This is the best thing i have had in a long time.
I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a dependable and reliable tv i really am an actual customer this is not an ai making things up and i being truly sincere in saying you will be extremely happy with this tv.

Missing parts-Do not Purchase
There are two pieces missing and after hours on chat and the phone Samsung refuses to send the parts. I will never purchase another Samsung product again. You say to contact customer service which I’ve done, multiple times. Samsung will not resolve the issue.

Beautiful Tv
I'm so happy with my new tv, it has so many cool features, my favorites being the one connect box to reduce cables going to and from the Tv, and the smart things hub built into the tv so I can manage all of my lights and routines all from the tv!

I love this TV!
When I bought my TV, I was excited. I saw it at Best Buy. It had the "art" up and I was instantly in love. Never saw a TV that looks stylish while off.
I went from a regular smart TV to this and I dont regret a thing! And since I don't have to connect my laptop to get online, is even better.
I dont have all those apps that you pay for. I watch movies online alot and this makes it so much easier.

My wife wanted a TV that did not look like a TV and would blend into the other art work on the wall. The frame was the perfect item and has looked so amazing so far.

Picture Perfect
This was the perfect choice for our basement entertaining space. It was the perfect size for over the fireplace and the artwork makes for an outstanding look while entertaining. The TV picture is outstanding for family movie night or just casual viewing. We spent a good deal of time looking for the right TV for the space and are very happy with our purchase.

This TV has a beautiful design and features
I use the TV to streaming my phone and computer, it's easy to connect and easily detects my devices.
When it comes to family time, watch a movie in this TV is just awesome, great quality picture, great sound and video motions.
When it is off it just looks like a beautiful art in my living room. The screen quality is just flawless and clear. Best purchase ever!

Overall great Tv/art Display
I have never had a tv in my living room because I don’t like the black screen when the TV isn’t being used. The frame TV has been the perfect solution for me since I now need a TV for my 94 year-old mom who has moved in with me. TV is her main source of entertainment. I sometimes have difficulty finding what I’m looking for in the menus, but my main complaint is with the remote control. I’m fine with it, but for an older person who has difficulty seeing the white on white is challenging!

Don't buy this TV
I have had lots of problems with this TV - a 43" Frame. The remote doesn't work right. The blue-tooth won't connect. There are lots of other issues. I would not buy it again. I only hope that the warranty work fixes the issues. A new, expensive TV should not have these problems.

Terrible for streaming
Very unhappy with the amount of lag. I can’t steam without it lagging. My internet provider has come out multiple times and I don’t have any issues with other devices. Overall very frustrated

Not a great Picture or TV
The TV is really too vibrant, Pictures look like a normal screen saver- too bright.
The TV, directions hard to follow. Had to go to YouTube to figure out how to adjust volume. Quality of TV sub par..
Can get a much, much better TV for the price of the Frame.
Money stealing Gimik!
Frames are 600 dollars and way up!

Terrible customer service
I received a very poor customer service, which is unusual for Samsung. A few months ago I bought the 65 inch frame. I had waited months and months to get it because I needed the wireless version.. To make sure that it was done correctly and that I got the right TV I ordered through a sales representative over the phone. At that time, I asked when the wireless version would come out in a small smaller size. The sales associate was unsure. I called back a few months later. It was excited to find out it had come out in a smaller version. I wanted a 30 something inch but the smallest version was a 43 inch. I measured the space where the TV would go with the representative on the phone with me. I also explained how important it was to make sure that this TV was wireless as the space it was going it would not be possible to store the box with a wire connected. The sales representative assured me that it was wireless. She said she put it in my cart and sent me an email where I could click a link and pay. I went to my email click to the link and paid for the item. A few days later, I got it in the mail. Because my home is under renovations, I did not open the box right away for fear of the TV being damaged. Once that area was complete and ready for the TV to be mounted I open the box. Once I open the box, it was a parent that I had been sent the wrong TV. The TV that I was sent was not wireless. I called Samsung customer service and was told that there was nothing that they could do because I was one day outside of the 15 day return period. Even after I told this customer service representative, what happened and she acknowledged that it was a mistake by their sales rep, She’s so refused to help me in anyway telling me that there was nothing she could do. This was my final phone call with them. Several phone calls before that went round and round with customer service representatives telling me that I had the appropriate TV and that if I just called technical support, they could help me convert it to a wireless form. After calling technical support Of course they confirmed I had the wrong TV after about 30 minutes of me, trying to explain to this person that there was no way to make this TV wireless. I found the level of knowledge that the sales representative the customer service representative and the technical service representative to be inadequate. I also am very disappointed that no one was willing to help me rectify the mistake of the sales representative who initially sold me the wrong TV. If I understood all of the letters and model numbers and technical words that are used to describe electronics I would’ve just purchased the item myself online. But because I was insecure with doing this because I wanted to make sure I got the right item, I called customer service to purchase with them. I trusted the customer service representative to do the right thing And it never crossed my mind that I would need to open the box right away to verify that she had not made a mistake. What really bothers me even more is that once I confirm that this TV came in a smaller version wireless I told The sales representative thank you very much for helping me now I’m gonna go to Best Buy and pick up the TV. She asked me to not do that and to stay on the line and purchase with her. I am sure she did this because she gets commission. So she got commission and I got the wrong TV.. I spent $1000 on this TV and now I can’t use it for the space.

My wife and I really enjoy the tv, the only reason i give 4 out of 5 stars is due to the fact the standby red light keeps flashing randomly
