Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frustrating & Disappointing TV I bought this TV last year and it has been one of the worst purchases I have made. The sound is subpar. Sitting in front of the TV the sound is muted and I need to increase the volume to hear sound clearly. However, upstairs in my house the sound is LOUD and clear. I ended up buying a sound bar to resolve the problem. The interface is is croweded, difficult to navigate, and will not stream Hulu content (Seems there is a DRM issue with the app on Samsung Smart TV.) The only good thing is the Samsung TV Plus, but something similar is available on other brand name smart TVs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blurry and hazy. I love Samsung but I’m really disappointed in my NEO QLED QN90F. I thought it would be a much better picture, went with the QLED vs. OLED due to burn-in’s but I didn’t realize the picture quality would be so reduced. Not sure if it can or needs to be calibrated for best picture quality or not. I feel like it should be better picture for the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy at your own risk Paid maybe $1200 in 2023 for a 55” Neo Qled tv (BN96) as of today it’s completely dead. Unplugged every wire more than once and plugged everything back in and nothing worked. I know it’s the tv too because I have my PS5 hooked up and thats still on. The tv on the otherhand, is not turning on. I really was expected 7-10 years out of this tv and it’s only been 2 years. I looked up the problem and other people have been having the same issue and It’s too frequent of an issue to ignore. Either you have a warranty, fix the main box for the tv yourself or have a Samsung technician come out and fix it for you for a fee. And I hear they charge you even if they can’t fix it. Either way it’s all a huge problem and more than an inconvenience for a tv that cost over $1000. I don’t know about you and what risk you’re willing to take but I’m never buying Samsung again. And if they reach out to me it better be for them to send me a new tv for free.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 43" QLED Frame TV Bought the Frame TV for use only as rolling picture art in a motorsports themed family room. Installation was easy using both instructions and the internet. Getting the motion detector/sleep setup proved more difficult. After much experimentation, uploading picture files from your phone is the easiest and most direct way to load, edit, and delete picture art. The user manual is not good providing very little if any help. Perseverance is needed to use the art mode to its full potential.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A pleasure to use The picture is great. Colors brilliant. The remote doesn’t need batteries, which is great. It’s been a year and I am extremely happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QLED Do not buy a Samsung TV !! My goal here is to let everyone know that Samsung Customer service is terrible. I purchased a Samsung TV 1 1/2 years ago and it just stopped working. Of course it’s after the one year warranty which is a joke considering I spent over 1k for the TV. I own power tools way cheaper with 3yr warranties. Samsung wants you to pay for repairs which could be well over 200 or more. Last time a buy a Samsung product! Look for a company that will stand behind there product and help customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I NEVER knew it could be so impressive! I tend to read reviews before I purchase a product. When I saw a negative post, I was beyond grateful Samsung had such an informative response! My boyfriend set up the TV and mentioned the picture being so-so, and I was able to give a similar response to him as Samsung, and we just keep saying WOW!!! with all of the movies and shows we're watching! I LOVE THIS!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Picture I utilize my TV for all my entertainment needs. With interconnectivity of samsung products it's really easy for me to watch things on my Galaxy Tab 9 and then connect it to my TV. It also has everything I need when I'm gaming in sleek 4k images with the gaming hub. There is a viewing mode for no matter what your watching with customizable options for sound and picture quality. The remote for my TV is amazing too with the ability for the batteries in it to recharge with light absorption. These things and more make me live my new Samsung Neo QLED TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have purchased 2 of these Samsung TV's. They are Pretty much everything streaming movies pretty much everything except gaming. Little tool for that. Also like the color response. Quickly quickly advance to any app that I like. Also, all the inputs the Wi-Fi Bluetooth. The stereo hook up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture! I use it for streaming, movies and sporting events. I've never had a television with this high picture quality. The quality of the television versus the price makes it a no-brainer. I would definitely buy it again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Driving me Crazy! I really want to give this television five stars: The picture is great, it was really easy to set up and looks really nice in my room. The reason I’m not is because it has the most annoying mechanical “voice” that is constantly saying everything I do with my remote and I don’t know how to shut it off (I actually did turn it off but that ended up turning the sound off completely).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was impressed I enjoy every aspect it has included but the Bluetooth lacks a lot! It shuts down from time 2 time and walking around usually shuts it off to no more than 20’ b4 it shuts down or too many walls around within 15’. The next issue was download consumption listening to music online or watching movies had me watching over my download app viewing the consumption. I had it to 865 and sleeping on it while it ran movie cycles. U might be impressed but I had better with my gaming console. That my is my only issue’s the Samsung QCQ90 I own, the rest is a stand out and had awed with the 4k display.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the money, At All Samsung tv plus is a joke. Unless you have the highest speed internet you'll get Nothing but buffering. Funny thing is, it worked just fine with this internet I have until about a week ago. Pathetic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't buy fir the gree channels. If you're buying a Samsung tv for the Samsung tv plus, Don't. Just Don't. Those "free" channels glitch, buffer , audio goes out , constantly . And of course they will blame your internet even though my internet is fine. Just hoping it's not a sign that my 1500 tv isn't about to crap out after 4 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from sound is bad I bought this high dollar TV about a month ago and the sound really sucks. Picture is great. Bought a Sony sound bar to make up the difference and now every time I pause or fast forward there is about a 3 to 4 second delay in audio this really sucks. No one seems to have a fix in this day and age of electronics. My old Pioneer Plasma puts this TV's sound to shame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bright room Wonderful. I live on Lake Michigan with a full living room full of windows, without curtains. My TV is Wall mount between the Lake and fireplace. VERY Bright, especially with sunsets in the Summer. I studied OLED vs. NEO QLED. And made a great choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely DO NOT BUY for a PC Monitor. I have had this display for 6 months now and while when it works it looks really good, but do not get this as a monitor. If you want to have access to the full refresh rate you have to put it into game mode that takes away all color and sound tuning. If you unplug the hdmi cable you have to setup all settings over again. This wouldn't be too bad except 50 percent of the time when you wake the PC back up this monitor acts like its not plugged in and you need to replug the hdmi cable causing the settings to screw up. Also, when you turn on game mode the screen splits on 2 different brightnesses for half the screen and you have to keep toggling game mode off and on until you finally get a good picture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TV Remote Could Improve TV is great but remote is too sensitive. Channels change if remote is bounced or dropped. Suddenly switches to Roku or Netflix. Also the sound button the remote. It is too easy to mute rather change volume.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture and sound We are new to streaming and are still a bit awkward with it, but we love the TV. The picture quality is great and so far we feel no need for a sound bar. The remote is very small for people in their late 70's. We are getting accustomed to it but a geriatric model would be nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoying my new Samsung QN90C Neo QLED 4K TV This TV is the perfect size for a Studio/Office. I mounted it on a metal rolling easel so it can easily rotate any direction. The super slim flat-screen is sleek. The colors are vibrant and and I paired ot with a new sound bar for a a theatre experience at home. I watch movies, the news, and music videos. Additionally I am exploring Bluetooth pairing with my computer on occasion. It is a major step up from the smaller and bulkier flat screen TV I purchased several years back.
