Tablet works like a dream however I will probably never buy anything from the Samsung Shop again. Paid for next day shipping, didn't get it till almost a week later. Customer service was horrible just a bunch of people reading a script, or to be quite honest even possibly AI.

I think Samsung us going in the right direction by making the models below the ultra line more premium and removing some features for the FE models to make them more affordable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the support is amazing. i didn't open it yet. but support is amazing. the system of work is amazing. everything fast, clear, and very polite. the product itself i didn't open yet. i can say they promised me send a 5g unlock version. but in website it is called (Wi Fi), kind of unclear make me worry honestly. but i have S9 wifi second tablet, the dex it self not super but head above phone. tablet itself small pc, just some apps and browsers not so good finalized to be very comfortable. but experience almost replaces pc, just some apps very limited in android compared to same windows apps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great replacement tablet I purchased the Tab S9+ to replace my Tab 7+. Same size screen, memory, battery and S-Pen. There is a surprisingly noticeable difference in performance. Yes the chip is obviously a newer version and while I expected a little boost in performance I wasn't expecting the battery life improvements. The S7+ was no longer getting software updates, only security updates. There were some features on my S24 phone that didn't work because of the older software on my tablet. This is a great tablet and I got a good trade in deal on my old one, it made the decision to buy much easier. I think it was a good value to upgrade, for me at least. I'm a long time Android and Samsung user and this is a great tablet with a beautiful screen and excellent battery life.

The speakers are amazing, editing photos with Lightroom is so much better than before and it feels like a small TV I can watch movies and it's just immersive.

I used the usb c to usb c method Instead of wireless, no particular reason, just felt it would easier. Transfer was quick and complete. When I started new S9+ it had everything the old tablet had. Display is excellent. Really like the fact that I can expand the memory vs “other brand”. Ordering directly from Samsung was easy and quick. This is my third Samsung tablet. Each time I moved up in screen size. Really liking the S9+size. Originally (my first) was an IPad. Haven’t looked back since. Absolutely would recommend this tablet!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Irresponsive Screen for S Pen Note Taking I bought it last year and I started taking note with a small dot issue on the screen. No matter how I tried to write or sketch on that dot, it would not response. As of today, July 12th, the dot becomes bigger and I struggle to take note. I never drop or damage the screen, this is the factory defect that I should have asked for a replacement when I just bought it. I will ask for a replacement or at least get it fixed with no cost. This irresponsive screen dot keeps getting bigger and bigger as less than 10 MONTHS. I don't sketch or use professional art program, just simply take note.

Only thing I wish is quicker results on the trade in acceptance process. I am retired and getting the new Galaxy Tab S9+ was a big purchase for me and not knowing the results for the trade in is worrisome. Again love the upgrade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect upgrade tablet. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ is an amazing multitasking device. This is an upgrade from my Tab S7+. The S pen is super agile and responsive. The display is quick clear and responsive. The audio is robust and clear. The battery life is ok. Maybe it is how i use it but seems the battery can be a bit improved. Other than that the Tab S9+ is amazing.

This tablet does a good job with many tasks including some games. I do feel a option should exist for more ram say 16gig versus 12. All in all a good product at a fair price
