Speaker goes crackly even after warranty repair.
I've had my phone for 4 months now and the speaker for media ringtone notifications alarms went crackly. It was so crackly you couldn't even use the phone anymore with anything other than a phone call. Even with phone calls if you put someone on speaker you couldn't hear them. I contacted customer support and they ran me through a bunch of different things to try to set it up so it wouldn't happen and it kept happening. Ended up sending the phone in they said they repaired the speaker here I am the fourth day after having that repaired and it's already crackling again. If you look on the internet this seems to be an s25fe problem but it also looks like Samsung has this problem with all their phones and I did not realize that when I bought this thing. They were able to work on it under warranty but if I want to fixed again I'd have to send it in again and that's not why I bought the phone about the phone to use it. Is it just me or do the phones that we are allowed to buy now are nothing but garbage. First time owning a Samsung and I'm not impressed.....
