It still REFUSES to have the dial stay on for a minute. 5 seconds is the norm, no matter what you set it at. At times it goes wacky haywire and seems to sort itself out. lastly the dismal battery life. Awful. When responding Samsung, I am tired of your AI canned responses, so don't bother if that is what you will respond with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOT WATER RESISTANT...? NOT WATER RESISTANT...? not even 2 months in with new Galaxy Watch ultra, I stared having issues. Didn't pay much attention to it until 10 months in the battery was lasting less and less, and now the screen started to go on and off.. Called Samsung still within my 12mo warranty, sent my watch to the repair center, then they told me that because of "moisture internal damage" it was no longer in warranty and would charge me $330+ to repair. My watch is in pristine conditions, no scratches, no bumps, and I dont use it in pools or anything like that. So, how is this a water resistant watch if when water gets in, voids the warranty??? not submerged anywhere at anytime...

Does look really good, screen is responsive and the watch faces are good resolution. Overall, prefer my Garmin Fenix6s it replaced and would have preferred to just upgrade to the newest model Garmin instead of this, might go so far as to send it back inside the return window.

Swim tracking is awful (though Tech Support is supposedly working to fix that), and NFC refused to connect to SIX different fitness machines which all support Samsung Health yesterday. For as much as this costs, I expect more than promises.

The health apps that are resident on the phone work fine but the Body Fat Index measurment is tricky and often does not work. The watch could benefit greatly if Samsung would release the Blood Pressure Measurement app in the USA.

Even though this Ultra model is remarkably larger than the previous ones, it has been a real pleasant addition to my technology arsenal. It was very easy to set up, both to communicate with my smart phone and with my cellphone provider. Being an LTE model, I can leave my cellphone at home and still communicate with everyone. I can upload music to the watch and play it there. I haven't tried uploading audiobooks but that's next for me. I regularly use the timer, alarms, calendars, and more. As large as the watch is, I consider it quite light-weight. Based on my usage, the battery lasts a good long time. When charging it at night, I don't fully charge it knowing that it will have sufficient charge to carry me through to the next evening. Thus I might charge it to 90-95%. All-in-all, a great watch for me.

Good fitness sleep tracker, especially helpful as I have gotten the watch it's own phone number. There are loads of features that I think everyone would enjoy. Beyond the fitness and sleep tracking, I also enjoy using my watch to pay for items as well. My only complaint about the watch is that the battery doesn't last very long. I use it constantly so the best that I get is about two days before it has to get on the charger. That's less than my watch seven which went for three days. Additionally, I'm a bit older. My preference would be for a watch that's even a bit bigger so that I can read text and other prompts more easily without having to wear reading glasses. :)

I can finally wear it to bed after wearing it all day. I was looking forward to finally being able to use the sleep tracking feature, but it just won't work properly. It doesn't detect that I fell asleep and I have to put in the hours manually. Another function that doesn't seem to work properly is the timer. I don't get any notification that the timer is done. No sounds, no vibration. I've checked the settings and allowed apps... I can't find anything that would prevent it from notifying that the timer is done. Overall useful and great to use, but the misfunctions are annoying and I need them.

It was easy to set up because I had a clean backup from the original Ultra that I purchased months prior. I love the new features on the Ultra 2005. Ultra 2025 was not too much different from the original Ultra, but there's just something special about it. I'm glad that they offered it as a package during the initial launch. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive upgrade I traded in my Galaxy Watch 4 for the new 8 Ultra and I am quite impressed by the style and design. Battery time is pretty good as well. Definitely would recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best smart watch out there! This is a great watch with so many capabilities that I will probably not use near all of them. Battery life is actually better than advertised. I can get 2 full days on a charge in most cases. I chose not to have the 4G option because I never go anywhere without my phone so the additional connection plus monthly charge seemed a waste. I just returned from Europe and the watch worked flawlessly paired to my phone all the time. The multiple choices of faces allows you to have whatever type face you want and can change without a hassle. I was torn between the Ultra and the Watch 8 Classic. I got a great deal and the difference in price was worth the additional battery life availble on the Ultra. Charging time from nearly 0 to 100 runs about 2 hours. It is convenient to have your watch available if you get an important call and dont want to miss it by taking time to find your phone. The only caveat to that is if you are in a noisy area it will be difficult to hear the person calling. I feel the Watch 8 Classic would still be an excellent option, since the features are identical to the Ultra. I would recommend seriously considering this watch over all the others available. The price is the 2nd highest, but I feel worth the money. Plus you have the Samsung reliability and customer support, which, to me, has been invaluable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An Excellent Watch An excellent watch, Very large size but that was what I was looking for. Connects well and the LTE side works flawlessly. The only downside is I wish battery lasted longer. Only able to get a little over 24 hours on it before needing a recharge.

I wish there were a few more watch faces released directly from Samsung.Not sure if the Anti-Oxidant is accurate. As a vegetarian, I gorge on stuff like Broccoli, Kale etc..Also, not sure how the Ages work .But a solid built watch..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have watch I have just used this watch for about two or three weeks. It's a high quality watch. Setting the watch up was very easy. And pairing with my S 25 Ultra. Sometimes I do get more details of alerts on the watch than on the phone. I am now tracking my exercises and sleep pattern. There are more things I want the watch to track for me, but I plan to add them slowly.
