Its def a bit early to say there are any issues with it but the screen and screen sides are so much better made than the 5 that I had for 2 years! Love this phone and awesome color! The camera has definitely improved as well!

The company made it so easy by sending directions abd supplying the packaging abd return package slip. I just had to drop it off at a Fedex office. I received an email within days of the company receiving my old phone that it met all the requirements and my huge discount was honored and applied to the balance of my new phone. I am very happy with my new Galaxy Z Flip7 and all the features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware The inner screen cracked in just 6 weeks while I was closing the phone, and then began to lift off from the phone module. I attempted to request a repair, but Samsung does not offer a warranty on the inner screen even though it broke under normal use and was still very new. Samsung knows many people have issues with this type of phone, but they refuse to back up their product with a warranty. It's a shame too because this is the 3rd flip model I owned after the z flip 3 and z flip 5. Clearly the phone itself was defective since I had my last 2 phones for 2 years each with no issues. The fact that Samsung refuses to replace the screen without charging me $350 for a phone that is not even 2 months old tells me that this company is only concerned with money. I was a Samsung fangirl until this experience. I've spent thousands on their tvs, tablets, phones, and watches but this is the last Samsung product I ever purchase. I hope anyone who chooses to buy another Galaxy flip has better luck than me but I cannot recommend this company anymore after the horrible customer service they provided.
