Rated 5 out of 5 by from good tags, sadly awful customer consideration good product on all counts, well most all. be it phones, tablets, watches, now when you have a trade-in item to send back, they use fedex ground! the cheapest way to ship in the country. we don't live in a city. Consequently, we have to drive 80 miles each way, a 160 mile round-trip to drop these traded in items to a fedex location. when you've been a loyal customer for over a decade with multiple televisions, tablets phones and so on in your household, they should at least send a label that doesn't require rural customers to drive hours on the road, just to send things back to them. furthermore i tried reaching out to their customer service on 4 occasions, spending more than 2 and a 1/2 hours on the phone, and nobody could help me. All said, I'm happy with the products. I am not happy with their changed services, fedex ground return labels and consequently i and my family are no longer loyal customers. We are done because of this thoughtless shipping situation with fedex ground.

I put them in our bags, yet the application indicated that they never left he house. So it does NOT work as advertised. Their tech support people said that it only has a range of 120 meters or 400 feet. I'm sending them back

Also when we put it in my son's car, it does not show the location. So perhaps i need to watch videos, but the instructions were not specific or detailed, so they are not actually helpful to me. Kind of useless at this point... i hope i can figure these out better with others' videos. They could provide step by step or a easy video to figure this out, that would have been helpful... unless these don't show precise location, and if not, kind of pointless for me

After my keys being taken and costing a tow bill and air $500 for a fob I purchased a smart tag. After getting it set up i was able to easily locate my keys not only at home a few times but again at a busy sales lot where i had left them in an atv in the far corner of the lot. It was then that I decided to buy a 4 pack. Which I will put in everything I'm notorious for losing as well as my luggage when i travel. I also love being able to use it in reverse to find my tablet as well.

I previously had the galaxy tag+ and I really had no issue with it but I noticed the battery would drain pretty fast, but these new galaxy tag 2 have been great so far in battery and I love the design and the fact the circle loop is larger so you cab use different carabiner. I'd definitely recommend this lil tracker.

Even if your wallet is safe at your house it's really nice to know you're not near it. Used for Wallet, Car keys, Back Pack and Ace. My Dog. Really cool that other SAMSUNG phones can help find my doggie if he ever wanders away. Kinda Stinks that the other phones have to be enrolled in Smart Things in order to ping the tag though. All SAMSUNG phones should ping them in my opinion. Nevertheless I am very pleased w/purchase. They were on sale directly from SAMSUNG. Basically got one tag free. They really do provide a sense of security knowing that you can always find your stuff. The camera search feature is really nice. Definitely more versatile and feature packed than the Air "mento" offered by that other company. The design is innovative, modern and efficient. So far so good. No regrets about purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone that likes to know where their stuff is located.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tags and their sound quality We bought these tags months ago and we have one on our blind elderly dog who loves to wander in inclement weather, and my husbands wallet which he is notorious for losing. My only caveat is the sound when it needs to be found. It's not very loud and especially if you're hard of hearing which both my husband and I are and especially if you're outside with the lost dog. You cannot hear the tag unless you're right next to him and even then you have to strain to listen. The life 360 tags are much louder and cheaper. We use those for our kids and our keys. We can't use it for the dog bc it doesn't let us track it in real time like Samsung or I would.

When i open tracking, the map shows all four are with me. Not sure if I have a bad setup. If that is the case these are not very intuitive.

I have placed them in my checked luggage and so far for 2 flights I have been able to keep tabs on my bags as they navigated through the airport. My experience using smart tag2, I like that I can easily connect it to my S22 Ultra and it can show up to 800ft location. I bought it mainly to monitor my dog's whereabouts. Less 1 star because it won't connect to my husband's iPhone, even if using a smart things app installed to his phone. Nonetheless I like that I can check history location (which the airtag doesn't), though sometimes not as accurate as it should. For example some days would only reflect 1 location even if my dog went somewhere.

Setup is good however navigating some options is odd, for some options you have to go into the map to see more options of detail tags. The NFC tap on any device like PETs is great but how will any non Samsung tag user know this. We need a case or abilty to write on the tag -Tap on any NFC device- or have it preprinted. If i have it on a pet or key chain and an iphone user finds it. How will they know what to do with the tag?

It does make easier to put on key rings. I haven't had much time to play with the software but it is a lot better then the original smart tag.

I ordered at 130am on launch day to get it in time for our trip! The sleek design is so adorable. Smoothe and nice to the touch. VOlume is pretty loud. If it's inside a carry on the sound is slightly muffled but at least u can hear it. Not sure if i'll be able to hear it in a busy airport but at least we have the location. I love the real time search near by. It's pretty accurate. I will have peace of mind on all our luggage pieces on vacation!! THank u for bringing this back in time for our trip!

With the previous Smarttag + you can insert in a cover and strap it in the collar pets, now if you want to do the same it looks awful, please, made a smart tag designed to pet collars! Other than that, it is flawless!

I have these new ones on my cats and they're so much lighter and don't get pressed on accident too much. I also love the navigation from your smart things app that you get.

Although Samsung says you can register up to 200 Smart Tags on a device, you are limited to being able to track or use only 2 at any one time, even on a Samsung S23 Ultra. I was told by Customer Support that you must de-register any other Smart Tags before you can track the two you want active. Why are they sold as a 4-pack if you can only use two at a time? Overseas travel requires more than two pieces of luggage for a couple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good. So far so good. Till now i haven't lost anything yet to fully test it, but the capability to find something that has the tag on is perfect. I need to check if i leave it behind at a whole other place that i'll be able to track it. Only thing i wished that i could get all the tags in the same color (in this case black). But will update as I use it in different scenarios.

Attached 1 to my wallet, another to my carry on luggage and the other one to my husband's sling for travel which he could use to track me when we tend to lose each other while shopping. He has the Smart Tag 1 which he loves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved My Trip! My sister and were going Kenya on safari. I'm a gadget gal and decided to buy these smart tags to put in our checked luggage. Due to missing one of our connections, we were put on another airline. When our bags never appeared, I opened the app and it showed they were still at the last airport. I could even show them which teeminal they were located in. I followed them until they arrived at their destination. I'll never travel without them again.

I have left my wallet at home several times, but instead of showing my wallet at my house, it shows it a few blocks away. It is way beyond the Bluetooth range at times whenever it disconnects from. Then I freak out and drive home just to see it's on my kitchen table or so.

Seriously cut down on the amount of time I spend hunting for my keys, and my daughter's wristlet. I've used these for items misplaced in the house as well as one left behind at a store. The locate feature has been accurate each time.

Other than that cant ask for anything more if ine is invested in the ecosystem.
