Missing charger
I changed services 2 weeks ago and the charger that came with it don’t fit so now I have to go look for a charger smh

Repeated pocket dialing of 911
Be warey of samsung phones. They did an update about a month ago since then, my phone has dialed 911 in my pocket while locked twice. I turned off the settings that were supposedly responsible and still have the issue. The police department told me they had 500 incendents in 2 days of samsung phones pocket dialing after the update. And I Iive in the country, not a city. Frustrating! I love my phone till the update issues, what good is a phone I can't carry in my pocket.

Fun and educational in one cell phone.
I have been playing with this G23 for about 5 weeks now and have not yet learned half of it's potential. Fun, and educational at the same time. I had wondered why people would pay so much for a phone, now I know the answer. POWER! Capabilites, that I never dreamed possible on a phone. Thank you Samsung for my new toy.

Very powerful phone
Got this model I think in April and I still haven't been able to take a moon pic but w/e...love the phone and all its extra options snappy fast when you open an app or type a sentence... the math is simple co.pare it to iphone plus hardware specs the proof is in the pudding....

Amazing phone, and just the right size!
I got my S23 two months ago through T-Mobile, and I love it. Even though I'm 50, it's my first true smart phone, and I'm glad I went with the S23. The speed of the system is phenomenal, and with my usage I only need to charge it every three days, though I could stretch it out to four, and five if I charged it to 100% instead of 85%. I'm still learning all of the advantages of a smart phone, but streaming music via SiriusXM with my Bluetooth earbuds is the most enjoyable thus far. I also love the fact that this phone is smaller than most, as I don't like large phones. Though the + and Ultra models are 'better', the base model is perfect for me. I couldn't be happier, and it allowed me to finally ditch my ridiculously overpriced, increasingly unreliable, old school home phone service.

The phone is poorly designed and same models are .
Keeps comecting to xfinty wifi.when in range of home wifi. When I have wifi shut off it's still connected to cfinty wifi.
Phone keeps telling me I have 99 tab open. I shouldn't have to go to dealer and spend 2 hours to have tech person roll their eyes because I have gray hair. This model phone is not the same design and model that of my wife's phone.

Life saver
My previous cheap phone blew up on a Friday and I need it to check in at work since I WFH. I needed a phone quickly. This phone was easy to transfer my information. Easy to maneuver and has lot's of helpful features. I love this phone

Can't use USB-C headphones!
Ongoing software issue with volume controls. Needs addressing! Volume randomly adjust sitself to off/mute everytime I use my new USB-C headphones. I am using the new skullcandy set with boosted bass. Have tried ALL the troubleshooting techniqes EXCEPT for factory resetting. Not even sure THAT will fix the problem.
