Customer support is horrid, not like the support I get with my phone. The display and sound are only slightly better than my 2019 TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing Garbage! Poorly designed 50 inch computer monitor. Samsung should stick to tabs and phones. This thing is the biggest disappointment I wasted my time and treasure investing in. Cheap plastic, feels like leaf and incomplete at the bottom. Picture quality? I have a 2008 LCD TV, at it's lowest video setting, is much much sharper than this thing. As for I/O, this thing falls waaaaay short of acceptable. 3 HDMI's, optical and LAN. I got cheap monitors that has more! So far I have owned 6 Samsung tabs, including the latest which I locked down before it was released and they are exceptional products. Never disappointed. But this TV is a head scratcher! I Will never recommend this unit to my family and friends!

The q60b has a terrific screen but from certain viewing angles it begins to fade. The sound output can be is not as rich as it can be. But for the most part I'm getting my money's worth from this television in this price range.

I love HDR the colors are so vivid and the dark and light contrast is awesome. The Motion Xcelerator Helps cut down on blur. I really like this TV highly recommended.

The older Samsung we used for our main TV had a weak Wifi component and would buffer or load slow, but this Samsung TV works great. It is farther away from the router and it streams just fine. I usually hard wire my LAN cable to the TV's but I really do not need to with this TV. We enjoy the crisp vivid colors and the sound is good as well. Glad we purchased this model.

However a few functional problems keep me from giving it 5 stars. — the Netflix app simply doesn’t load, I’d say at least 25% of the time. I have to reboot the entire tv just to get it to show up. This is a common and ongoing problem according to my online searches. — it takes way too many steps to switch audio output.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's definitely an good first upgrade The Sq60a QLED TV was my first jump into 4k tvs and I definitely don't regret it. It gets reasonably bright and loud although it's color does wash out if you're not looking at it Head on. It's definitely takes care of my worries of the screen ever breaking because of its QLED feature unlike with OLED as those have unpredictable life span. Very good overall but wished samsung would make better more adaptable software than tizen(The software on the Sq60)

I stream mainly from Netflix, Amazon, and Sling with little to no issues. The tv can be slow to react when toggling between apps within main menu, though. I would highly recommend this tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is our first larger tv For the most part, this tv is great. The picture is nice and they come through clearly with our Spectrum package. There was one time that we had a purple/green color issue, but I believe that was a connection thing that we fixed ourselves after searching a while online for an answer on. The remote with this takes some getting use to. It’s only truly annoyed us once and makes you wish there were slightly more buttons. For us, we opted not to get a sound bar. Def didn’t need it as we aren’t the owners of a private theater. It carries just fine over a maybe 30ft space. Sometimes movies, commercials, or different channels are louder than another. Easy fix.

Coupled with a Samsung soundbar that provides better than theater quality experience. The TV and soundbar were a snap to set up and were up and running in an eye blink. Bonus benefits is that it allows us to see family photos that are located in our NAS that is connected in our WI-FI, plus the ability to search the WWW. Best TV decision we have ever made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from not impressed so far I expected a much more crisp picture with a Ultra High Def 4k newly updated model. I even upgraded my remote cable box and modem for a 4k model. My old Vizio plasma seems to have had stronger color saturation & clarity. I am just not impressed & a bit disappointed in this Samsung model. The on/off button on the Comcast remote also does not react well on the TV when pressing for a cold start & the picture is not instantly on. Not impressed with this model and the expectations it promises.

Daily usage does not fatigue the eyes in view of 50" size. Color and resolution are outstanding for a medium level TV representing excellent value. Excellent audio performance and sound fidelity. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, but UI has become busy This TV is great. Picture is clear, though the sound is what you would expect from a flat TV. There is not a lot of dept to the sound and if that is a must, you will need to get a sound bar. Other than that, the UI has been changed from previous model, and is now busy and slow. I am not a big fan of Samsung's new UI. I wish they would keep it simple like the previous models. Other than that, I can highly recommend the TV. The apps are good and perform well.

It's a solid 4k tv and you can't go wrong because of the ability to connect it to the internet and have all your apps in one place. Thanks, Samsung, when I upgrade I will definitely get another Samsung tv. :)

I believe it excels when it comes to gaming though. It has a gaming mode that it automatically switches too when I turn on my playstation. Get good audio and visual feedback. Works great with my other Samsung devices!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size for my apartment This is my second Samsung QLED 4K. Picture is slightly improved from the Q60A. Crisp picture and clean sound through the Samsung sound bar. I'm not a gamer, so this is a great television for me. I am NOT, however, a fan of the solar powered remote. It's been finicky since Day 1 either appearing to not be charged or requiring "re-pairing" to fully function. No charging cable was included with the Q60B so I had to purchase one separately. The batteries in the Q60A remote seemed to last a very long time so I'm not sure there's an overwhelming advantage to this model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice picture. Bare minimum remote. The remote is bare bones. Needs numeric access instead of just scrolling. But it is nice that it is solar rechargeable. Wish there was a way to adjust for lag between audio and video across Bluetooth and all apps. Picture is just ok though color saturation seems to flutter. Maybe they all do that. Built-in speakers are lame, as usually is the case. My smartphone has better sounding speakers.

Overall I like it BUT when theres a dark image I see splotches of light bleedthrough that is annoying. What is almost perfection is ruined by this defect. Its under warranty and seemsvto be a common problem so I'll see if it can be fixed. Untill then 3 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Calling for 6 weeks and my apps still don’t work! i have been calling samsung for six weeks now and my 2022 television apps do not all work. specifically siriusxm and amazon music (four which i pay a monthly subscription) will not play music! according to siriusxm samsung does not have the latest software version which is 3.0. the version that was installed on my tv is 2.0. when i called amazon about the amazon music app not playing, they immediately connected me to samsung to no avail. had i known that this tv has apps that do not work, i would not have purchased it. based on the first six weeks, i would not be surprised if netflix, hbo, and other apps fail to work in the future.

Black washes everything out, and you cant see fine details. I have it set as bright as it gets. Most shows are not really dark, but those that are, can be frustrating. Overall, I like it. Fix the black settings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent gaming I use this as my computer monitor along with my Asus powered Nvidia 2060 graphics card and I must say the quality of gaming with the game settings all maxed out really changes games I have played in the past. The detail is absolutely mind blowing with the tvs clarity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing picture unless everything in frame is dark Love the color from Samsung. Menus are easy to navigate and the remote works great. My only complaint is the experience when everything in frame is dark. I can barely see anything in those moments.

I love watching movies and listening music, looks great in my bed room, mu son loves playing Playstation 5 my daughter Angelica watching Netflix all time. I looking Amazon ,Netflix, Samsung tv, Hulu and more I watching sport: volleyball basketball ,tenis,soccer, baseball, football. I love my new asome tv .I bought 3tv one for my son Kamil,one for my daughter Angelica and one for me. And last year we were bought Samsung tv for my old house. The Samsung tv is the best TV. I love watching TV in the night and day special when my kids go to sleep.i recommended samsung tv for all people young and old, woman and men kids and children enjoy the time watching TV shows that have samsung tv. It is good for president and the other people who have the samsung tv will be ready to start watching good movies because installing is so easy. I installing all apps and using the app at the same time to use my cellphone. I love the way I look at the picture in my new tv.My son is happy to see the new game in the new tv samsung, My daughter love the samsung remote controller because it light in the dark.So she can easily find in the bed room. Tv look for me perfect I installing tv on wall and it looks like million dollars painting. For my it was the best thing I bought in this year. I All my tv are samsung ,and I will be not changing for anything else. I love, my new tv,I tell everyone to go to the best buy and buy a new one and get a good deal for the tv,you can buy either protection plan .

Whenever I bring friends over they always make sure to mention how awsome of a picture and sound quality it puts out. If I could go back I would make the same purchase again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too many features to mention The Solar remote should be able to directly select a channel and not have to move through all the channels to get to the one you want. I purchased the optional remote that has the numbered keypad to directly select a channel.
