Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phoneBought this phone a few days ago very fast feels great in hand great features. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is bc the screen scratches scary easy.. fell asleep on the couch when I woke up found my note 9 laying underneath it when I picked it up I found the top half of the screen had scratched as if it slid across asphalt.. if u buy i suggest not leaving the store without getting a screen protector I'd think even a cheapo would prevent my misfortune

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Battery is trash!!! be aware.. do not buy!Battery will barely give you 4 hours of screen on time. It's trash... customer service will not replace the phone.. I am super disappointed with my phone and overall Samsung customer experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone but...I am enjoying this phone, love the features and everything k can do with it. My one proble.lm is the spen. I love spending 1000 only to be notified my spen fell out. What?!?! I have no idea where it is and now need to spend even more mine to replace it. It's just extremely frustrating to spend that amount of money and then have to spend more because of a weak feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life long fan of SamsungI have used Note 1 when it first came out in the market. That phone served me for 4 long years! Since then I have been a fan of Samsung phones. I expect no exception for Note 9, in fact I expect this phone will exceed its ancestor. Great phone - so far, so good. Only one problem at this moment - if you place the screen protective cover, the phone's touchpad can become unresponsive. However, in that case you need to rev up the touch sensitivity.I am also happy with fedex's timely delivery - which was not the case when AGS delivered my TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the phone so farI've had the phone for a week and love it. Fast, the display is amazing coming from an iPhone 7 plus and battery life is really good so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent phone, mediocre headphoneI bought the Note9 512GB version on pre-order and overall, I'm very happy I did so. This phone is phenomenal. Add the clear-view case, and there's really not much left to be wanted. The storage was ample, but I'm not sure how the 128GB version handles it, since apparently 168GB are used of my 512GB "for the system". Personal use is less than 15GB.The battery is nothing short of unbelievable. I've had it going for 3 days (friday morning until sunday evening without plugging in. I can't remember if that has ever been a possibility with a smartphone I've had. I think not.The display is crisp and clear, audio is fantastic and I've never had it lag on me.It is, for the lack of a better word, exceptional in every aspect - except in the headphones department. The headphones supplied, unlike the old white Samsung ones, will not survive a trip to the gym. They are not splash-proof/sweat-proof and will stop working just around the time you start getting all warmed up. The AKG headphones may be a step up in audio quality, but they are clearly a step backwards in every other aspect. The headphones are a low-cost member of the bundle, but they are still the part of the bundle with negative quality trajectory, so it has to be pointed out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dissappointed.I purchased my Note9 in March of 2019. Within 14 days the screen would not respond to touch on some areas, the phone would be extremely HOT in the morning. AT&T replaced the phone. the replacement had the same issues as the 1st, and the ringtones had a glitch, within 14 days. So, I am on phone 3, which is VERY inconvenient and this phone has everyone of the glitches of the 2 previous phones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved it until the software updateWhen the phone is updated with Android Pie you will lose 1/4"-1/2" of the screen. Theme/text like my Galaxy S3. Grayed out wasted space and a locked navigation bar instead of the fading hidden navigation bar on the previous software version. Screen ratio made some apps images get distorted, but overall was a great phone until the software updates.
