Cant get Bixby to send a text its says I have to turn on Samsung messaging however Samsung Flip 6 uses Google messaging. So I use Google assistant instead. Down loading Samsung messaging on my phone requires ads which is unacceptable. Maybe I am overlooking something, I was used to using Bixby. Fit, design, fashion are top notch, glad I bought it.

The Ultra has the same features as the older one, but this one operates more smoothly. One of the best features of these watches is the ability to answer your phone on them. The only thing I did not like about the offer was the band, which I have replaced with metallic one. I have had several complements by others about the watch.

Make sure im still alive. Haha. But seriously, I check my heart rate, potential sleep apnea, and if im actually getting the right kind of rest. If there's anything I can do to help my energy come back up. Im pushing myself more and more just being able to keep track of my health. I simply love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great When it Works I ordered the Galaxy Watch Ultra at the same time as my Galaxy S25 Ultra, and both were delivered the same day. This watch was a replacement for my Galaxy Watch 4. Overall, i like the Watch Ultra, but it hasnt been without problems. Twice now it has done a hard reset on its own. Each time, it seems to be a little more difficult to get it reconnected to my phone - the Wear app no longer shows the watch after it resets itself. I have to through steps to get it paired again, which involves multiple restarts of the watch. Then it has to restore from a backup. Its annoying, to say the least. Searching online I found multiple people reporting this issue with the Watch 7 and Watch Ultra using different models of phones. Aside from this, I like the watch, just hoping they fix this issue sooner than later.

As is, it sits on the side of my wrist. Also, for the kind of money that you spend for a watch like this, you should get a users manual. You shouldn't have to print out a 70 some page manual. Maybe it would be affordable for the manufacturer to print out if they weren't trying to print it in every language in the world!

I went with the more expensive galaxy watch ultra because I read that the battery life was notably better than the watch 7. Not sure which watch those people were reviewing, but it certainly couldn't have been the chronically low battery watch ultra. The sleep tracking is all but useless. In spite of trying all the troubleshooting tips provided by Samsung to fix it (multiple times), it's still only recording a small portion of the night. I'm curious to know what I've been doing with all my free time between 1 and 4 in the morning, since apparently I'm not sleeping. The only feature that I've had success with is workout tracking, though, its hard to trust the accuracy of those results, given the underwhelming performance with every other aspect of this watch. Gave it an extra star because the cellular capabilities allow me to leave my phone home when working out. Which is cool, I guess.

Setting up the wireless or cellular connection is harder than it should be—it’s just not user-friendly. I am not one for the health apps and step counter (which is 100% inaccurate, btw). The watch faces are a nice touch but not a necessity. As a matter of fact, the whole watch is not a necessity. It's an extension to the phone, making this watch more of a novelty item than something I need to have on the daily. The ability to see who is texting/calling/sending social media messages without opening the phone, again, is nice, but definitely not an absolute necessity. If you can use the health monitoring apps and also don't have your phone in your hands 90% of the time like the rest of us, then it might be more useful. I will keep it as a like it: as an analog time telling watch.

The reason is the charger situation....why include a charger that doesn't include a USB connector? Nobody has a USB-C slot for the plug in side. Now I have to wait on an adaptor from amazon to charge my new almost $700 watch. Do better Samsung...this is a lot of money.

The marine band is flexible enough. OS platform is same as previous watch so adjusting wasnt hard. Button location is perfect in place and doesnt activate functions when folding arms. Satisfied with price and trade in options offered. Good deal.

Features are useful and practical at least to me. Looks great on my wrist, so style points there. It's huge, but not unwieldy or cumbetsome. Plus I got it at an awesome price.

It has difficulty syncing with Jabra products for some reason, there are mysterious vibrations that it gives off randomly which I guess is a common experience for most, and the touch lock still allows certain buttons to bypass it regardless of settings, so you'll randomly trigger apps by bumping your watch when that should be prevented. Other than that, it is a really excellent product!

Having owed 4 different Samsung watches, it has been great to see them progress in technology but I'm most impressed by the styling and comfort. I have big hands and wrists so the big square case is a perfect fit. I love the wide band (wish it came in a longer length) and the titanium hardware. The Samsung AI features make this watch an all around tool!

Battery life is same as AWU , 2-3 days with active use and AWD and SPO2 disabled. I was wrong as it was meticulously designed and light on my wrist. For example, the buttons are well designed to not accidentally hit your wrist. This was not the case with my previous watches where I had always hit the home buttons by accident. So, well done Samsung. My only complaint is the battery life and the band design. For the battery, I wish it could last for at least 6 days (not two days and half). For T the marine bands, they are a bit old fashioned. I wish they made it more neat or similar to watch 7's sport band's mechanism. All in all, a great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a pretty upgrade over Watch5Pro I'll just stick to pros and cons and try to keep my personal feelings down to a minimum. PROS: 1) the screen is MUCH brighter and also bigger than on watch5pro 2) the processor is much faster, interface is snappier, more memory 3) the speaker is louder and the vibration is stronger than on W5Pro 4) sapphire screen, as opposed to gorilla glass but W5pro had it too. CONS: 1)battery life is bad, even with everything but Bluetooth switched off comparing to W5pro (even after 2 years of use). 2) software has many bugs, only one software update since I got it over a month ago 3) the watch bands are no longer 20mm and are now custom made for the ultra, rendering the $400+ titanium band I got for W5pro and many other ones I purchased over the years useless. 4) still no Blood pressure monitoring, no improvements in terms of sensors. There are more of them but they're not better 5) AI garnish doesn't work and isn't needed 6) "Action Button" can't be truly customized and is useless to anyone but a hardcore athlete 7) big, heavy, chunky, W5pro was perfect, this one is just huge 8) SAME EXACT HARDWARE as the much cheaper watch 7, no difference. This is an "ultra" and should differ somehow but it doesn't, not at all. 9) the price tag is just silly, unless you have something to trade in, which I did so it made all the sense in the world. To me, the watch5pro was a perfect product, no notes, same as buds2pro, not sure why Samsung had to reinvent their own wheel and copy somebody else's square-ish design... Blbut oh well, moving on. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT but not at this price.

When connecting to any type of galaxy buds, and I have them all, Bluetooth is worthless at best. When i walking the music cuts out, or while running, no dice. I guess if you don't mind not using Bluetooth the watch is just fine.

Despite the five-year gap between the two models, the improvements appear to be minimal, limited to a faster processor, extended battery life, and the removal of the rotating bezel. Considering the lack of substantial innovations, the $650 price tag seems unjustified. A more reasonable price point would be around $450.

Absolutely love it :) I should have never upgraded from my watch 5 pro to the 6 classic, BIGGEST waste of money, EVER! BUT when the 7 ultra came out, I was MORE than ready. Little lady of 5'3 here, and some small wrists, I see all these "manly" comments. BUT for my ladies it fits good! It looks so good and nice. Works great with workouts and tracking steps, and looks cute with the band I have :) Band is ADJUSTABLE! Gotta read the instructions and what not. Battery is decent, trying to let it settle into my activities before I really dis the battery life.

To have good battery, you have to change handful of setting to extend the battery life. The display is bright, vivid and large. The speaker is clear and loud. The sensors are precious and reliable.

First, the important software update would download but not copy to the watch, whether from the watch or phone side. Second the screen icon buttons for apps like timer, calendar alarms, etc. were dead buttons and could only clear the alert from the back key.

And while I like the shape, the extremely limited customization functions of the three buttons is ridiculous and hurts the usefulness of the watch. Especially when you DOUBLED the price, without doubling the features and functions!!! The bands should be magnetic instead of this antiquated lock. While I do like the new attachment function for the bands, there aren't nearly enough choices of different bands to make it a really useful feature. WHY IS THERE EKG, BUT NO BLOOD PRESSURE function in the USA?????? It's moronic to not be able to do blood pressure, but you can do EKG. Come on Samsung!

There are 3 things that do annoy me about this watch and it's that charging it from the back of your phone is no longer available and if only battery life was just somewhat better. You can get about 2 days out of the watch, it would have been a more "ultra" styled watch if it could atleast do 3 days without turning anything off. Maybe in the next version they'll make a dual layer display for added battery life.

With my classic 6 I would only get 1 1/2 days before having to charge it, with the Ultra and can go an extra day. Samsung health works better on the Ultra and there is no delay with scrolling through the watch. Was worth the upgrade. The build quality is better on the Ultra, looks great too.

The 5 pro and this one is 10 time better, the battery last right now in my second day and still have 50% I didn't ajust nothing so the battery las a lot.... play a bit with faces love it, audio is strong, the alarm ia crazy loud, the brightness is to strong some times but you can see the screen perfectly on day light, the watch bands this time are large enough for me.... the temperature sensor works too, the action button can be better but for now I just set the flashlight in double tap, perfect for night if you wake up, is the perfect watch....10/10

The only thing that I don't like is some of the functionality is limited to only Samsung phones (EKG and BP). I have an Android phone and I should have full functionality of the watch. Looks like it is a software issue and not a watch issue so I should be able to have full functionality.

The staff at Samsung were more than helpful in assisting me with the exchange. It's replacement has been great, feels good on the wrist, I love its bold display and overall appearance. I love the Silver color so much, and I really love the new bands for the Ultra as well. The Trail band is one of my favorite bands on any Galaxy Watch. Absolutely awesome! The screen is big, bold, and bright. The size is perfect, and I REALLY love and appreciate the cushion case. It's absolutely amazing. The 3 buttons feel very nice as well, and I really appreciate that new Quick button, it's real useful. The haptics are CRAZY. I don't know what Samsung has been doing while manufacturing this watch, but the haptics on it are AMAZING. I love the strong vibrations. Now, let's talk about that new processor: the Exynos W1000, paired with 32GB of storage and 2GB of RAM. I absolutely ADORE the new W1000 specifically. Every piece of animation played is ultra smooth. It's so, so, so good. I am so glad they opted for a new processor instead of the Exynos W930 that's in the Watch6 Classic. There's more I could say about the watch, but this feels fine for a review. Overall, I really think this watch is worth the money. The amount of features you get with this watch is stellar. Great animations, great UI, and great apps. I am not hesitant to give this product, a 10/10.

The only issue is getting a charging stand for my new watch, phone, and buds. This watch has a different contour on the back. It still works on my old stand, but doesn't take advantage of the faster charging. Come on Samsung!!! Catch up with the accessories.

The stopwatch app just consumes 34% of my battery within just a couple of hours of use. The Google stopwatch app takes up like less than 2% battery for the same time. This has been a bug that had been reported by many people three months ago and Samsung has just been incompetent in fixing it.

I hope that it won't have any issues with water several months or a few years later. I am using the water lock in the shower. The only issue I have is that the watch continues to emit sensor lights from its back, although I take it off. I need to restart the watch to stop the lights.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is my 4th smartwatch from Samsung. The watch is the biggest and heaviest watch I have ever used, which you get used to after a day or 2. I was not a fan of the original band that came and purchased a magnetic band similar to the one I had on Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. The software is fast and responsive. The battery last about 3 days with heavy use. The main reason I have stuck with Samsung watches even as I have went with a non-Samsung phone is because of the Samsung Health app. It is the absolute best app that I use on a daily basis. Our course it tracks your fitness activities like very other watch, but the app does so much more. There are fitness challenges, where you can challenge your friends or strangers all over the world. It also includes a bunch of free workout (including yoga) videos that you can schedule throughout the day. They also have a mindful section that can play soothing sounds, read a sleep story or provide mediation sessions. So while the smart watch does the watch things well, when paired with the Samsung health app it is an essential part of my day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Galaxy Watch ultra The size is the first thing that catches your attention about the watch, as well as the design: despite its square appearance, the screen is circular. It is a kind of trompe l'oeil for the eyes, at no time did I notice any difference in use compared to previous Samsung Galaxy Watches. Thanks to the shape, Samsung takes advantage of the opportunity to include more battery than in a round watch, a detail that ends up being decisive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features With Extremely Poor Battery Life. Unable to use the great features due to the huge battery drain. Without substantially limiting the incredible features, the battery life is about one day. With the features at the bare minimum to keep up with an active lifestyle by stopping the running connection, limiting screen brightness, using a plain watch face (black background and minimum "complications"), turning off Wifi and mobile, reducing heart rate tracking to every 10 minutes, I can get a little over 2 days of battery life. Purchasing a device with great features and not being able to use them to get more battery life is disappointing.

Barometer never worked If your Samsung Phone stops working (mine just shut off and won't power up anymore) and you have to go with another brand phone phone for a while, they take away your ability to use the ECG and Sleep Apnea detection. I paid for the watch and they take away it's functionality because I can't buy another one of their phones right now. That's stupid. At least they're nice enough to allow me to use the Samsung health app. Just not the "Monitor" that I bought the watch for. The barometer function on the watch face never worked either. Hasn't worked since I got it when the watch came out. It always reads 29inHg even when the pressure is above or below that. I messaged Samsung and they could only point me to support from the old Samsung watches. The app they suggested wouldn't work with the new Samsung Ultra, so the barometer and watch face is useless. I'm getting rid of the Ultra Watch as I don't want to be stuck or tied to their eco system in order to use key functions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Their deal was no real deal I have two watches with poor battery life. I wanted to trade up to an Ultra7. $300 was ok for my Classic6. I figured wow, I would spend $150 for the upgrade, but no, if I trade in, the price goes back to $649. No way. am I paying $300 instead.

Battery doesn't last as long as it did on 5Pro, could be because of settings which I am still playing with. Proprietary bands suck. I usually have a matching design with my wife who uses a Watch4 and cannot get a matching band that will fit. Soon hopefully aftermarket/etsy makers will have something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't Buy! Samsung doesn't honor watches ability. I've owned my Galaxy Watch Ultra since it released. Actually pre-ordered. I was playing in the pools with less than 4 feet and watch was doing find. Took it off to take shower a hour later, while I was showering, the watch went off like a fire alarm. I wasn't charging because It still had battery life. After I dismissed the alarm, the watch went haywire. It stopped working. I set up warranty claim, sent it in and they denied coverage. "taking about liquid damage" The watch was advertised and made to be use in the manor I was using it in. Does anyone have experience with the Google Pixel watch? I can't see myself buying again because Samsung pulls this crap. Buyer be aware. My watch was less than a year old. Take the pictures of the watch being in the ocean or pools if you can really do that. False advertisements and even worst warranty support.

Don't know why. But very durable, screen hasn't scratched during the year I've owned it. The orange strap it comes with blackened during use, hard to clean off. A few bugs here and there but nothing note worthy.
