Rated 5 out of 5 by from Holy Cow!! Frist off I'll open with, until now, I have been a diehard Motorola owner. I always found them to be current with a well planned interface and robust, able to take a solid drop or spill and shake it off. Almost as tough as a Kyocera, but not as institutional. With a recent change to T-Mobile due to their amazing data speeds(see the attached image), the only phone that would suit my needs(my phone is a complete business and connectivity tool, and T-Mobile speeds allow me to utilize it to the max.) was the Samsung S23 Ultra. And I was not only surprised, I was amazed. Fast, intuitive, responsive, it did what I needed efficiently. The topper came when I was moving pillows and heard a clatter. I realized I just knocked the phone out of the open window above the bed in my RV. It was 8 feet to a concrete pad(sidebar: I don't do cases). I was prepared to pick up pieces and call in a claim in the morning. I found it not only in tact, but with no visible damage. After several minutes I did find one slight crack in the bottom center which I will keep as bragging rights for a Trooper of a phone. The unit continues to function perfectly and the slight crack is almost never visible. What an amazing combination of real life durability and maximized use of the available connection.

In general all samsung phones are awsome but this samsung 23+ is another story feels great looks great. I love its features the camara is amazing the disply is so easy to customize amin many ways it is just extraordinary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought it for the camera I had the S10 that I liked the camera on then bought a Pixel 6 (I didn't like the camera). I used the Pixel 6 for 1.5 years. I think the S23+ camera is great. I like the phone size, it fits comfortably in my hand and fits in my purse nicely. I took one star off for the high price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Went from S8 to S23+ My old S8 ,which I cherished, got too hot and the screen turned green, so I had to replace because I wasn't sure how much longer it had to live. The new S23 has a Great camera, it is much heavier and I Hate All the buttons on the right...VERY hard for me to screenshot. I liked where they were on the S8 ! So far I am mostly pleased and hope it will last as long as the S8.

I LOVE SAMSUNG AND ITS GREAT QUALITY IN SOUND , PUCTURE AND EASE OF USING APPS. ONLY ONE NEGATIVE , THE RESOLUTION DOWNGRADE TO HD 1080P , WHERE MY S10+ OFFERED 4K UHD RES. THIS WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING . ALSO DOLBY ATMOS SOUND IS A FAVORITE. I PROMOTE SAMSUNG PHONE ALL THE TIME . LOVE THE PRODUCT QUALITY & RELIABILITY.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this phone! Love this phone! It is fast, and the battery life lasts so much longer than my s20+. I chose this over the Ultra because I was looking for a less boxy feel and a smaller device that will fit in my crossbody bag. The S20+ was slightly taller and did not fit, but this one is perfect. The camera is great... not as fancy as the ultra, but portability means I can still fit it in my pocket and will be more likely to use it while out and about. It does require a bit more power to start up, so if you do run out of battery, you will need to wait a couple of minutes for the charge to register before turning it on. Overall a great phone and I am more than satisfied!

I'm disappointed Samsung dropped the blinking light notification alert when the screen was off and dark. But I was impressed at how much of my old settings and preferences transferred over from my old phone. I'm still trying to figure out many of the features and also some annoying aspects, like when notifications are silent despite previously setting them up and having the phone off silent mode. Somehow it seems that settings change during system updates. But so far, I'm pleased with my purchase. I was long overdue for a new phone.

I lke the phone, except I had to take it back to Xfinity 3 times to try to find out why I couldn't receive text messages from friends & family that had any pictures or attachments with them. I know Samsung is a good product, but that was a major problem for me. In their attempt to fix my problem, the technician wiped my phone clen and re-imaged it. In doing so, I lost all text messages for the entire 3 months that I had the new phone. Some were very important to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor service I bought the 23+ and have had it for a week. I can only use wifi calling at home which I don't understand since I had signal with my previous S21. Also there is no network mode setting so I can not even check what mode it is or turn off 5g because I have only 4G in my home area. 5G is only in bigger towns. I had to use Volte setting with S21 when they upgraded towers and that worked on that phone but with this one I don't even know if it's on because no setting for that on this one. So poorer service than my other phone. Have to live in a bigger city for this phone obviously.

Screen went white earlier and would not go back , none of clicks worked. I had to turn phone off and back on to get screen to refresh away from completely white. Not happy with this purchase.
