Entire Purchase Process
I've had several trade-in device upgrades. I must confirm that the process has been very smooth for me. Delivery of the new device and the return of the old one was hassle free, far from the anxiety created by some online reviews. Totally satisfied with my new Tab S10+

Probably a good wifi, lousy 5G
The tablet is ok, nothing special like a new roll out should be. The problem is the 5g streaming, it stops frequently (once or twice a day) during movies or live shows. It's not the provider because my Tab 8 streamed in the same locations and my phone still does. I missed the tab9 roll out because they didn't provide a tmobile variation so I was really looking forward to the 10. It's been a huge disappointment, especially since the older 5g tab worked without losing connection. (The tab is up to date)

True Mobile Device with a Cellular Connection
Tablet works well and is very comfortable for Android users. I enjoy using the cellular connect to my T-Mobile lines. The price was very reasonable on sale for Black Friday.
One negative is the trade-in process. Although maybe nothing but it be nice for them to let me know what's going on. It's been two weeks since they received my trade-in device and the only thing I got was an email that they received it.

Absolutely love this tablet. Traded in my S9+ that was wifi only. This tablet has all the S9 had with the 5g service I need and is not limited like the S9FE 5g.

Fantastic Tablet
Awesome Tablet! I purchased the 1TB Version and I can't believe how much space I have available after transferring all of the data from my previous tablet. 32,000+ MP3s and countless pictures. Very impressed with the speed, not to mention the display! Well worth the price. I's so much lighter than my Galaxy S8 too!

Exceptional Display & Performance, So-So Battery
I bought this device from Samsung for an unbeatable price (including a huge trade in value for my old Samsung tablet). No one else could meet that offer, so I took it and am so glad I did.
This is a beautiful device with exceptional performance and features. My ONLY issue is the battery doesn't last as long as my previous Samsung Galaxy tablet. I assume it's because the display is so large and beautiful. It does last all day, don't get me wrong, but I'm used to longer battery life.
I still highly recommend this tablet because it's simply wonderful! Tons of storage and 12GB ram plus all the latest features that even my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra doesn't have (i.e., people and pet search in the Samsung Gallery.)
The taskbar features are cool and useful. I can finally make apps load in landscape view! The camera is tons better than any tablet I've had before.
I would definitely recommend this tablet to anyone.
