Streaming operating system a bit slow for this wireless set up, and its not my WiFi, which is super fast. But overall, a good TV. I'd buy it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not good for streaming This TV has horrible wi-fi reception. Otherwise it's a decent tv. Color is good, interface is good, but if you have to watch low definition tv it isn't worth it. The problem is not my home wi-fi as my other (TCL) tv receives the wi-fi signal fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor angle view and screen runs warm I purchased this 32 inch QLED to replace an older LED TV. The menu system is difficult and trying to get local channels was very hard. I do not like the new little remote. It is not good. Also the angle view is terrible. When looking at the screen from an angle the color fades in picture all the faces of the people on the screen. I asked for service and the repairman replaced the computer and when that did not work replaced the screen and the cable to the screen. I rehung the TV and it is still a terrible picture if viewed from an angle. Also the screen runs very warm. I have another brand OLED TV and the screen is almost room temperature. I would not buy this model line TV again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from impossible to set up I replaced my older 32" samsung with what was advertised to be very bright....ha..ha..ha, Not only is it very dark but it is impossible to get the colors right for most movie viewing. Too green, too dull...but commertials are ok????? Sound is very very bad. I need to turn the volume up to 60 (near max) sometimes; sometimes 25 is loud??? This unit might be broken but it took me over a month of adjusting to convince myself that it is just a bad design. So not returnable! Does it need a software update? Samsung wants me to create an account just to find out. Won't buy another Samsung TV.......

The installer who I learned Samsung hired from Angie's list Spoke limited English and could not explain how to operate the TV. He said that was not his job. He also used the wrong mount Which now protrudes over the actual TV. When I save enough money, I'm tossing this TV and getting one in which I'll only need one remote and someone will explain how to install the.apps That I am entitled to receive. I will never buy another Samsung product.

I do not like the remote. Oftentimes when you change the volume, you mute it instead due to the button being very small and it gets pressed when trying to push it up and down. Also the buttons for Disney and Netflix, etc. are easily pressed when holding the remote. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase.

I’m not just blown away by the vibrant clear picture and sound but the ease of navigating the menu and speed of streaming. I wish the remote was a little bigger for my hand and not all black, it is hard to locate at times.

I have two other Samsung 4k’s in other rooms and already knew the features and quality to expect. I was not disappointed. I continue to be impressed by the controls and picture quality. Though the screen is only 32”, it is more than sufficient for my needs. The best part is that I was able to get it practically free with my points.

The Q series isn’t subject to burn-in or ghosting. I pause the tv a lot. The apps available are numerous. More than the firestick I have. All in all, it’s a great TV. I couldn’t be happier.

There's no delay when scrolling through the menu. The picture is amazing, it's just a all around better TV. We will never skimp and save a few bucks vs purchasing a Samsung TV again.

Since I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, this TV fits perfectly on top of my refrigerator where can cook and follow recipes, listen to music, or simply watch TV shows or movies while I just hang out in the kitchen!

In comparison, I had the opportunity to see the LG LR65 32" AI Smart HD TV in action during a visit to Best Buy. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm not 100% sure about this TV. I have a 2014 model Samsung Smart TV that has just slowed down so I bought this as an upgrade and I am kind of disappointed. It doesn't have some of the settings or features my 10 year old TV does. The Cons: Limited picture settings, and sound settings, no turn screen off, remote is very basic and there are no number buttons, and is quite small and would be easy to lose, no way to check the battery level other than on the settings in the tv. The setup was way too involved, wanted more info than should be necessary. Can't delete channels you don't want. My old tv has that option. Pros: There are A LOT of cool new things to watch. Youtube videos load so fast and smoothly, even at higher resolutions, 1080p and 1440. It doesn't lag or need to buffer. My old tv I couldn't watch any video higher than in 480. So that is a nice change. The 4K resolution is really bright and vibrant. The sound is pretty good. Overall its a pretty nice tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great upgrade The Tv arrived well packaged and right out of the box it was ready to setup, the setup was easy, I just had to connect it via Wi Fi and after the updates I was able to use it. The picture looks amazing, vivid colors, the contrast is also great. I like the operating system, it is easy to use, this is not my first Samsung TV and I do not think it will be my last becase of the system that it uses. The apps are easy to look for and use, I do not need anything else, it works alone, As for the Gaming Hub, it keeps my family entertained with different games without a gaming console so we really like that as well. I like the size it is in a shared room so everyone can enjoy. Overall it is another great TV from Samsung, from the picture to the apps and how fast it is on everything,

First Poor grayscale I only can watch with the picture in the dynamic mode the standard and movie and film maker modes are tinted heavily yellow instead of black and white,in monochrome video even with blue control picture settings turned fully, up, also the see color mode has to be in the protopia30 setting to get decent black and white tracking in the dynamic mode I don't have any vision problems so the see color mode and should be off but in off mode picture is heavily tinted green and not adjustable. In the 1970s and early eighties I sold, repaired and set up color tvs and mostly was able to get near perfect grayscale on a black and white i program. In those days color tvs had as many as 20 adjustments, for the CRT picture tube. Today I am quite familiar with Digital tv as I kept up with the technology.

I'm told i can replace the one connect box for $280 before shipping, or just buy a new TV. What a joke. Service department is literally useless and unhelpful. I will not buy a frame tv again.

I especially like being able to give voice commands for finding shows and changing channels. The sleep timer sets for 30 min, 1 hour, or 2 hours. I wish there were a setting for 1.5 hours but it’s not a deal breaker. I’m very satisfied and would buy it again.

The remote that came with it was basically worthless: very few features, no charging cable (and the solar charging did not work well). First I ordered a cable, but the remote was still not working well. So then I payed around $20 to get a remote from Samsung with reasonable features. For the price of this relatively small TV ($400, 24 inch), it should have come with a remote with reasonable features. TV was fairly easy to set up.

The tv originally turned on and off on its own. After over 4hrs of phone contact. Guiding me thoughts a set up i was told the problems were fixed. I wasnt. Next samsung did a Remote control of the TV they said it was fixed it wasn't. Next they sent a technician come and repair this TV I was told he fixed it. it still reboots on it own. Now samsung wants to send out another technician. I've sent over 4 hours on the phone with samsung. I've lost a half a days pay waiting for a service repair person. TV still broken and I'm at wits end. Asked for a replacement or refund and am being told they want to send another technician to me. Not doing it. I have done more than enough.

We bought it mainly to have access to several streaming services, like Apple TV. The streamed films are either dark gray or black! There are no settings adjustments to correct it. I’ve spent hours talking to Samsung, Apple, and Verizon, our internet provider. None could improve the dark situation. In addition, while just watching TV, the picture size is often distorted and cannot be altered through settings. The TV also generate an unsettling amount of heat. Need I say more?

It provides all the channels that the earlier one didn’t. It will allow me to replace my monopolized cable TV with streaming capabilities at a much reduced monthly cost. It will just switch from whatever I was watching to some random channel or app. Also turn itself off for no apparent reason. I just turned it from a smart TV to a dumb one since that's the way I watch it usually. Too much trouble to go through a bunch of clicks to get to the regular TV stations, also having it tell me I'm not connected even though I am.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture - and nice options with Samsung TV The 32" has a great picture and reasonably good sound (we do not use a sound bar and we are satisfied). I almost returned the television because it did not work with our DirectTV system. We were unable to stream channels without unplugging the cable for DirectTV and shutting down everything. We then turned the TV on without the DirectTV box and we could stream. I suspect there is a conflict that coders need to resolve, but given that DirectTV is phasing out its cable system in preference of its streaming service, I suspect that nothing will be done. We resolved the issue by cancelling the cable - which we should have done long ago - Thanks Samsung and DirectTV for saving us a lot of money! We find many of the options on the Samsung programming to be delightful, and as long as that is available, we will continue purchasing Samsungs.

No local dimming and no 120hz refresh rate, which are found in similar competitive TVs in this price point. Realistically for the lack of features, that this TV doesn't have it should be priced below 300 dollars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture washes out The picture washes out unless you're sitting directly in front of the screen. We bought an open box at Best Buy which should have included a new, smart remote. It didn't. Thankfully our old, dumb Samsung remote works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No More Samsung Very disappointing TV. We thought we were upgrading from our 2014 model, but there is no sound when you turn it on. It is necessary to access a streaming channel and then convert back to the TV to obtain sound on the TV. This is not progress. The issue is with the TV not the cable connection. This has been established beyond a doubt. This is certainly the last Samsung product for us. Beware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung 32" QLED TV I bought the 32" Class QLED 4K Q60D TV and am very glad I did. It synched well with our cable provider. The picture and sound are excellent. The streaming services we use come in chrystal clear as well. I would highly recommend this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost perfect We really like the picture when it is the right size. Many times it changes to 2/3 of its full size. Sometimes after turning it off and then starting it again it will return to full screen mode. Sometimes we have to reboot it. This is frustrating as we like the quality of the video and the audio.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound/remote While the picture is clear, the sound is inadequate--especially when turning the tv on or switching channels. The biggest problem is with the remote, which is pitifully inadequate and a real pain in the neck to operate. It is a very cheaply made product and should be improved soonest.

I liked it so much, I purchased a second tv for my daughters room. Both my wife and daughter love the tv. They have a great picture and love the internet connection capability. The apps are easy to use and they use them a lot. Great buy.
