Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone! I bought this phone around August, so far its worked pretty good! The features are good and the customization is great!! Although there are some downsides, the battery isn't that great but there's definitely ways to work around it. The camera us decent, not to bad but not the best either. Idk if it's just been a me problem but there's been multiple times where my phone doesn't connect well with my buds on certain apps but this might be my error. Overall, it's a good phone and totally recommend it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It'll charge a better phone! Bought this for some reason. Guess I thought it was cool at the time. I haven't been able to get It to connect to any mobile network for months now. 3 different carriers. 3 different Sim cards and 1 Esim. Nothing works unless it's connected to wifi and has wifi calling and text turned on. Even then it still won't register to any network. So my opinion on this fancy new flip phone with no network and a big ol air bubble across the main screen, it's a great paper clip magnet to leave on your desk. Even doubles as a charger for the new phone you'll have to buy to replace it.. best of luck to all the other Samsung lovers out there. Surely they can't let us all down!

Samsung's original flip had a lackluster battery,camera,most importantly a small display that was only useful for checking notifications making its use case similar to a smart watch. This generation updates the battery the camera as well as adding water resistance, diverse color options and a more usable front display

I have had all generations of the ZFlip and have been impressed with modifications done year over year. Innovation is key and I love what Samsung products can do and how they align with each other. I've always wanted a large screen phone but due to its size the largest phone I could have was a 5.9" phone and even that worn on my waist in a pouch hit items next to me and was a problem. Then I noticed the Samsung Z Flip 3. I have had it over a year and it is the best phone I have ever used. I fold it in half and slip it into a small pouch on my waist and its perfect. I wear it every where with zero problems and it opens to a 6.7" beautiful screen. Thank you Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Z Flip3 5G (unlocked) In June 2022 I traded in my S20Ultra5G for the Z Flip3 5G (unlocked) & pair of buds live was thrown in for free (now I have 1 pair of 1st pros & 2 pair of lives)... I do want the Pros 2... I was worried that Z Flip3 5G camera wasn't going to be as good as the camera on S20Ultra5G since it's 108mp (back) 40mp (front) & recorded videos in 8k... I gotta say the camera & video recording may not be like the S20Ultra5G, but pictures & video are just as beautiful... I don't even notice a difference... I was nervous at first, specially being a flip phone, but I'm very happy I went to Z Flip3 5G... The cover screen (front screen) is just as awesome... I'm very happy with my Z Flip3 5G (unlocked) & my next device will be the Z Fold 4 5G (unlocked)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Visually pleasing phone I bought this phone last year around November and was very impressed by its capabilities despite foldable smartphones still being on the rise. It can do everything a normal phone can do plus beautiful camera quality and secondary screen that allows you to do small simple tasks. It's only setback is its battery life, which isn't the best compared to Samsungs other top models. However I am very pleased with the phone and definitely plan on upgrading to future foldable models by Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's cons don't outweigh the pros First things first, the main reason I got this phone was because it flipped open. It's still really cool after having it for a couple of months (The dent in the middle of the main screen is going to be obvious when the light is hitting it a certain way, but when you're holding it you're not going to see it and if you do it's not really noticeable but if you're picky about stuff like that then this probably isn't the best phone for you). It also have face ID, fingerprint ID, and a password/pin/pattern option so the security is nice. And as someone who switched from an iPhone, this phone was relatively easy to set up and customize it to exactly what I wanted. I do still believe that the outer screen is very purposeful, seeing as I usually open my phone to take pictures or to change a song, but if you're someone who goes on their phone a lot- turning it on and off a lot- then this phone might get a tad bit annoying. Also it's difficult to open it with just one hand (it's not impossible, just more difficultly than a phone should require) it will require two hands and it can get a little annoying. I also really love the fact that it can sit up while folded up, it's most useful when I'm watching a video, using the calculator, or on a video call. Now as for the things I didn't like about it: 1. The battery life- it is god awful. Luckily I'm already someone who carries a portable charger and a laptop with them most of the time outside of my house so I'm able to plug it and I'm fine but at certain times- like going out for the night or going to work for a few hours- this phone will most likely die, or at the very best less than 20%, before you even get back home ESPECIALLY if you use your phone often. 2. Every filter on Tik Tok and some filters on other social media (Snapchat, Instagram, etc.) don't work at all so if you're someone who likes to hop on trends that require the use of a filter this phone isn't for you. 3. I'm not sure if this is just me but there are apps that won't send me notifications. It's a bit annoying because I have to remember to check the app myself to see if I've received any messages but again I wouldn't be surprised if that's just my phone. I've tried installing and uninstalling the apps, restarting my phone etc. but I thought I'd still put it here in case anyone else had the same problem. 4. Like I stated in the first paragraph, it's a real hassle to open up the phone with one hand and it might sound like I'm being nit-picky but it's just something I've grown tired of on this phone. 5. This phone is beyond FRAGILE. I'm not someone that drops their phone and I even dedicated a little baggie to it that I regularly clean since it doesn't have dust-resistance (so your pockets aren't the best place to have this phone). The main screen of the phone is made of plastic (which gives it more ease to fold without cracking in the middle) and because of this soft plastic it dents at the smallest amount of pressure. So if you're someone with nails this isn't the best phone for you and if you're someone who likes having their phone in their pocket (or just anywhere that can have dust, crumbs, etc) then the little pieces of dust, rocks, etc. will end up also leaving dents in the screen. Of course they're not noticeable but when the phone is turned off you can see every little dent. I'm nit-picky about it because I like to have a clean phone. All in all, I was very excited to hear Samsung had updated some of the features on the Z Flip and this flip phone concept is super awesome but they just have a few more kinks to work out and then this phone will be perfect!

Its actually good for groupsefie and pictures in which you can fold it to make it stand. The battery is not super good though but its understandable and Samsung actually warn us abt this.

The camera stopped working within 4 months of buying it. Haven't had nothing but bad luck with this phone

LOVE THE PHONE WITH ONLY ONE ISSUE, BATTERY DOES NOT LAST AS LONG AS MY NOTE DID. EAR BUDS HAVE AWSOME SOUND BUT WILL NOT STAY IN MY EARS (HAD TO ORDER OVER THE EAR BEATS). THE LEATHER COVER IS AWSOME BUT AN UGLY MUSTARD YELLOW COLOR. IF YOU CAN LIVE WITH THE BATTERY ISSUE THIS IS AN AWSOME PHONE. I GOT MINE IN LAVENDAR.....SO PRETTY!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Great Folding Phone I have had my Flip 3 for several months and I love it. I love everything about it except the seam in middle and battery life. If Samsung can get ride of the seam it would be excellent phone. Its light, and so portable compared the brick S21 Ultra I had. The phone is also very light and fits into any pocket. The Samsung case with the ring is as great as the phone. That ring come in so handy. Phone has quick response and good sound quality. Great job Samsung

Very disappointed with this phone, the style and design is very cute, but the battery do not last you half a day i use my phone to listen to music while I'm at work. I star playing the music by 6 am and by noon the battery is at 30% I send it back for repair and Samsung told me that there's nothing wrong with the battery. I took the sim car and started to use my galaxy note, battery lasts until the next day. In conclusion if you don't mind have carrien a charger everywhere you go get it, for me personally it doesn't work. Right now is just sitting in my dresser collecting dust.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LCD failed at fold. Poor battery life. Don't buy this phone! LCD split and failed at fold crease. Samsung has it right now and won't pay for warranty repair on a 6 month old phone. Battery life was also terrible. Will never buy another Samsung product.

My son had his for 3 weeks and it developed a black line at the center fold and a portion of the screen stopped working. We sent it in a and they want almost $400 to fix it after they had accepted it knowing everything about the defect. We sent pictures to multiple people and described the issue in detail. They could warned us prior to sending the phone in but instead sent us a bill they have 0 intent of budging on. Poor warranty processing and they don’t truthfully support their products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Screen issues I bought my Samsung Z flip 3 phone in October and on November 19th the screen appeared cracked or defected right in the crease. I was so sick to see this. My heart was broken! I absolutely could not do anything at all on my phone. I contacted my mobile provider and they replaced my phone with me to send the original phone to the manufacturer. Thank you so much Samsung! Now that I have my new replacement I am afraid to use it, thinking that I will have the same issue with the screen. How can I get the ear buds at a sale price like whst is being offered now since my phone is a day old? Would I qualify for that deal?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I want my S8+ back One month of frustration. The touch sensitivity is horrible, sometimes 5 taps for it to act. The face recognition is maybe 1 out of 15 attempts. An otherwise nifty format does not make up for the problems. I have to get it checked out, all of my previous Samsung devices worked better with the same apps.

I was fresh off the iPhone and decided to go back to Samsung because I remembered their product being better with more design options and features regarding their phones. I really like the design of the flip but functionality is a problem. The video quality is comparable to the cell phone's first camera- horrible and pixelated. Battery life isn't the best by any means. . Other then the phone flipping- which is dope, this isn't Samsung's best and that's disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved it. untill I Didn't Don't buy this phone. I had a similar experience as another reviewer. Never drop or abused the phone. Someone did spill a water cup on it, but it worked fine after. Just recently it started to get a line at the fold and I noticed little cracks in the screen. Then the top half of the phone wouldn't respond to touch. The phone part still worked perfectly (send and answer calls). I sent it in and was told the same thing it wasn't covered and I had to pay to have it fix. They gave me the option of trading it in and I took that option. Will never buy a folding phone for Samsung again. They don't stand behind it. Don't buy this Phone ! You have been warned.
