I am a heavy user but other phones got me thru the day. I thing picture quality is good as well and I do take a lot of photos so that’s important to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pros & Cons When I first opened the box and turned on the device, I was extremely impressed with the main screen and how thin the overall device is. I am a big fan of the biometric fingerprint scanner on the power button as well. It worked excellent. After having it for a day and a half I am returning it. The front screen for me is much too narrow and everything seemed very squeezed together. I bought it to be used as a regular phone but also to have increased productivity when needed to be opened for any sort of documents, reports, Excel spreadsheets, etc. yesterday when setting it up the battery drained fairly quick, but I attributed that to the extended setup process and how long I had the main screen open. Today just to be sure, I tested it out and found some significant battery related issues. I turned on battery saving mode as well as the dark theme and didn't allow any apps to run in the background. I strictly used the phone over Wi-Fi and had my other S25+ right next to it. Everything that I did on the Z-Fold I also did on the S25+ and never opened up the Z-Fold to use the main screen. After 3 hours, The z-folds battery was down to 68%. My S25+ still had 92%. All updates were completed before I did the comparison. When I opened up the battery setting it said that the biggest consumer of battery power was the One UI operating system. The newest one UI update isn't out yet for the S25+. So either there is a issue with the z-fold device itself and the battery consumption or an issue with the new operating system draining the z fold. Hopefully the S25+ doesn't have the same battery issue when it gets the new update. I was really hoping for the z-fold to be the big game-changer. If the main screen was wider and the battery issue didn't exist, this phone would be the best on the market, by far.

I'm very disappointed about that and the fact that it is very difficult to type while the phone is closed. The sensor touch must be "off" or something because sometimes I have to touch the app icon or the letter I'm typing 5 to 10 times to get a response.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Z Fold 7 is my favorite phone I've used Samsung products for years. My newest purchase, the newly acquired Z Fold 7, replaces a Galaxy S24U. I truly love this phone. I use the outside screen just as much as I do the twin inside screens. And the blue color of the phone is simply beautiful. People I show the phone to always comment on it.. This phone has so much functionality that I have to keep reminding myself of its features. The ability to have multiple screens running at the same time is super handy and very easily accomplished. I have a ton of fun showing many of its capabilities to friends and family. It would take me hours to show everything it can do, so I limit it to the features I regularly use. The one and only improvement I can think of would be charging time - which does seem slower than I'm used to. All in all, I think this is my favorite phone ever.

The big inner screen is such a game-changer—whether I’m watching videos, multitasking, or just browsing, it feels like carrying around a mini tablet in my pocket. The outer display is also super practical for quick use, so I don’t always have to unfold it. Performance-wise, it’s fast and smooth, no lag at all, and the battery has been holding up better than I expected for such a powerful phone with two screens. The build feels really solid too—I was a little worried about durability, but the hinge feels strong and the screen protector does its job well. It’s definitely not a small phone, but I like that—it feels premium and futuristic. I’ve had a lot of people ask about it, and it always gets that “wow” reaction when I unfold it. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappoints it with the samsung fold 7 I had a samsung fold 4 & 5. I decided to upgrade to the seven without doing my homework. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the.S pen is no longer supported on the fold 7. Having an eye impairment ei brag to everyone and told many people with low vision.That the samsung phone phone is the best thing ever. The big screen is amazing and helps tremendously. But the s pen also helps a lot. It is truly what sets at apart from any other phone. I used my s pen to help of things and being low vision sometimes even if you have small fingers like I do your fingers just get in the way. But I could pull out my s.Pen and do what I need to do. Not to mention that I am a student.So I take my phone using my s.Pen. not having the s pen is a deal breaker for me. It is a very thin phone and it feels comfortable in the hand but I'd rather have a larger phone with the s.Pen feature. I think i'm going to take this 7 back. And see if I can get a still has the s.Pen features.

I upgraded from the S22 ultra to the fold 7. The size when folded is just a bit thicker, but the width is smaller than my old phone. When the phone is open you can barely see the fold line.

Simple apps like Pandora, outlook, winn dixie(grocery), couple of my credit card apps won't open now. And app i use to communicate with my daughter in Sputh Korea

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inner screen suddenly stopped working I have had the phone just barely over 2 months, opened my phone to use the inner screen and the left side was completely black and the right half either flickered yellow/green or was black as well. Micro cracks appeared all the way up and down the center where the hinge is and are under the factory screen protector. There is no damage, scratches, or dents on the screen at all. Just received an email saying that it is "out of warranty" and that the cost for it to be fixed is $637.59. This is a factory defect and Samsung is not covering it. There are a ton of people online having the same issue with no help from Samsung. Tried to use the online chat and the agent told me the techs stated there was damage, I sent pictures i took before it was shipped showing no damage and also that ups stated there was no damage before it was shipped back and then the agent simply stopped responding. Phone has a massive defect and needs to be recalled and fixed
