This phone was a vast improvement from my old phone in the sence that it runs faster, but also gives me more storage so I can take more pictures and videos of the people I love.

Great phone
I love this phone! Fantastic display, animations silky smooth, all my apps run well. It's just the right size for me, where the display feels large but I can still hold it well. Battery lasts me a couple days usually.

Workmanship is first class. Power and volume buttons work excellently. USB-C port fits nicely to a USB C male connector. Haven't the chance to explore the Advance features and the complete Setting-ups. .

Google vs Samsung, I think all stay with Samsung.
I have always stayed with Google pixel phones but I've reached my limit when Google just didn't want to give us high quality hardware. There fingerprint hardware was so bad that it just wouldn't work. It was a hit and missed. So I finally left Google for Samsung because of all the Hype on their finger print hardware. Not just that but there cameras and even the 5G networking hardware. I'm so glade I did. The Samsung hardware is Awesome. I also stayed with Google because I got system updates every month. Security updates every month. I know that Samsung probably won't have updates every month, but I'm hoping that at least every 2 months they update the security issues. I thought I would run Into a lot of bloatwear on Samsung phone, but there wasn't any. I use Nova launcher so it works just like a Google Experience phone. I haven't had the phone that long so I'm sure there's more I can say at a later time, but for now, i'm extremely pleased

Really nice phone
I like that I can buy direct from you and you give a better trade in than the Verizon store and you have super fast shipping. this is my 2nd phone I have purchased threw Samsung, in dec of 2019 I purchased an S10 Note. I like that it's just a little larger than the 10 note but not as large as the S24 Ultra. My son also just purchased his S24 Ultra through you as well, first time. So far I am liking it as it allows me to pair both my hearing aids at once and also listening to music is great. the volume levels are better than my previous one and the battery life is much better as with the 10 note I'd have to charge it during the daytime as well as at night. So far, I am happy with the new S24+.

Have had difficulty with apps and switching over. Colors are not as vibrant as on my S21. Already starting to overheat after 2 weeks. Definitely not impressed with the new phonem

Great, but a couple of hiccups.
In general really love this phone, with a few caveats. Battery life, features, camera and display are great. However, I typically keep my phones in vibrate mode and the vibration strength on this S24+ is far to weak and subtle, even when set to maximum compared to previously owned Galaxy phones. Couple that with the lack of a notification LED like the S9 that I replaced with this one, and I miss a lot of calls, messages and reminders. Have researched and tried every trick I can find to address this shortcoming without much success. Oh, well. I am also finding that the Wi-Fi link rate is slower than my other phones on any given Wi-Fi network. I frequently find that my family members' Galaxy S22, S21 and my old S9 phones will all connect at, and maintain a higher connection speed than the S24+, not a great deal slower, but I my home network is a Netgear Nighthawk RAX-80 (Wi-Fi 6) and I am a little disappointed my S24+ doesn't perform as well as others on it.

Great cell phone with lots of memory space. I've had a Samsung S10 for many years. It still works but needs a new battery (has to be charged about every hour). Rather than getting a new battery, I decided to upgrade. Samsung was having a special on the S24+ with free extra memory (512GB) for the price of 256GB. They also offered $150 for not trading in my S10, which I wanted to keep to transfer everything over time.

Bought 2 phone Flip 6 and S24plus
I bought 2 phones its been 2 weeks now. The s24+ is perfectly working fine. But my samsung flip 6, start making a noise when closing or opening.(click noise) This is kind of a disappointment because I saw a lot of comments online that flip 6 has this issue.

Overall it was pretty good. I received a text message almost immediately after delivery that my return label was ready but when I selected the link I only got an error. Then 2 days later I got an email for the label and it worked. The other thing I didn't like was that after returning my old phone, I got an email that it would take up to 2 weeks to evaluate my phone and confirm it's condition. If I knew there would be no trust level, I would have taken pictures of it first before returning it to have proof that it was in like new condition. They should recommend this if they're not going to trust people.

Fabulous phone. Perfect size. Great battery life. But the phone was glitchy so I returned it. Been on the s23 ultra for almost a year and wanted a more small hand friendly lighter phone. Done all the updates required but ended up going back to my 23 ultra.

Don't buy!
Overheats to the point it will cut off on you and not turn back on, especially if you game. Samsung Care+ purchased but was sent in for warranty repair. Repair center claimed cracked screen plus bent frame when the phone didn't have a single scratch on it. Sent pics in of it prior to shipping to verify and still tried to strongarm me to file a Care+ claim and pay, I refused after fighting with reps, supervisors and unwilling to verify any damage to me "the owner" I had my phone returned. Insides deliberately left unattached so that the phone was/is a brick and guess what no physical damage not even a scratch upon being returned. Took pic's contacted Care+ and sent the pics in, was told a tech would need to physically hold the phone to verify that pic's couldn't demonstrate physical damage? You read that right multiple pictures that physically displays the item in question wasn't acceptable that clearly shows that a scratch doesn't even exist upon the phone let alone a cracked screen and/or a bent frame that the repair center claimed existed and wanted/tried to charge me for. Had to file a complaint with the Attorney General that is still going on while it's been over 2 months having an S24+ that I paid for and doesn't even turn on now.

Great phone ruined by poor screen
There are many things to like about this phone, a couple of small issues and one big flaw.
In most ways, this is only a marginal improvement over the S23+.
It has a great processor, decent memory, plenty of storage, great battery life.
The speakers are mediocre and it likely has a heat dissipation issue (doesn't impact my use).
However, they seemed to have really missed the mark on the screen, bordering on a defect.
The colors are not vibrant and the screen has a grainy appearance at low brightness levels with certain colors, like dark/med gray.
Some people also complain about faint lines on the screen, but I have not seen that on mine.
Do your self a favor and do a search on "Galaxy S24 grainy screen" and read up before you order one.
IMO, since this phone doesn't really offer much improvement over the previous generation, Samsung rushed it to beat the competitors.
Of course Samsung will deny any screen issues. I would return mine, but I did a trade in, so kinda stuck with it (seems like I say that a lot with Samsung devices).

I had the phone for 2 weeks now and the phone is great, battery is good and the features are amazing. I upgraded from the s21fe to the s24 plus and so far I'm very satisfied the camera is great but I think it could be better but I love it.

love, LOVE, LOVE! my Galaxy S24+
I pre-ordered my phone and received it about 2 weeks ago. Coming from an S23+, the thing that impressed me the most is how strong the framing around the phone appears.
The phone has been flawless, in my opinion. Excellent resolution, battery life, super fast performance. An all around dream phone to own.

Loved everything about this phone except for the camera. It has horrible motion blur when taking pictures of moving objects such as kids or pets. This was even with the fast shutter options enabled. Samsung seems to be the only flagship manufacturer that hasn't figgured this issue out yet.

Avoid budget phones, just get the Samsung.
Snappy and quick with an excellent build quality and beautiful display, as I've come to expect from Samsung. I've purchased "budget" phones in the past, but Samsung quality and their excellent UI always brings me back to the Galaxy line. Purchasing direct from Samsung meant a free memory upgrade.
This was a July 2024 purchase and I hope to be using this for many years to come.

I received an empty phone box from Fedex. I contacted Samsung and my credit card company. Samsung charged back the dispute, dispite telling me I would get a refund. I still do not have my money back. Seemed like it would be a nice phone.

This is a great phone with top notch android experience. Only issue is if we are able to switch the default backup from one drive to google it would be great.

Coming from OnePlus 12, the S24+ is good. The overall volume seems low for voice and Bluetooth speaker. However, Samsung has service centers in the U.S., where with OnePlus you're on your own. A throw away phone.

Got an S24+ a few weeks ago
Huge step up from my s8 that I held onto as long as possible
Still finding all kinds of new features
Nothing I'd deem as a true necessity but all very helpful
As for my old phone I feel samsung makes a product that lasts
The only reason I upgraded was because a lot of people aren't supporting that version of android anymore and my phone wouldn't upgrade past Android 9 without practically doing a factory reset, my point is I hope to get 7 years out of this phone too

So far it's everything I was hoping for in the newest flagship model. The screen is significantly bigger, while the phone isn't much bigger than the gs22+. The screen resolution is fantastic and super bright. I find myself checking the screen brightness, worried that I will drain the battery, inly to see that the brightness is set lower than my gs22+. The processor is speedy and there is no lag between screens and apps. I am just beginning to experiment with the AI search function in photos. That looks promising.

Horrible custoner service and ordering experience. I was offered a promo code that wouldn't work. Then was told place the order and i could contact them back for an adjustment. Did that 3 times and no one gets back to me. They were going to waive the tax and shipping as well and nothing. When i call, they escalate it and tell me someone will get back to me. Haven't heard anything. Last time i called with a tech issue, they couldn't even answer that. I found a fix on Google while on the phone with them. They had the audacity to ask me how i did it. They cant even fix issues with their own priducts.

Horrible battery
The battery life is horrible. I don't use the phone much. No social media or Snapchat. One 15 mins call per day and the battery needs to be charged daily. My s20 plus would go without charging for 3 days. Same usage pattern.
