This is the worst piece of computing equipment I have ever owned! It simply DOES NOT WORK! You have to triple tap or more everything and when you do, it takes forever to change screens to see the info? Very frustrating! I perform the included Device Maintenance 3 times a day with no help! I even added a Android cleaner and still no help! The only "good" thing is the battery life but then again, what good is it if it doesn't work! Awful tablet. I will never buy another Samsung product AGAIN!!!

It's a beautiful brick
I bought it open box. &, since the previous owner had factory reset it, (with the security still on it), I can't get past the log in screen. It will only unlock with the previous owner's Gmail. (I understand why it's designed this way, but If the previous owner returned the tablet, there should be a bypass!!!) So my rating is 1. Get a human to answer tech support, (with a solution) and I'm certain my rating would go up.

Great Tablet - They still sell it because it WORKS
I have had mine 3 years. Traveled around the world. Use it for web and movies (via the mini-SD and streaming). Strong wifi connections, decent interface. I mostly live in the apple ecosystem, so I get bogged down in the android settings/interface but I love that android provides more granular control. Drawback is the back and 'tab' buttons next to the home screen are accidentally hit often, since they are flat against the glass and touch. 16GB is small, but easy to expand :)

when my wife teresa went back to school we knew our dell desktop would not be enough so we bought her a dell laptop so our 12 year old could use!! the desktop for school and I thought while I was at it I would get my self a tablet. no more fighting over the desktop. my wife is getting a's, my daughter is doing her home work and I am just enjoying myself

This tablet has replaced my laptop! I have access to everything I need, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. No need to haul my laptop around anymore. I love the fact that when I first set up my tablet using my Samsung account, it automatically started downloading all of my favorite apps to my tablet. No need for me to sit and go through Google Playstore and download everything I needed. I am also able to watch my satellite dvr shows from anywhere I have a wifi connection and I can hook up this tablet to any USB equipped HDTV. For a person that travels as much as I do, this tablet is so handy! Holds a charge longer than I ever expected (using powersave mode) and I am super super happy with this tablet!!!

I love the overall value of this tablet. For the price this is an excellent choice. I would have liked to see more storage and it does weigh a bit more than i want it to, but with the expandable memory you are all set. The screen is big and very clear. I will be getting more Samsung products in the future.

Wow! What a great tablet. The display is above average and the battery life is phenomenal! I use my tablet a lot and I only have to charge it every other day. I love the mobile office app that is included. I am able to open files from my onedrive account. I do have office 365 for my PC and can access that on my tablet through office mobile which allows me to do even more with the included mobile app.
I downloaded the Nook app and now have access to all my Nook books, they are really nice to read with this tablet. The Kindle app is also available, but since I have a Kindle I didn't see the need to download it.
The audio is on par for a tablet, but by pairing with a bluetooth speaker it sounds pretty good! If there is one drawback, that would be the charging time. I think I am spoiled by the quick charge of my Galaxy S 5 phone... the tablet takes a few hours!

to begin with my tab A and Tab E both out perform all the rest including ipad minin2 my galaxy. Keeps up with ipad andtab 3 beats kindles hands down . Tab E is amazing value . Trying to sell ipad and kindles to get tab s. Im going samsung all the way !

First Tablet, Tab E + Keyboard good for writing projects
I never thought I'd own a tablet but lately I've been working a lot on amateur writing projects and was looking for something more mobile. I was apprehensive at first but the Tab E really delivers what I wanted; long battery life, easy-on-the-eyes display and high functionality on the go at a low coast.
I have found that it streams media well enough for trips, though at a low sound quality so I recommend using headphones as well as purchasing a keyboard, as the default screen keyboard takes up too much room to do anything on Word and is inefficient.

Almost. perfect upgrade
This was an update grade from a smaller, 4 year old, tablet of another make. I love the size of the Galaxy much better. My only complaint is the location of the back button. When I hold the Tab in landscape to read then my thumb keeps hitting the button. Annoying!

I use my tablet everyday !I just love it and it's much better for my eyes than my phone. It is very easy to use , I don't always have an easy time with computers. The only negative thing is holding on to it . I feel like it needs a Handle on the back.

Professional feel, smooth operation
This is my first Android tablet and the experience has been very good. The unit is fast and has a high quality fit and finish. The buttons are somewhat small for my taste and I would lijke to have an external charging visual indication.
There are activities I may have yet to master, but the use of this unit is a great pleasure for light PC work as well as reading.

Such a great product
This is the first tablet I have ever owned and I am very satisfied with it. It loads applications quicker than I could have expected. I have the ability to set it to kids mode which allows my child to use it without me having to fear loss of data. I also love how large and clear the viewable screen is.

Perfect for a galaxy phone owner
I have used my Kindle Fire HD as a tablet for years, but did not like the Internet search function. I love my new Samsung E because searching is easier and faster. And I really love that I don't need to learn the device from scratch. So much of the operation is the same as my phone. At 65 years old I find I look for convenience over bells and whistles. I will need my son to show me those. I'm very happy with my new tablet and only use a PC at work now.

I'm loving my new tablet. Thanks Samsung tab e is a great tablet for a really good price. I had a Kindle Fire for a couple of years and my tab e runs circles around that. And with access to Google play what else can you say. If your looking for a tablet this is the one you want.
The only down side is the speaker,not good. But there is a work around, Blue tooth.

Overall, I like my phone. I would prefer a smaller smartphone because I do not watch movies on it. The pictures I take look very good, even for a smartphone. Battery life is average at best. But overall I like the phone.

Great working tablet, battery life is great, we bought it just to play games and surf web, does really good, only thing we wish we would of looked into more was the difficulty of finding a case for this model tablet whitch is the T560NU model, best buy did not sell them nor was in the process of getting any in, we shopped online and ordered some for the galaxy tab E 9.6 but turns out that the "Nu" model was a slightly more thicker model then the ones before, therfore all the cases we found do not fit the T560NU model, we need up just settling for a universal case which does the job but is not fitted for our tablet.

Best tablet I have ever owned
I would say that I am the ultimate Samsung fanatic. I bought this tablet because I did my research. Before I buy anything, I do a lot of research. 4 TVs in my house ranging from 65" down to 40". I bought each size after thorough research. Not just because I had a Samsung already. Because I wanted the best TV for the size I was buying. My last 6 phones, after careful research that each one would meet my needs, all Samsung. Loved the S6 Edge so much, 2 days ago I jumped to the S6 Edge Plus. My son wanted a tablet a couple years ago, well, he was only 6. I was not going to spend a lot of money on a tablet for him. So I bought him some really offshoot no name tablet. This past Christmas he asked for a new tablet. He had actually taken such good care of his cheapo tablet, which was small and very slow, I decided to research tablets that were much better. I found the Samsung Galaxy Tab E to be the best tablet for him. Size, speed, quality and price were all perfect, and far better than all other options out there. So I bought it for him. I started setting it up and charging it the day before Christmas and I was absolutely blown away by how nice a tablet it was. I actually ran out to the store that day and purchased one for me. Then I thought this would be the perfect gift for my mother and my mother in law. While I'm at it, I'll get one for my wife too. 5 tablets later, none of us can put them down. My wife was so impressed, she switched from her phone to a Samsung Galaxy S6 and now can't put that down. Samsung just has a way of doing things right. When I do my research now, I just expect it's going to end up being a Samsung. Simple as that. If you're looking for a tablet that's far better than its price, you will find it with the Samsung Galaxy Tab E for sure.

I feel like the best information little old lady in town because of my new Samsung Tablet. It goes where I go. I can make appointments, keep up on the news, check my email and listen to videos and find out what the grandkids are up to. In the evenings and the big computer is turned off, I can use the Tablet to stay posted.
After a couple class, I have learn so much more I can do with the tablet, I am loving it more and more.

This is the best tablet I ever had. There is alot of pros and only one con that I can think of. The performance of this tablet is awesome, playing games and watching videos is so fast, that it is faster than my phone and my old tablet combined! The resolution of this tablet is amazing and looks just like my TV. Also it has a good duability. One time I accidently dropped the tablet and it did not crack or scratch. The brightness is awesome because I did not even change the brightness and it is bright enough for me. The battery battery life is very long and even past 2 days it still has battey life. The weight is very light and fits in my backpack and does not change the wieght. The cheap price combined with countless pros make this an amazing product. The only con that I see is the volume. The volume is too quiet but the speaker position is in a good place so my hands won't accidently block the sound. Overall I am a student that works very hard and this tablet helps me work better and make better grades.

I love my Samsung tablet. I would highly recommend to all of my friends. The only bad thing I've found is that the speakers aren't very good but that doesn't bother me because I use wireless headphones with it anyway. This product still deserves 5 stars

I love that I can put apps just like my phone so that I don't have to load up my phone with extras. Its a good size to watch videos and movies. Great features except for one thing
My last 10" Samsung had a pen to go with it. This made it so easy to use for keyboard. Wish this one did. It was set in on one of the ends so it was always always there when needed on my last samsung. Will miss this

So far so good, I don't not have any complaints about my Samsung 9.6in Tablet. The size is perfect I enjoy watching movies on the go. It comes pre-installed with the Microsoft Office programs. I can even check my email without having to squint. It's not too big and not too small. I absolutely LOVE this device and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new tablet.

samsung is an amazing company that makes wonderful and affordable devices. i been using this tablet for about two month though it is not the fastest it always get whatever i need done. it also has all the premium samsung apps. all this is a great tablet and a wonderful price.

Not just a pad... A mini computer.
When I signed up for a major phone carrier I was given a gift card.
I went shopping for pads and noticed the Tab E was valued at the cards value. It offered everything I was looking for, Bluetooth, wifi, it was even loaded with the full Office suite. So basically for the price of tax, I got a tablet that functions as a small computer with the addition of a wireless keyboard it fits what I need and more.
If it had an HDMI port, it would be perfect. Except for that it's a great tablet that's worth every penny, gift card or not.

I replaced my iconia 10 inch for this was thinking about buying the new iconia 10 inch but spent 3 hrs at best buy researching this tab e I was hoping I made the right choice well got home as I was setting up this tab I loved it I had a tab 2 before but I'm very happy with this one , I will not go back to anything else besides a Samsung awesome tabs does what I want . After owning several other manufactures I see I've been missing out on the best ,well at least I got smart and went back had it for three days and so far great no problems at all including videos. I use all day at from 8 am till 12pm and don't even have to plug in I love it very quick to keep it up samsung your the best.

I basically like this tablet, but a few things have caused me problems. I have not owned a Samsung before, so maybe they are because of unfamiliarity. However, the fact that it was apparently made in Great Britain meant getting things out of £-- pounds into US dollars, and getting the weather channel to give me US videos. I also had trouble sending pictures using the share application, which Samsung tech support could not help with. And it has dropped some of my books from Nook. Still don'the know about those.

This is my 3rd tablet from Samsung & I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 lite to give to my nephew in the philippines. Samsung features are great, I love that I can add SD card for additional storage. Take clear pictures.

Early indications favourable.
It is too soon after receiving the use of my wife's Christmas present to give an accurate evaluation of the Galaxy 2E tablet. Albeit, so soon, I have been able to navigate in and around the 2E tablet with ease.I have not tried to write on the screen or use the voice recognition features as of yet. The minimal inconveniences have simple solutions. A tablet case solved the slippery problem and also cured the narrow holding margin. Even with a screen cover the sensitivitype is still there. Battery life and charge rate is good.

I had a Nook tablet and thought this Samsung would be better but so far I have not been happy with it. Grant it I have a lot to learn about it and have found a couple of things that I like better but I have lots of problems when I am playing Words with Friends for instance. I am hoping it gets better.

Great tab for the price.
We bought 3 of these to start using them in our warehouse for inventory. I had a little trouble finding durable cases for them, but was able to get them. The set-up and ease of use of the tablet was very good and training others on how to use the features on the tab was easy. For the price, I feel this tab was of exceptional value.

I love the convenience of this tablet. I'm able to carry in my purse. So much easier to use than my phone. Having the larger screen is so much better. I have a laptop also but it's not convenient. So much slower. My only complaint is that the buttons on the bottom do not light up. Hard to see them without bright lighting.

I bought it as an open box item- still looks and runs perfect! I gave Features 4 stars- wish I could do 4.5 as the only thing I do not like is how you 'swipe' all that is open to get to the main page and if you are playing a game it swipes it back to the beginning. I do LOVE the way it is set up, I like the gentle notification sounds it came with, and it is easy to find things. The design...while nice size, ease is use, appealing set up... the back button and tab button are very difficult to find in the dark. Maybe they should have a back light when the tablet is on. I would like to have an analog clock but I can't seem to find that as a display option.
Oh, and GOOD LUCK finding a cover for this Samsung E

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Tab E based on my desire for a portable, reliable and easy to use media viewing product. I love the screen resolution and graphics quality my tablet has and the battery life is wonderful. I'm still exploring some apps that I'm interested in and plan on installing those very soon. Now I'm interested in some different Samsung Tablets (ones with more features), and plan on adding a new one to my collection very soon. Great product.....I love it!

Got the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.0 at first, it was slow, and unresponsive, so I took it back and got the 9.6" E. It's way better, fast, and most importantly had no problems downloading and playing Clash of Clans, which the Tab 4.0 was horrible for C.O.C. Great Tablet, had it since Christmas, and its great. Just ordered screen protectors and a case yesterday. You won't regret buying this tablet.

I am not very tech savy, but here's my two cents worth. Really like it! For my first tablet and not knowing much about them, I think this is pretty easy to navigate. I had to sync my Samsung phone and a bluetooth keyboard to it and I actually did it! Now, the tablet made things easy, so i can't take too much credit, but things seem to be working very well and I like it better than my laptop. My Sister also has a Tab E (and she knows computers) and she really likes hers too. I would reccomend it to anyone.

Wonderful addition to the Samsung line of products!
I received my Samsung Galaxy Tab E as a gift and fell in love with it almost instantly! With 1.5 gigs of RAM and a quad-core processor, all of my apps run seamlessly, including my heavy hitter, Game of War, which is extremely graphics, sound, processor, and RAM intensive. The layout is very easy to use and, while it does not come with a great variety of built in Samsung software, it has plenty to offer both new tablet users and seasoned tablet lovers.
The only real drawback to the delight that is the Tab E is its battery life which, as seems to be the standard for Samsung devices, is not that great. Then again, for all of the features that Samsung includes, such devices do takes quite a toll on batteries, so this inconvenience is certainly understandable.
Overall, an excellent product!!!

Love it, except for no easy TTS
My reader is dying and I was given the TAB E as a gift to replace it. My husband was told I would be able to do my TTS reading easily, I just had to download the app. Well, I've downloaded several apps and still am unable to get the TTS to work on my library books, which was a snap on my reader. I like to wear headphones as I work around the house, or need to be hands free and still have my books being read to me. I like being able to use my library card to "read" my books free of charge, and am only able to find books that have a price using this machine. When you read 3-4 books a week, that can add up quickly. We're going to get another reader. I also was going to watch a movie on our TV and found that our micro-HDMI cord didn't fit. I need to get a special adapter. Just one thing after another. Other than these 2 major issues for me, I like the machine and the ease that it links with my phone.

I got the tablet basically as a toy where I can download a bunch of games and other potentially unsafe apps. Keeps it off my other stuff. So far I'm enjoying but need a swype keyboard and need to learn how to copy/paste on a tablet. Battery life seems pretty good. I like the size but for some games my wrist starts hurting from having to hold and turn the tablet. But overall I'm enjoying it and am not regretting giving in to my inner child.

This product could use some refinement
I bought this product because it had Microsoft Office programs that I wanted to use. When I try to access them I must sign in with Microsoft. If I own the program this is stupid. I want nothing to do with Microsoft upgrades for this. I just want to use the programs as they are. I find this very misleading. I would not have bought this unit knowing that it worked this way.
An issue I have is that when I download a program I can't find it on the desktop or anywhere. It seemed to load and disappear. There should be a link to it, a new icon, something to direct me to it.

In finally decided on a tablet to buy, the Samung Galaxy. Mainly because i liked the Galaxy phone so much. I've had it for a month now and I all haven't explored all the featires it has. The only thing ï found so far that I don't like is it isn't HDMI capable. I just have to use my bf's tablet instead ton steam on theach tv. Other than that it's perfect for me!

When you are buying this it's not really made for games, it's made for like computer apps and developing is easy on this. Just like a computer but smaller and less weight.

Don't get me wrong, I liked this tablet. However, this is based off of the Nook and I was NOT aware of this fact prior to purchase. I asked several people at the store and they told me something different.
The tablet is quick and has the processing power for the general items from a typical day to day use. The form factor is what I truly did not care for personally. The tablet is elongated, and I am not a fan of that design or the limited amount of cases for it.
The screen resolution is great however. I was able to watch crystal clear videos and movies on the device, and enjoy them.

My son and daughter in law bought me this for Christmas. I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but once I got it up and going it is wonderful. I can read my email, get on facebook, play games, and play trivis crack with my daughters. It is GREAT!!!!!

Good tablet for what I need.
This is not the fanciest or up to date tablet out there but it works for the things I need. I like that it comes with Microsoft Office and Excel. Browsing online is easy and more convenient than my phone. The processor seems a bit sluggish at times but it is usually when I need to restart it as I leave it on all the time. I would also like it if there was more memory, but it does have a micro SD port so I can expand memory if I need. So far I am very happy with my Samsung Tab E.

Good budget to mid range device
I researched this tablet and found that it was the best bang for the buck. It has a good screen, excellent battery life and feels great in hand. The only thing I don't like is the speaker. The volume is way too low unless you are in a quiet room.

Great tablet
This is a great tablet. It is a good size so you can perform all of the tasks you want to on the go and at home but it also has a lot of fun apps and games for your family and children. The display is very clear and it is durable, although I would suggest a cover to protect your investment. Definitely worth looking at and investing in for a great experience.

Samsung is the best products
I have purchased over 10 Samsung products. This is my 6th tablet. All of my children have Samsung tablets and we absolutely love them, we have not had any problems with our tablets. Last year I purchased an 2- 7 in tablet but today i wanted a larger screen so I purchased the 9.6 tablet. I love everything about the tablet starting from the price, to the processor, to the picture quality. Go buy now because they have really good prices.

This product was a gift to me and I loved it day one. The 16gb storage already was way to good for me. The design of the tablet I quote I said,"Flawless". The design is much like the newer galaxy phone models but it somehow makes itsense own. The metal rim of the home and rear facing camera is always shining. The buttons are really sensitive so watch out, theyou are really responsive. I don't think I ever had an app close on me yet. I hope to see a future Andriod 6.0 and above update on this software. The head phone jack and USB port is placedoing on the top which isn't inconvenient at all. The size of the tablet is big which I love. I get compliments all the time. The selfie cam is okay depending on the lighting. But actually it gathers more lighting for your picture so you always come out looking good and not to dark. The rearticle facing camera has excellent pictures and video. Even though I wish I could control the focus a bit more. The tablet came pretty installed with some samsung apps, along with Microsoft Office apps as well, like word, and powerpoint, and excel... The microphone is on the bottom of the tablet. The micro SD card is on the left. And the volume rockers along with the power button is on the right. The speaker is located in the back of the tablet, right besides the camera. The back of the tablet has like a nonslip texture so your less likely to drop it. The brightness of the screen goes very bright and the it can go dark to. Over all with Samsung Ui on top of Android's this tablet really gets the job done no matter what your doing. Don't forget about the multitasking.

Awesome value
This product has a great value mas delivery much more than you can expect from it. It have a great processor and display. The cameras are excellent too, and I use my Galaxy not only to my studies, but also to talk with my parents every day in Brazil. I hope have other tablet as soon as possible to send to them.

My Grandson Loves it
I own a Galaxy Tab 10.1 so I am familiar with Samsung products
I bought this for my grandson to replace a kids only Tablet .
I use the kids app to limit access which is great.and has may control features
I was able to find a rugged kid friendly case.
This tablet Far exceeds the performance of the kids only tablet for only a little more cost.
I plan on getting another for my grand daughter for her birthday.

My husband bought me a tablet for Christmas. I did not know alot about them since I use an IPad in my classroom. I love it! I posted grades on it and used it just like my laptop. I use it alot for Facebook, email, Pinterest, and Instagram. I haven't found anything on it that I couldn't do.

Great Tablet
I traded my I Pad for the Tab E and could not be any happier with my decision. The battery life, Internet speed , and over all performance is great !! Samsung tablets and phones mare my decision to get rid of my Apple products easy.

This is my first tablet having always used a laptop in the past. However, we are now traveling full time in our camper and the laptop was too bulky, the screen too hard to have good lighting without glare while driving, etc. LOVE my Samsung Galaxy Tab E! ! Perfect size, easy to use, great programs pre-loaded, a FUN alternative to having to pull out the laptop. Also takes EXCELLENT pictures!!

I was replacing my Nook HD. I wanted to replace it with a tablet that didn't restrict where I bought from or where I visited. This tablet makes it much easier to download library books thru overdrive. I find that it is easy to use and the battery seems to last a lot longer. I could probably go several days without charging it.

I heard good and bad about the tablet but ever since I have started to use it, I cannot stop to appreciate it enough. There really isn't anything this tablet can't do and for the price I can't argue with anything. One of my favorite features is the multiview where I can see two apps at the same time, really good quality product.

Love this tablet. Does everything I need it to. Has an incredibly long battery life and I love the size. It's perfect for reading, playing games or just surfing the web. My only complaint is that the buttons on the bottom can be a little touchy. My hand will barely brush the bottom and I will lose the screen which is a little frustrating.

There are more options and the picture on videos and camera are superior than all others I've looked at. Well in my opinion I think this tablet is a very cool tablet there are only two little things that bug me one is how the camera and some apps are not in HD and two the fact that the speaker of the tablet does not sound so good when the volume is in 100% but apart from that I love the tablet it has a lot of storage space and a lot of apps that are fun to use.

I thought my Samsung phone was awesome, so I bought this it hopes that it would be just as good. It's actually 3 times better. Bigger screen, faster processor, a little louder, and less connection issues. If your a moderate and experienced user, this is the way to go. I have yet to see it buffer.

It is easy to navigate and the battery lasts pretty long. the scrolling is smooth and the only thing i found that i didnt like is the location of power button but it is a great value and has all that you need to do what you need to do online.

This product is packed full of features.
I had a Samsung Tab 2 10.1". I enjoyed it immensely. It was time for an upgrade tho. I did a lot of research and kept coming back to the Tab E 9.6". It's the perfect size and weight. It fits my hand perfectly. I also chose it because of the features and the reputation of Samsung.

The galaxy tab e is a mid range tablet made fantastic by being less than half the price of any comparable tablet. My only major complaint is that the placement of the back and split screen buttons make them extremely easy to press on accident while holding the tablet sideways.

Smasung Tab E
This is a great tablet to go along with my Samsung Note 4 phone. I have wanted a Samsung Tablet for some time and this fits my needs. I have had other similar tablets but none with quite the speed and graphics as this one. My only complaint is that some of the apps I have loaded to my phone will not come up on this Tab E. There may be a fix for this but as of this writing I am not aware. Overall, a good product for the money.

Love my Galaxy
I got my Galaxy tablet for Mother's Day this year and I absolutely love it. It fits perfectly into my purse and I can take with me everywhere. I can use it with my home based jewelry business as well as for my personal needs. I love the design and how thin and lightweight it is. I also love that it can sync up with my phone and then I can transfer files, pictures, etc. between the 2. I would recommend this product to everyone. No matter what the need or task is at hand, I can accomplish it with the help of my Galaxy.

I received my tablet for Christmas, and it was the best gift I've received in years! As a teacher, it has been so useful in my classroom. Having Microsoft Office already built into it has been amazing! I no longer have to haul my heavy school laptop back and forth. And the Amazon Kindle app allows me to read til my heart is content. Service is the best
This is my first tablet and I really like it. The young lady in the store ( a Samsung employee) went out of her way to explain everything and help get it set up. Most of my electronics are Samsung because over the years their support has always been there for me.

I love my new Tab E, especially that I got to pick it up for $250! Such a steal! The only thing that could've been implemented would be a fingerprint scanner into the home button. That is why features receive 4. Performance is pretty good, I have only experienced some lag when scrolling fast down a page, or watching a youtube video in 1440p HD. The design is sleek, and thin. I am just not really a fan of the tough slit feeling on the back, but I have a case, so it's okay. Overall, I love this device.

This is by far one of the best electronic devices I've ever owned, I highly recommend this Tablet to any college student on a budget, which is about 90% it's functionality and its performance out do any "fruity" electronic tablets which shall remain nameless, it's extended memory card slot is just everything you need, it has an extended battery life on power save mode, which you hardly ever notice when it's in that mode, but you do notice the 5 seasons on Netflix before it prompts you that the battery is slow, excellent screen resolution, and amazing speed on its processor. I highly recommend you buy this tablet if you are debating on this one and any other one.

Tablet is a great size not too big or too small. Only downside its a bit too heavy. Arms and hands get tired after a while. You can avoid this issue by using a stand. Pixel quality is beautiful. Colors look realistic. I feel tablet runs a bit slow compared to my other devices. I mainly use tablet for movies when phone screen is too small and I don't want to watch on tv.

I only gave 3 stars on the design because it's a little heavy for long term holding.
Iwanted the larger size for reading books and just ease on the eyes. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with it,. It got a 4 star for performance. I didn't think it was loud enough though. Even when it's cranked all the way up.

I received my Tab E for Christmas - didn't know I wanted a tablet - and I really like it. The camera isn't the greatest, no flash. but the display is very clear and crisp. The 2 biggest cons is that it is only Wi-Fi and it is hard to find Accessories, i.e. case, keyboard, screen protectors.
Maybe later I'll upgrade to the Galaxy S.

Very good quality tablet
The Samsung Galaxy E is a very fast and useful tablet. I mostly use it for surfing the internet, skyping, and listening to music. The cameras work just fine for video calls and pictures. The only downside is that the speaker on the back is very poor quality, and is very staticy. I suggest purchasing a bluetooth keyboard to use with this tablet because it can be hard to type on the large screen.

Really like my Tab E
I love my Samsung phone so this tablet is perfect for me. It is like my phone with a much bigger screen. It is very easy to navigate and I feel comfortable with the apps. I bought this for traveling as I hate lugging a laptop around. This tablet serves my needs and I would recommend this to someone who wants a tablet but does not want the high cost of a tablet. Is it perfect, no. But it is perfect for me.

This tablet is awesome for the person who refuses to pay $300+ on a tablet. This tablet easily does everything the expensive ones do but for half the price. It's just like having another Galaxy S4 or S5 phone but with a larger screen. I would only change the speaker in it as the sound distores when turned up over half way. Better to use headphones instead of the speaker. Other than that small complaint this is the perfect tablet.

I have been use my child's Samsug tablet for a few years now.And he was getting aggravated about it so I ask for a tablet for my own personal use and I received one for Christmas and I love it. I am positive it is capable of doing a lot more than I am aware of at this time but I am learning.

I've been pleased with the overall performance of the tablet. The display really pops, and I've long been a fan of the Android system. Right out of box I thought it might be a little slow to respond with some commands, but once I competed all of the updates and fine-tuned it for my needs I haven't had any issues.. I use it to read books (through Overdrive), surf the web and check email, but as the owner of a website I've also used it in emergencies when I've to do some HTML coding or make changes and there were zero issues. It's been very dependable and I love the battery life. On a recent flight from Atlanta to Phoenix I watched movies or read a book the entire way and walked off the plane in Phoenix with still over 60% battery remaining. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a tablet.

The 9.6 Tab E is perfectly sized to carry on a long trip, take to the park while escaping the office, and record your nephew playing in his first youth basketball game. It has the storage and processing capabilities to fulfill a high school student or college proffessor. The versatility is astounding and it is very simple and efficient for the small business owner to a stock broker to a mom searching for the best route to get to the airport to pick up grandma. I enjoy the price of this product much more then my previous tablet the ipad. While this is my first Samsung tablet I only can compare it to the ipad. I really enjoy the features my tab provides me with but the battery life seems to be pretty bad, even on the power saving mode. I also have noticed on some of my games and on the lock screen the tablet sometimes is not responsive, I don't like to hit the tablet screen hard so when I touch it's with a little sensitivity. I also really dont like the speaker location or sound quality. But all in all I'm very happy with the switch, I really enjoy the price and quality of this product. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to customers. I look forward to buying many more Samsung products.

Simple but Expansive!
Over the last 2 years I have tried at least 8 different tablets and I keep going back to Barnes and Noble. This time I got the Samsung Galaxy Tab E Love It! Love It! Love It! It has everything I could want but if it didn't I can add it. I haven't found one app that has not worked perfectly. I loved it so much I got one for my 83 year old mother to learn on. The size is great fits in my hand nicely and doing jigsaw puzzles on it are a favorite past time for me and mom. I can connect easily when I am out and about.My only snag with it is that the last Nook I had had this great rubbery like coating on the hardshell case. This one is hard slippery plastic. They should have kept that it was great for keeping it from sliding off tables and things.

This tablet is perfectly priced! I love that I can play games and extend my storage with an SD card. I just signed up for college and I'm really excited that I can use the Microsoft apps it comes with and don't have to purchase a computer. All videos are clear and it keeps up with any thing I choose to watch with out lagging and freezing! The battery life is awesome I have had no problems being on this all day with out it coming close to dying. I can't put this thing down! I also got my son one he is now able to use it for school and play. I'd recommend this to everyone! The only thing I would say is I wish the speaker were a little better.

I didn't think i needed a tablet since i already had a smart phone, but lately realized having a larger screen might be beneficial. Since i love my Samsung phone it only made sense to get a Samsung tablet as well. i think the screen size is perfect and camera is great . Just perfect for my everyday uses. I received my Tab E as gift from my daughter. I liked it so much that my daughter went to the store and bought herself one too. This is my first tablet and also my first actual experience as an owner of a device that is android. I really like how fast the tablet starts up and shuts down (no waiting). I like how fast I can switch between apps and how seamless it is when surfing on the internet. I had my doubts because of a previous experience with an android device that was very sluggish and seamed under powered. All in all, great device, great performance and great value.

The Samsung Galaxy Tablet is worth every penny. I am on my tablet at least 12 hours a day, the battery supports that time and when I do need to charge it, it seems to take no time at all. The screen resolution is also fabulous. I would recommend everyone to check the Samsung tablets because of the performance.

I have to say, I love this tablet. A lot of reviews I read about the battery life being poor I find are not true. Even with heavy use, my battery lasts all day. It's very user-friendly and easily customizable. The only negative I have is about the speaker. Sound quality isn't excellent and I'm not sure if it has to do with where it's placed. When I use my earbuds, the quality is great. Overall a great product! I would certainly buy it again!

Great tablet for everyday use
I got this tablet to replace my old 8 inch Galaxy tablet as a Christmas gift. I like using tablets when I travel because it is smaller than a regular laptop. I can write notes, letters, play games, or respond to emails. I also use it to read ebooks while I am traveling. I love the large screen. I just wish the battery life would be a bit better but I know it is because of the screen size and the brightness. I definitely would still tell friends and family I prefer this tablet over the rest.

This tablet is perfect for me.
As a senior, I had not used a tablet before, but thought a tablet would be a fun thing to have. I then received this as a gift and am just now getting used to the features. I'm sure it does more than I am aware of and eventually I hope to use it to its full capacity. I love the size. At first I thought it was a little heavy, but as I've gotten used to it, it feels fine. I am eager to take it with me when I travel. Wish the charge would last longer, but was told that the amount of time is typical for a tablet.

The tablet that I purchased was a great bargain at less than two hundred dollars, especially when taking into account the design, the ease of initial set-up, and these ease of use. It literally makes things like internet access a breeze once you get the hang of such functions as the touch screen setting and the screen rotation function. I can finally leave my laptop at home sometimes!! :^))

It works very well, the only issue is that it is not compatible with Adobe flash player, unless you use a different search engine than google. So I used Firefox, but then had issues with that. It froze up for a whole day one time. It's working great now though, but Firefox sometimes fails.

I upgraded from a Christmas gift from 2014. It was a budget tablet. Now that I've gone from primarily using my desktop to my tablet I wanted/needed better overall performance and this 9.6" E-Tab really does the job. Yes there are better and faster tablets out there but, also much more expensive.

I bought this essentially as a media tablet for my son(Youtube, Netflix, Vudu, etc) and in that it's an excellent tablet at a very reasonable cost. The screen resolution isn't the best but it's bright and the colors are vivid, really good for what it's made to be. It feels good in the hand and is lighter than the old Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 in replaced(and much smoother in operation). The ability to add an SD card to load movies on makes this little gem hard to beat at its price point.

Great tab....still figuring it out
I got this tablet for Christmas, and am really enjoying it so far. The size is great, not too small to comfortably use, not too big to be uncomfortable to hold. Still trying to figure things out on it...I don't even gave a smartphone, so this whole app thing is new to me. Occasionally it will freeze briefly while using an app...I am not sure if that is the tablet, or the app. So far, very satisfied

Screen Size is PERFECT
I love to lay in bed and watch movies after my son goes to bed, and the Galaxy Table E 9.6 is the perfect size to watch Netflix on. I have had Samsung products for the last 15-20 years and I would NEVER use anything other then Samsung products. I have 2 Edge+, the Tab E, a children's tablet (which is a Tab 3) and a Gear 2 Neo. Best products ever

This tablet is big enough to do just about anything but small enough to go anywhere. My kids love to play games, I have sooo many downloaded and it's not slowed down at all. Perfect size for watching tv and movies!
This is my 3rd samsung tablet. I'm not sure why anyone would buy anything else, especially for the price.

More than I hoped for
I had an iPad mini, I used these to surf and play a few games nothing much more than that. After reading reviews I was a little worried but love my Samsung phones. Two months later and I can say this is a great product for the price. It's only fault is the external speaker it is not very good. I use headphones so even that isn't much of a bother. For the price I say get off the wagon and go get one.

Everything about the Tab E is awesome with the exception of the sound. Why would you put the speaker on the back? It sounds like you'really in a tin can and is not easy to hear unless you'really in a totally quiet place, even turned all the way up. I absolutely prefer the speaker placement and sound on my Galaxy Tab 3, even if it does "sit on it'so speakers".

I received this as a gift from my wife. I never thought of using a tablet before. I was so used to using my phone and laptop for everything. But this has been great. It has been able to tackle everything I have thrown at it so far. From watching tv shows, to crunching numbers in Excel and playing different games. Definitely a great addition to the Samsung products that I already use.

i love this thing. had a 7" before and then my work started to use everything on a web based system. I needed something a little bigger. After researching and looking for a good deal, i got this one. i dont need it for anyhting else but so its perfect for me. i havent played any games of tried to do anything crazy. its perfect for me and my daily checklist that I need to complete.

Samsung Galaxy Tab E for Christmas
I received my Tab E from my boys for X-mas I was pleasantly surprised for sure! I like everything about the device. It has good Battery Life as well as Quick connectivity Wi-Fi. The overall design and layout of the Tab E is easy to set up and maneuver around the apps. I have it mirrored with my Galaxy S 5 phone the Side-Sync app works Great!

Works fine for everything, but the rear facing camera doesn't work well for videos. It needs a lot of light in order to see anything. The thing I hate most, is that there are no shock resistance cases for this, or hardly any type of decent case for this slim design tablet. You would think Samsung would try to have someone make better cases if they were pushing an affordable tablet.

Nice Tablet!
I've really enjoyed this tablet, and it's replaced my Linux laptop. It's been really nice to have this in church with the split screen feature...I have my bible app open on one side, and Evernote open on the other. I've used it in meetings at work quite a bit, too. My only complaint so far is the speaker location...it make no sense for it to be in the back.

With high quality pictures and videos, the pixcell resolution is not so good. In this era, any user interface which is not full hd, then it is out of queue in market. Even mobile are hd now. Even brightness and contrast can be better.

This device is nearly perfect. Features are great. The only complaint I have is that some websites won't load for some reason, but that could just be a network issue. Other than that, it's flawless. Great design, connectivity, apps are great. I love my new tablet.

I really wanted an iPod but due to price settled for this one instead. Its fast!!! Really fast. The only drawback is the size. The size is a little daunting and I'm getting used to it. But the type face is sharp and clear and easier to read then my old Tab 3.
So, overall if the size was a little smaller I would give the "design" and "value" higher grades.

With the Tab E you get a good bang for your buck.
Right out of the box I have been truly satisfied with my decision to buy a Tab E.
Preloaded with programs to help in everyday pursuits. From office or home aids to relaxing to music or playing a game. My suggestion, as with all such devices, is to use a headset or ear buds for a richer sound experience. Built in Bluetooth makes this simple but a mini headphone jack is at the top of the Tab E as well. The battery lasts far more than I can use in a day. If power is running low you can charge the Tab E while using it. Which to me is convenient. I do like that a full charge, when running low, only requires a couple of hours or so. Final thoughts. Would I buy the Tab E had I known what I know now? I don't think I could get my money out any faster to say emphatically, "YES!".

This has to be the best tablet I've ever had. Not only is it the perfect size, it has everything you could possibly need for business. It has Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Even though i really don't know how to use them yet it's great to have them on here for when i do learn. Thru even have tutorials so you can teach yourself how to use them, just need to take the time. I would definitely recommend thy product to anyone looking for a tablet for on the go work.

I wanted an inexpensive tablet with good features, a decent screen resolution and size. I looked at alot of other tablets and this one exceeded my expectations. The only bad thing I could say about this tablet is that the speaker isn't placed well and doesn't sound very good. I easily bypass that with a Bluetooth speaker or headphones.

This is my second Samsung tablet. My 1st was a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and it was really fast and dependable. This one the Samsung Table E has been more than good it has already taken the place of my Galaxy Tab 3. The value alone is enough but it is better than the more expensive tablets out there on the market. I would definitely recommend this tablet to anyone I know.

This tablet is great for my needs. I can hold it easily in one hand from behind (I have large hands). I like the split-screen option (two apps at once). Battery life is really good. It goes for days, using it a few hours per day. Screen resolution is not as high as some, but it's fine for me. It's a little heavier than I expected, but not too heavy.

Antiquated, But Still Capable (2019)
Got this tablet as a birthday gift in March, 2019 .. I came from the Ellipsis 8 HD from Verizon, which has superior cpu and ram specs, and similar internal storage capacity and screen resolution .. The Ellipsis was thin, required a lot of On-Cable charge time, and a very gentle touch though .. The Galaxy (unlike all the S series devices, and on par with the Js and Core/Prime series) is TOUGH as NAILS !! and this Battery doesn't know the word "can't" - 7.3 AmpHour !!?? The thing isn't light, not at all - she wears her weight well, however, Its all in the hips and the other curves (nahh it's in the battery - but I ain't complaining) ..
She's old, running Marshmallow, easily rooted, and showed up by the younger siblings easier and easier as the time goes on - but this machine WORKS and will be in my arsenal for a long time to come ..
GOOD WORK SAMSUNG - It's like the Chevy 350 ci V8 - It works !!!

The Perfect Companion
This is the perfect tablet...large enough for a variety of tasks, but small enough to be lightweight and compact and fits in my purse. I bought this so that I could pass my Samsung Tab 10.1 on to my grandkids who are now old enough to use a tablet for educational games. This new Samsung 9.7 E will become my new travel companion.

Love love my new Galaxy E-Tab
This Tab-e is perfect size to do whatever u need to do. Don't need my laptop any more. All three kids are set up as users and we all have our own space in tablet. Very kid friendly my 18 month old, 4 year old and 14 year old all have accounts on our galaxy.

Tab E is Emazing
I Love my new Samsung galaxy tab E, great spèd, huge scrèen, tons of options for cases and accessories. I purchased a Samsung 128gb micro sd card to store additional pictures, movies and music and it's great. Samsung did it again with another great device, I have a 50 in led smart tv, 46 led tv, galaxy so phone and themail tab E is a welcome addition to the group.

Great tablet but a little heavy
I received this as a gift and it's great. I wish it were a little lighter, the screen was a little brighter, and that the battery lasted longer. It's easy for me to see and use. At 70yrs old I needed a bigger screen. This one is great.

My first tablet
This is my first tablet, I received from my wife as a Christmas present and I love it all the features are easy to read set up and the screen size is perfect, I love it. The funny thing is me and my wife opened up one present on Christmas eve she gave me my Samsung tablet and I got her the same one, so we both have the same tablet and she loves hers.

This is a great tablet. Love the wide screen, perfect for watching videos , surfing the net. Fast proccessing speed. Only downfall would be the home keys dont light up. Minor con in comparison to its pros.

Love it
This tablet has a nice bright display. It is fast and the windows application and extra storage associated with them is a gain. The picture quality is not a big deal, 5 MP back and 2 MP front camera. It is a little heavy but overall, I just fell in love with it as soon as I grabbed it.

I am new to this and found the tab e very easy to use !
I am really enjoying the tablet and the simplicity in setup and maneuverability. I'm so new to this type of device, and have found the directions to be easy and understandable.
Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I was hoping for talk to text. Maybe I am missing something. Other then that, I am still enjoying all the options I'm learning about, since I just got it yesterday!

Love my tablet
It runs smoothly. I haven't had any issues with it at all. My only complaint is the actual size of the tablet. It's just under 10" which would be fine except there are practically no cases available for it.

This product has a very intricate design
This product has a great design and have a ton of features. A big bright display you can see it even in sunlight. Reading and consuming media on this device is relatively enjoyable due to it's 9.6 inch screen you can see everything clearly. The battery life is exceptional it will last a long time even with heavy usage.

Flawless usage for over a year and counting.
I bought two of these back in March 2016, and have had a great experience for over a year so far. These were birthday gifts for my daughters 5th & 7th birthdays, and they are still working flawlessly more than a year later. These tablet were replacements for a couple of lower budget "no-name" tablets that failed after just a month of usage. I wish I would have just bought these in the first place. They weren't much more expensive and they've been worth every penny. We ended up buying another one for my mother in law this past Christmas. My sister bought one for my niece recently as well, having been impressed by the ones we owned.
These tablets are used primarily for light gaming and streaming video. Although the Microsoft suite hasn't been used much, I was pleasantly surprised to see it included. 16gb isn't a lot of memory, but we bought some SD cards to expand the available memory. For the purpose and the price, I don't think I'd have paid more for additional memory anyway. It's stood up exceptionally well considering that our tablets are primarily used by elementary aged children.
Video quality is great. It's not as great as my premium tablet, but at the Tab E's price I never expected it to be...yet it is still surprisingly good. I have used Netflix on it myself without any complaints. The picture is clear. I do not notice any lag time at all.
I've used these tablets to surf the web, pay bills, food apps (like pizza delivery for example) and for occasional gaming. Web surfing is fast.
Touch screen is very responsive. The volume, power, home and bezel buttons work great. Camera is okay...good enough for the silly pictures and videos my kids make anyway. The tablet is designed beautifully. Feels good to hold, very sturdy.
My only complaint about the Tab E design at all is the one rear facing speaker. Sound quality isn't the greatest and the tablet's only speaker faces away from the user since it's mounted on the back. My kids use bloothtooth headphones or speakers though and the issue is resolved for them.
If you're considering this tablet, for the price you can't go wrong. Go for it. It is probably the best tablet in it's price range. They're great for kids and adults alike. We were impressed enough to purchase an additional Galaxy Tab E for my mother in law and recommended it over and over to friends who ask.

I brought this Samsung tablet from a pawn shop and since then I like it more because it updated to Android Version 7.1.1 Nougat which makes it better now.

I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family! Easy to use has a lot of great apps that are compatible and free! Has great screen to play games, write documents, and surf the internet!! If the scale was 1-10 I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10. Was not an outrageous Price when I got and I have had no problems with it since it was purchaed. If someone was looking to buy a new tablet I would definitely recommend the Samsung Galaxy Tab-E.

I love this tablet. The ease of use. The speed of the processor is great. This is more than an iPad. It is great to have MS Office working with this ta. That was a plus for me, the camera is great too. It is small and portable but has a large enough screen to let me leave behind my latop. The choice of apps and apps by Samsung make this tab a sure Winner!

I love this tablet. It is a little heavier than most tablets but not that much. I love that I can add additional memory. If you are looking for a tablet that does what you need it to but won't break the bank, take a look at the Galaxy Tab E.

Great tablet. Replace 10.1 I had crazpicked the screen on. Works as well if not better than that one. Battery life is amazing. I personally don't miss the stylus. Only downside, no keyboard to attach

This tablet is worth your money
I was kind of skeptical about the quality of the screen resolution until I saw the results for myself. It's not as crisp and bright as I expected it to be, but it does satisfy my viewing and browsing needs. Even though it doesn't run on android marshmallow, I feel content with the Android lollipop version. The performance seems to make up for the front and rear camera resolution and the absence of a fingerprint scanner, and the 16GB internal storage, plus the micro SD card slot, allows you too carry a great amount of music, videos, pictures, apps, and many other things with you wherever you go. All in all, this product is pretty ideal for every day use.

I love Samsung ease of use. What I don't like is no removable battery, no USB connection, no Sim card slots. Good while it is working, but what can you do when the battery is gone? It just becomes a piece of junk? I am not understanding the reason for these lacks. Would make the product much better.

This product has great features for simple needs
I have owned this tablet for about a month now, it has served me well. It comeseems with Microsoft package. I have been able to use all Google Chrome Applications. It play video alright quality. The sound can't go above high volume or will sound as if it it cracking.

This is a great product with one exception.
The camera don't take a very good picture the resolution is a little blurry and not enough controls or adjustments to try and correct the problem .

Overall Great Tablet
I've had plenty of tablets throughout the past 10 years. Throughout that time, I've notices 2 things, 1) Samsung is the best manufacturer in electronics, out competing others in features, style, operating systems, customer support, and much more.
2) Overall functions, memory, ram, graphics, & upgraded features, are easier to work with and understand.
I've had this tablet for a month now, and it is by far the best I've purchased. Therefore, now having 6 electronic products to date. Tablet, Laptop, TV, Surround sound system, & 2 cell phones.
I would definitely recommend this tablet to friends and family, not just because I have one, but throughout the past 10 years Samsung has gained my trust in purchasing there products.
I have a degree in computer science and technology, and would recommend Samsung products to anyone!
It was worth the price...

OK reader, poor storage
If you are looking for a tablet for just reading, this tablet is great. However, if you think that this tablet is going to be an expanded version of your cell phone for storing items because of the 128 GB expandable memory, look elsewhere. As long as items are on the tablet hard drive, things are great. When you start transferring items to the SD card, good luck, as that process is catch as catch can and deletes or modifies some items already on the SD card. Videos that play fine on the hard drive suddenly cannot be played, or are totally deleted. Pictures are partially or totally greyed out. Items show as an OK thumbnail cannot be opened. Apps that are stored on the SD card to conserve hard drive memory are wiped out and have to be re-installed. Have tried 2 separate high send Samsung cards, and the same thing happens. Never had this problem using my low end Samsung Galaxy phones when transferring items to the SD card, currently have an Avant.

Love my new Galaxy Tab
I love this new tab. I previously owned the Galaxy Tab 3. It was time for an upgrade. I've only had this about one ,onth. So far I love everything about the Galaxy Tab E except the sound quality is not good. But, I have a Bluetooth speaker so it corrects the lack of sound quality from the tablet.

Considering it is an older model it works efficiently. the camera and certain apps could be improved but overall it is a very good product. the speaker is horrible though. if you're trying to stream music definitely connect it to headphones or a speaker because the sound quality is horrible.

This directly from Samsung. It came with a 1 inch by 2 inch two little paper. It has Nothing to teach a 68 year old senior. I used Microsoft computers for 35+ years. I have Masters in Engineering NOT COMPUTER SCIENCE. SO HOW DO I PUT FRIENDS IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS. IF THEY SEND ME, I CAN CLICK ON THEM THEN THEY ARE PUT IN BY A VIP. H. E. L. P. ! !

I really enjoy the large screen.
The tabetter has a lot of space. I can game and also check my important information. I like the idea can use my sms to sync my texts so when I am home I can text and etc all from my tablet if I want to. The battery life is kind of short though.

Great for Office Spreadsheets
I was looking for something smaller and more portable than a laptop. This fits nicely in my briefcase. I added a Bluetooth keyboard case and the combination works beautifully for spreedsheets and financial documents. Also very easy to pass around a board meeting during financial reviews. It has met all my expectations so far.
I can not review its gaming or movie watching qualities because I only use it for work.

The sound is a bit to be desired nothing to write home about. I wasn't expecting great sound but I think they could had done much better.

Great tablet for young and old.
Samsung tablet my first at age 57. I love the beautiful video and ease of use. My children and grandchildren also use and love it. Perfect fit for my busy life. The camera takes awesome pictures. I can access my social media, shop, keep memos and pictures in one place. It is not too large to carry anywhere I go and have all of my needs with me at all times. Nice Tablet
The Galaxy Tab E, even though seeming a good product is being compared to the Galaxy Note 10.1which was my previous Ipad or tablet. Even though a smaller tablet it seems to have the same types of features and had the additional storage option with the SD card I think it will work for my needs and I am still learning the querks of this tablet and how all of the features work, I am happy with the Samsung product.

Pros: the tablet is a nice size and screen is bright.
Cons: The display of icons and games feels like you are using a samsung galaxy note 2. Also, the camera really really really really sucks.
I have a note 9 and the display is great camera is great! But, this tablet took me back a bit it feels out dated and the colors display sucks compared to my note 9. I would not recommend this to another person. I hold samsung products to high and this has let me down big time.

This item was given to me as a gift. I really like the screen size and the ease of operation of this tablet. However, its only flaw is the sound quality of the speaker it's not as loud as my Galaxy Note tablet. Other than that I'm really enjoying this tablet.

Changed My Life In Terms of Working on an Airplane
My tablet has made it much easier to work on an airplane. Less cumbersome to handle than a laptop and easy to use make it far better than pulling out the laptop while riding in a cramped seat. I need to learn how to use the features on the tablet better than I do, so I wish that there were an easy-to-access tutorial that would teach me better ways to use it.

Great tablet for the price
I purchased this tablet a few weeks ago and really enjoy it. It is easy to use. The main reason I purchased it was because my Surface RT was starting to slow down and the new ones are very expensive. Since I have a Galaxy 7 Edge phone, I thought this would be a perfect match. I love my phone, so I figured I would really like the tablet. I was right. It functions exactly like I wanted it to. I would highly recommend a Galaxy Tab to anyone, especially if you have a Samsung phone.

In general I really love my Galaxy tab. The only complaint is have is that if you pause for about 10 seconds it goes black and you have to sign in again. I would still recommend it to my friends even though this feature gets annoying.

" My old nexttab was useful but died so it became necessary to get a new tab. That unit only had 1 gb of RAM and even after disabling the stuff I didn't use, it still had performance issues, so I started looking for a unit with 2 gb. After a lot of spec and review reading, I decided on the Samsung. Even though it has 1.5 gb of RAM, it had outstanding reviews everywhere I looked and I'll add one more to the pile.
Keep in mind that my needs are simple. I use it for social networking, surfing, playing a few words games and watching videos but this unit really does the trick, without any issues. I am able to load and use all the apps I want without having to play the uninstall/reinstall game and every site I've thus far visited has run without a hitch. As a matter of fact, I now would rather use my tablet over my desktop.
The unit takes a charge quickly and I've been getting about 12 hours of use before needing to recharge. The speakers on the unit are much better than my old unit, but it is a tablet, so you cannot expect a lot out of them.
Setup and use is standard Android stuff, so if your familiar with Android, you'll be a pro right out of the box and if you're not familiar with Android, it still is not hard to learn.
All in all, I'm very impressed with this unit and recommend it highly.
I have only one nitpick and that is the placement of the power button. It is just above the volume control and I often hit it instead.

This is a great tablet which is easy to use. I use it for handling my business needs by adding a blue tooth keyboard. This gives you the ability to update spreadsheets and do invoices. It is also great as a reader when using the kindle app. This tablet weakness is when you play games. The graphics are just a little bit jerky. Overall the tablet is superior to the iPad 2 tablet

I wanted a bigger screen tablet and this one comes highly recommended but it is slow to respond and closes out the current screen I am on frequently.
Granted I am not tech savvy at all so will keep working on it. Hopefully it will improve as my skill level improves. I find it a little heavy also.

Bought a Samsung SD card and was unable to add data from my pc to have on my tablet. Had no problem with my SM-T Tab 3Lite. Owner's manual seems to say the only way is to transfer data from my old tablet to my new one via my PC.

I could not be happier this Tablet is fantastic.
I have owned several tablets but never a Samsung and I will never own anything else.
You rock Samsung.
Easy to use as it is set up just like their phones. Nice clear video and the sound is great.
For the value you cannot find a better product/tablet on the market.

I have another tablet (a 10 in) and loved it so much I wanted to get one for my mother.
The one she had was okay (another brand) but was slow, and not very good. It did what it was supposed to for the very cheap price, but mom was ready to move up.
My only thought was another Samsung. She loves it. It was such an amazing improvement for her.
I have had no problems with either tablet and would get another one. A friend who came to the US from Ireland for a visit got rid of his ipad to get this very tablet. He loves it too. The last time I talked to him (he's back in Ireland) all was well.
Yes, I would recommend this product. I've still got my Samsung galaxy 3 cell phone--old, but going strong.

It's true. When you think about it, What do we really do with those expensive laptops? For me, my MacBook Air was an expensive word processor and Internet access device. My Samsung Galaxy Tab E does all that for 93% less cost. Enough said.

I purchased this tablet because my 10.1 had lived a full and valued life and was getting tired. I was torn between the tabs A and E , and think I got a great deal on this ''open -box'' A. It has a great screen size and the resolution is out of this world. I miss not having a stylus on board, but I seem to be doing okay.

Great replacement for older Kindle
I had an older Kindle that was dropped and even with all the protective case and silicone case, the screen cracked and it would not work any longer. I had researched quite a few tablets, but this one has a 9.6" screen and was a lot easier to see what I was reading. I am very pleased with the back lighting since my eyes have issues due to diabetes and I can even read at night with out any extra lights. I am very pleased with the tablet and I believe the price was excellent

This is a great mid level Samsung tablet. It's pretty fast with a nice display. It doesn't have a good speaker, but headphones do the trick. I like to use a stylus on mine, but the touch response is great. This tablet really shines with its battery. The battery life is great. I can go days of normal use without charging. Overall a great buy.

Product is Good Value
The Galaxy Tab E is a good value for the price. Very easy to maneuver and access different apps. The memory is enough to download several apps and movies. Takes good pictures. Easy to access the internet and surf the web. Would recommend to others looking for a good tablet at a reasonable price.

Great Vvalue
Samsung Tab E is a great bang for the buck. It's slim, sleek and quick. Only complaint is its a little heavy on the weight. Great color.

Great tablet for work
I bought the tablet for work so I can look at my documents and PDF's while working in the warehouse. So far I have enjoyed using it due to the high resolution. It has Microsoft office installed that I use so much at work.

Tablet is for me but my granddaughter has it all the time. I can say she enjoys it greatly I may have to purchase another one since I can't get a chance to use it myself

I love Samsung tablets won't buy anything else
I'm a general contractor I use them for everything drawings,hitlist,schedules and contracts and billing plus if I get to relax I love video games man graphics are crazy good looks 3d and does it all makes my job 20hrs less in the week compared to paperwork

My tablet is a good working device that I enjoy alot. I use it for pretty much everything from emails to games. It's screen gives a great view on the picture. It's clear easy to use and see everything viewed. The touch screen is also very easy to use and I never have any trouble using it.

Wonderful as usual!
I really love the Samsung products, we have 2 Galaxy phones at home and we just add a Galaxy TAB E to the family, it's so easy to use, all work so smooth, so efficient, great quality, big screen, perfect to review my emails, social apps, watch movies... so everything you need!

Very nice tablet
Overall a nice tablet, nice display,, fast but the speaker is tiny and positioned on the back of the unit which makes it very easy to cover it with your hand when using. I suggest an external speaker as an option.

If you want to do certain things that require adobe flash player you are out of luck. Returning this one for that reason. Very disappointed.
