Don't buy this product, it has the same specs as my note 10+, it's front screen ratio still looks like dog water, and they release an actual quality version of this in China. The Chinese version has 16GB RAM, ours only gets 12GB. Horrible way to keep US customers. Gives me the vibe you think we're dumb and wouldn't notice. I essentially paid you 1800 for a note 10+ with a worse camera and horrible aspect ratios. Samsung lost a customer with the combination of a mediocre products and weaker version released in the US. The support team can't even give an answer as to why the company choose to do this nor any means of making things right. That's fine, been with you all since the exploding Note 7s, guess back to apple after this. What a shame.

I feel like I bought a new car and I am still trying to learn all the neat things to learn. so far all is wonderful going on a month of ownership, I take very good care of my stuff so if your hard on your phones get a flip instead. I have watch all the YouTube videos on this phone and it seems to really stand up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow what a phone! Do not sleep on this phone. I had an Ultra model and while it was fine, I wanted to try something new. I took this bad boy home and instantly fell in love with that screen. The cover screen is so good, you don't even have to open it for everyday use. I only open it to game, watch video, use teams at work, and take selfies using the main camera which easily rivals my wife's IPhone 13 Pro. It's fast, charges reasonably quick, has a decent battery life (lasts me a whole day), and multitasks like a magician. It's also very striking. You get a lot of compliments when you pull this out. I really have no complaints. This is a great device if you want to try into foldables. I whole heartedly recommend it.

I should have went through Samsung for a better buy, but oh well I needed a phone so I bought this one through at&t I think I'm paying way to much but I have to check it out but otherwise it's a good phone it holds a charge for a while, you have to provide your own wall charging part that a c cord plugs into. It's a c to c connection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recently upgraded from Note 9. Pros: The folding screen is gorgeous. Sorry, maybe I expected a folding screen to possibly have a crease to some extent. Barely noticeable unless looking for it. The sound is amazing on this device. Lightweight! Much less weight even with a case than I was expecting. From reviews of how heavy this phone is I was thinking how do people lift their arms? Massive upgrade from Note 9. Ridiculously easy to set up. Love the OS for this. Love the buttons to one side. Awesome cameras on the front. Decent folding camera. I get a kick out of the cutout for underscreen cameras works. Cons: The smaller screen has little protection even in a case. I have the official Samsung slim case and the protector piece falls off when I sneeze. Zero protection for the front screen. This took a star away from my review. May deserve 2 stars gone from 5. The battery. Fair life, but really at this price point I expect battery or batteries that have 10,000mAh. From what I read the defending screen will shatter at the fold without it being the users fault. Heads up to owners of this phone: Do not get scratches or even nicks on that front screen. The piece of glass used is about as thin as fiber optic cable so it can flex as it does. So any damage to the surface is much more severe to it than for non folding phones. Zero protection for the camera glass. Is it so difficult to provide? No charger! Absolutely no excuses for this. Just flat out lazy and cheap. No 3.5mm jack! Come off it stop being so cheap. Not everyone wants to be forced to use Bluetooth for everything. Or choose between charging and listening to music if you use USB C to 3.5mm jack. Suggestions: Look back to how devices were made in the 1960's, 70's, 80's. My AM transistor radio from the 1960's weighs is thicker than this folded and weighs more. No one whined about how their limp wrists would explode from holding it. Or how it pulled pants off. I would stop listening to those cry babies that complain about how heavy this is VS non-folding phones. It is in a class of its own. Like a Dragon is VS a gecko. Make this big enough to fit Ram Mounts small tablet holders. This would also allow other brands to hold onto this. Make it tablet sized, even not folding would work. Beef up the battery to 10,000mAh for a device this price. Stop with the whipping out. Be the Dragon not a snake. Provide built in screen protection as in a 10 mm lip around the edge of the screens. Allow cases to provide even more protection around all screens. Design the frame thicker to allow this type of protection. The case with pen and kick stand slim design by Samsung. The Samsung Slim Case with stand and pen huge rip-off at $90 It should retail for $30. The thin edge strip just falls off. Will get stuck in my mount. I don't think if I drop this onto a feather bed it would stay on to I guess protect the edge and front smaller screen a tiny bit. Why have a SPen and Super Spen? At this price point it should come with a built in place for a Super Spen. Stop being so cheap Samsung. People LOVED the Note Series for the Pen and bigger screens, a little more under the hood. Carry on the legendary design here in your Z Fold Series. Stop being such a tryhard and bring the best for your Premium Flagships. Make them appealing because they bring your A game. Not minor league by leaving out features.but My other phones I got original Samsung cases for minus the Note 9 and they rocked. This thing not so much. I used VHB tape to adhere the pen to the case in-between the kickstand and camers. Add speakers to all four sides. Left, right top and bottom. Stereo in all directions. Outside of that I do enjoy the phone, and overall experience. It just feels for this proce point Samsung would rock this format like no other. It is pretty amazing almost awesome. Not recommended for limp wrists. My Note 9 in the Defender Pro Case by Otterbox weighed a massive 10.1 ounces. My AM transistor radio made in the 1960's weighs 12.3 ounces with a brick sized 9 volt battery in it. The AM/FM transistor radio I got in the 1980 by Sony weighs 16.7 ounces with 4 AA batteries loaded in it. The boombox I made back in the 1980's weighed over 17 pounds with 8 D size batteries in it. How do able bodied people even lift their arms, or wear shoes or clothing that has any weight to it? Back in the day no one ever complained about portable pocket devices weighing so much as to rip their pants off or pull them down. I know we didn't know any better. Nah, we did we just didn't mind because the technology and or devices we used were so much fun to use we never thought of these little nit picky things. We also used something called a belt. Had pants that fit to our waist. Heck kids today lug around backpacks that weigh 20 to 50 pounds for school. Some even use wheeled luggage style packs to take the load off. So how to fix the lack of protection: Design cases that have a lip that sticks out or up10mm all around each area with glass camera covers to screens. For screens have the lips offset from directly aligning with the bezels of these folding phones. They are wider around the edges to provide extra bumper padding. Make it so the rail thin case edge is hinged into the other side. Maybe make a strap that connects to the case and the wrist like many transistor radios did. Way before Wii remotes ever came along. I marvel at the fact I am bending glass. Thin or otherwise. It is pretty amazing. For what you get it is pretty sweet. It could be better Samsung.

This device is perfect for reviewing construction plans, the camera is able to capture great detail for verifying specs and other data. At first found a few apps saying incompatible, but have noticed in recent days some are working. The battery last for days. Fast charging is a plus. For size and weight not bad to carry in pocket. The fingerprint scanner being on the same button as the activation button is frustrating, shuts screen off. Then need to enter pin again. Also, Samsung should offer cases, and accessories when delivering new models. The power plug should of been placed in top, so device could sit in cup holder. Overall, Thumbs up!

The folded out screen adds the convenience of a tablet that you can fit into your pocket. With the addition of an S Pen Fold Edition, I have the features of my Note 10+ and a tablet all in one. A must buy if you want a pocket tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excelent device performance I bought this device 2 weeks ago, I've upgrade from Note20 to Fold4 and it was amazing, I've my doubts at first but the performance of the device is another level, very smooth running any app, for the camera horizontal unfold at 90 deg. it's a lot convenient to take pictures and nitography is doing a good job, bixby is working fine even with cellphone locked, the 4 months of YouTube premium it's a nice gift, the pen is very accurate. I could tell cellphone is feeling more kind smart.

I use it every day and it has been through some rough treatment and still you would never know it. This Z-Folds are far from fragile they are very well made. My wife has a Z-Fold3 and will not part with it. It is well worth the money. You can never go wrong buying a Samsung product and this phone shows me why.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Junk phone I have had my Z fold for almost 6 months. There is no damage and my phone has never been dropped. Three days ago the hinge got stiff and refused to open all the way. I was send to two different local authorized repair shops that are unable to work on a fold phone. The warranty department says my only option is to mail it in and be without a phone for 2 weeks. Since I can't be without a phone that long, I have to pay $99 to use my Samsung Care plus that I pay monthly for. I have been trying to get this resolved for 3 days now. I have been hung up and transferred in circles. DO NOT BUY THE FOLD PHONE FOR ANY REASON!!!!!! Customer service will NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU.

The big screen also makes my Kindle Oasis obsolete. Now I can get rid of laptop and eReader at once. The experience has been wonderful so far.

The z fold 3 never made this noise. It makes the fold 4 seem not as solidly built as the fold 3. This is my only complaint so far. Love Android 12 L on this phone.

It is easy to customize each display individually. Watching content on any screen looks amazing and the convenience of having a tablet, as powerful as a laptop, in my pocket is undeniable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Galaxy Fold Phone yet! I pre-ordered this phone as a replacement for my Galaxy Z Fold 3 after reading pre-reviews and specifications. It has been a more than worthwhile purchase. The slight changes in the chassis dimensions along with the refined hinge have made a great phone even better. The camera is improved and even the UI works smoother. I have no issues with apps working on the larger screen and enjoy every minute using my phone at work and at home. I especially appreciate the continued ability to use the stylus. I use it multiple time a day while working and just for fun. It's a great feature that remains very useful and productive.

The inner screen is great for viewing the desktop versions of websites and playing more graphics intensive games. Some apps really take advantage of the extra space. The outer screen is narrow but high resolution and big enough for regular use. If the s pen was houses inside the device, the phone would be perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buyer's Remorse: the Phone I wanted something different and for better or worse, I got it. Does this phone have some good features, absolutely. Does it fold? You bet! Is it for everyone? I wouldn't even say it's for who it's advertised for if I'm being honest. So I'll start with the pros cause there really are a few: The Camera is honestly astounding. I've been getting more and more into filming and editing and it really gets the job with a solid amount of wiggle room in pro mode. It looks great and the variety of ratios and frame rates really pair well with the fantastic image quality. I would like to point out that it does have the same camera system as the S22(?) series so take that as you will. However, what the S series doesn't have is the folding which is gonna be in both sections of this review. The folding honestly does come in handy but not for what I thought. Camera-wise, it's really helped me get some good shots since I can split the screen and get angles I'd have to lie on the ground to get without the extra UI or viewfinder screen. It also helps with propping it up to get shots. The larger screen is also great for media consumption (when it's supported...) which I really thought I'd do more of/interact with media that would benefit from it but I genuinely don't know if anyone does. I guess the bigger screen is good to show other people what you're looking at? Kind of thought I had more pros for this phone... Cons: The screens look great don't get me wrong, but what I first thought would be the best of both worlds coming from the somewhat cumbersome Note series ended up being the worst. The inner screen requires two hands so you're not doing much of anything on it quick and casual. The outer screen is thin and short, which I thought would be great for my larger hands to navigate with just one hand. Nope. I have yet to nail typing on either screen. I either mush multiple keys or don't go far enough depending on the screen I'm on. It goes further into the media consumption as well. The inner screen is huge and solid for videos if you're watching them while the outer is just not great for anything other than managing media like music or phone calls. It's just that little bit smaller, enough to make it more difficult to read stuff, type, or enjoy media on. The larger screen is the other way around with the added con of... App support It's just not here yet and it shows more and more. Want to order food? Better hope you plan to do it all from one state of fold or the other cause you're begging for a restart from major apps. Enjoy browsing social media? It's either just blown up across the screen in some strange not-quite-tablet set up (at best!) or the phone straight up says "nah, here it is in 16:9 and it's going to have sizing issues." Most notably instagram does this among other interface issues. For the fourth iteration in this series, I would have expected Samsung to maybe work with app developers for better support. it's kind of a shame really that 90% of the time i figure I'll use the outer screen so that the inner one doesn't mess everything up. Size: So I hoped the smaller X/Y size would be more than the increased Z axis size but nah. This phone is thick! I knew it would be but I didn't realize how irksome it is. It fits in my pocket and all but with a case added it just is that extra weight and thickness that make it feel more like a phone from 2006 than 2022/23. It's cumbersome which I would hope you as the potential buyer are prepared for. I'm merely here to tell you I thought I was and it was more than I bargained for. No headphone jack: For a do it all phone, you'd think they'd put this back in. Still a shame it's gone. No expandable storage: For a do it all phone with such a focus on the camera, you'd think they'd put this in. I thought I could deal with it, but this is the line I think I won't cross again with a phone. If that writes off Samsung, so be it. Transferring my pictures and files to a brand new phone only to have it 50% full with the only choice being delete or subscribe to a cloud service feels scummy, and I think was the straw to break the camel's back for me continuing to be a samsung customer after this. Overall: I would argue that this phone is for a very small amount of people that I thought I was in, but was wrong. I do a lot on my phone and the combination of lacking support and necessity for this size format make me regret this purchase. If I could return it right now for what I paid, I would. I make no lie about that. If samsung offered to exchange it for an S22 or 23 series, I'd probably take that over this. It's not for me, it's a lot more gimmicky than I gave it credit for, and there's just not a lot it brings to the table to justify that. Combine that with very few apps bothering to support the form factor in any meaningful way, let alone at all, and you have a 4th generation dud. If this becomes a thing, I think it'll be another 4 generations before we start to see it.

The big screen is great for game streaming, taking notes, emulation, anything. It's amazing how far technology has come, and I really feel that way every time I open my phone.

Perfect cross of phone and tablet. Would pay more for more features like improved, main camera and an included stylus (especially since old styluses won't work)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tablet and Phone all in one First time getting this type of phone. I was going to get a tablet for Christmas but this is basically a tablet phone. It's not even that thick. Sometimes you can see the fold when opening it up but that should be expected. Battery life doesn't last long when it's in tablet mode. But I consider this phone amazing. Picture quality is great on its normal screen. Not over $1000 worth but I got it from a friend for cheaper.

The phone still feels solid and not fragile. My only complaint is that the outer display is too narrow. Hopefully for the fold 5 they make it wider. Everything else is golden!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, worth the upgrade I purchased the fold 4 as an upgrade from my fold 3. At first it didn't seem like there was a reason to upgrade, but after using it for a while, it was 100% worth it. The extra battery life from the new processor, the wider front screen which is now completely usable, the increased megapixel camera on the rear has finally upgraded the fold to flagship camera status. If you are on the edge about upgrading from the fold 3, this is completely worth it.

I loved how I can edit documents I was able to do a resume on their .I just loved that phone so much I was able to get past that it didn't have a headphone jack. My bf dropped it by accident and the repair cost to fix 1 Crack screen was over 500 so I ended up settling for s22ultra . I cried because I really loved this phone. S22 ultra doesn't come close to what the fold did.

Software wise, it's either android or iPhone, so nothing dramatic but the fact that your phone turns into a small tablet has so much usability for daily use. Just reading emails, browsing web, YouTube or looking at pictures has dramatic improvement over single screen phone. Just get it.

And the unfolded is just the perfect size for watching videos and browsing the web. It's fast and seamless on multitasking. Smooth transition between open apps and split screen displays doesn't seem to slow much down.

I was so worried about how delicate it could be, but I work in construction with ceramic tile and this phone is still in mint condition. I love this phone!

This year when the new series came out, I decided to choose the Fold Z 4 because the screen is much bigger, I can do much more work on it and it's also a conversion starter. I love it! I will never go back to regular phones. This is a huge step up from previous years and I can't wait for greater things from y'all. Keep it up!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ultimate Device! The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is an absolute powerhouse of a device! I can literally do anything with this one device I can do with a desktop pc and a traditional smart phone plus more! This phone is my computer in my pocket. When I’m home wireless DEX connects seamlessly with my smart m5 monitor and keyboard to create a desktop class experience I’d say is on par with chrome os desktop or better. I’m currently typing this review up on my fold 4 in office and it’s very easy to use! Watching videos consuming any type of media on this device is always a pleasure (I watch a lot of pod casts). The dual speakers are very loud and high quality! Listening to music on this device is enjoyable and blows most other phones out the water with the quality and volume! I use Spotify its even better with the new buds 2 pro those earbuds are fire! The multitasking on this super phone is insane you can literally do three things at once. This has been a staple for most Samsung devices for years now I remember having these features on my note 3 back in the day but today they have refined all these features and they work perfectly. This phone is a beast it’s water proof feels like a well dressed tank very premium as expected for the price. For the price this device replaced 3 stand alone devices for me and it does much more I have no complaints other than one minor thing the battery life could be improved. While in my opinion is not bad but I’m on this phone all the time ALL DAY! Since I use it for work and personal use so it’s actually ok if you’re only using it for personal. To be honest the super fast charging makes this small issue disappear since USB-C super fast chargers are the standard today. I have an after market super fast charger for the car and the 25W Samsung one for home. Literally charges up from zero to one hundred in like 55min super slick! Also has wireless quick charge and reverse wireless charging to top up your buddy’s phone or your earbuds etc. The camera on this phone is also very good I’d compare it to the s22 series or better so it’s definitely a good camera phone. Has all the slow-mos pro mode and much more I can’t even touch on in this review. All in all if your looking for a manageable forum factor that can transform into a tablet in milliseconds, a super fast pocket computer with 12GB RAM and base store starting at 256GB( I got the 512GB) up to 1TB, A personal vault you can store all your high quality pictures and videos in plus have extra storage for years to come! Your office at your fingertips A multimedia machine THIS IS IT! LOOK NO FURTHER! Samsung has an exceptional product in there line up and this Z FOLD4 is it! Highly recommended! As someone who’s owned a Galaxy since day one I can tell you this is it! This is the ultimate media machine!

It's great for taking my work with me on the road, and the extra sized screen is really helpful replying to emails or looking at spreadsheets. I also like using this for streaming on the go. The only drawback is that not many apps are set up to work with the expanded screen and features e.g. the screen resolution on most streaming apps do not take up the entire screen, rather just the max resolution that the mobile app has been designed for. A lot of streaming apps also are not compatible with the split screen option. A little annoying, but something that could come in the future. Overall. I've had a great experience. I would recommend it only for people who would be using the unique features, otherwise it may not be worth the price point.

Why have 3 devices whenever you can have one (with you at all times), which does everything? Changing platforms isn't near as bad as it used to be and I'm loving this phone!

I've heard these things are quite fragile, and since you can hear grinding noises when opening it, I'm inclined to believe that. I've heard these don't come with every phone though, so... Instead of carrying around a separate phone and tablet, integrating those two products into one was brilliant. However its not a seamless transition. The battery life still isn't great, some glitches with the hardware and software still exists and it is fairly chunky. An S pen wasn't built in, one has to purchase it separately.

Problems: there are some websites that won't open correctly. The big screen doesn't react to touch as it should. I'm keeping it. But I would still wait for the z5 fold for improvement before switching from a note to this one. Go for the s22 ultra imstead

The only thing I didn't like was the case for the S pen and kick stand it should have been able to use both options at the same time. You can only use the S pen or the kick stand

No android 13 no ui5 and honestly I thought the connectivity between Samsung products would be good, but as usual it falls short of all promises. No more SD card. And only the S pen pro or fold pens work (not on the front screen tho)

I've owned a Z Flip 3 previously and didn't really understand the hype. But this is different. Owning and using this device is truly a unique experience. The utility and versatility of the two screens and Android 12L make multitasking very intuitive, and S Pen support on the main display is like the cherry on top. Battery life and performance are also excellent, as is the build of this phone. The device is legitimately gorgeous and built to last.

I was on the pre-order list and failed to pull the trigger due to justifying the price. After I got a promotion at work and saw the necessity for a larger screen it became a no-brainer. With multitasking being at the center of my world and at work I need this phone. It is ideal for the multitasker and for those that need a larger screen to show other people videos.

The minor issue I have with it is the front screen is so narrow it is mostly unusable I would say 98% of the time I am using the device it's on the interior screen. But it does a wonderful job with that piece.

The middle "line" is not as noticeable as the Fold 2 and 3 and the camera have much better focus when i using it with my bank app to deposit the check. I don't have to take so many pics again and again .

The hinge works really well and the cameras are of fantastic quality. Outside of the really high price i really love this phone.

Of course, the good thing about the phone is that I don't have to tell you. I like Galaxy phones, so I've only been using Galaxy phones for over 15 years. I think everyone knows the good things about the phone, and I want to tell you about the good things about buying a phone directly from the Samsung website. First, you can purchase everything you need for various phones with credit. Second, it upgrades to free. Third, you can receive fast and accurate delivery. Above, I use a galaxy phone and can't find the items on the Samsung website. That's the reason to order.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Astounding device & Z Fold 3 5G was my previous! Used the Z Fold 3 5G as a trade-in to obtain the Fold 4, and thought I was being impulsive with an unnecessary acquisition. But I am thoroughly satisfied, especially after seeing Mr. Mobile (Michael Fisher, YouTube) and his long-term review of the Fold 4! The slight adjustment to the dimensions of the Fold 4 (making the folded position slightly wider, for front screen usability) and slimming down the hinge/spine make for an improvement and noticeable reading area while closed. Once opened, the center Fold is definitely less visible or distracting, but still present. I'll accept that. Long-term users tend to be able to focus on this less, and only nosey people looking over your shoulder see it as a glaring issue. They aren't the target audience. S-Pen capability is great, despite the lack of user-friendly storage location. Battery life could be better, but with moderate use I'm satisfied with two days, easily. Harder, tougher construction (perimeter and front glass) makes for increased durability and I plan on keeping this Fold 4 beyond a year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small but significant improvements to the Fold3 I was fairly happy with the Fold 3 from which I upgraded, but the Fold4 has a few features that make it a significantly better device. The slightly larger front screen makes a surprising difference to the usability of the keyboard. The more efficient processor seems to have come with improved battery life and performance of apps (especially when multitasking.) The phone being slightly lighter isn't too important to me, but it is noticeable. I have had no problems so far with durability or performance, ultimately the best phone I've used for work and entertainment.

I upgraded from my Note 20 ultra which I also loved but this is the best phone tablet I've ever had. I used to want an Ipad mini and I'm so glad I went with this instead. Samsung gave me a great trade in offer for my note ultra. It's all working perfectly and I'm excited to use it more and more.

But this year, went with the Fold4 and couldn't be happier with the device! It is an amazing phone and fit right in with my work flow and lineup of other devices. Glad I grabbed one, will probably get the Fold next year too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I Have Needed in a Mobile Device! The Galaxy Z Fold 4 provides the ultimate mobile experience. I find myself using my laptop less as this device is extremely versatile and is useful in almost any scenario I find myself in be it work, social or gaming. Samsung has delivered a foldable with insane performance and an AMOLED Display capable of 120Hz, Dolby Atmos Audio that's truly impressive for the size, a UI that rivals that of any tablet or mobile on the market today, and 12GB of RAM! I find I have 5.8GB total usable on average with proper battery usage adjustments for sleep/deep-sleep. Coming from a Galaxy Note 9 I was hesitant of Samsung after the defects with the Wi-Fi and Cellular radio and considered going to Apple for the latest iPhone, however this device is simply un-matched on their end and I'm glad I stuck around as it's been nothing but incredible! :)

Hoping samsung gets it together for the next version and really excites; other wise I will not be upgrading until the fold 6 again if it the 5 is just another small incremental upgrade.

I was skeptical about which phone will I choose this time and it was tough because I was thinking about switching to iPhone but after looking at the bright colors of the screen, the refresh ratio on the screen, the loud speakers and the new hidden camera under the main display I said to myself why pay for something that's been in the marked for a long time and the call it innovative, same phone that everyone has. About the line on the main screen you don't even realize it and if you take care of it (free of sand & water) it looks like a brand new phone every day. Samsung and Android give you the freedom of choose the best service provider for you, you can personalize every aspect of your phone, the front screen works amazing when I'm only using it to reply a message, make calls. The size of it is great, fits on my pants, car cup holder, laptop bag, it has fast wireless charge that made it so convenient to just lay it down and forget about cords. The cameras are awesome, I can still take night pictures and they look nice as my previous note 20 ultra. And when I use it for work it literally becomes a laptop, tablet. I am able to show my costumer real pictures, specifications and the whole catalog of what we have instead a tiny picture and having the dreaming of it. I feel guilty that once I thought about switching to iphone. I get compliments every time I take it out in front of others. And for fun watching movies on your free time and be able to game on it with the xbox app is a phone that will take you from your ordinary day to another galaxy... Why live on 2022 when you can live on 2050!

The slightly wider outside screen makes a huge difference. Using it in the Samsung ecosystem is a good idea. It's so much better to match it up to my Galaxy Watch and Buds.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with the Z Fold Series...I have now had a total of 3 broken interior screens for absolutely no reason at all. Z Fold 3 inside screen stopped working and had to be replace 2x and when the z fold 4 came out I was excited to upgrade hoping the quality and durability had improved and sure enough....it also stopped working. It develops a black line down the middle of the fold where the crease is and now its just flickering and not responding. I tried to call Samsung and they want me to pay $600 for a new screen to get it replaced which I refuse to do. No longer riding the experiment train and sticking to the S Series for now. Very disappointed for the amount of money I give Samsung.

Saw alot of people complaining about the smaller outer screen and the trouble they had texting on it. Personally i have had no issues with the smaller keyboard, works just fine. I am curious though why the fold 4 isnt getting any security updates. The last security patch update was july 1st. Other than that the phone runs smoothly, performance much better than i expected. Battery timming is okish, not too disappointing. Cameras are good but should have been better considering i payed top dollar for the phone. Overall i am very satisfied with the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great just like the fold 3!! I've had it for about a month now and I love how the made it just enough wider to where it'd still be comfortable to hold. And the cameras are sooo much better. We finally have space zoom!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy Z fold 4 is the future!!! I was an iPhone user my entire cellphone existence until I played with my coworkers Galaxy Z Fold 4. It is by far hands down the best cell phone I have ever had my hands on. The processing speed is amazing and the graphics are super realistic, Unlike anything else I've ever experienced. Apple should be worried!
