Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I love the design , but I am very disappointed in the picture quality. I tried to use the cinema settings and they do not function. Also Our home was under renovation so by the time the TV could be installed the return period had expired. This TV is very expensive and the fact that we are stuck with it. I was a long time customer of Samsung for many years but now no more and I will recommend to my friends to pass on Samsung as well.

The actual TV works good I bought the 65inch and the 85inch frame TV. Been having trouble with the 85inch and the service has been horrible needles to say I am returning both TV. My neighbors bought Hisense frame tv and they love it I’ll probably switch to them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from glitches, and blasts with unwanted content I’ve had the 85” for a month now and it locks up terribly and won’t switch between apps. Worse, Samsung TV auto plays with no way to remove it from blasting me with content I don’t want to see, and when it locks up, it stays blaring for a while before i finally usually unplug the TV entirely. Disappointed :( I’ve also tried to chat gpt and google and call to get a solution to remove samsung tv and nothing has worked. The tv override appears to be lovely but it’s so glitchy and the unwanted content is so aggressive that I have avoided using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV looks great, has problems, cs is frustrating! The Good: Looks amazing when mounted on the wall, particularly with the cord hidden. It's also easy to screen share with my laptop. Art mode is great. The Bad: I ordered direct from Samsung mid-November and paid for install. The initial TV I received had an exposed wire going over one of the install points and the service person didn't want to install. But I kept it here on its feet and it worked great. We arranged for an exchange that didn't have the defect. About a week later, the new TV came and got installed on the wall. This TV turns itself off an on randomly and quite frequently (NOT just in art mode but when you're in the middle of watching a show). After a long time chatting with Samsung support, they arranged a "repair" appointment for this BRAND NEW TV. Not another replace. A repair. Which will be 9 days from now. By the time I get the TV repair -- which I hope works -- I will be almost a month into this. So I like the appearance of the TV but dealing with Samsung support has been nothing but frustrating. My hoped-for resolution would be that they actually send me a new TV that actually works as expected not someone to come and "fix" this new $3000+ TV.

The fact that you can customize the outer frame again adds beauty to the room 3. The fact the frame mounts so close to the wall no visual wires 4. The fact it has so many Streaming features Netflix, hulu, and many more 5. The fact it has motion features turning it on and off when there is light or movement. 6. The fact the picture quality is fabulous 7. The fact that you can control with Google or Alexa 8. I could go on and on, But I am sure you heard enough. And I do not work for Samsung 9. Don't miss out on one of the best televisions ever.

Setting up the art mode was surprisingly easy and adds a touch of elegance to the room. We've received numerous compliments on how well it blends in, rather than being a large black rectangle dominating the space. It's a fantastic addition to our living room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Attention grabbing This is our second 85-in frame TV, the look of the frame itself is so elegant and a real attention grabber when you walk into a room that we decided to add it to a second room. We love the quality, the picture, and the artwork. We love the selection of artwork, and when it's on display it really sets the mood of the room. I would 100% recommend a frame to be to any person that cares about the aesthetics of their room, and doesn't want a big black ugly screen to mess with it, this is the best of both worlds a great TV and a great piece of art.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Check black plastic clip for the One Connect cable Terrible support. Black plastic clip arrived broken and Samsung refuses to send a replacement and told me to purchase the part after I reported the damaged part ONE DAY after receiving the TV. Buy this elsewhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great idea but needs some fixes We bought the biggest version for a very large, empty wall. My son is a photographer, so we especially love displaying his photographs to cycle through. Love that we can choose our own photos. The problem is that we love the look of the bigger frame so got one but now the sensors don’t work so it won’t auto shut off and turn on or notice when the room is dark. Also, the search feature is awful and we wish there were more colors to choose from for the mats. We do love the mat options, though (just need more colors). The picture quality is great and the TV is fine, too. We have the subscription and find it difficult to find pictures easily the way it is set up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall a great Television I’ve been using this TV for about 4 months and have enjoyed most of its features. No connectivity issues as I am hard wired so I cannot comment on the wireless performance. My only complaint is probably the mounting instructions are poor and that I have a bright green dead pixel. I like that my refrigerator and dishwasher notifications also appear on the TV. Picture is great, no issues connecting to my receiver for surround sound, and the art mode receives lots of compliments. Some art does not display well due to its landscape and screen proportions.

So I have to plug it in to an outlet to use it and that’s gonna defeat the whole purpose of enjoying this TV.. Otherwise, it’s beautiful and I’m enjoying it

The matte screen is just beautiful and although I bought it for the artwork display, I also really like how movies and television shows look on it. Installed easily with no problems and have not had any problems streaming or with connectivity. I would absolutely recommend this tv!

The television looks great. They were packaged soundbar puts out plenty of clear volume. I am very satisfied. Make sure you plan ahead for a place to locate the external box. I put mine in the cabinet below.

After the numerous contacts and even reaching out to the "CEO Office" the issue still hasn't been resolved.

TV has been great….minus a small while bloom in the lower right corner that seems to only be noticeable during very dark scenes or with cinematic framing. Some lag/confusion with textured browns & fine lines. Customer service for problem was less than satisfactory.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from do not understand Difficult to navigate to current live news programs. Constant promoting signing up for cable is annoying. You Tube prior broadcasts can be accessed but not through You Tube TV. Remote control is substantially deficient from a Sony remote. Sony picture and sound quality are great. Samsung picture is ok and sound quality is not. None of the foregoing is due to other equipment or installation. Deficiencies of Samsung 85" compared to Sony 85". Having experienced both, in future I would go back to Sony only.
