Not as good as my s10
Lots of bugs in software. Wifi won't work if you are within 12 feet of the router. Have done network resets and factory reset. Still does not work well. The only thing better than the s10 is the camera.
I wish I never traded in my old phone.

Pretty good so far

Super great phone
I bought this phone a month ago. After expected new user aches and pains I have grown to love this phone. The ease of use, the excellent graphics. But the best thing about this phone is the camera. None better, wish I would have chosen this phone long before now.

Not that Crazy about it!
I read so many reviews about how great it was but so far I'm not on love with it. It keeps doing funny things. Maybe it will get better for that price I would hope so!

Good Samsung Quality
I returned to Samsung after a brief stint with Apple. Overall, the S23 meets my expectations with one caveat. The biometrics are sub-par when compared to Apple! I couldn't get the fingerprint to work at all, and the face recognition is very finicky about light and exact position it should be held. Sorry, Apple has you beat hands down. You should really work on that.

This phone is smaller than my previous phone, but does the job. Be sure to download or visit UTube for how to change some of the settings because that can be frustrating.

LOVE THIS PHONE
I'm still not aware of all the functions but I do love the camera and features I've used. I love that it's small, like my old S6... (a little smaller, actually). Classy, compact and feature packed. I can't say enough about how much I love this phone.

Best upgrade I've ever gotten
Preordered this and got the 128 extra of space and ever since I just love this phone. Camera quality is great, processor is fast, screen is amazing, battery life is long, and overall the size is fit for me. Pairs well with samsumg galaxy buds2 pro and the galaxy tablet 7fe. I don't regret a thing.

Came defective
Bought the s23 from Amazon pre sale and waited for the phone. Once I did receive the phone I was setting it up and the camera screen and pictures looked like black and super bright white with terrible distortion. So called Amazon and they are useless, so I contacted Samsung pro tech thru chat and sent them the pictures and immediately they said I need to return phone as it is defective. So returned to Amazon and took over a week to get a refund on a brand new phone what a shame so now of course the prices went up and not interested in Samsung unless Samsung has a way to make this up as a s9 customer and the s9 after 2022 will no longer send any updates to phone including security. If Samsung can't make this right I will try an iphone.

Great upgrade
I never realized how much the technology had advance since I bought my older Pixal 4a. There was a problem w att trade in policy, but I didn't want return it. Glad I kept it. It's fast, it's super clear and the photos are outstanding.

The Good and the Bad
So I purchased this to replace my Samsung 10E, and the transition was fairly easy due to the sim card transfer. The bad was two fold. The S23 uses a new "different" charging cord that does not use a common USB plug, therefore, an adaptor is needed to be purchased separately. Second, there is no port hole to plug in wired ear buds, which, I may be the only person in the world that still uses them. I had to purchase an additional plug for my earbuds. Other than those 2 issues, the phone is great

Takes great photos but the technology is terrible
I purchased this phone because the iPhone takes not so great photos. This Galaxy S23 takes great photos. I'm torn because I don't like the technology, but I love the camera. If you're an android person this is a great phone but it's definitely a learning curve for Apple/iPhone users.

Great Upgrade, Excellent Battery Life
I bought the S23 last month and it has been a great upgrade from my previous Galaxy. To be fair, I was a few generations behind but I have no regret at the purchase. Never been an Apple simp and always glad when Samsung releases another exceptional product. Take the leap, buy one!

My s8 was in great shape, but do to its age ,and the technology people don't want me to have it as long as I could have ,maybe another 10 years, I needed to get the newest.its great,got lots of new stuff,most as a older none geek will use or understand, what I do use is very good.

the s23 was going to replace my current s10+,but the signal was terrible. using the 23 in the exact location as the 10 +, it wouldn't connect or receive calls. the wi-fi didn't work as well either. On the s23 I couldn't even participate in a zoom call on wi-fi at work where I previously had zero problems on my s10+. I returned the s23

I love my. new S23 the transition from an S8 to an S23 has been pretty easy. I had to get on You Tube a few times to figure out howvto do a few things. But overall its been great. Glsd i made the switch.

Worst battery
Going from Galaxy S20 to S23, lower ram, lower battery, lower screen rezolution... the worst part is that battery is draining fast and usb c port won't let you charge and use headset in same time. Got an usb c splitter that worked for S20, won't work for S23

Doesn't feel smaller except in my pocket!
I replaced my Note9 (loved it but there was an offer I couldn't refuse) with the S23 and I love it! I needed a slightly smaller phone because I like to slide it into the pocket of my compression pants. I added a wallet case so no more shoulder pain from carrying a handbag. Great phone, great camera, I am on the GO!

Might as well try an upgrade.
I had a Galaxy s10 5G before this, and I am disappointed in the performance of this phone. It is much slower when I play games, and drops calls constantly (an issue I never had with the previous phone). The camera is good but the storage filled up extremely fast an as someone who creates content, this is incredibly hindering. I expected more from the latest phone without having to get the top of the line upgrades, and will not have this phone for long.

Unlocked galaxy s23
I bought this phone for $749 brand new and got home, went to power it on and it won't even budge. No power what so ever. I've contacted target, where I bought it from and they directed me to samsung who has also refused to do anything, so yay, 800 out the window and another junk android on my dresser.

Excellent Phone??
It was finally time for me to upgrade. When I first bought it I was very impressed operating system and the use of access. Externally it looks like an iPhone but it works better than iPhone. The camera is what what impressed me the most. The quality of photos and vidoes are so high that it impressed all my friends. But so far the best phone I have ever had.

So much better than Motorola phones in every way.
My son got me this used unlocked Samsung 23 and I'm so happy with it!. It's faster, it's clearer, it even feels like a good phone if that makes sense. Im on my phone a lot and it has not dropped one of my phone calls yet! The pictures are clear and focused and this old lady loves it , I'm just sorry I didn't get one for myself sooner.

Powerful feature rich phone!
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. The phone is amazing! It is the Samsung S23 with 255 GB. Everything in this phone works perfectly. I am a new user of Android, and have been learning how powerful the software is. I switched over from the Apple iPhone and have no desire to go back. Of course Android, being open source software, has multiple different programs for doing each kind of task. But, the phone itself is superb, has great battery life and seems to be really well made. THANK you, Samsung, for building such a great priduct@

Apple on the outside. Android on the inside.
I got this phone after Years pixel phones and even an iPhone 13. Seriously, Samsung has done a lot to improve OneUI. Version 5.1 finally had everything I wanted. The S23 is the perfect size for me. It has stellar battery life. I can go 2 days without recharging some days. The processor has handled everything I do with power to spare. The look is amazing. You really did something special here.
