peeling. I have been blamed for this by customer service and the only solution that Samsung offers is to pay for a repair that ranges between $850-950 dollars, hundreds of dollars more expensive than the screen itself. I’m so disappointed, I was very excited for this TV, as it was an update to an old LG that I had for many years, no issues,
Much less a peeling screen. I don’t plan to purchase from Samsung again as the quality is poor and the customer is blamed for issues that might arise
