I informed them that there was a problem with my phone, but they said that they could not replace the device. I am very inconvenienced. If possible, I would like to receive it as a new phone.

I returned that and the one they sent me is better, but the bottom half inch of the screen isn't very responsive. So not thrilled with their quality control on these.

Clear detailed screen and the best audio I have had on a phone in a while. Although the size is convenient for accessibility, a larger screen would be easier on the eyes. The Certified Re Newed Program was all it said it would be, fantastic. Thank you Samsung.

My only concern is the battery drains a little faster when on video calls which might be typical. I haven't used a samsung 2x before, so cannot be certain.

I stumbled across Samsung Certified Renewed so pulled the trigger thanks to very generous trade in value on my S20fe. Received device with perfect pack like brand new condition with 1 year factory warrenty. I also added Samsung Care warrenty - 10.00 monthly for 36 months which covers all bases. As for S23 Plus performance , it's perfection. You can't go wrong buying directly from Samsung , just go for it.

Samsung replaces the battery and in my case the rest if the phone is pristine. I will be doing this again for my next upgrade.

My friends & family looked for my phone for 5 days when we finally found it in 10 feet of mucky water using a metal detector. We left it alone for a few days before we tried charging it & turning it on. My phone is working like it's brand new. Would recommend a Samsung phone anyday!

And the trade-in process was smooth. The UI 6.1 release on the phone is a different story, of course, but there are myriad comments already about Samsung falling down on the job over their UI.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flagship phone for much less with Trade allowance I bought my S23 128gb around Thanksgiving 2024. Offered me $340 to trade in my spouses s7 from 2016. I gave him my s9 64gb that still works great and supports sd card and headphone jack. T mobile doesn't really offer great upgrades if you're on an older plan and I did not want to spend 800 on a phone or change plans. I am from the contract era where I didn't pay more than 200 for a great phone with carrier. This turned out wonderful. Renewed phone looked brand new and clearly had the new battery. Paid a little over 300 including taxes and got the 5.00 a month insurance for piece of mind. I have had a samsung since the S3 in 2012. My only gripe is they no longer support sd cards on the flagship phones but very easy to transfer bulky files to PC. I wanted 256b version but was sold out and didn't want to miss the $340 trade in allowance so settled for 128gb version. I would definitely purchase Samsung Renewed next time I am looking for a new to me flagship S phone. Signing up for warranty and uploading video was the only aggravating part. I signed up almost two months after buying the phone and the video they want wouldn't upload and the I had to make a few back and forth calls to them but eventually it was situated. Would have given 5 stars if process wasn't such a pain. Device definitely 5 stars

This should have been caught by quality control before shipping a defective refurbished device to a customer, hoping they will keep it. Had to return the device. Fortunately I had not factory reset or send my trade-in yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful phone - Galaxy S23 I previously bought the A54 but was having repeated audio issues when making phone calls, not being able to hear the other person or them not being able to hear me. Smartphones are great but at their base, they are cellular phones which means they should be able to handle a simple phone call! I decided to buy a renewed galaxy s23 after hearing good things about it and seeing a generous trade-in offer for my a54. Trade-in was painless and has since been accepted, and this phone has been nothing but smooth sailing. The battery life is good, it charges really quick. The camera is more than good enough for me, I love how clear the photos turn out. It is an s line phone so the build quality is solid, but I have installed a screen protector and case since it is an expensive nicer phone at the end of the day. Hoping to hold onto this one for a good amount of time then trade-in for the next thing when the time comes. I got it carrier unlocked in an original box with a 12-month warranty and brand new battery for an unbeatable price, stacked with a few cashback deals. Buying last year's flagship, especially if you can get it for $300 off, is a no-brainer. Buy this phone!

I never actually used it but I did play around with it an some other features. Also the ai generative wallpaper is cool. Oh and it has decent ai photo editing like the draw into the picture is amazing but removing an object from picture that need to get some more work don't to that. Overall the phone it good but it does also sometimes overheat which I don't like. But significantly less over heating then my previous samsung a14.

They offered a $300 credit for my older phone, which made this a great deal to me. I received my phone quickly, it looks perfect, the battery seems to be in great condition and it works as expected. I'm delighted.

Purchased the phone renewed and was able to reduce the purchase price by submitting a working smartphone by a substantial discount. The phone itself is of the same quality as a new one, well mabe a little scuff here and there on the exterior. A case will cover that up. The guts inside is as good as a new one after being checked out by Samsung technicians. This is the second time purchasing one direct from Samsung. Love the phones and they are working perfectly for my significant other and myself.

I found also weird that it hurts my eyes when I watch it for so long eventhough I have the option to "protect" my eyes/sight. And the battery life is good , if I don't use it that much the battery last up to 2 days
