Rated 5 out of 5 by from Downgrade S23 is a downgrade from earlier Samsung phone.. Had an S8 that was more user friendly... You removed features long term users were accustom to... Taking screenshots is ridiculous.. three buttons on one side... No volume control on individual notifications... Installed apps that you cannot uninstall i.e. Samsung Store. I do NOT want this phone monitoring anything I do.. how long I use it or proffering purchases or hints ... This phone is a clear case where newer is definitely NOT better ..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice size I bought this phone to replace the Galaxy S9. I did not want a huge phone and this was one of the few options that is smaller. It is working well with a one big exception. The Bluetooth features don’t work correctly. When connected to my car, the phone makes a phantom phone call to itself that doesn’t appear in the call history. It also stays connected to the car after I leave the car. Also, the Bluetooth connection to my earbuds fades out after about 30 seconds. Looking online, I see that these problems are known to Samsung, so I would expect that they would correct them. I tried various solutions provided in forums, with no success. Samsung, please fix this to make the phone fully functional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very unhappy My phone drops calls right in the middle of conversations....some calls sound tinny and some calls are garbled. When someone calls me, the call goes right to voicemail and people have to call 2 or 3 times for call to connect. We have 3 other S23's and they are fine, but my particular phone is a piece of junk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great device, when it turns on. Bought this 8 months ago and have had to do 3 warranty exchanges. Everytime android updates, it bricks the device. My previous Samsung Galaxy had the exact same problem. Samsung used to be one of the top phone brands you could buy. Lately, it seems like they've quit caring about quality and now only care about profit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Repeated pocket dialing of 911 Be warey of samsung phones. They did an update about a month ago since then, my phone has dialed 911 in my pocket while locked twice. I turned off the settings that were supposedly responsible and still have the issue. The police department told me they had 500 incendents in 2 days of samsung phones pocket dialing after the update. And I Iive in the country, not a city. Frustrating! I love my phone till the update issues, what good is a phone I can't carry in my pocket.

Fun, and educational at the same time. I had wondered why people would pay so much for a phone, now I know the answer. POWER! Capabilites, that I never dreamed possible on a phone. Thank you Samsung for my new toy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing phone, and just the right size! I got my S23 two months ago through T-Mobile, and I love it. Even though I'm 50, it's my first true smart phone, and I'm glad I went with the S23. The speed of the system is phenomenal, and with my usage I only need to charge it every three days, though I could stretch it out to four, and five if I charged it to 100% instead of 85%. I'm still learning all of the advantages of a smart phone, but streaming music via SiriusXM with my Bluetooth earbuds is the most enjoyable thus far. I also love the fact that this phone is smaller than most, as I don't like large phones. Though the + and Ultra models are 'better', the base model is perfect for me. I couldn't be happier, and it allowed me to finally ditch my ridiculously overpriced, increasingly unreliable, old school home phone service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The phone is poorly designed and same models are . Keeps comecting to xfinty wifi.when in range of home wifi. When I have wifi shut off it's still connected to cfinty wifi. Phone keeps telling me I have 99 tab open. I shouldn't have to go to dealer and spend 2 hours to have tech person roll their eyes because I have gray hair. This model phone is not the same design and model that of my wife's phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't use USB-C headphones! Ongoing software issue with volume controls. Needs addressing! Volume randomly adjust sitself to off/mute everytime I use my new USB-C headphones. I am using the new skullcandy set with boosted bass. Have tried ALL the troubleshooting techniqes EXCEPT for factory resetting. Not even sure THAT will fix the problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost I have been a loyal consumer of Samsung Galaxy phones since the 9. They have been reliable with little issue, that is until now. It's as if galaxy quality took a nose dive. I upgraded from an A52 as there are features of the Galaxy S line that I enjoyed and missed using. I skipped the S20, the S21 and the S22 cuz of reviews of poor performance. Should have listened to the reviews of the S23 complaining about connection issues with wifi. Ordered directly from Samsung with a trade-in discount and of course the phone doesn't show its true colors until after I've sent in my old phone for the trade-in. I've never before had to constantly reset my phone just so it'll play nice with the wifi for more than five minutes, constantly complaining it can't connect, the signal is weak or the connection is insecure. And it's just this phone! Even worse is that cell signal is unreliable in my area so I rely on the wifi for calls when the cell signal is weak! Given the track record starting with the S20 this may be a permanent feature... crappy wifi. One would think it should have been remedied by the release of the S23...

I rate this product 2 stars because after 2 onths the thing DIED. i bought a new because i needed a phone for work. the phone is nice, and everything is great. but the fact that it died and i had to send it in to repair worries me. It was all under warranty but having the motherboard die after 2 months really really worries me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its okay. I got this phone in april and its great. But the battery life is a downgrade from my previous phone. Previous phone: 6-7 hours Galaxy s23: 4-5 hours. I noticed the battery significantly heat up when used for more than 15 minutes.
