Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible performance This TV was the most expensive TV we have ever purchased and we could not be more disappointed. From the moment we purchased it has not worked correctly. The sound will periodically get out of sync completely, an issue which we called Samsung about and they were unwilling to correct. Due to this we have to stop and restart the TV in the middle of shows and movies often, which is very frustrating and annoying. Last month the display had about 1/3 of the screen turn dark, fortunately after doing a reset on the TV this had been resolved, but it is sure to happen again. I will never buy another Samsung TV again after this experience. We bought another TV around the same timeframe from a company that is amazing!!! All I can say about that is Life is Good! Stay wagon this model and manufacturer at all costs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! Great picture quality, no issues with apps. There are a few things I don’t love but I am generally happy with this tv. The remote is very sensitive and the buttons are so tiny and sensitive, it’s so easy to accidentally hit something wrong. Also I can’t figure out how to add certain apps to my home page, I tried “add to home” and it didn’t work. Guess I have to search it. Also the sound isn’t that great. You have to increase the volume pretty high in comparison to my last tv but nothing a soundbar couldn’t fix. Overall though I am happy with this tv and the clear picture. The apps respond every well l, as does the remote, which is were major issues I had with my previous tv (not Samsung).

However, the remote is terrible. Must memorize the secret (unlabeled) key actions to make it work. For example, you must bring up a number menu just to key in a channel number. This is terrible and cumbersome. Have been using an older remote to control the TV.

I have to say I'm super disappointed and 2 weeks in I'm on the fence exchanging it for something different. There are many TVs out there and the prices have really come down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice picture, cunfusing directions and navigation I received this yesterday. I spent 2 hours trying to operate TV with the remote. The remote is the next thing to useless. Fortunately, my 20+ year old Samsung remote works on this TV. Woopee. The playback sound, while playing a DVD movie, is terrible. I had to increase it to 100% to be able to hear conversations, and I sit 9' away from TV. Regular TV programming sound is fine. I miss the old Samsung LED 40" TV with "Touch of Color". The back light burned out. I have a JVC sound system that worked well with the old TV, which has many RCA plugs in the back. This new QLED is not compatible. I am not going to spend $400 to $3000 for a new sound bar or audio system. Also can't find the user manual on the Samsung website. "Search" produces nothing.

I realize the removal of buttons is a few tenths of a cent cost savings but is very inconvenient to have to remember how to use the multi-function buttons. Also, impossible for guests who are not familiar with the buttons. The remote controls are never displayed with the product. Have to keep cell phone handy to be able to ask Siri how to do a particular function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mostly good I have had the QLED Smart TV for 3 months now and i am still having problems understanding how to work within the Samsung Smart TV system I am having problems finding ways to add apps like PBS, it was not on the option list. The old TV had the PBS through my Firestick, but this TV does not have PBS with the Firestick, I have no idea why. I try to mirror from my laptop, but all I can get it a split screen, making my mirroring program useless. Picture and sound is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QLED - Not so great I keep getting disconnected from my WiFi and I also get error messages that say that the QLED is out of memory when I’m streaming shows. These were the same problems that I had with my previous Samsung Smart TV, as well constantly pausing, and freezing up. That was why I thought it had to be the Smart TV after troubleshooting with the only streaming service that I subscribe to, DiscoverPlus, and my ISP, AT&T Fiber. After weeks of working with both vendors over a few weeks, I decided to spend the money and purchase the 2024 QLED. What a waste!

I'm pleased with both sets. The remote leaves lots to be desired, it doesn't hold a charge well and the interface is wonky. Not enough control without having to enter various menus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exquisite Video Performance Excellent TV and computer monitor performance while multitasking this quality, enhanced performance audio video device - the SAMSUNG 43 inch QLED 4K Q60D - I couple my Q60D with a curved monitor I utilize primarily to navigate my computer and perform routine tasks. When I'm lucky I'm able to catch a little TV and compute simultaneously, and when I'm rushed or otherwise stressed, I can focus on specific tasks while availing myself of desired information up close as needed/desired. The TV sound is very good but I often use ear buds controlled by my computer for specific effects when listening to exquisite music.

First, there is no controls on the TV itself so you can not control the TV volume, power and channel selection. Second the remote control that Samsung provides is horrible, you can't control the volume consistency, sometimes it works and sometimes it DON'T. When I unboxed the TV it took the remote five to six minutes to start to respond to the remote control then all of sudden it started working and it hasn't got any better so far.

I spent over 2 hours yesterday troubleshooting the issue with Samsung customer service personnel and have an appointment with a technician for July 31, 2024. Very disappointing experience thus far. Shocked that a Samsung product would fail right out of the box!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The picture is WOW! My old TV started giving me problems so I started the research for a new one. Once I narrowed the search I went to the stores to see the TV. Of course they all looked good but there were a few that really stood out. I got rid of cable a couple of years ago and now only stream the things I want to watch. I didn’t want a 55, 65 or larger TV. My final decision was Samsung QLED 43 inch 4K smart TV. I am totally impressed! I’m 74 yrs old and it was so very easy to hook up and start streaming. The picture is amazing! The colors, the quality of the picture…….I've actually gone back and have viewed programs/ movies again to see how enhanced they are. One in particular is Outlander. The details are wonderful! The sound was much better than I had anticipated too. But I wanted the full theater effect so I purchased a Samsung sound bar with sub-woofer. This too was easy to hook up and get started. While watching and listening to the Olympics I’m so immersed it’s almost like being in the stands! I’m totally happy with both and absolutely love the quality of both the products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my best purchases I bought this to hang above my bigger OLED so my wife can play games or watch her shows next to me on the couch while I work or game and it's one of the best purchases I've made. The clarity is better than I thought it would be (my other OLED has spoiled me) and it comes with so many useful features for us like built in Xbox Gamepass, Amazon Luna, a bunch of mobile games and a few other cloud gaming services, it has Bluetooth to our ear buds/headphones so we don't have to fight over who gets sound and the latency is pretty good, usually there's a delay that ruins it. My wife loves her TV.

The picture is very clear, sound is always clear. Color never has to be adjusted, and with a big family with constant clumsy mishaps, it's been very versatile and held up better than I hoped. Definitely would recommend, and won't consider any other brand next time I am shopping for a TV. Thank you guys at samsung for the great products we enjoy using daily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I use it for gaming I use it for gaming with my X series and it has been great so far (mostly racing). Ive never had a single glitch, freeze, bad color, or any issue. The colors are deep, the black has depth, and its clear and detailed. 90% of the time it loads up basically instantly and is ready to use soon as I turn it on, and the bluetooth connection to my speaker takes about 1-2 seconds once I hit my speakers power button. The only way it could be better is if it magically could transform into a 70in 8k TV at no extra cost haha

The 4K resolution with Quantum Dot technology delivers really vibrant and sharp images, making everything from movies to sports look amazing. The colors pop, and the brightness levels are just right for most rooms. The design is sleek and modern, fitting nicely into my living space without overwhelming it. Using the Tizen OS, it's super easy to navigate through apps like Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube. Plus, having Bixby and Alexa built-in is a nice touch for hands-free control, especially when I'm feeling too lazy to use the remote. However, if you're a serious gamer, you might find it a bit lacking. It doesn't have the advanced gaming features like a 120Hz refresh rate or VRR support, so it might not be the best for hardcore gaming sessions. The sound quality is decent, but I would recommend getting a soundbar to really enhance the audio experience. Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase. For a mid-range TV, it offers a lot of bang for your buck. Great picture quality, decent sound, and all the smart features you could want at this price point. This tv fit perfectly in the small space on my bedroom chest of drawers. Besides the beautiful, crisp picture, I loved how easy it was to set up. I am not electronically inclined and Samsung has taken the guesswork out of TV setup allowing the use of a QR code with easy to follow instructions. This smart TV has soooo many apps/ options that I haven't even begun to explore. Another great feature is that the remote will control all your other devices such as my firestick and cable TV box. I am so pleased with my purchase!

I can turn her TV off from my bed with the built-in smart things app. But the picture and functionality between the two TV'S just can't be beaten!!!!! So much viewable content! But for my mom or my large living room, I love the "vibes" channels (ocean, forest, rain, snowy cottage, beach) so beautiful when I'm vacuuming or something! But the STINGRAY music channels are the fireworks!

The picture quality is amazing and is paired with a Samsung soundbar. Just purchased their 98” TV for the “man cave”. Can’t wait for it to be delivered and installed. Can’t go wrong with Samsung!

I was uncertain about the new remote being user friendly and had intended to buy the standard remote as an additional item. The new remote has a learning curve since each button has multiple functions depending on whether it is depressed or toggled. Also, bringing up the onscreen number pad isn't immediately available on a cold startup. The voice control has the same issue. Our tv signal is OTA with an attic antenna, and the setting allow the set to power up to the channel being watched when turned off, just like the old tv's.

Also, the tv doesn't recognize the antenna. I replaced my 13 yrs old Samsung with this. I should have stayed with the old set. At least it worked properly. My customer service called was a terrible experience. She kept asking me the same questions over and over. And still no solution to my problems.

Every time it gets turned on now , it blanks out to a black screen, for any where from 3 to 6 seconds. It has done thus in multiple tv channels. I went to the Best Buy store where I purchased the Samsung, but the store manager told me he would not help address the problem. I still need to call Samsung, and hopefully, they will be open minded to helping me with this problem. Thank you

With a learning curve, I was able to add the streaming services I use to the TV. I also like the Samsung TV Plus feature. It gives a number of channels over a number of categories. I appreciate the relaxation stations (oceanview, stream, rain, etc.).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hate it This TV came without a operating Manuel and I'm still trying to figure out how to adjust the volume button as there is none so I can only listen to it when it's very quiet otherwise I cannot hear. It also does not have the normal input buttons so I can switch to my antenna. I really wish I could send it back.

I bought a 34" class QLED Q60C about a year ago and was very satisfied with the exceptional quality of the picture and the Smart aspects of the programs that came with the unit. I relocated this TV into another location and replaced it with the 43" Q60D. I am still impressed and awed at the picture quality and all the unit has to offer. Would definitely purchase this brand again if needed. Also, I strongly recommend this brand to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Choose your seat carefully. We had a Samsung TV for 19 years. It was perfect, vibrant color, good audio. It finally became tired and went to sleep so naturally we bought a new Samsung. It's just okay. It's dependable but unless we sit directly in front of it, the color is faded. It looks like there's a layer of white smoke over it. Guests who watch from either side are disappointed. They don't make them like they used to.

I paid a IT guy to hook it up and I like the tv okay but I hate the remote. I am 76 years old and I can’t do anything w/ this remote. There are no up and down arrows for sound or channels. It is too confusing for me so I am going to have my IT guy come back out and put my previous tv back up with the remote I can understand.

I have most problems solved but still have a few to go. I am not very happy with the remote control. Why did you make it so small. Can easily get lost, I bought another one just in case. All of the symbols are very small and hard to get your fingers on

It’s done well so far and the picture quality is great. Once the 77” comes back which is not a Samsung, we will move the 43” to another room. Great TV!

My primary viewing includes news, financial news, sports, light entertainment, and connection to Zfold5. Just recently I added the 4K viewing option from YTubeTV. I am overly pleased with the picture quality (a Samsung hallmark), ease of menu options, and links to other Samsung products. I look forward to growing my list of accessories (e.g., sound bar) as I see years of good use.

I bought my 43" QLED 4K Q60Dfor my new apt I'm not teck savy but I had little problems getting my new TVintegrated with my phone and my lap top and am continuing to explore my new TV thanx Samsung my money was well spent and I have got much value with my purchase excuse me while I go and explore my new favorite place my new TV.

I had to contact Samsung for assistance which was easy to use. I would suggest making this purchase before prices increase (tariffs).

The remote does all kinds of things and is small enough to be unnoticeable and doesn’t seem as visually intrusive as other remotes we’ve owned. We are very pleased with this product.

Purchased the third tv for streaming Xfinity. Problem with finding and changing channels when using Xfinity streaming app. The tv also continuously goes back to the Samsung app.

In my last TV i could always hear the shows clearly without having the volume up, not true with this set. Based on the reviews I read before buying this TV, I knew that the picture would be great, and the sound was only okay. Since I wanted the quality in the picture, I was okay with this, since I have a sound bar, so I knew it wouldn't affect my viewing pleasure.

I purchased 3 Samsungs at Christmas to replace the living room and bedroom tvs. The interface or “hub” is confusing, the remote is junk, and the WIFI card is weak. TV is 25’ direct line of site from main router (WiFi 6) of a mesh system. I ended up having to hook a satellite node directly to all 3 tvs. ISP techs told me that Samsung tvs have some of the worst wifi cards out there.

The remote took a while to get used to but it is so easy. I love everything about it and would buy it again in the future. I am sold I bought the best of the best. I have the 43 inch and when I added a bose sound bar to use some of the time, it made all tv and music streaming the best ever!!
