Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not buy, terrible backlighting and built-in ads I bought a QLED because they supposedly have better backlighting than cheaper tvs of the same size, but this has the worst blacklighting of any TV I've ever had. It's uneven and very annoying. On top of this, the TV has ads built-in to the source/home screen that you cannot disable. More manufacturers are doing this but there are still some TVs that don't, so go buy one of those. The ads alone are enough to make me never buy a TV from Samsung again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV Does not Consistently Connect with Samsung SB We like the TV, but it does not consistently connect to the Samsung sound bar. The company we purchased the TV from has had numerous technicians come to our home, but it still not reliable. The sound bar was replaced but the issue continued. The store is not able to help us anymore even thought the problem has been from day 1 and we have purchased their technical support. There is something wrong with the tv. The software is up to date, but the tv does not always find the sound bar. We we go into settings, sometimes the sound bar shows up, sometimes it does not. Stuck with no where to go!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second one was a winner My first television kept rebooting and after a few days working with the Samsung tech support, I was told to return the television to Amazon. First Amazon said they would send someone to pick-up my package on my front porch. Then the next time I called they wanted me to send it back at my own cost. I refused to do that, so now I have a box setting in my garage with nowhere to go. Beware of Amazon. The second television is great! Everything works the way it's supposed to. I love the solar remote that works with Alexa, and the television picture is clear and sharp. The menu is easy to follow and having a button on the remote for Prime and Disney+ is a nice touch. This is my fifth Samsung television, not counting the one in the garage. And all of them are still working without a single problem. Your tech support is very good, and this was the first time I needed to use it. As for Amazon I won't be buying another television from them. The service sucks, and I have a useless 43' television to get rid of. !

But the picture is good enough to be your living room TV I use all the smart features including the smart things app to control the lighting in my room, turn on/off my AC and Control the blinds all with voice control. Plus the remote is USBC or solar charged. So now more AAA batteries! Plus if I lose the remote in the bed I can use my 22 Ultra or Galaxy Watch to do anything the remote does..

The picture is always clear and bright even with the afternoon light coming through the picture widows next to it. The initial setup was simple and easy although we had to upgrade our cable and router boxes to get 4K. It is also very simple to use with the provided remote. The menu selelections are easy to add or remove to match our subscriptions. It also melded easily and fully into our home entertainment center. The builtin e-Manual is easy to find, load, read and use if you need to understand and use some of the advanced intricacies that make this TV a pleasure to use and watch.

Hands down THE 43" Q60B QLED is superior. I have a 55" Amazon Fire TV by Insignia and the picture and wifi quality are at the low end of tolerable. I'll be purchasing a Neo 4k QLED in the near future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture is beautiful I currently have a 10 year old Sony 55 inch smart tv in my den. I also have a Sharp and now the Samsung. They all have beautiful pictures. The Samsung speakers are not that great. I can hear my Sony on volume 3. I’m on 21 on my Samsung and barely have volume. The solar remote is a nice feature however why do manufacturers feel the need to remove what each function does? Have you ever had company? I have to give a tutorial to everyone! Especially my elderly parents. I don’t need to exercise when they are here because all I do is run back and forth to change the channel. I AM the remote. It wouldn’t hurt to label them. Also ever watch Tv in the dark? I guess gone are the days of glow in the dark buttons? Not everyone enjoys smooth plain remotes. This is my only smart Tv that I have trouble opening apps also. I am always turning it on and off. It’s not my WiFi as I have zero issues on the other TV’s. Yes picture is beautiful but I’m much more happy with my Sony

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV with one issue The tv is great. I use it for tv watching, gaming with Xbox series X, and pc use. The only issue is that the menu interactions are pretty slow. Anything you want to do like adjust settings or just change from tv to Xbox input can be very slow and annoying. I wish I knew that before I bought it. Otherwise it is a great tv.

I had a Samsung tv before. A smaller one then switched to a different smart tv brand and now I’m back with Samsung. Pretty much staying with Samsung from now on

The color and picture quality are what I expected but there is a clouding effect in different areas of the screen that stands out during dark scenes. Best I can describe it is like the display panel struggles to get dark across the entirety of the screen. Other than that I would purchase again.

Since we have owned over 10 Samsungs over the last 20 years (none failed, we just kept getting better picture quality and larger) we knew it would last. It fit perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crystal Clear, but Only the Picture This TV is (mostly) everything you would expect from a Samsung. The company has a great reputation, and rightfully so. The TV is the perfect size for our bedroom. The picture is so vivid and crystal clear. The remote is nice and thin, but not so small that it gets lost like the Apple remote does! I subtracted a star for the sound quality. To me, it's a little tinny. It doesn't have full-bodied lows like you would expect, or like all of my LG TVs have. It honestly makes me wax nostalgic about some of my former hotel room TVs. I think the only way that I will resolve this in the future is by purchasing a sound bar system to provide deeper, stereo sound with more richness and bass. Overall, a quality TV, especially for the price.

While we don't do any gaming, this TV provides the benefits we were looking for with regards to high definition and reliability! Plus it fits perfectly with the surrounding elements and in the bedroom. A great value for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value for an awesome 4k picture This TV is primarily used in a bedroom, but sometimes moved around the house for family gaming and movie watching connected to a PC with and without wires. Also used with my galaxy s22 ultra for DEX mode, and streaming pics and videos to show others. This TV is so versatile, especially after dialing in the best settings. I usually turn off any automatic dimming and energy saving features. Then starting with filmmaker mode, I go from there as it takes some tweaking to get a decent HDR picture, but is definitely capable and the colors pop. Makes a great monitor as well, and at this price you get more than you could possibly ask for!!

The connection with Amazon Alexa is very helpfull. The remote can be charged with an android charger or solar. Just an amazing purchase!

So great screen visuals and sound are supper important. We purchased a Samsung soundbar that has enhanced the sound. a 43 inch screen is the largest our media area woud allow but we are not disappointed in the edge to edge screen and the quality is outstanding. We have had no technical issues

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QLED is dynamic QLED 4k UHD 43 inch TV. We wanted a smaller TV for a 4k monitor. Running at 4160 x 2180 30Hz Progressive with a plus from the PC graphics. We have the 4k Xfinity and a 4k UHD DVD player with streaming service for the other two inputs. The colors are superb. The details are sharp. The brightness is superior. The on-line media is sharp and easy to read close up. Our PC is a media streamer, no information for gaming. The 4K UHD Samsung DVD player is super-powered for watching movies and streaming in 4k. I highly recommend the QLED line from Samsung. I recommend the 43 inch for a 4k UHD monitor as well.

My favorite feature of the tv, though, has to be the game mode feature. Even with the already amazing features, the game mode enhances them and makes you feel like you’re right there. Even the tv’s speakers are insanely good. Overall it is the best tv I’ve had.

The ports and built in features mean we don't need to add many components. We use a soundbar to increase the Dolby output and feel that is better than the built in stereo. At night the tv is bright and color looks correct.

I have a Galaxy S 22 Ultra, the Watch4, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and of course, my QLED 4K TV! They are just simply the BEST ASK AROUND!!! As soon as I get my own place, I'm adding a refrigerator, stove and washer & dryer!!! My while house will be Samsung!!!!! Thank you immensely for developing such WONDERFUL products!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture - marginal remote Most reviewers say the same thing about this Samsung series - good to great picture but a less than remarkable remote. We have adjusted to the nuances of using a numberless remote. But the remote and the TV simply do not communicate well. A remote from the 1980's did a better job of actually getting the TV to take an action than this 2022 model. You can push the back button as often as you wish but any streaming service will simply ignore the signal. No matter where you hold the remote relative to the front lower edge of the screen. Nada. We often have to turn the TV off to get the functionality back, if then. So great picture. Set your expectations for the remote function as low as the pre-80's, and you should be ok.

I am the one who can watch television nonstop without getting burnt out; now, I am not saying that this practice is good for my eyes, but it is how I relax. The Samsung TV allows me to stream movies from all of the subscribe apps with one click of the button, not to mention the Samsung TV Channel feature, unlimited reruns with a picture that illuminates like I was at the taping of the movie or show.

It is really annoying when you can't have shortcuts for memory, network, or PS5 on the front page of your screen when you turn on the TV. Sure you got shortcuts for apps like netflix, disney+, etc. But when I want to watch something on my hard drive or stream it through my PC there is so much navigation just to get to that. Sure you can use the voice command that takes 10-15 secs to respond if it can even understand you, but I would like to have an easier time navigating to what I want to do. If your trying to to use this TV for other things than watching movies or streaming, I would not recommend it based off the UI interface.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ease of use was extremely simple to unpack & set-up. the picture is excellent, the instructions that pop-up on screen are very easy to understand, the installation process was very easy. the mirroring process is simple, again just follow the instructions. just follow the instructions, i also recommend that you read the instruction on line. i recommend this product to anyone that wishes to watch tv with excellent clarity & content along with simplicity in mirroring your devices. my wife & i are looking at buying either the 65-inch or 75-inch q80,q85 or q90 model. this is how impressed we are with samsung & we usually are a toshiba tv buyer. i guess we will be buying samsung tv's from now on.

We're hooked up to a Bose Home Theater sound system which really compliments the image quality. We just LOVE the on-screen navigation and menus.....all very intuitive.

The wifi connection is strong and it supports 5gz wifi. Speakers are also pretty good imo. Plenty of base and treble.

It makes me feel like I am a part of the action, whether I am watching a movie, sports, news or a concert. I feel like I am there! The sound is amazing -very rich, even without my soundbar. It is easy to use, as well - the menus make sense and are easy to navigate, and the E-Manual is waiting to help me should I need it. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone thinking about buying a TV. Choose a Samsung - you'll be glad you did!

I work long hours so I am not always available to see live TV. But I love to watch movies when I choose the time. Its easy to add apps. My last TV was, I kid you not, a 19 inch analog. The 2 TV s that I have as well as my phone display the exceptional quality that Samsung puts in all their products. I Wirelessly connect my laptop to my Samsung TV to use as a photo frame for dynamic travel pictures as well as using it as a movie theater and television. The resolution and true color display makes Samsung my only choice. I have no problem recommending Samsung for your electronics needs.
