Rated 5 out of 5 by from Major Buyers Remorse The color is just so-so. I upgraded from a 20yo TV that was way more vibrant. Also, 4 days after mounting the TV, a white light appeared in the bottom left corner. I had to have it serviced/ most of the TV replaced within weeks of getting it. All in all, I'm underwhelmed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The picture quality is the best, The quality is awesome, slim and lightweight, easy setup and the sound is good, I'm using a Samsung sound bar for theater sound and it's amazing. The TV itself is so easy for me to use and the ease of wireless connection I can use my Samsung phone with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Visually fantastic! Love the Frame TV we have in our living room! The TV is visually fantastic and I absolutely love to put the art up on the screen when dormant. The only thing that leaves me wanting more is the audio is not as good as I would hope. If you pair this with a soundbar everything is fine, but for my setup it will not look right, so I'm stuck with sub-optimal sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Image quality is great - execution of hardware not The quality of the image on the S03FA QLED 4K TV is excelllent. I have absolutely no issues with that. My problem is that the way the device is engineered makes it completely useless in my home. The panel is wonderfully thin and can fit quite flush to the wall. Because of that design, the "guts" of the tv are in a large, toaster sized box that connects to the panel by a thin cable. This drastically limits how this tv is used. It's fine if you have a console underneath to hide the box, but not every installation is like that. In my case the panel needed to be mounted high on a wall in the great room about 25 feet from the equipment stack. I have no desire to pay a monthly fee for some nonsensical pre-curated group of images that have nothing to do with the theme and decor of the house. Loading any of my personal images (despite being a long-time user of Photoshop) proved too cumbersome and technically flawed. While this tv probably works for most people, incorporating it into a truly custom installation just isn't possible. If you want to impress people with a fake art gallery of generic images and have a console right under the mounting point this may be ideal. It's just not designed for specialized installations. This now sits in the box in the garage

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Delivery UPS delivered the wrong TV, I set it aside because we are renovating our home, when it came time to install the TV, I realized it was not the correct TV, but it is beyond the company’s 14 day return window. I have contacted Samsung support, the company is unwilling to do anything to fully rectify the situation. I am stuck with a TV I did not pay for or want.

Feature that it awakens when someone comes in the room is nice. The magnetic bezels are super easy to install. Installation of the tv was no problem. Looks great on the wall

I have this tv for 2 weeks now and the art software package still does not work after resetting everything. A little disappointed in Samsung support who has not been able to fix this
