Tab S11 Ultra wins: * Weight: it feels so light and thin. * Battery Life: A fresh new battery that last forever. * Screen: Better resolution, better colors, and more vibrant. Tab S8 Ultra wins: * The Pen: There old pen feels so much nicer in the hand, no sharp edges like the new one. If you love to write, if you keep a journal, the old pen is so much better, it feels more precise and superior. * Mobility: The old keyboard Cover protects the pen, I took that tablet everywhere with me. The new pen is loose and unprotected, not leaving my house ever. *Backlit Keyboard perfection, the new keyboard no lights. Performance is the same. YouTube, Web Browsing, Writing and Journaling. I haven't notice any performance gains. Speakers are pretty much the same. The new tablet is so thin, they had to fit very thin Speakers in there so... no gains neither. Conclusion: I am trying so hard to fall in love with this new Tab S11 Ultra, I just don't find anything significantly better than the old one. I'll probably save $700 and keep my beautiful Tab S8 Ultra.

Everything about this tab is awesome like how thin and also how brighter the screen is.But the only issue I found on this tablet was the ugly notch that I usually see on Samsung cheap phones and that to me kind of ruined the whole experience considering that is not longer a 600 dollars device. So, I just going to wait if Samsung comes up with something better and for mean time my nephew will be using the tablet, while on the other hand I will keep using my iPad M4.

However, the keyboard that came with my new tablet is complete junk. I thought there would be an option for a pro keyboard with trackpad and found out that there's no other options are avaiable. Really considering to send the new tablet back and stick with my S9 Ultra because of the pro keyboard.

First off: it’s ridiculously thin. At just 5.1mm, it’s slimmer than most smartphones, yet still weighs in at around 700g. It’s definitely more suited to lap or desk use than extended handheld sessions. That said, the build feels premium and sturdy—and yes, Samsung gave it IP68 water and dust resistance, which is pretty wild for a tablet. The display is where it truly shines. You’re looking at a massive 14.6" AMOLED 2X panel with HDR10+ support, a 120Hz refresh rate, and boosted brightness. Whether you're gaming, streaming Netflix, or just browsing, it looks stunning. The quad speakers are impressively loud and well-balanced, adding to the immersive experience. Performance has been rock-solid, thanks to the new Dimensity 9400 Plus chip. I’ve played Genshin Impact and PUBG at max settings with zero stutter, and multitasking in DeX mode feels nearly laptop-level. Battery life is solid too—I’m consistently getting 9–10 hours of heavy use, including streaming, video calls, and multitasking. The S Pen still comes bundled and now magnetically attaches to the top edge. It’s great for note-taking and sketching, though it lacks Bluetooth features this time around. Im sure in time there will be many. I bought the 1 tb model as I plan to start an on line business so there will be plenty of storage room and RAM. I really like the AI feature of turning sketches into pictures. I see these tablets as being able to replace laptops real soon. Samsung is and will always be my favorite device.

Intended for streaming and notes taking, I have come to enjoy how smooth gaming is on the S11 Ultra. The sound quality is also good, and the screen brightness makes everything so vivid and alive! Taking notes, and drawing is good, but the best yet is the Dex feature, and how light the tablet is, given its size. Overall, this is a great product that I am looking forward to keep enjoying! Gotta love all Samsung!

I know this thing blows iPad away like a 5 dollar street walker on Friday not on the vegas strip. I mean I use mine for viewing mature content off the web, and it makes pornhub that much better, the sound quality is fabu, and I don't mess with Ai features but I know it does have alot of Ai options. I don't use bixby or any of that Ai stuff I don't want to have Ai eliminate me for teaching it bad things. I recommend buying one of these bad boys and giving it a spin on the interweb and check out some adult friendly content with it

The screen size is perfect — big enough to feel immersive, whether I’m writing, reading, or streaming, but still comfortable to handle. The display is fluid and responsive, and paired with the Galaxy AI features, it really makes my writing process smoother and more efficient. AI assistance feels like having an extra tool in my creative kit, always ready when I need it. That said, I really dislike the Samsung keyboard case. For such a premium tablet, the case feels unsteady and awkward, especially when I try to use it on my lap or in less-than-ideal setups. It takes away from the otherwise seamless experience of the tablet, which is frustrating because everything else about the S11 Ultra feels top-tier. Overall, the Tab S11 Ultra itself is fantastic and one of the best devices I’ve owned — but I’d strongly recommend looking into third-party keyboard cases instead of sticking with Samsung’s.

I couldn't be happier with this device from everyday performance of computing tasks, recording video, audio, and processing power, this tablet handles it all with ease. In my spare time when I game this thing keeps up with my S25 ultra, call of duty, gension impact, and toonblast, all run without a hitch. Samsung dex I used for work and it outperforms my i7 Intel with dual monitor setup. If you want or need the tablet that does it all, then this is a tablet for you I couldn't be happier.

Super smooth and fast, runs every game I play flawlessly. Performance is identical to my S25 Ultra. Anything you throw at it, it can handle. Love the expandable storage slot. The S pen is really smooth and responsive when writing or drawing. It might not have Bluetooth and that may be a bummer to some, but I'm alright with that. In conclusion, this tablet is really really good.

Furthermore, I was able to obtain a trade-in credit of $700 for my well-maintained S8 Ultra. My experience with the S11 Ultra has been highly satisfactory overall. I primarily utilize my tablet for all computing tasks, reserving my Galaxy mobile phone and for telecommunication purposes. I also have a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic that I love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product as usual from Samsung Mostly use the tablet for web browsing, music and video streaming. Galaxy AI does a great job of editing photos and videos (remove shadows, object erase, noise remover, etc) Speakers are noticably better than the Tab S10 Ultra's. The sound is fuller and volume is a bit louder while retaining the clarity and "isolation" of the sounds. Combined with Dolby Atmos and Adapt Sound feature, most of the time I dont feel the need to connect to external speakers or earphones. Added display brightness is also very noticeable especially on HDR10+ content as it can display content more accurately. However, colors can appear oversaturated (almost analog) so some might want to switch the screen to Natural mode. The aspect ratio is also good for videos. However it still does not have 10-bit color depth (1.07 billion colors) so is still slightly behind iPad Pro's tandem oled panel. As a loyal Samsung customer who buys smartphones and tablets every year for years now, may we request that Samsung give us a modern display panel that can rival even beat the iPad Pro's display? That will make it worthy to be called "Ultra"! Some other minor gripes are; 4k hdr videos i send from my phone (S25 Ultra) stutter during playback and make the screen go brighter or dimmer depending on the scene, so maybe a better GPU too? Also for such a big battery, it still only has 45W charging. Hopefully these niggles will be addressed/improved in the next iteration, but other than that it's a great buy!

I'm blown away by all the tech upgrades and advancements, and “Galaxy AI” is nothing short of AMAZING! Amateur photographer and graphic designer here, so i needed something for running Adobe photo editing and design apps, and the S11 ultra just breezes through my toughest jobs with zero lag! I even dabbled in some video editing and was shocked at how fluid the entire process was! Transferring media & files from other devices is a snap! All media gallery apps run smoothly as ever. Editing and exploring the various “Galaxy AI” features is endless and fun! Gaming on this beautiful screen has been the best experience I've ever had on any android device! Streaming my fave shows & hi Def movies through any viewing app has been hassle free, and the large battery ensures I make it through every binge sesh. The camera and it's features are a great upgrade & improvement. The Spen is as handy as ever. I can literally go on and on about the S11 ultra and all the awesome advancements it provides, but getting your hands on one is by far the best way to experience it for yourself. A must buy for anyone needing something for school, work or play. Oh! And I bought the keyboard case to go with it, and it's literally replaced my gaming/work laptop since my S11 ultra arrived! I connected my old Bluetooth wireless mouse and now my poor laptop is just collecting dust. Samsung and “Galaxy AI” are a match made in heaven!

This is by far the biggest and most powerful tablet I’ve ever had, and it has completely upgraded the way I work, watch, and read. The huge Ultra display is absolutely stunning. It’s perfect for everything I love—watching concerts, streaming anime, and reading manga. The clarity and size make such a difference, especially for my astigmatism vision, since everything looks sharper and easier to read without straining my eyes. Galaxy AI has also become a big part of my daily use. The smart features help with writing, organizing, and searching across the tablet, making everything much faster and more convenient. My organization screen setup feels cleaner and easier to manage thanks to the AI tools. The battery has been excellent for my use. With its 11,600 mAh capacity, I’ve been able to watch videos for long sessions, and Samsung lists up to 23 hours of video playback, which matches my experience, even with heavy use. Storage is amazing too—besides the internal memory, I love that it supports microSD expansion up to 2TB, which gives me all the space I need for videos, manga, photos, and files. Overall, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is a powerhouse. Big screen, big performance, big everything. This tablet truly exceeded my expectations.

I purchased it for both personal and business use. I use mine everyday for personal use when playing games. From the moment you power it on, the massive display draws you in with vibrant colors, deep contrast, and silky-smooth scrolling that makes everything look better—whether it’s streaming movies, reading, or editing photos. Performance is lightning fast, handling multitasking, gaming, and creative apps without even a hint of slowdown. The S Pen is a game changer. Writing feels natural and fluid, and it’s perfect for jotting down notes, sketching ideas, or signing documents on the go. Paired with Samsung Notes and other creative apps, it truly unlocks the full potential of this device. Battery life is excellent as well, easily lasting through a full day of heavy use, and fast charging keeps downtime to a minimum. Even though the Dimensity 9400+ will soon be considered an older generation chip, there’s no need to worry—it’s still incredibly fast, snappy, and fully capable of delivering the complete Android tablet experience on this huge screen. I also own the iPad Pro M4, and while its chip is technically more powerful on paper, I find myself reaching for the Ultra Tab far more often. No other tablet can match the size, features, reliability, or value of the Tab 11 Ultra. This thing is a beast. There is so much you can do with it. It is loaded with features that no other tablet can match. From the AI programs, to the s-pen support, this tablet does it all. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small upgrades, massive downgrades. The overall specs of the tablet have indeed improved, and performance has definitely gotten faster! However, that's where the benefits end. The new spen design is indeed nice, but the removal of bluetooth is a bummer. Yes, it was useless 70% of the time, but for a tablet this expensive, we want ALL the futures. And even if bluetooth is removed, the iconic magnetic strip at the back of the tablet is what made samsung convenient and unique. That strip differentiated it from iPads and other tablets, it's samsung's unique mark (and it looks pretty too). As for convenience, its far more secure to have it on the back, along with the case, as opposed to just dangling on the side. Having it attached to the side means a wider case, and again, it just doesn't look as aesthetically pleasing as having it on the back. For future tablets, even if bluetooth stays discontinued, returning the magnetic strip at the back is a must.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgraded from the S8 ultra to the s11 ultra. If you own any of the other previous ultra models, you really aren't going to notice a difference. The only difference I notice is with the battery life, it's better than my S8 ultra. As far as performance, screen quality, I can't tell a difference. The 11 ultra does require a new case, but the old screen protectors still work. They swapped around the power and volume rocker, and the cameras on the back are a little different. Speaking of the cameras, they are better, I am able to tell a difference in the photos. It also charges faster, almost 40 w sometimes. It is a little bit thinner than the S8 ultra, and a bit lighter, but it's not automatically noticeable. I use my tablet basically for streaming content, and if I'm doing research on a product I'll use the tablet to be able to read the descriptions, and see larger pictures of what I'm shopping for. I don't play games on it, not really into that anymore. And I'm easily able to get about 8 hours of screen on time. It does come with Android 16 installed and with Samsung's one UI version 8, so there is a little bit of difference in the menus. And for some reason they got rid of the Bluetooth stylus, you can no longer control the tablet with the button on the stylus. The biggest reason I was upgrading was because of the battery. The battery in my S8 ultra just wasn't lasting very long. So I really don't recommend upgrading unless you are having battery issues also, because using between the two, I cannot tell a difference.

Definitely recommend buying! Gaming is fun as well. I love using the Galaxy AI for editing photos and the circle to search feature.

The Dex function that let me operate it like a Windows device is super helpful when I'm doing certain work tasks and then I can switch back to tablet mode when I want. Powerful enough for all my stuff in a lightweight form - can't recommend it enough!

Wish i woild have stayed with the s10 ultra but already had it sent back for trade in before I could noticed. Also case availability is terrible No, I'm not going to buy your trash book case that can't even hold the pen for 100 bucks. 20 bucks maybe? But 100? Samsung is joking right? If you were using something older like an s8, it's worth swapping to but if you had an s9 or s10 ultra? Don't switch.

It’s basically my movie theater with that giant AMOLED screen (seriously, Netflix never looked this good). It’s my sketchbook & notebook thanks to the S Pen—I can doodle, take notes, and even edit pics like a pro. It’s my mini office on the go. With Samsung DeX + keyboard, it legit feels like a laptop. Oh, and the battery? It just keeps going. Whether I’m working, watching, or creating, this tablet keeps up with me every step of the way. I don’t think I can ever go back—my laptop is starting to collect dust. ??

With my daily computing needs in mind, I decided to go with a tablet (S11 Ultra) instead. Despite its large size, the tablet is lightweight and easy to bring on the go (although be mindful the S-Pen can detach from the tablet easily). It's perfect for watching YouTube and other streaming content, and with the new and improved Dex mode, I can multitask just as easily as I could on my old laptop. The dedicated AI button (which can open Bixby or Gemini) is exceptionally useful if you interact w/ AI regularly. The S-Pen comes in handy if you need precision control. I'm hoping Samsung comes out w/ a trackpad case for it in the near future.

I'm a person who loves very bright displays. Let me tell you, this is super bright. It's just like a Note Ultra phone but blown up! Bigger is better. Battery life is great. I have a laptop that I mainly use for work, but this is so much more convenient. I work with marine animals, and some stuff is hard to identify. With the Galaxy AI, I can circle the animals I'm looking for and identify them easily. My customers and friends are always amazed at how well it works.

It runs fast and smooth with no lag even when I have a bunch of apps open. The battery lasts all day for me and charges quickly when I need it. It feels light to hold but still has a solid premium build. Honestly this has been one of my best tech purchases and I keep finding more reasons to use it every day.

I have used Samsung devices for many generations, this is the latest and greatest for tablets. Everything I have been doing on my S25 ultra phone was directly copied over to this tablet and I could quickly resume everything I was doing - at work writing documents and taking notes, at home using social media, booking trips, editing photos with Galaxy AI, watching movies. I also bought it with the official Samsung keyboard case which works very well, the only thing I wish this additionally had is more angles to set the screen at as the one angle can be restrictive when switching between using it on a table/on my lap. The one design decision I disagree with on the tablet itself is this push for being as thin as possible. I would have loved a thicker (and heavier would be fine too) tablet if it could give more battery life. This tablet became one more thing to plug in at the end of the day, it would be nice if it could last longer than that. With that being said, it does charge very fast.

I mainly use my device to stream. I watch shows in football games and live Sports. The anti-glare on this thing is absolutely out of this world. I also love the fact that I can have multiple tabs open and switch between them seamlessly. I highly recommend this device to anyone looking for a new tablet and if they want a reliable fast device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrade I recently upgraded to the Galaxy Tab S11 ultra from the Galaxy tab S8 ultra. I can undoubtedly say that it was a great choice. The AI features are more intuitive and provide more information on related searches which makes it easier to find what I need on the web or for my day to day routine. It has a sharper resolution display, vibrant colors and the software feels substantially faster and more fluid than on the tab S8 ultra. I did take some pictures on the Galaxy Tab S11 ultra and they are sharper and with the assist of AI can edit from a professional look to getting creative and draw on them with the Spen which feels better on the hand due to being pencil shaped. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and will update as I continue to use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed. No attention to customer experience! Ordered the tab s11 ultra. I'm replacing my tab s10 ultra. Again it seems Samsung can't get it's act together. I'd like to protect my device so I order the cover with the keyboard. It's a premium cost, but considering the fact I can order them together, why not? The tablet has arrived and as in previous times the cover will be another couple weeks to arrive. Search online, can't get a cover for at least two weeks or longer. Meantime I've got to wait and hope the tablet doesn't get dropped. Then since the pen no longer attaches to the back, they give you no place to store it. No, the cover doesn't even have a small elastic band to hold the pen on. NOTHING! Oh it will magically hook to the top, loosely. Good luck with not losing it. Maybe they're hoping you lose it and have to order another. Samsung AGAIN proves they will give you as little as they can. It's not about the customer experience at all!!! It's sad, I've been a Samsung customer for years and keep getting disappointed in the lack of Samsungs attention to the customer and their experience. Very sad for a major company like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great, more powerful galaxy tab This is my third flagship galaxy tab and I absolutely love it. The extra power of the dimensity 9400+ was worth the upgrade; some games are actually allowing higher graphics settings than they did on the previous generations and that has made mobile gaming even better than it already was. I've run 3dmark benchmarks on the s11 ultra vs devices with the snapdragon 8 elite and a19pro chips and it is on par to slightly beating them in wildlife extreme and steel nomad light, though trailing in raytracing (solar bay extreme). So far there is not a single game that the s11 ultra can't handle smoothly at maxed out graphics settings. I will say that the new s-pen is worse but not horrible. The old one felt a little smoother, and of course bluetooth functions in the s-pen are gone. Putting the s-pen spot on the edge of the tablet instead of the back is also a questionable choice because if you have the tablet in a clamp style holder (that clamps at the top and bottom of the screen), you now have nowhere to put the pen at all. The s11's don't have a haptic motor either, which is kind of inexcusable for a flagship device. It's not the end of the world, but it has me scratching my head a bit. If it wasn't for the stripped down s-pen and lack of haptics feeling like cost cutting measures, I would have easily given this 5 stars because I absolutely love this tablet, and the extra power brings it closer to its competitors. I would still highly recommend upgrading to the s11 series if you like to play the latest and greatest mobile games, or do any kind of work that can benefit from the extra power. For day to day use, youtube, web browsing, you're not going to notice much of a difference.

Ease of use of the seamlessly integrated Galaxy AI software is outstanding. On the downside, the keyboard is not backlit capable neither does it accommodate the S Pen for storage unlike that of the S10 Tablet.

I wish the S-pen holder from the S10 keyboard case was copied on the S11 as the pen keeps getting knocked off when opening or closing the keyboard. Also it would be a great addition to have lighting on the keyboard. Everthing else about the table is great and I am glad I upgraded.

The only thing I don't like is that Samsung took away the S Pen and the dock for the S Pen. I had the Tab S9 Ultra; it feels the same. The S9 had a better design. Hopefully, the Tab S12 Ultra will bring back the S Pen and the dock. The S11 pen doesn't feel secure.

Other than the screen my OnePlus pad 3 is a much better overall tablet which is disappointing. I have a full seven, an s25 ultra, I watch seven ultra, and a Samsung ring, but do not think this tablet is worth this ecosystem. Put in a quality chip make a backlit keyboard go back to doing what used to be expected in a high end tablet.

I am able to move around my classroom helping students while doing the lesson "on the go". Our district uses a web application called Kami and combined with the stylus (which is extremely accurate- although not the best battery life), allows me to write math problems, highlight and annotate information in texts as well as run classroom management apps to all while I am moving around the room. This is a must for any teacher of any grade level. There are some features that do not work with the stylus such as swiping up or sideways, but this is a small inconvenience compared to the benefits of using this device in the classroom.

I bought this tablet to try to replace the Windows laptop in my life. So far so good. The Apps I need are all there. The screen is absolutely beautiful and I have dabbled with the AI capabilities. It is big but I have no problem holding it my hand to read books, email, watch video etc. And it excels at all those things. I wanted big and powerful. Nothing slows this device down. The silver case is also very attractive. It's perfect.

I am finding most I want to use so not work in landscape mode. That is my biggest beef. Back to the hardware. It's fast and snappy. Screen is incredible. The S pen is decent even though it has been dumbed down just like on the Galaxy phones. Audio is decent, but have it paired with Galaxy buds and that rocks. I have the keyboard case, but I wish there was a track pad. Seems like a miss or another selling opportunity for later. It's cool that it has the Galaxy AI button front and center. I just need to find how to get it into my workflow. I've used it a second monitor for my laptop while traveling and that was cool. All in all happy with the S11 Ultra just not over the moon.

This was an update from the S9, I still live the massive screen, the big storage and RAM as much as a PC, the DEX is great, the pen is still great even though the Bluetooth functionality is missing, but I hardly used it, the one camera for chat is good, it is for chat how many users need 2 cameras for a chat. Rated 5 out of 5 by from An upgrade in so many ways. I decided to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S9+ and what an upgrade. It is fast, the s-pen is amazing. I didn't think the S-pen shaped like a pencil would be a difference, but I love it. It is precise, writing with a pencil, looks like a pencil. Drawing is so much more fun with it and comfortable. The s11 ultra has the micro SD card and that is a plus...which means more pics and drawings. The Galaxy AI is amazing and I bet it will get better and better. I have been using Galaxy AI for my daily brief and that is so cool. I thought it would be a waste, but I find it useful, straight to the point with all my activities. So far, loving the S11 ultra and itnis my daily computer.

I use the device for daily basis, such as movies and some time for school, homework and all that stuff but it does a really great job maintaining the system all smoth with handling more than one task.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy tab s11 ultra 1TB The s11 Ultra is perfect for work, games and streaming. Its large screen is bright with great resolution. It's lightweight, which makes it feel fragile. But at the same time it seems pretty sturdy. A protective case would go a long ways to alleviate that fear. The operating system is smoothe and fast. It has lots of internal storage, but also has the option to add an additional 2TB sd card. I added one, and it quickly reads and writes data to it. It's a huge improvement from my old tab s7. It really helps not having to constantly download the data off my card to free up space which saves me a lot of time! I'm impressed with the responsiveness of the S pen, but I am unimpressed with how it connects to the side. It's magnetizing is weird and has multiple spots it can attach. It just feels loosey goosey, and I'm afraid it will get knocked off or lost easily. On the bright side, I'm sure a case would have a secure spot for it. So I'll do that. The Galaxy AI is amazing. I'll be traveling abroad this year and I've already tested its live translate function. This will be a life saver! It quick and versatile. The AI also does currency conversions very well. This is going to make travel so much more enjoyable. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tablet with Control Quirks I mostly consume media on my tablet, so moving the on/off button to a position below the volume controls on the stack makes it harder to control. Also, I had to cut away part of my old S10 Ultra cover to access the new control setup. Formerly, the S-Pen button could start/stop videos, but the new "pencil-shaped" S-Pen is less comfortable in the hand and seems to be only a stylus, with no other functions. All Galaxy phones and tablets should put the on/off button back where it belongs, at the top of the stack. S-Pens should be fully functional, right out of the box. Great trade-in, vivid screen and battery life save the day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great but S Pen The entire tablet itself is great. The apps move smoothly on it and the video display is great. However, the S Pen has been off when I us the Samsung Note app to write. I've noticed it to be on the bottom half of the tablet or the right side of the tablet in landscape mode. The AI features on the Samsung note app on the tablet is fun. The drawing assistant helps me with my anatomy notes.

Very fast response and live the antireflective coating. It has a good battery life and charging speed. This tablet has an incredible display and performance.
