Disappointed
Completely dissatisfied With Samsung. Prepare yourself for an incomplete transfer from Samsung to Samsung galaxy phone. Be ready to try and recover all of your passwords. Ill never buy another Samsung galaxy again

Well I have been a Samsung user since I was 9 im now 23 and its just always been a impressive company. Im on the s25 now and can't wait to get the 26 ultra.

Navy is very purple in sunlight
The navy color S25 looked way better on you tube videos than it does in person. Outdoors in sunlight this phone, especially the sides/edges is very much purple in color. Tacky looking color overall in bright settings. This is not matte blue as I thought but highly glossy and that really makes this phone look cheap and unattractive, even more so if you are a man. It's unfortunate that we have to pay $800 for something that we can't see up close and hold in our hand before we buy it! Can't think of any other item that expensive like that.

Great upgrade
I just got my new S25 phone a couple of days ago and so far I'm loving it. The order process was easy and I like the payment options available. The screen protector installation was great; love the enclosed "tool". It made it easy. Lots of features to check out. Transfer of data from my old Samsung was easy to follow steps. Very happy with my phone.

S25 w/256GB - Solid, Fast, Perfect Size
This S25 w256GB replaced an S10e which still works and I really liked, but the battery was failing. So, after 6 years, it was time to retire it. I did not want a phone much larger than what I had and this S25 is just slightly larger. I use it for business, and to stay in commincation I do not use it for games. Hence, it is perfect.
It does everything very well and much better and faster than the S10e. Pictures and videos are rich and spectacular. The built in microphones and speakers are nice. The mics pick up the entire frequency spectrum.
It came unlocked. So, it didn't have bloatware which I don't need.
My only gripe is the lack of memory. 256GB is super outdated and weak. 512GB or even 1TB would have been much better. However, I have additional storage on my network, accessible anywhere. So, the lack of local storage is not significant deterrent.
I also got an excellent deal from Samsung that I could not pass up or obtain anywhere else!

I am disappointed. I upgraded my phone to the s25 because I got an good trade in on my old phone. Well I should have done some research. Now I do not have any micro SD card expansion. So I down graded from a 7 year old phone. Why would they take that out?

New phone
I bought the S25 plus 256 GB. Battery power is fair. Down to 60 percent range at end of day and that is with not playing games. Still learning the phone. It seems they are geared towards social media and I am not a big user of social media. Trying to find ways to clear some of the "stuff".
It is faster than my S21. And more storage. I got that when they first came out so it was a bit old and the screen went black a couple of times so I decided it was time for a new one and went with the S25 plus. Have only had it two weeks. So far I seem to like it.

My S10 died so it was time to upgrade. Deal on the S25 so I bit. Love it and have had great Samsung phones before. My S8 still works.
Expecting to last as long or longer than my S10.

Samsung phone forever
My last 4 phones have all been Samsung. My new s25 is by far the best! I love the AI features, which I am just starting to play around with and learn everything this phone can do. It takes great photos too and I love that the size of this phone is smaller than the phone I previously had. The transfer of data from my old phone to new was seamless.
The phone also arrived a day sooner than expected, which was a very nice surprise. The old phone trade in is an awesome program too! I love that they recycle/refurbish and give old phones life, new homes and keep them out of the landfill a bit longer.
