Provided screws were shorter than it should be
Samsung provided 4 M4 L14 screws to attach the TV back pad. However, the provided screws were too short. I have to buy separate M4 L20 to screw it on. Watch out for this

Misleading product name
This doesn’t work with all 65 and 55 inch 2018 Q Series TVs, as the product name suggests. I had to return the wall mount because it wasn’t compatible with my new 55" Class Q8FN QLED Smart 4K UHD TV (2018).

As Promise, Great Products
Great Mount, work as intended. Majority of the negative reports on this site are due to non compatibility; not Samsung Fault if they failed to read the item description. It clearly states that is compatible with Q7FN, Q9FN as well as Q9, Q8, Q7, last 3 are 2017 model not to get them confused with 2018 models (FN)
