Amazing Fun Pleasing
There is definitely a learning curve to this new TV. I almost purchased the older model and then saw an article where the new 2024 was coming out a few weeks later. I went with the 2024 and waited a bit. I cannot compare this to the older models so it's all new for me.
It was tricky to learn how to use the art mode and the Smart things app was a tad confusing for me at first too. Took me a little to poke and prod till I fully understood it. Once I had it all figured out I was downloading images from etsy and uploading it to the new frame TV with ease.
The is absolutley no glare whatsoever..its mate as can be and beautiful. I do however notice a backligjt that's bright even at the lowest setting. It looks more or less bright depending on what art you have displayed.
Displaying art can be free. Or you can upload your own images. Etsy has lots of amazing pics. But Samsung has an annual $49 membership to access to theirs as well. I will purchase this eventually just because I like change.
I'm super pleased thus far and there were not many (1) other review to go by. But it was a shot in the dark and I'm glad I took it.
I took advantage of their free 65 inch promo that came with this TV and for the price I paid I felt like I got them for a steal.
I will be buying a smaller 32 inch one next. The 43 inch while I like it...seems a tad too big for me. I'm used to a 24 inch television so this was a massive upgrade to get used to. Haha.
The remote is also very cool. It has a solar cell on the back ! It literally charges the battery !
All in all. A good buy.

Defective TV and customer service
I bought this newest version of model and was super excited to get it. I was highly frustrated upon unboxing when I uncovered multiple quality issues and a defective TV. The outside bezel had a bulge and the entire back of TV was bulging, making it impossible to plug in the one connect box. Unfortunately, Samsung customer service wasn't a great experience either as they told me the only option was to return the TV and when they received it they would send another one (which could take weeks). Making matters worse, samsung doesnt have any TVs available for over a month, depsite the fact my local best buy can get me one in 3 days. I got the TV under a promotion so I'd like to get what I paid for.... however, Samsung has done little to handle the situation quickly and rectify that I don't have a TV. Good customer service would rush deliver a TV or have Best Buy do so and give me a defined number of days to return the old one or I'd be charged for it. Synopsis here... dont buy direct from Samsung, go to a store and be wary of their quality control.
