Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs to be recalled Phone has obvious manufacturer defects, should be recalled but Samsung does nothing about it and only offered for me to mail phone in to be reviewed or repaired leaving me without phone for up to 10 days. The speaker is unusable in cold weather and I need to use that when I am outside as an engineer. Terrible customer service, terrible defect and no help. Always used Samsung, time to change.

This phone perfectly delivered amazing software capabilities and customization such as being able to split screen apps and being able to change my phone's theme. The S22+ has the perfect amount of battery to get me through a normal day even when I am running things like adaptive refresh rate and always on display. This phone also has a nice 3 lens camera system. The including of a 3x zoom camera in the phone allows me to take good looking pictures even from far away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Speaker Crackles Upgraded to this from the Samsung S20, and regret it a lot. This phone is great besides the fact that the speaker is horrible. It constantly crackles and it is impossible to hear anything clearly. It will be fine for a while, but then will go and start crackling randomly. Really inconvenient, especially when I'm trying to talk to someone on the phone and I can't understand a word they are saying. I do a lot of outdoor work and I can see this being a huge safety hazard if I get hurt and can't even hear what is being asked through me on the phone. If the speaker was better I would give this a higher rating, but it honestly is super disappointing that a main feature of the phone can't even work properly.

Overall great experience except battery life. I am average user. Battery life is not good but ok it last only 4 hrs screen on time.

The only thing I did not like for was the screen shot its difficult to hold down all three buttons on one side and no hd calling only Google meet but all and all I still love this phone.

But I found the Samsung Health application to be VERY valuable and was told by online chat that the new phone would support the O2 feature. Very disappointed to find that feature has been removed and I need to buy a watch to get the same feature, an extra $300. Would hope Samsung will realize there is added in maintaining phone features that differentiate their product and not require additional hardware investment for a similar function.

Battery life is 100x better. Also love that they got rid of the curve side design. Definitely recommend this phone.

Also had the chance to take pics and videos for a client and wow. Incredible a quality. Also Love how fast the interface is, no lag time. I don't need a large phone and one that can last me for days, the battery on this phone is perfect. I use it for work and take pics for clients when needed.

The phone was such a huge upgrade from my previous phone (s9) and I fell in love the moment I opened it. So far, it has not had much problems other than some glitches but overall I am having such a great experience. Not only that, the camera is one of my favorite things about this phone, including the battery life. It can last me the entire day and the picture quality looks so much better when compared to other phones. I use it to play games, homework, and just to watch any means of entertainment. This phone just does it all.

But after just a few days I love the size, the shape, the weight no matter where you hold the phone is perfect. I love the cases with he strap because pop sockets are always sticking

I upgraded from the S21 of last year's flagships, and there wasn't a big difference but I noticed better camera quality and better response from the screen. I noticed that my Google Assistant doesn't understand everything I say, but that's Googles fault not Samsung's. Only thing I noticed was a worse battery life, but I always carry a charger so no big deal there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Want My Music SO VERY DISAPPOINTED.... Unable to play my downloaded music from my old Samsung to the SS+. The tech at the Verizon store was unable to find a play function that would work. I'm old school and like my play lists while taking walks and flying on trips, etc. The music files have been transferred but won't play. Still learning the apps and screen settings. Other functions work nicely - texts, email, pictures, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible screen stuttering, terrible battery life This is supposed to be flagship, Samsung is supposed to excellent at screens, but for some reason they just can't figure out this screen stuttering issue. It's a rampant common problem that survives every update. When scrolling anything with content, or even just a banking app the screen will stuttering and jump around when scrolling. Even when you still have your finger on the screen, it still does it. For a phone that commands flagship pricing, this is absolutely unacceptable. I only got a Samsung again because it was on sale and cheaper then the alternative, but now I see that I still made the wrong decision. On top of this incredibly annoying problem, the battery life is ridiculously short. The phone is remarkably thin, with a smaller battery then last years and it shows. I've had to buy Super Fast Chargers just so I can go the whole day. Coming from an older Active phone that would last 2 days easily, this is ridiculous. Samsung should know better then this.

I have enjoyed the notable increase in battery life and screen quality over the S9+ that I had previously. The cameras are top notch and and produce quality pictures in a myriad of situations.

Other than that, this phone is amazing. They're expensive, but when I compared it to iPhones, the disparity was shocking. Apple could never.

I have been incredibly careful with the charging port and after five months, the port won't hold the charging cable very well, so charging is a struggle. I am unable to charge my phone in any vehicle. I have been able to charge all previous phones in any car/truck I have tried, but I can't with this phone. And I'm struggling to find help about fixing it. There are several random settings that I don't totally understand. I am an intermediate when it comes to tech, but it would be helpful if some functions had some explanations or helps along the way to make it more clear and understandable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WORST PHONE EVER I cannot believe I paid over $1100 for this phone! The audio is scratchy, speaker is pitchy, and full of static for every phone call inbound or outbound. The video audio is very poor - weak, no bass. My old phone was 100000x better. I called customer service and was transferred 5x including twice to technical support. Do not buy this phone! Biggest mistake of my life, and no one has helped me in returning it. Be mindful that this does not have an audio jack and the pack does not have a charger. I paid way more for a lot less, subpar phone and customer service after buying this terrible device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from defective design won't work if you fly with it this phone has a design flaw that causes it to loose audio after flying with it or going from an air-conditioned building on a hot day. the speaker will crackle and distort, the sound will be inaudible until you take the phone apart. very disappointed with the two I purchased.

I have had the s20 and this phone just feels so much better. If lamborghini made a cellphone this would be it, it brings so much emotion and feels so natural.
