Beautiful but bad connectivity
I bought this tv because my previous one died and while I wanted a tv in that room I really liked how this tv looked like art.
While it doesn’t really look like art often it can if you choose the right pictures and of course the right frame. It’s expensive but beautiful.
My biggest complaint is the connectivity. The flat tv then obviously has a cord and a large black box that connects to WiFi. Until this tv I’ve never had internet connectivity issues especially since the rougher is less than ten feet away. EVERY TIME I turn the tv on from the resting picture, the internet connection is lost and I have to unplug the tv and restart it. Extremely frustrating and I wish the black box was smaller, it’s extremely large and difficult to hide. All the pictures selling this product don’t show the cord or the box and that is deceiving.
All in all if you have the money and like the look it’s worth it but if you really watch tv often the connectivity issues may not make it worth your efforts.

Viewing Perfection
I purchased this specific television for streaming and the ability to have it not look like a TV when not in use. It is perfection. I have it set to automatically change the pictures on the screen and the artwork is beautiful. I purchased a bevel to match the decor and it looks like a framed piece of artwork. It streams all of my favorite stations and is highly intuitive and simple to set up and use. I couldn't be happier.

Samsung Frame is Awesome
I use my samsung frame to watch my stories every aftnoon while the kiddos nap and my husband watches all his college football and MLB and minor league pickles all games on our frame and of course the kids animated movies play on an endless loop the rest of the time. We all love the frame. It's picture is super clear and so realistic that the characters seem to be in the same room wirh ua and I swear you can almost smell the sweat and hotdogs and popcorn during the sports.

Samsung fanatic!
It's a great tv came with everything you need to set it up. I believe the remote is rechargeable with a type C charger. I like the sleek design and the thinness of it. When it goes into rest mode it puts on scenic images or a faded dot pattern that flashes gently. Volume and speakers are great, nice crisp clean sound and even in low volumes. I like the features of xbox app so I can stream games, all though their a bit laggy I still get enjoyment from the free games. Im able to control the TV with my ps5 controller too! I think that's by far the best feature samsung has incorporated into their TVs.

I absolutely love this TV as a work of art.
I have a large wall of windows opposite the wall is is mounted on and struggled to finding g anything I could hang that the sunlight didn't wash out. The anti-glare and matte glass is perfect and no matter the amount of sunlight it still looks great! I love choosing different art work based on the season or even my mood. People have asked "where I got the painting" and it is fun to reveal that it is a TV. I have also made gallery wall of several pictures from recent family vacations and it is so easy to use the smart things app to quickly upload photos. I use the TV as a speaker often while cooking or entertaining and listen to music or pod casts while still having it on art mode.

Cinematic experience in only 50 inches - amazing!
I don't write reviews - it's just not my thing. However, our experience with The Frame QLED 4K LS03D has been nothing short of game changing for our home viewing experience. So enjoyable! We do not have a large living room so the size is perfect and the picture quality from virtually any angle is just great. We've had it almost 10 months now and this was one of the best buys we've ever made for our family entertainment. This season we're going to add a Samsung HW-C450 soundbar to complement the amazing imagery. Thank you Samsung.

Please read carefully before purchasing
Guys pleae never purchase your products from Samsung. Especially the Frame TV. They delivered a faulty product on calling their tech support they were of no help and asked me to get it serviced, a new TV to be serviced means they delivered a faulty product to me. Later they accepted my return and sent shipping labels to me and on the very next day we shipped the item back to them. It's been a month and their warehouse has been refusing to accept the product from their end for no reason known and when called the customer service acts dumb and don't provide any information. They say they will refund the money only when they receive the product and they themselves have been refusing to accept it from FedEx. Fedex has been trying to attempt delivery daily and they are refusing to sign and accept the item and hence the product is returning back to facility. Inspite of receiving a faulty item all this time I dint give any bad reviews, but now they are all trying to fraud me
I never knew Samsung has such horrible customer service

I have wanted to avoid tv like a black hole on my wall. When I discovered the Samsung frame that was all I thought about. How I could arrange my tv as a beautiful picture and fill the decorating nightmare black hole with beautiful 24 /7. I now have a praised work of art hanging on the wall from Van Gough to Mona Liza and anywhere in between. The fire log is a nice touch.

Terrific, innovative product design.love it!
Such an innovative product. Great options for art, love the ability to customize matting and change outside frame. Have mine mounted on the wall. During the day our room is quite bright and both the TV and movie streams shine through well. It’s easy to adjust screen brightness more if needed. The screen resolution and colors are excellent. I have an old Sonos soundbar connected by optical audio. I can’t change volume of my Sonos speakers connected to the TV via soundbar with the Samsung remote. It’s not that I haven’t tried with Samsung settings to deal with this. It’s that the old soundbar doesn’t use HDMI’s. I’m told that the latest Sonos soundbar will fix this. Have ordered it.

Look around
I have wanted a Frame TV for years and was so excited to get my new TV for Christmas. I had even found where Samsung would give the art store for 1 year free. When I got the tv mounted, my first reaction that it was a lot of hype for what they gave you. I followed the instructions for the art store promo as it said on the Samsung, but it only gave me a 1 month subscription and then charged me $56 for the annual subscription. You would think, considering the exorbitant cost of this tv that they could at least give you the art store, which is, after all what you bought this overpriced tv for to begin with, but buyer beware because they absolutely did not give me art store,no. Even though I just spent an overpriced amount for this art tv feature, Samsung wants you to pay for it every year, starting on the second month you own it. Really, I think that this is what one is buying the Frame tv for, and it is ridiculous and exploitative to charge customers to use the feature that you bought it for. I believe there are better alternatives. The whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I wish I had bought something else. It’s just not worth it.

Great Technology!
Recently, I changed out the cabinet I had underneath my Frame TV. I had a CD player and Blueray DVD player hooked up to the Samsung Soundbar. Once I put everything back in the new cabinet- make sure you have a hole in the back of the cabinet for the power cords - and turned on the power, the artwork that I had chosen earlier that day immediately returned to the TV and later I was easily able to watch a show without any stress! Intuitive!

Buy from retailer, do not order online
I had pre-ordered this item and I was incredibly excited for the promotion and updated features. However, it took over 3 months to finally receive my order and eventually I had to re order the item because an internal issue occurred. During the anticipated week of delivery I repeatedly experienced an additional 2 week of delays from the delivery company with little to no explanation. Upon finally receiving my device the agent I spoke with assured me that they would be able to provide me compensation for all the issues I experienced. When I followed up to iron out the details they promised they back out and said they could only provide me a 20 samsung credit. I am incredibly disappointed by the order support and follow up by this company. This is not an isolated incident, I had also had similar issues with a washer and dryer I had purchased. If you are considering purchaing any samsung device proceed with caution and do yourself a favor in purchasing your devices from a local electronics retailer.

I decided to buy The Frame TV because I wanted to remove my 55" wine painting from the wall in the kitchen and have a TV there instead. So why not The Frame if you love Art as well The digital art collection has gotten better. My friends are blown away even before I tell them it's a TV they've all assumed that it's a painting. Do not buy this product from the Samsung website
This TV came damaged (screen bent, frame cracked). I unfortunately was not able to open the package within the return window so now I need to contact their warranty department to extend it. I've wasted hours in Samsung customer support trying to get to the right person who can do this. I've called and started live chats, and in both I've been bounced between agents and departments until the connection just cuts off, so I have to start again as there is no way to reach out to the last person who I talked to.
If you want this kind of TV just get it from Amazon or somewhere with a functioning customer support.

Bad design. False marketing
I really regret purchasing this tv. I bought it because I didn't want it to look like a TV was the focal point of my room. I hired an electrician to install an outlet on the wall where the TV would be so I could conceal the power cord. I wanted it to look like all of the marketing photos that Samsung puts out. What they don't include in their photos is that you have to use their ridiculous one connect box with an incredibly fragile, easy to damage cord that runs from the TV and is impossible to conceal. So now, I have no place to put that stupid box and no way to conceal that cord which will inevitably be damaged and I have a freaking power outlet in the middle of the wall that I paid $200 to have installed. I may have dropped pit of college twice but it took me 2.5 seconds to see all of the problems with this design. How many engineers did it take to come up with it? The whole point of this TV is for it not to look like a TV. Just put a normal power cord on it!
I would not have purchased it and I'm so irritated.

Great TV, one connect box design flaw
Great tv overall. Video and audio quality is great. Antiglare properties are exceptional, even during the daytime with a lot of natural light or when lights are on in the house, no glare. The art mode and sleek frame design is why we bought the tv. When kids come over, they ask if I have a tv because they actually think it is a picture frame. The wall mount comes with the tv and it's ultra slim, complimenting the frame idea. The motion sensor setting is great too.
My biggest issue is the one connect box fiber optic wire. It is not rated to go behind a wall, so unless you get a raceway or get creative with hiding it behind something, the wire shows. It's real thin and somewhat clear, but obviously is a wire, showcasing that is is not a picture frame, but a tv. I would think with this being the 4th edition of the tv, a behind the wall included rated wire or wireless solution would have been thought of to make it perfect.

Great picture. All of the colors are brilliant! Many do not realize the picture is a TV, particularly when posting/sharing pictures of the living room.
We also like the multi-view feature which allows us to cast content from a mobile device while also watching DirecTV or streaming services. Additionally the Frame allows for dual sound output with some coming from TV speakers while simultaneously connected to Bluetooth headphones or earbuds.
My only complaint is number/quality of free pictures available.

This is America
The frames that go around the tv cost as much as the tv itself….ridiculous. No picture frame is worth 600 plus dollars. The art work is subscription based, instead of being able buy one piece….the quality of the art actually looking like a picture/matte finish is not anything to rave about . Everyone who has come over knows it’s a tv displaying art…Extract max profits is what this tv is. Would not recommend. Buy a cheaper tv, display your own art on the tv, get crafty and build a frame for it.

Beautifully displays artwork or photos
The Samsung Frame TV looks really good on the wall. We hung it in our bedroom, so we did not want the TV to look like it is in a "media" room. It hangs like a picture of the wall. It beautifully displays artwork or a photo.
The downside is that it does not display photos in a slideshow very well. The photos are not full screen, and they are cumbersome to add. However, for displaying an individual photo as a piece of art on the wall, it is great . . . you can crop the photo if you want and can select how the picture crops/fits to the screen. The TV is just not great for slideshows.
Also, the TV works well with Alexa (except for turning the TV on- Alexa tells me that that action is not supported). Alexa will, however, turn off the TV and do searches, etc. I am happy with the Samsung Frame TV.

Obsessed with Frame TV
Obsessed with my Frame TVs! I mainly use them to display gorgeous artwork instead of watching TV – they seriously elevate the vibe of any room. Installation was a breeze, but I did have my contractor hide the wires from the TVs to the black box for that seamless look. The mounts came included, and the guide made it super easy to hang everything perfectly. Oh, and once I enabled the Smart Things skill on my Alexa, they were voice-activated and now I can turn them on/off from my iPads and phone. Not sure why people are leaving negative reviews – I’ve had an AMAZING experience and I’m already planning to buy more for my bedrooms instead of traditional smart TVs! #GameChanger #HomeUpgrade #SmartTech

1 star for damaged product upon delivery. I did not notice damage until after 15 days post delivery. So when I reported it samsung refused to replace or fix without me paying more than $1000. Also read fine print of samsung care as they will not fix or replace physical damage caused by the company or delivery partner. The manufacturer warranty is also worthless. I have been a samsung customer for years and this was by far the worst expeience ever and sad to see.

Owning a Frame TV from Samsung is great

Having a Separate 'One' Box is Terrible
Having outboard electronics in a separate box that needs to be tucked away is a pain if trying for a clean wall-mount installation.

Overall great TV
I bought this TV last summer and it has been nothing but amazing. I love the quality of the picture while I have the frame in picture mode. The selection of pictures is great. As an actual TV, the quality is fantastic. I have no complaints and I definitely recommend this TV. Wall hanging bracket fees very secure and makes leveling the TV very easy. Although not recommended, I was able to put this TV on the wall by myself.

trouble with remote voice assistant
I purchased the frame tv in 2023. I love the portrait feature! I do however think they could improve significantly on the colors of the matt that is available.
I had trouble with the remote and they sent me another one in May of 24, one year after I bought the TV. Now I am having more trouble. No voice assistant. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to get another one so I got one from Amazon in less than a week and much cheaper. Now I called to try to hook it up and still no voice assistant!! Should a person be required to buy a new remote every year and they still don't work? They told me to bring it to best buy. That is 100 miles from where I live and would cost several hundred dollars. I am very upset as I spent $1000.00 on the tv and the voice assistant does not work and I just will have to live with it. Bad service!!

Beautiful TV with amazing picture
Love this TV! The picture is super clear and vibrant, and the Art Mode makes it look like a real painting when it’s off. It blends in perfectly with the room and doesn’t even look like a TV. Setup was easy, and everything runs smoothly. A bit pricey, but totally worth it for the look and quality.

I feel soooo bad
The wall mount is included in the new box, but it wasn't in my new box. Maybe I bought one that someone returned....
The customer service center said it would be shipped with the frame, but that wasn't the case. They are liars.
People who are purchasing, please check the components.

This product is awesome.
We didnt have a family room so I wanted to hide the TV and only bring it out when needed.....I didn't want a TV to have a focal point in the room. We tried councils and Armours but they were just another piece of furniture in a already crowed room. I asked my husband if we could mou t it to the wall above the piano and maybe put a wallpaper picture on it and a homemade wood frame to make it look like a picture. Good idea but unless the TV was on it still was a black screen tv.....when I was complaining about it to someone they told me about Samsung having a TV you could do that with but they didn't know what it was called.....we'll duh! When I went to our electronics store to ask about it they said why yes we have just the thing! It is called a frame TV!!! Lol....we'll this was when they were still fairly new and the price was big! But my heart was set on one...It was all I talked about! Come Christmas I got it! And I love need it....we bought another one, a bigger one, for our new family room! Best part is I can use any number of pictures offered or I can personalize the pictures and use my family photos.

Screen went bad after 1.5 years!
We bought an earlier version of this 1.5 years ago and the screen already needs to be replaced (it’s more than the cost of the tv). BUYER BEWARE - Samsung did not do anything for us plus we paid $140 just for their Samsung tech to spend 5 minutes with us to say the above. Awful service and terrible TV (it was our 2nd frame and last).

Massive piece of junk
This product is a laughable piece of junk. One of the worst products of any kind that I’ve ever purchased and easily the worst TV - and that includes super cheap value brands like Dynex, Insignia, TCL, etc.
This overpriced garbage didn’t work as advertised from day 1. UI is terrible. “Art mode” is always maxed out in brightness, no matter how many times we adjusted it, so nobody will be fooled into thinking this is anything other than a terrible TV. Constantly glitches or because unresponsive to remote inputs. Eventually we had to just hook up an external Roku but even that became useless when the volume stopped working on the remote. Samsung support is completely useless - their first suggestion is to download an update on your PC and then install it via thumb drive…ridiculous in 2025. Regardless, it didn’t work. Then with regards to the volume button, their support recommended that I “try pushing the volume button up to increase the volume.” Can’t wait to take a sledgehammer to this thing once my new TV arrives.
