Also, the dictation is very tedious to do because you have to go back and forth between two apps. Had I known this I would have never purchased a Samsung phone. I have other Samsung products and I'm very happy with them but not with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Junk Keeps dropping calls, calls over a minute will be dropped randomly. Turning phone in and canceling service for a dependable phone. 17 tries to pay a bill, 6 calls to customer support, 7 calls to Verizon and still not resolved. Over it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful upgrade! I have been with Samsung from the beginning, so I know their ecosystem. Started with the S1, then the S4, to throw S7 Edge, to the S20, to now the S25+. Love the AI features in the phone....very handy, especially the crlircle.to search feature. I miss the expandable memory of the old days, since a 1TB flash card is extremely cheap, but I guess that adds to the cost of making the phone. Cannot really say anything negative about the phone. It was easier than I thought to transfer files from the S20 and that was appreciated.

Family members always trying to improve their experience, as we learn the right approach. Default app settings is better once you know where to find it.
