Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shipping is slow and not worth package deal. I ordered this 43" and the 65" as a package deal at the beginning of April. It's now May 10th so over a month ago. The shipping on this has been insane. I've received notifications that my order was on time. I scheduled a delivery day. The 43" The Frame arrived today. I had received a notification that my order was going to be shipped together, but when they delivered the 43" the 65" Class TU690T Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV wasn't also delivered. I was told it may be delivered next week and another delivery they had today in a neighboring town, this happened to that customer too. I don't fault the delivery guys. I fault Samsung. I haven't even opened the box on the 43" The Frame, but I just want to say that this package deal is not necessarily such a great deal since it took so long to arrive and I only received a partial order vice both at the same time. Where is this coming from? China? Why is it taking so long? I was expecting to have this by Mother's Day. Now I just checked my notifications and now it's stating the 65" is going to be arrive on May 16th. What was the point of me selecting a delivery date for a day that I knew I would be home in order to sign? Samsung you can do better than this! Definitely lower your expectations regarding the package deal Samsung was offering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks good but not impressed It took 2 months for samsung to get this 43" frame tv delivered to me. I have had it for one day and I'm not liking this purchase. The tv itself looks great. But after setting it up, the home screen is cluttered with crap under the "for you" tab. I don't watch sports and that's the main thing showing up for "for you." I have been going over the settings and searching online how to remove it, customize it, something to work better for me and no luck. I'm watching shows thats not sports shows and it still hasn't changed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks just like a picture frame! I love this tv. It was easy to mount, plus not having an ugly tv mount hanging on the wall is a plus. The sound quality from the tv is surprisingly good. Didn't bother getting a soundbar.

We already had a 75” Samsung on the tv room, a Samsung in the bedroom and one on the porch. The picture quality is superb on all. So pleased with these Samsung products, I just purchased their 4 door Bespoke refrigerator- didn’t know you could fall in love with a refrigerator- more on that in a future review. I selected the 43” Frame tv to be hung over the fireplace mantle in our open space living area. My husband and I enjoy the capability of watching the tv while enjoying the fireplace as we drink our morning coffee. What stands out and above all other brands for the Frame tv is its ability to morph into an art statement! Company loves to see what masterpiece will be displayed. Choices are many: seasonal, the masters, contemporary , and celebration greetings as well. This Frame tv is so much more than a wonderful tv. It has the ability to convey my emotions and moods. Guests love to be given the opportunity to scroll through the Art Store to choose their favorites. As with all Samsung tvs, the ease of use and streaming capabilities are exceptional. I didn’t buy a tv, I bought a work of art that looks spectacular in my home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Fun Pleasing There is definitely a learning curve to this new TV. I almost purchased the older model and then saw an article where the new 2024 was coming out a few weeks later. I went with the 2024 and waited a bit. I cannot compare this to the older models so it's all new for me. It was tricky to learn how to use the art mode and the Smart things app was a tad confusing for me at first too. Took me a little to poke and prod till I fully understood it. Once I had it all figured out I was downloading images from etsy and uploading it to the new frame TV with ease. The is absolutley no glare whatsoever..its mate as can be and beautiful. I do however notice a backligjt that's bright even at the lowest setting. It looks more or less bright depending on what art you have displayed. Displaying art can be free. Or you can upload your own images. Etsy has lots of amazing pics. But Samsung has an annual $49 membership to access to theirs as well. I will purchase this eventually just because I like change. I'm super pleased thus far and there were not many (1) other review to go by. But it was a shot in the dark and I'm glad I took it. I took advantage of their free 65 inch promo that came with this TV and for the price I paid I felt like I got them for a steal. I will be buying a smaller 32 inch one next. The 43 inch while I like it...seems a tad too big for me. I'm used to a 24 inch television so this was a massive upgrade to get used to. Haha. The remote is also very cool. It has a solar cell on the back ! It literally charges the battery ! All in all. A good buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective TV and customer service I bought this newest version of model and was super excited to get it. I was highly frustrated upon unboxing when I uncovered multiple quality issues and a defective TV. The outside bezel had a bulge and the entire back of TV was bulging, making it impossible to plug in the one connect box. Unfortunately, Samsung customer service wasn't a great experience either as they told me the only option was to return the TV and when they received it they would send another one (which could take weeks). Making matters worse, samsung doesnt have any TVs available for over a month, depsite the fact my local best buy can get me one in 3 days. I got the TV under a promotion so I'd like to get what I paid for.... however, Samsung has done little to handle the situation quickly and rectify that I don't have a TV. Good customer service would rush deliver a TV or have Best Buy do so and give me a defined number of days to return the old one or I'd be charged for it. Synopsis here... dont buy direct from Samsung, go to a store and be wary of their quality control.

I have fun just having a daily theme or in the background while I work. TV is clear, so watching shows or playing games it looks great and then turn around and goes back to being an art piece.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung's Customer Service is a Complete Nightmare I’ve never experienced worse customer service than what Samsung provides. They’re impossible to reach, and when you do finally get through, the reps are unhelpful and clueless about the products. I spent hours being bounced around from one department to another with no resolution to my issue. It feels like they don't care at all about their customers or providing a solution. After multiple attempts to get help, I'm left frustrated and without answers. I will never buy a Samsung product from their website again—if their service is this bad, it’s just not worth it.
