I have had these monitors for less than 6 months and hopefully that flickering won't get worse.

The 144hz refresh rate is nice at the price point. The quality is very good, but i did notice a bit of motion blur, and the frame rate isn't as high as some other monitors when running games like Black Ops. The dark scenes look really good as with many Samsung monitors, and for most of the games out there for typical gamers you're going to be really happy. My eyes are a bit more sensitive so I did detect the blurring.

The 180hz refresh rate with free sync and the low weight are my favorite features. You don’t get oled with a this monitors so black colors are a little washed out and the colors in general are not as vibrant as you would want. However this is an entry level monitor. If you desire vibrant colors and vanta black colors, you will need to go to atleast medium level monitor. For the price it’s a fantastic pick. You should pick up three.

The stand is more adjustable than i thought height, tilt, swivel, and pivot all work quite well .The 3-sided borderless keeps it aesthetic, especially when paired with other monitors or in tighter desk setups . Setup was straightforward, It came with both DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0, so switching between PC and console was really easy. If you are truly into gaming this is the monitor for you.

I use it primarily with my Xbox Series X, and it handles high-resolution gaming and high frame rates effortlessly, with no lag or issues whatsoever. The colors are vibrant, the resolution is crisp, and the overall visual quality is excellent. I also connect it to my PC for a variety of tasks—watching movies, programming, and even some video and photo editing. I got it free with the purchase of an Odyssey Arc second generation, which came in the mail, smashed, not samsungs fault but they didn't want to replace it. So they told me, I had to return the item and also had to return the 27 inch monitor as well, was going to give it to my son for Christmas. I was told If I want to order the deal again, I would get the same deal. Same price and monitor, so I will update this review If they honor their word or not. Still waiting for full refund.

I have the 24" one and it makes my games look beautiful, most of my games run 180hz thanks to this monitor and it has a smooth experience. I have my ps4 plugged into my monitor by hdmi and even that makes my ps4 games look way better then on my old monitor. If you want a good gaming monitor thats pretty cheap for what it is, this is the way to go.

I've had good experiences with Samsung in the past, but this was the worst customer service experience I have had in many years. They won't let you return it without paying restocking fees, even if the monitor is defective. Their live chat doesn't work. Over the phone, they claimed they couldn't change it and wouldn't honor their own policy. They sent me to the wrong technical support. The right technical support said to return it as defective, but disconnected right as he was giving me the reference number. Called back, got connected, and the next lady had no idea and made me go through the whole process, while being very rude. Took nearly three hours, had to talk to over 10 people, and still I need to pay a restocking fee or go through my CC for a chargeback. Samsung is the absolute worst.

The upgrade from 24 inch monitor to 32 inch was really impressive — the reduced “blue light “ makes a big difference in eye strain from having to be very close to the monitor. It is not used for gaming but is used to help read since the print can be enlarged to fill the screen and with very little distortion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional Monitor For those with a high end PC and 3090/4090/5090 this is the monitor you need to take full advantage of modern PC gaming. Perfect size for the high resolution and with OLED, refresh rates are buttery smooth. Even in the most demanding games that cannot reach the monitors refresh rate, the adaptive sync will make the experience worth it when cranking fidelity up in games. The 32 inch size allows for excellent entertainment but also gives plenty of space for productivity. Getting work done on a single monitor with multiple windows is amazing. HDR color production is exceptional on OLED and Samsung is the best at bringing out the brightness. The anti burn in features work great and I have no fear of it happening any time soon. The only downside is that it only has DP 1.4 instead of the newer DP 2.0 which means to reach higher refresh rates than 4K 120FPS and HDR you must use Display Stream Compression. This isnt a big deal and unless you have extremely sensitive vision you will never notice a difference. The built in speakers are fine in a pinch but really you should use headphones or a decent speaker. Couple all the great features with typically awesome Samsung style. The monitor is slick with aluminum features and doesnt scream "gamer" in an obnoxious way. I cannot recommend this display enough.

Customer service agents said I had to pay a restocking fee despite this being a defective piece of junk. Had to talk to so many people, transferred to wrong number, call dropped, each person said something different from the last one. I spent hours, and still they won't help at all. Worst customer service I have seen in many years. Don't buy!

The monitor has some minor ghosting, which is normal for a VA panel but still an issue. The OSD is tolerable, but it is a little confusing and some features like the hz indicator don't work, as the monitor always says it's at 60 even though I'm sending 180hz, I can see it's 180hz, and the system info in the OSD says it's 180 hz. The lack of speakers on this monitor is annoying, especially when there's a huge chin with speaker shaped corners for no reason. Finally, at full price, the 1080p resolution is unacceptable, as competitors easily reach 2k and 4k in the 200 dollar price range and with IPS displays instead of the flawed VA panel technology. I do like the high refresh rate and freesync support, and the HDR makes content look much better than SDR. Overall, I like the display, but only if it's on discount and you're okay with some minor flaws.

If you are someone that stands too close you are bound to notice the pixels. Also not a deal breaker for me. Gaming wise yet to test So after some gaming i have to say the monitor is solid for the price. Hopefully it lasts me some years to come. The 27 inch size is very good looking and the bezels are a perfect combination of not being too big or small.

I have been using it for a couple of weeks, and honestly, it exceeds what I expected because of its price range. The first thing that comes out is its **1m refresh rate of 180Hz** combined with **1m response rate**. Those numbers are not there for adornment: if you play shooters or any quick game, you will notice it right away. The movements feel super fluid, without annoying ghosting or weird jerks. Visually speaking, it comes with a VA** panel, so the blacks are deep and the colors look pretty good, even in a low-light room. It is not 4K or anything ultra fancy, but to be a Full HD, it is more than compliant. In addition, it has **AMD FreeSync**, which means that if you have a compatible graphics card, goodbye to on-screen tearing. The design also surprised me: fine edges, an adjustable support in height, tilt and turn (something that not all monitors in this range offer), and a gamer aesthetic without being exaggeratedly striking. It also brings the typical visual protection mode, which helps a lot if you spend a lot of hours in front of the screen. Negative details? Well, it is not IPS, so viewing angles are not perfect...

The color accuay isn't the highest, and depending on the blue light settings you can get a Grey film that goes over it. It can get fairly bright and works great there. Text clarity is standard for a 1080p monitor of this type. Because it is my secondary momitor.i haven't really noticed the high refresh rates, but i can confirm it gives you the option. The settings tab can be a little hard to work around as sometimes you change some settings, and then it won't let you adjust others. Have no complaints outside of comor accuracy. Weight is light and moint is standard. No USB c ports but that can be expected. Good value for the price.

The monitor is a perfect size for me with not being to big that I would have to sit far away from it. I also love the freedom to be able to tilt, rotate, and adjust the monitor's height. But there is one major problem that caused me to return the product (I bought it on Amazon), the VA panel. The type of panel this monitor uses is a VA panel which is known to have horrible ghosting/smearing when there is motion on the screen. Whenever I watch a youtube video or play games that have lots of motion, it is very clear that there is lots of smearing on the image when it's moving. This was a complete deal breaker for me as it's hard not to notice the problems once you see them. This would be the perfect monitor if it came with an IPS panel instead of a VA panel.

No matter what product I have purchased, I am in love with the quality of samsung displays compared to others. I do a lot of video and photo editing so I was looking for a monitor that can rotate in portrate or landscape mode without having to remount or reassemble the monitor. The Odyssey line is where I landed and couldn't be happier. It's exactly what I needed. Great display quality, great price, easy to rotate and only took minutes to get it out the box and connected. I got mine for $200 dollars with a discount, I would say this monitor is top 2 (and its not 2) monitors to get with around 200-250. Moving onto the features, They otherworldly. 180hz, 1ms response time, AMD FreeSync, Full HD Resolution, HDR10, and more. I am telling you, this monitor is the best quality monitor out there in its price range. For example, I had a Acer Nitro monitor as my first gaming monitor, I should have listened to reviews but in 2 months it started emitting mass heat and eventually broke and never turned on again. I've had this monitor for a solid 6 months with no flaws or bad things. Did I forget to mention the software? It is so good and so well designed. Overall if you are looking for a really good cheapish gaming monitor, The Odyssey G3 G30d is the route to take.

Chris clear fast reacting, everything you would want in a gaming monitor, plus things you didn't know you wanted because you haven't had them from your TV or your other monitors. I can see my character square in high definition with crisp, sharp edges all around it. With the poor definition on my old monitor, I didn't realize how scary the Red Dragon really was/is. The Secret Dot also really dazzles on this monitor in amazing clarity I wasn't aware existed and highly recommend experiencing in person.

The refresh rate was great for the prize, overall the entire monitor was great with displaying colors and video. Would definitely recommend this to ones looking for a good monitor for a decent price.The 1ms response time helps too. There's barely any motion blur, which is something I used to struggle with on my old monitor. I also really like the stand- it's super adjustable. I was able to get it positioned exactly how I wanted, which made a bigger difference than I expected for long sessions. That said, it's not perfect. The VA panel has good contrast, but the colors don't pop as much as an IPS display would, and the viewing angles are just okay. Also, at 27 inches, 1080p resolution isn't as sharp as I'd like-sometimes things look a bit stretched or soft, especially for text-heavy work. Still, for gaming and general use, I think it's a solid pick. It gives you a high refresh rate, FreeSync, decent build, and a flexible stand-all without breaking the bank. Would I recommend it? If you're a gamer on a budget who values smooth performance over fancy visuals or high resolution, then yes-definitely.

For years, I was an IPS purist, thinking I would never try a VA monitor. This monitor changed my mind. The colors look great without changing anything, the monitor itself is a great solid build, and the refresh rate is a game changer after only ever using 144hz monitors. To keep it short, I would recommend the Samsung G3+ series of gaming monitors to anyone. Great prices, (especially if you catch a sell!) and a Great build with great performance. See for yourself!

They also do car racing games in the monitor gives it such a surreal look as far as detail to textures and so on. Controls for the monitor menu is nice and easy to use unlike many others that can be very annoying. I use it mainly for gaming and eventually will be my second monitor. The but is you can literally get a cheaper brand for lower price and potentially slightly better specs.

Only issue is the stand. Wish I could lower it down from when I'm at my desk and raise it when I'm at my bed. However for a beginner monitor, it was cheap and still is in the same condition from when I brought it
