Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good to looks at but does not work as advertised Powers itself off after a while. Tried every suggestion (ie Night Mode off, Sleep off, power the unit off and power on). No matter what I do the display shuts itself off after a while and I need to use the remote to power it on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One Invisible Cable not included unfortunately the sleek one invisible cable that was included with our purchase of the 65" samsung frame is no longer manufactured and does not exist for the 2022 32" samsung frame. it is a thick gray cable that will be exposed unless hidden inside your wall. in my opinion, it negates the intent of the frame and i would not purchase again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hot Mess The movement sensor doesn't work. 32" comes with a horribly creased 2m proprietary cable, not the 5m cable the larger screens come with. And I say specifically proprietary because it's NOT COMPATIBLE with the cables the larger screens use. Does not come with hardware for mounting in drywall, even though 95% of US homes are drywall. Convoluted Samsung software is a nightmare, can't do simple casting. Art behind a paywall and no easy way to put your own photos. But its the only screen that fits where I need...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smudges and uneven blacklight DISAPPOINT SAME issues as others, should have paid attention: (1) Smudges will never come off, the matte screen looks horrible when the TV is off, all I can advise is try to hang it with gloves on. I called Samsung and they suggested using a magic eraser or microfiber clothe but neither option worked at all. (2) the uneven black backlight is a true testament to horrible quality control in manufacturing. Clearly no one is saying "If I spent $3K on a TV, would I want to see the streaking and blotchy black tones of a $700 Walmart TV?"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 32" useless 32" model does not come with the invisible cable, it comes with a large clunky cable that defeats the entire purpose of the TV. You can't get an invisible cable and you can't even get a longer chunky cable. Why have an "art tc" if you can see a fat cable coming out of it?

I turn it on specially at night to look at the beautiful display. might be planning on relocating it so i could laso use it to watch yahoo financial. So far I have no issue with beside having to be resourceful in hiding the wires so it wont be seen thus having a nice effect of a frame rather than a TV

With the Samsung Frame tv, it’s the best of both worlds! I’m so in love with the way this tv incorporates into the design of the space with the added benefit of alternating the artwork based on mood or season…plus, the boys love to watch it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for home or office We bought and installed a 32" Frame in our open kitchen and the whole family loves it. The kitchen is the Hub of our home and The Frame fits in perfectly. It is so thin, Samsung offers many different magnetic borders to put on the frame that it blends right into the room. My wife and kids love the ability to display art work on screen when the TV is not on. You can even upload your own photos to use on the display. The picture quality is very good (Samsung has the best quality picture out of any of our tvs). and the Frame's features easily allow us to switch from YoutubeTV, Netflix, YouTube etc. We have not hardwired it to our Wi-Fi but rather stream directly to it, which works as well as our hard wired TV. One thing to note that if you are attaching the frame directly to the wall (it's fits flush to the wall)is that there is a very small hub box that needs to be placed either in the wall behind the TV(that's what we did) or somewhere else depending on your wiring. We couldn't recommend the Frame highly enough. In fact, two people we know have bought it after seeing it set up in our home.

So cool to be able to let artwork display and the ability to stream content from my Samsung phone or laptop. It is such a beautiful design with the ability to add frames and be flush mounted with the inputs near the floor. My only improvement would be making it easier to upload your own photos and have them scroll through in a slide show. Also, it would be great if Smartthings could automatically turn it on in slideshow mode and then turn it off at the end of the day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dont purchase if you want to use full motion mount I bought the 32 inch Frame TV. I wanted to mount it to a full motion wall mount, but after buying this TV I discovered it is impossible. The way the Frame TV is set up, you can't use standard TV mounts. The spots to attach the TV to a mount are 23 inches apart, which does not work with any standard mount. The only mount that works with the Frame TV is the one that comes with the TV, but is flush to the wall. This is insane and Samsung needs to either make a full motion mount that works with the 32 inch TV or make it VESA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from do not buy 32 inch if you want hidden cables Just opened the box for a 32 inch frame tv model QN32LS03BBF and discovered that it does NOT include a 5 meter "invisible" cable and has its own short thick cable that you can't buy longer versions of, plus it's incompatible with all other models. The whole point of this tv is to not see the cable and to run the connection box in a different area of the room. Why would they do this? I'm also now reading that it does not have the motion sensor either. This product should not be listed under the same name as the other sizes. It's not a "frame" tv like the others. I'm already disappointed and I haven't even plugged it in yet. What a waste of time and energy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wish I'd gone bigger My frame TV hangs in my LR. I don't believe in TVs in the LR. However, the Frame concept allows me to forgive. The frame allows for the presentation of art. Crystal clear imaging. I do recall initially mirroring my laptop to the frame with ease. Eventually I somehow loss ability to do so, that is mirror with laptop. Sound is reasonable for movie watching. I pair with speaker when I want to listen to music. Remote is friendly. Setup was friendly as well. Overall I love my frame. My sister, she has 1 and loves as well. I only wish I'd gone bigger, then I might have felt tempted to actually watch TV in my LR. Considering purchasing another frame and going bigger for my Doll collection room.

Not only does it fit perfectly in both spaces, but the picture quality is great. I love having the option to have artwork in the background when streaming services aren’t in use. & The built-in Samsung TV streaming is a wonderful bonus!

Many people have been surprised when we turned on the TV! So we also purchased this 32 inch version for our bedroom, and its been a lifesaver while isolating after a COVID exposure! Love that it offers lots of free artwork displays and the easy to use interface!

I am also glad I can install my fire stick for greater options of movie. I am pleased I have had this Samsung TV for a while, cause I have had other brand tv that did not last long in operation. The mounting instructions were simple and I managed to have it hang on the wall with no more than 1mm of lift off the wall. My only complaint would be the lose power pack and connections that were required to be hidden behind the TV. I simply made a floating shelf in my wall for the power pack and connectors which was less than ideal, but I understand the challenges around fitting cables/connectors behind something that is intended to be flush

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could be great but 32” model is lacking. I recently purchased the 32” frame tv. It has all the features I’ve been looking for! I wanted a device to act more as an art display than a steaming tv. The frame has a matte display (I was using a computer monitor to achieve this before). It mounts just like an artwork with its narrow bezel frame. Art mode works great, it plays my own videos from a remote cabinet along with its mini one connect box. Sound is good, integrates with my doorbell camera etc. and it streams content. BUT… I had to buy the 32” model because I simply didn’t have a wall big enough for even the 44” model. Not everyone wants or can use a big tv! Sadly the 32” version of the frame tv is lacking the quality of the larger versions. The picture quality is great straight on but even at a slight 25 degree angle it gets washed out (QLED not the better OLED) . Other folks have noted that the 32 inch model also lacks other features the larger ones have…no motion detection and the one connect box is the mini version that only has a 7’ long thick cord and lacks a coaxial port. Hey Samsung, why cheap out on this smaller model of the frame! So sad, so frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing and Beautifully made, super ez to set up! i never knew such tv's existed! the picture quality was so foreign to me i kind of thought it was so weird, ididn't really like it at first. It is sharp and clear, the detail makes you feel like your right there in the studio where their filming it at. So if your watching a movie, it looks like your right there in the studio while filming it. lol it lost that 'movie feel' when you watch a movie on regular tv. Well i quickly got used to that and LUV this tv. I've never had any other tv like it! It is beautiful and amazing! i have a roku smart tv in the livingroom but this lil gem is in my bedroom! i so badly wanted a gold framed tv with art, so i bought the art tv on sale and will work on making a gold gilded frame for it. I subscribed to the monthly art which is like 5$ a month, selected all of my favorite art pieces and put that puppy on rotate. I downloaded the 'smartthings' app so that i could play my pandora while the art was displaying. OMG the set up!!! is so easy and it talks you thru it, so cool. speaking of set up, i strictly use my wifi in the house, it is not connect with an ethernet cable. works beautifully. the remote is solar recharge or usb. it charges so fast and then lets u know when it's charged so u can unplug it. to use solar i jus put it on the windowsill to charge wen not in use. but the charge lasts a really long time. no more remote batteries, woohoo! TY samsung. (lil note on the remote, i could not figure out how to operate the sound up or down, it is totally different than normal remotes and foreign. But i found a youtube video and problem solved!) All of my devices are android samsung, except my laptop, LOVE Samsung. I will most definitely at some point purchase a larger one for my livingroom. This thing is incredible and the best tv experience i ever had in my life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Customer Service for Defective TV Splurged $700 on a newly released 32” Frame. NEVER AGAIN. The menu is aweful. The navigation is horrid. The remote is terrible. But the worst of it is that in under 2 years- it died. Samsung customer service is worthless. They have no intention of providing Customer Service. Other major 2 letter brand has been outstanding even fully refunding me for a defective tv that was $4k! Samsung put me in a tail chasing chat that never would end. Couldn’t even be provided where to replace the little black interface box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slim fit wall mount is MISSING Terrible service. First had the mounting service scheduled before delivery. Support always gets disconnected with their weird URL-less portal. Now that the TV is delivered, slim fit wall mount is missing in the package.
